Elsewhere, Fascist Spain- like other undeclared allies of the Axis- Turkey and Portugal among the most notable- have been pressured by the Allies to turn their backs on the Nazis and begin cutting supplies of tungsten ore which is important for ammunition and shells. El Caudillo Francisco Franco will bow to the Allies’ request but will drag his feet for as long as he can. Portugal and Turkey also supply the Axis with essential minerals but will begin tapering the amounts.

  54. 2004 Sunday: Along the Gaza-Israeli border, Palestinian thugs murder a pregnant Israeli woman and her four daughters before Israeli Defense Forces light ‘em up and leave them dead like the rats they are.  Following this Palestinian-caused barbarity, the Israeli government votes NOT to pull out of the Gaza Strip.  Go in there and get this animalistic scum.   Elsewhere, the Baltimore Sun reports that a government report says that ‘since 2001, secret or private searches in the U.S. are up by since 2001, secret or private searches in the U.S. are up by 85-percent.  Who can blame people with the way the Bush administration has turned the country into a police state.

  57. 2007 Wednesday: Following yesterdays beating of illegal alien lovers during a May Day rally in Los Angeles, California, by the LAPD, outraged Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa orders an immediate investigation as to why the cops beat the snot out of the illegals.  Well, the illegals DON’T belong here so if they weren’t here, they would not have gotten their asses beat.   Elsewhere, President George W. Bush meets with Democrats in Congress so he and the legislative branch can figure out how to fund this never-ending, wholly unnecessary war.

  59. 2009 Saturday: The United Nations ORDERS- like that means anything- the Israelis to stop evicting Palestinians from East Jerusalem.  Oh, boohoo, boot them out and build housing for your people.   Elsewhere, inside a so-called ‘civilian safe zone,’ Sri Lankan Army troops go on a rampage and kill 91 people and wound another 87.  Not sure as to WHY they did what they did but they did it well.
  60. 2010 Sunday: The European Union and International Monetary Fund present Greece with 120 billion Euro bailout packages, to help rid them of their sovereign debt.   Elsewhere, following the bombing of the Mogadishu mosque yesterday, the death toll rises to 45 and the focus falls on the al-Qaida trash.  Light them up.
  61. 2011 Monday: As the news continues to spread about whacking Osama bin Laden, tens of thousands of people gather at Ground Zero in New York City as well as in other places around the country to celebrate the death of this terrorist POS.  The world also learns that in accordance with Islamic law, U.S. military authorities buried him via a sea burial in the Indian Ocean so that a burial site on land would not become a terrorist shrine.  The Allies did the same thing with the Nazis executed at Nuremburg.  They were cremated and went into a river.
  62. 2012 Wednesday: 2012 U.S. presidential candidate Newt Gingrich suspends his campaign for the Republican nomination.   Meanwhile, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton arrives in Beijing for high-level talks with her opposites as well as find ways to line her and her hubby Bill’s pockets with Chi-Com cash.  While on site, she meets with blind Chinese dissident Chen Guangcheng.

  65. 2015 Saturday: In a boxing match that shattered financial records for the sport, Floyd Mayweather Jr. beats Manny Pacquiao on points in 12 rounds in the world unification welterweight title bout.  What a fight.  Congratulations to Mr. Mayweather.   Elsewhere, as the Nigerian military continues fighting through the Sambisa Forest, the government announces that another 234 women and girls have been rescued from the clutches of the Islamist group, Boko Haram.
  66. 2016 Monday: The ‘religion of peace’ is on the move yet again, this time in Baghdad, Iraq, where three separate bombings claim the lives of at least 14 poor souls including a number of Shiite pilgrims while the Syrian Army takes up positions around its prison in the city of Hama where violent prisoners have overthrown the prison staff and are holding them as hostages.  What will President Bashar al-Assad do?  We think he’ll employ poison gas inside the prison killing all of them (and the guards).
  67. 2016 Monday A: Elsewhere, the Catholic Church in the Philippines urges its followers to reject Roderigo Duterte who seems to be little more than a whack job.  Down in Venezuela, El Presidente Nicolas Maduro orders clocks in his nation to be moved forward by half-an-hour since the country is facing a major electricity shortage and that somehow moving the clocks up by 30 minutes will alleviate the suffering of the people.  YOU know what will alleviate their suffering?  Your fat neck dangling from a noose in the center of Caracas.  POS communist.
  68. 2017 Tuesday: Still angry from yesterday’s provocative overflight of the Korean Peninsula by two U.S. B-1B heavy bombers, Kim Jong Un warns the world that due to President Donald J. Trump’s belligerent stance against the peaceful Democratic Republic of North Korea, the military is going to accelerate its nuclear weapons programs and ‘could test a nuke at any time’ so there.  Elsewhere, the Los Angeles Times reports that Venezuelan thug dictator Nicolas Maduro is going to ‘draft a new constitution’ seeing as how violent mobs are protesting his regime in the streets.
  69. 2018 Wednesday: Disaster befalls romaine lettuce in Yuma, Arizona, as a massive e. coli outbreak sickens at least 121 people across 25 states killing one in the process.  Grocery stores around the country put out immediate recalls and stop-sales on all romaine lettuces, fresh and packaged, coming out of the region.   Elsewhere, as a show of good faith, ahead of the summit between President Donald J. Trump and North Korea’s Kim Jong Un, the North Koreans release the last three American detainees they have been keeping as a possible future trump card.
  70. 2019 Thursday: Iowa passes one of the strictest abortion bans saying ‘can’t happen’ after the detection of a fetal heartbeat.  Good for them.   Elsewhere, Senator Michael Bennet, D-CO, says he is in the running for the 2020 presidential nomination of his party.  No one cares.  Meanwhile, Facebook and Instagram ban several big names from its site for spreading violence and hate.  Among the folks bumped off the sites are Alex Jones, the Reverend Louis Farrakhan, David Duke, Milo Yiannopoulos, and several others.  We shall see.
  71. 2020 Saturday: After California Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom orders ONLY the beaches of Orange County closed, the sheriff of the county says, ‘he will not enforce the order.’  Meanwhile, on the COVID-19- Wuhan Flu front- confirmed global cases are 3,424,254; confirmed deaths sit at 243,674; and confirmed recoveries are 1,092,715.  In the United States, the Kung Flu Virus Crisis- given us by the communist Chinese- is thus: confirmed cases sit at 1,157,782, confirmed deaths at 67,046, and confirmed recoveries are 150,934.  Meanwhile, the communist Chinese claim the following numbers (let’s see if they have changed): confirmed cases: 88,423; confirmed deaths: 4,633; and confirmed recoveries: 81,785!  Which is almost the same as one week ago, lying scumbags.  Around the United States, more states continue reopening and no upticks in the Coronavirus Crisis are seen so to all authoritarian governors out there, you better lighten up.  (It is interesting to note that Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer is still whining about ‘Confederate and swastika flags being seen at protests but every piece of film we have looked at, those flags are nowhere to behold.  ANTIFA- do your job, go to Michigan, and protest this b***h).
  72. 2021 Sunday: Let’s hope it’s a slow news day…

  3. 2021 Monday B: COVID-19 STATISTICS in the four states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,731,677 confirmed cases, 61,434 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Moving on, here are the numbers for Florida: 2,212,097 confirmed cases, 34,912 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 32,284 confirmed cases, 478 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 397,006 confirmed cases, 5,478 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s).  Let us look at one other portion of the U.S., Rhode Island, the smallest state in the Union: they have 146,960 confirmed cases, 2,663 confirmed deaths, but no mention of confirmed recoveries.[iii]
  4. 2021 Monday C: Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 838,107 confirmed cases, 6,353 confirmed deaths, and 829,983 confirmed recoveries.   Let’s look at one non-country- Lithuania, a bastion of freedom in the Baltic: 241,872 cases of the virus, 3,857 confirmed deaths and 218,011 confirmed recoveries.[iv]
  5. 2021 Monday D:   STOCK MARKET CLOSES/PRECIOUS AND RARE METALS: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 33,981.57, DOWN 61.92 points (-0.18%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 14,138.78, UP 121.97 points (+0.87%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 4,187.62, UP 7.45 points (+0.18%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $62.05 per barrel, +0.14 (+0.26%).  The price of GOLD is $1,782.00 per troy oz., +1.90 (+0.11%) while the price of SILVER is $26.31 per troy ounce, +0.10 (+0.39%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,255.20 per troy oz, +8.80 (+0.71%) while the price of COPPER is $4.46 per pound, +0.02 (+0.43%).[v]  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,912.58 per troy oz, -0.97 (-0.03%).[vi] The price of RHODIUM is $28,800.00 per troy oz., 0.00 (0.00%).[vii]    Currently, Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000018.  As for Chi-Com money, one-dollar U.S. = 6.48 Chinese yuan.  Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.83 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 19.87.     In Kenyan Schilling, one greenback equals 108.00 and in Korean- North Won, a buck equals 900.03 and in Angolan Kwanza, one dollar equals 652.83 of theirs.[viii]
  6. 2021 Monday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE THREE STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.994 per gallon, $2.788 in Florida, $3.743 in Hawaii, and $3.413 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other location- Missouri: $2.568.  We are going to do something else that could be fun- gasoline prices around the world going from cheapest to highest.  The first country on the list is the absolute lowest gasoline price: $0.076 per U.S. Gallon.[x]  How about that?  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,217,294,081,383 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xi]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Monday F: JOE BIDEN’S BORDER CATASTROPHE- Customs and Border Patrol confirmed early today that 800 Venezuelans have been apprehended along our southern border attempting to cross into the U.S.  According to the Bidenistas, these intruders will most likely be given protected status meaning U.S. taxpayers will be footing the bill for decades to come as well as for their ever-increasing progeny.   In other border news, the Grand Old Party (GOP) claims that ‘IF we win back the majority in the House in 2022, we will refund the construction of the border wall.’  (Note- we believe that besides the wall, we should lay in minefields, obstacles for vehicles, boats, and people, as well as electrifying a second inner fence and the building of foo gas trenches past that.  We also believe that baby alligators must be seeded from the Deep South to the Rio Grande, and also that military bases should be relocated to the border, especially since we do much of our war-fighting in the Middle East.  Add to that the laying in of razor wire fences along the boundary line through the middle of the Rio Grande and the positioning of fast action helicopter and drone forces would also help halt the cartels just as targeted assassinations of coyotes would be good, too.  This would solve a lot of problems.  Period).
  8. 2021 Monday G: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS- at a recent confab of House Republicans, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warned his fellow Republicans NOT to go soft on ongoing Chi-Com espionage operations ongoing in the United States.  We must remain vigilant.   Next, Israeli intelligence officials are planning a visit to Washington, D.C. to see their counterparts and to warn them that Joe Biden’s concessions to the Iranians are not beneficial for either nation.   Sadly, this announcement follows on the heels that former U.S. Secretary of State John F. Kerry, Democratic-Socialist, tipped off the Iranians more than 200 covert Mossad operations in Syria which makes him a prime candidate for prosecution under the Logan Act.  The POS scumbag did this while Donald Trump was the president of the United States.  Prosecute this loser and send him to federal prison.  Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan tells Joe Biden that he should reconsider calling the ‘Armenian Genocide’ the ‘Armenian Genocide.’  (Or else!).
  9. 2021 Monday H: COVID-19 UPDATES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- the Centers for Disease Control says that ‘summer camps in the U.S. may reopen as long as social distancing rules are observed and masks are worn.  Next, the Biden administration is sending vaccines and PPE gear to India, the nation now beset by the most cases of the Xi Jinping Bat Flu.   Next, Chloé Zhao who won three Oscars at last night fiasco found her success censored in communist China because she criticized the communist nation.  Oi vie!
  10. 2021 Monday I: VOTING INTEGRITY / FRAUDULENT AND STOLEN ELECTION NEWS- First, Democrats continue doing everything to continue stealing elections what with 10 states seeking to empower felons leaving prison with the right to vote.   Next, as the effort to audit the 2020 Election in Arizona continue, the judge scheduled to oversee the effort- Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury- recused himself because some of the attorneys involved in the effort worked as interns for the court official.
  11. 2021 Monday J: JOE BIDEN NEWS- Ten U.S. states are suing the Biden administration over its ‘draconian climate change laws, rules and regulations.’  Good.  All 50 states and the U.S. territories and commonwealths should be suing the Biden administration, too.  Next, Joe Biden plans to feed 34 million schoolchildren via another high-priced plan.  Sorry, Joe, we can feed our own kids.  F— you.[xii]  Next, President Donald J. Trump’s chief economic adviser, Larry Kudlow, says that ‘Joe Biden’s tax plan is an assault on investment and investors.’  Add to that the fact that critics are lambasting senile old Joe by reminding him of what he did back in 1972 with taxes and how now in demanding tax increases across the board, he is coming into conflict with both the GOP and SALT (state and local taxes) rebels.  Elsewhere, as if things are not bad enough for the inept Biden regime, Congressman Kevin Brady, R-TX 8th congressional district, says that ‘Joe Biden’s tax hike on capital gains is a MAJOR BLUNDER.’  Finally, America First Legal and Trump adviser Stephen Miller are filing lawsuits against the Biden regime accusing the bumbling Biden regime of RACISM in that its ‘plan’ to help ranchers and farmers is ONLY for black ones, not whites.  This is clearly racist and a violation of the American people’s civil rights.  NOT good for Joe.
  12. 2021 Monday K: POLITICAL NEWS I-  Goofy Congressman Tim “Poached Egg Eyes” Ryan has officially announced that he is running for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Senator Rob Portman.  Big deal.   Next, Congresswoman Liz Cheney, RINO-WY, says that the leaders of the GOP are ‘Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell.  We’ll see, Liz, we’ll see.  We’ll check back in on your in November 2022.   In other fascinating news, pundits are pointing out that Fox News LOSER Chris Wallace just cannot get beyond President Donald J. Trump nor the Antifa and Black Lives Matter-infiltrated Capitol Hill Riots of January 06, 2021.  Chris, there is a reason as to WHY we mostly no longer watch Fox News but especially the weekends when you are on the air.  POS.
  13. 2021 Monday L: POLITICAL NEWS II- In Connecticut, District Court Judge Robert Chatigny has dismissed a law preventing trannys from participating in scholastic sports within the state.  WTF?  Next, former Congressman Doug Collins, R-GA 9th congressional district, rules out a run for the governorship in the Peach State or for any other office.  Moving on, Democrats are sobbing big tears of grief because it looks like the 2020 Census is going to lead to the loss of numerous Democrat seats due to people pouring out of BLUE STATES and relocating to RED STATES that are going to get new GOP seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Add to that the redistricting that is going to happen and it would appear the Dems’ goose is cooked.  In other fascinating news, we learned today that 62-percent of WHITE LIBERALS are afflicted with mental illness.  Hell, we could have told you that without having to consult psychiatrists.
  14. 2021 Monday M: U.S. SUPREME COURT NEWS- For the first time in nearly two decades, SCOTUS agrees to hear a case regarding concealed carry of handguns.  Next, SCOTUS rejects the GOP’s bid to revive the PUBLIC CHARGE rule put in place by President Donald J. Trump that people seeking asylum in the U.S. had to be able to support themselves without receiving government aid.  Democrats can’t have that- they want to care for their low-wage slaves like they’re wee babes in need of Nancy Pelosi’s drooping breast milk.  Man, put it back into effect, let’s stop supporting illegal aliens and take care of the American people.
  15. 2021 Monday N: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I- An ‘Anti-Asian/Anti-Pacific Islander Hate Bill’ passes in the U.S. Senate by a vote of 99-1.  Good.  Democrats, tell the black Democrats to stop attacking the Asian and Pacific Islander Democrats.  The lone NO vote belonged to Senator Josh Hawley, R-MO.  He voted against it because he said it ‘was too broad and scope and could infringe on the rights of others.’  Speaking of Asian hate, a black man violently attacked an Asian man in New York City.   Next, U.S. Attorney General Merrick “The Mole” Garland announced today that the ‘U.S. Department of Justice is launching an investigation into the Louisville, Kentucky, police department in the aftermath of the death of Breonna Taylor.  (Note- another police department beats the dust).
  16. 2021 Monday O: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS II- The Oscar ratings last night are even worse than last year’s what with 9.85 million viewers.  In 2020, 23 million tuned in and that was considered LOW.  Everyone is pointing out that WOKEISM is killing show business, it’s killing sports, and it’s killing the American way of life.  We must stand against WOKEISM at every turn which means, NO MORE MOVIES and NO MORE SPORTS.  In other news, first-time gun purchases are driving gun sales in the U.S.  Elsewhere, President Donald J. Trump’s official portrait is now on display in the official gallery of presidential portraits.  Finally, 53 women made it through United States Marine Corps boot camp, a place that was formerly ALL male.  Congratulations.
  17. 2021 Monday P: BUSINESS NEWS- Panera Bread Company is back in the black what with delivery and take out meals.  Next, a Florida McDonald’s restaurant is paying people $50 just to show up and interview.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Waysted returned on November 23, 2004, with the album, “Back from the Dead.”  Not having played in nearly 20 years, the band opened for other bands when they decided to return and have some fun.  We have the great Pete Way on bass and vocals, Finn Moore on vocals, Chris George (guitars), and Scott Phillips and Paul Haslin handle the percussion duties.  Fans of both Waysted and Pete Way love anything the group did but sadly, the sound is not as good as perhaps it could be.  Then again, we are completists and love every morsel of music released by our favorite groups.  We tend to agree with critics dissatisfied with the sound but folks, it is what is so we recommend that everyone rush out and give this album a good listen, it’s that good and worth every penny anyone wants for it.  Some things you cannot fake and the intensity and the vigor encapsulated on this album will make anyone lifelong fans of the rockers that roared out of the 1960s and 1970s and will cause them to toss the modern music into the crapper.  Search for it- you’ll love it.

“No one ever said LeBron “King of Fecal Matter” James was ‘bright;’ in fact, he is tragically stupid, wants to be an alpha race-baiter but all he is, is a shill for the Chi-Coms…

After that big POS Los Angeles Lakers dimwit LeBron “Fecal Matter” James put up his most recent tweet about the cop who shot violent teen Ma’ Kia Bryant in Columbus, Ohio, a few days ago, President Donald J. Trump says the turd should ‘focus on his NBA career rather than presiding over the destruction of the National Basketball League.’ LeBron James clearly learned nothing in school and worse, he is down on his knees in front of Xi Jinping doing the nasty for him every day.

DAY NINETY-FOUR OF THE BIDEN REGIME

“No one ever said LeBron “King of Fecal Matter” James was ‘smart;’ in fact, he is tragically stupid, wants to be an alpha race-baiter but all he is, is a shill for the Chi-Coms…

  1. 2021 Friday: COVID-19 STATISTICS FOR THE PLANET AS A WHOLE: 144,804,485 confirmed cases, +799,197, 3,073,868  confirmed deaths, +11,781, and 83,220,681 confirmed recoveries, +650,193.  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 32,717,457 confirmed cases, UP 48,336 from yesterday’s reporting, 584,839 confirmed deaths, UP 10,421, (figures include today’s and yesterday’s)[i] and 119,056,391 confirmed recoveries.  Note- we are going to do our own estimates of recoveries based on percentages seeing as how the CDC won’t report them.[ii]
  2. 2021 Friday A: NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 260,967 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE United States- feeble old Joe, in another four to five weeks, you will have tied the total number witnessed by the Trump administration in nearly a year of the rampaging coronavirus pandemic.
  3. 2021 Friday B: COVID-19 STATISTICS in the four states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,727,713 confirmed cases, 61,261 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Moving on, here are the numbers for Florida: 2,196,502 confirmed cases, 34,759 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 31,977 confirmed cases, 474 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 392,013 confirmed cases, 5,466 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s).  Let us look at one other portion of the U.S., Idaho, one of the few sane places left in the country: they have 186,081 confirmed cases, 2,029 confirmed deaths, but no mention of confirmed recoveries.[iii]
  4. 2021 Friday C: Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 837,892 confirmed cases, 6,346 confirmed deaths, and 829,424 confirmed recoveries.   Let’s look at one non-country- Ethiopia, one of the oldest Christian nations on the globe: 247,989 cases of the virus, 3,496 confirmed deaths and 185,107 confirmed recoveries.[iv]
  5. 2021 Friday D:   STOCK MARKET CLOSES/PRECIOUS AND RARE METALS: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 34,043.49, UP 227.59 points (+0.67%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 14,016.81, UP 198.40 points (+1.44%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 4,180.17, UP 45.19 points (+1.09%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $62.04 per barrel, -0.10 (-0.16%).  The price of GOLD is $1,776.70 per troy oz., -1.10 (-0.06%) while the price of SILVER is $26.05 per troy ounce, -0.02 (-0.10%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,232.00 per troy oz, -1.10 (-0.09%) while the price of COPPER is $4.33 per pound, 0.00 (-0.08%).[v]  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,855.15 per troy oz, +18.52 (+0.65%).[vi] The price of RHODIUM is $29,000.00 per troy oz., -200.00 (-0.68%).[vii]    Currently, Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000020.  As for Chi-Com money, one-dollar U.S. = 6.49 Chinese yuan.  Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.83 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 19.82.     In Japanese Yen, one greenback equals 107.91 and in Jordanian Dinar, a buck equals 0.71.[viii]
  6. 2021 Friday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE THREE STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.981 per gallon, $2.802 in Florida, $3.760 in Hawaii, and $3.401 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other location- Maine: $2.822.  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,205,305,997,186 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[x]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Friday F: JOE BIDEN BORDER CATASTROPHE NEWS I-  Senators John Cornyn, R-TX, and Kyrsten Sinema, D-AZ, along with members of the House, presented the bicameral Bipartisan Border Solutions Act with which to tackle the ongoing BORDER CRISIS CAUSED BY THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION’S INEPTITUDE would create- if passed- four regional border processing facilities so the Biden Regime would not be dumping illegal aliens into every neighborhood in every state as the regime is doing now.   Elsewhere, Congressman Devin Nunes, R-CA 22nd congressional district, said that the illegal alien brats are in OBAMA-BIDEN CAGES and NOT Trump cages.
  8. 2021 Friday G: JOE BIDEN NEWS I- Drooling Joe Biden found himself for being mocked as at his recent ‘climate summit’ with world leaders via ZOOM, he was the ONLY leader wearing a mask.  Ye gods, Joe, what the hell is wrong with you?  Dimwit.   Anyhow, when Joe concluded his summit, he said with gasping vigor, “We’re gonna do this.”  Big flipping deal, Joe.  Do it to yourself, NOT to us.  Next, totally whacked White House Press Secretary Jen “Circle Back” Psaki crowed that ‘Joe Biden will be the first president to create 1,000,000 jobs in his first 100 days.’  Oh, please, stop it, we are laughing as hard as we can already.  Enough, dimwit!  Moving on, Joe Biden told Turkish dictator Recep Tayyip Erdoğan that he is going to call ‘the Armenian massacre a GENOCIDE.’  As it was, the ARMENIAN GENOCIDE the Ottoman Turks carried out against the Christian Armenian minority in their country during World War I.  (Note- it would appear that via this action, Joe is pushing yet another dictatorial nation into the Chi-Com-Russian-Iranian-North Korean-Cuban-Venezuelan camp for good.  Good going there, Joe).
  9. 2021 Friday H: ENERGY NEWS / INFRASTRUCTURE NEWS- Much to the horror of liberals, 73-percent of Americans recently polled believe that fossil fuels and natural gas will be with us for decades to come.  Yes, people are interested in renewable energy but until it becomes cost effective and reliable, no one wants this crap.[xi]  Meanwhile, a new report says that a new proposed gasoline tax is meeting with resistance on BOTH sides of the political aisle.   After the GOP put forth a sensible and less costly infrastructure bill and the left slapped it down, Senator Johnson said it’s all ‘partisanship and not concern for the American people.’  Speaking of infrastructure, Senator Joe Manchin, D-W. Va., says that ‘Joe Biden should concentrate on CONVENTIONAL infrastructure’ and not this WOKE bulls**t.
  10. 2021 Friday I: 2020 ELECTION NEWS / ELECTION INTEGRITY- Early today, Democrats began suing the state of Arizona for permitting the election integrity audit to begin and continue.  Later in the day, a judge called a temporary halt to the procedures for some inexplicable reason, but then permitted it to proceed late in the day.  Next, President Donald J. Trump says that his team is advancing election integrity efforts across the country.  Elsewhere, New Hampshire passed SB 43 with which to carry out a forensic audit of the voting machines.  Citing the Windham Incident, in this one location, 1,143 ballots for Republicans were magically flipped over to Democrats.  These investigations are necessary.
  11. 2021 Friday J: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS-  Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, RINO, is slamming the inclusion of Iran- perhaps one of the greatest persecutors of women and girls- onto the U.N. Status of Women Commission.  What a load of feculent crap to put a scumbag nation such as Iran on a global body such as the one mentioned above.   Meanwhile, following Tony Perkins- of Family Research Council fame- calling for a boycott on the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the Chi-Coms now are trying to cancel him.  Permanently.    Elsewhere, Russian dissident Alexei Navalny is going to end his hunger strike.  Finally, Japan is declaring a state of emergency around Tokyo and three other areas due to surging numbers of COVID-19 cases.
  12. 2021 Friday K: MASS SHOOTING NEWS / LAW ENFORCEMENT NEWS-  We learned that late last night in San  Diego, California, a mass shooting left one person dead and at least four injured.  We learned today that NBC once again rejiggered audio from the recent police shooting of Ma’ Khia Bryant who was in the act of stabbing another girl with an eight-inch blade.  As they did with George Zimmerman’s 911 call regarding Trayvon Martin, they edited and fabricated the police call so as to suit their narrative.  Folks, these lying scumbag networks should be fined and/or stripped of their broadcast licenses.   Meanwhile, Nicolas Cruz, the POS who shot up Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida back on February 14, 2018 in what we have dubbed the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre 2018- could go on trial for his life as early as this September.  (Note- we thought he had already copped to a deal).   Elsewhere, an alternate juror in the murder trial of Derek Chauvin says ‘yes, indeed, the mob intimidate us into finding the way we did.’  This verdict is going to get tossed.  Count on it.
  13. 2021 Friday L: SOCIAL MEDIA AND STUPID PEOPLE NEWS- After that big POS Los Angeles Lakers dimwit LeBron “Fecal Matter” James put up his most recent tweet about the cop who shot violent teen Ma’ Kia Bryant in Columbus, Ohio, a few days ago, President Donald J. Trump says the turd should ‘focus on his NBA career rather than presiding over the destruction of the National Basketball League.’  LeBron James clearly learned nothing in school and worse, he is down on his knees in front of Xi Jinping doing the nasty for him every day.  C***sucker.  Speaking of LeBron and social media, millions are asking WHY Twitter banned President Donald J. Trump for ‘inciting violence’ while all the while permitting King James to make threats of his own via the platform?  Why?
  14. 2021 Friday M: COVID-19 NEWS / UPDATES- Today, 33 colleges said that in order to return to classes in the next semester, ALL students will have to show proof they have been vaccinated for the Xi Jinping Bat Virus.  In other Chi-Vi news, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton – with the help of Border Guru Stephen Miller- is suing the Biden administration over its hypocrisy of allowing in hundreds of thousands of illegals without testing them for the ‘VID while demanding states continue the bogus lockdowns the federal government imposes on them (if it can get away with doing it).  Moving on, the U.S. will now permit the use of Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccinations to proceed.  However, this comes on the heels of the CDC investigation yet another woman’s death- someone in her fifties- following vaccination for the Chi-Vi.
  15. 2021 Friday N: U.S. GOVERNMENT NEWS- Ahead of their planned pull out, U.S. military is packing up its military hardware in Afghanistan while leaving non-military supplies such as office equipment and appliances behind for the Taliban to put to good use.   In other truly embarrassing news, U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, a true milquetoast if one ever existed, is going to permit U.S. diplomatic missions abroad to fly the LGBTQIA+ flag at the same level with the U.S. flag around the world.  Gee whiz, paint another target on our backs, will you?  Meanwhile, the Biden White House is nominating a ‘conservationist’- Tracy Stone-Manning- to lead the Public Lands Bureau.  Another left-wing loser to be sure.  Finally, SpaceX Dragon capsule blasted off today carrying FOUR American astronauts to the International Space Station.
  16. 2021 Friday O: JANUARY 06, 2021 STORMING THE CAPITOL / CAPITOL HILL RIOTS / FALSE FLAG OPERATIONS NEWS- It appears that Capitol Hill law enforcement has grown fatigued by lying Democrats’ narratives on what happened on that fateful day when Antifa and Black Lives Matter infiltrated the ranks of Trump supporters and then set in motion the largest FALSE FLAG operation seen in the history of our country.  They are pushing back on recent claims by unnamed Democrats that they showed ‘bias towards the Trump supporters.’  They say they did not.   Elsewhere, Senator Ron Johnson, R-WI, is demanding a FULL ACCOUNTING of the death of Capitol Hill Police Officer Brian Sicknick, someone whom we just learned died from natural causes and did not- we repeat, did NOT- have his head bashed in with a fire extinguisher as liberal fake news media and Democrat politicians have long claimed.   Tell us the truth.
  17. 2021 Friday P: STATE NEWS-  Florida’s Supreme Court stopped a bid with which to legalize marijuana in the Sunshine State.  Good.  We have enough stupid people already.   Elsewhere, in California, Caitlyn Jenner makes it official- she is running for the governor’s job in the recall of Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom and some like that overweight, wig-wearing Joy Behar on “The View” are upset.  She was so upset, she kept using the wrong pronouns when speaking of Ms. Jenner which in the liberal WOKE world is a major faux pas.  Yet, liberals routinely get away with NOT doing as they say everyone else should be doing.  What a farce.  Next, in New York City late last night/early this morning, did their best to deface a monument in Central Park, one built to commemorate the loss of 260 U.S. Navy sailors who were killed when the battleship USS Maine blew up in Havana Harbor, Cuba, on February 15, 1898, the main event that propelled the U.S. into war with Spain.  Police arrested some of the rioters but we are sure they left the slammer within hours of their arrest.
  18. 2021 Friday Q: POLITICAL NEWS I- A new study on elected officials who are the child of elected officials says that Congresswoman Liz Cheney, RINO-WY, and Senator Lisa Murkowski, RINO-AK, vote to the LEFT of their parents when they were in office.  Meanwhile, Senator Joe Manchin, D-W. VA, said he ‘endorses Senators Murkowski and her RINO buddy, Susan Collins, of Maine.   Next, survivors of the Steve Scalise shooting criticize yesterday’s findings by the FBI that James Hodgkinson who shot up the Republican team preparing for the annual House baseball game back on June 14, 2017 did so because he wanted to die by suicide by cop.  This was the FBI finding we received yesterday and all we can say is that FBI Director Christopher Wray is full of fecal matter.
  19. 2021 Friday R: POLITICAL NEWS II- Congressman Jason Smith, R-MO 8th congressional district, told Newsmax TV that New York state’s planned payments of $15,000 or more to illegal aliens is ‘unacceptable.’  It’s unacceptable when Americans need help, require salvation from all the Chi-Com Virus lockdowns and restrictions, and liberal left-wing government would rather care for INVADERS than for its own people.   Next, Kimberly Guilfoyle endorses former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens in his U.S. Senate bid.   Moving on, Governor Asa Hutchinson, RINO-AR, vetoed a bill limiting gun restrictions.  He vetoed a bill that LIMITS restrictions on guns in the Natural State, for Christ’s Sake.   The man has demonstrated he is little more than a RINO.
  20. 2021 Friday S: POLITICAL NEWS III- Apparently, the President Trump 2020 Campaign left an unpaid view in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a $211,000 bill, one they are sending to collections.  Sounds like bull crap but then- we know how it is.  Speaking of President Trump, he may be leaving Florida to spend the summer at his New Jersey golf club.   Speaking of Florida, the okays a bill banning abortions based on disability.  Meanwhile, we learn that the United States Postal Service- the USPS, for Christ’s Holy Sake!- is now doing dirty work for the Biden regime by spying on conservative Americans.  Man, they must have amassed a humongous dossier on the AICPENDBLOG.COM by now.  What the hell is the postal service doing behaving like the Gestapo?  Has Stamps.com hurt them this much that they must take on jobs that have NOTHING to do with their daytime jobs?
  21. 2021 Friday T: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I- After a violent summer last year in \Minneapolis, Minnesota, BLACK-OWNED businesses in the city say the ‘city has abandoned them.’  These poor people watched Black Lives Matter and Antifa and all the hateful white punks (especially the banshees) screaming and rioting, looting, robbing, raping, and burning, and the damned Twin Cities need to do something to get them back on their feet!  What the hell does it take?  Where the hell is Patrice Cullors and all her millions of dollars?  Where is Joe Biden?  HELP these people.  Elsewhere, the Washington Post was slammed earlier today for their disgraceful ‘fact-checking’ on Senator Tim Scott’s ‘from the cotton fields to Congress’ statement awhile back.  Leftists are scumbags, what more can one say?  In other whack-job news, Climate Czar John F. Kerry says that the administration is exploring a BORDER ADJUSTMENT TAX that will slap additional taxes, i.e., tariffs, on nations with weaker climate policies.  Folks, it’s time to make up NICE with Russia or China and seek asylum.  These people are cray-cray.
  22. 2021 Friday U: CALIFORNIA LOTTERY RESULTS- Here are the results for the Mega-Millions Draw #1653: 04, 28, 29,30, 60, and Mega 25.  Stay tuned for news on the winners…Out of 111,596 winning tickets, the highest winners were TWO people who had FOUR plus the Mega for a prize of $14,862 apiece.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Once again, archivists for UFO combined several shows together for an enticing offering for the fans: “Impact Live” (August 14, 2017).  Two of the shows come from the 1990s featuring a lineup of Phil Mogg (vocals), Michael Schenker (guitars), Pete Way (bass), Paul Raymond (keyboards/rhythm guitar), and Simon Wright (drums).  The other show comes from the 1970s and features Phil Mogg (vocals), Michael Schenker (guitars), Pete Way (bass), Paul Raymond (keyboards/rhythm guitar), and Andy Parker (drums).  While some may debate the energy showcased here, others are excited to have more access to more shows featuring one of the all-time great veteran bands coming to us from the late 1960s.  We believe there is NOTHING available today that can compare with this exciting band so why not check it out for yourselves and consider adding it to your collection- we think you will be glad you did.

  14. 1852 Monday: Ohio makes it illegal for children under 18 and women to work more than 10 hours a day.
  15. 1867 Friday: The U.S. Congress first approves the construction of the Lincoln Memorial.  Meanwhile, in Canada, the Canadian Constitution comes into being through the passage of the British North American Act.
  16. 1882 Wednesday: The Knights of Columbus undergoes chartering in Connecticut.

  24. 1940 Friday: Joe Louis knocks out Johnny Paycheck in 2 to retain heavyweight-boxing title.  Elsewhere, Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov announces that the Soviet Union ‘will remain neutral in the war between Nazi Germany and France and Britain.’  Boy, does he have a surprise coming his way in June 1941.  Speaking of the Soviets, they are looking to nick off Bessarabia from Rumania which will put the Rumanians in the Axis camp.
  25. 1941 Saturday: As the British continue pushing through Ethiopia on the way to liberate the capital of Addis Ababa from the Fascist Italians, Italian civilians- who have no love for the war imposed upon them by Il Duce- are begging for protection from the British.  Renegade Askari troops are running amok murdering, raping, and torturing Italians wherever they find them.
  26. 1942 Sunday: Things are dire for the British indeed when they begin floating the idea of granting independence to their crown colony of India following a successful conclusion to World war II.  They desperately need Indian colonial troops to help them prosecute the war on all fronts.   Meanwhile, the RAF bomber command begins attacking civilian targets in Germany.  The strategy is to harm the civilian population as much as possible with the idea of driving them to take down the Nazi government.  Of course, this will never happen and the German people will suffer horribly at the hands of their enemies.
  27. 1943 Monday: World War II rationing of meat, fats, and cheese began across the United States.  Meanwhile, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Chad Allan—multi-instrumentalist with Chad Allan and the Expressions, the band that would become the Guess Who[ii]—is born.  Elsewhere, the British Admiralty is weighing a difficult decision- do they suspend aid convoys to their new allies, the Soviet Union, because they lack the naval and long-range air assets to protect the convoys heading to Arctic Russian ports or do they continue sending supplies and losing precious ships and personnel?
  28. 1944 Wednesday: Imperial Japanese forces continue trying to invest the eastern Indian city of Imphal, perhaps one of their worst-planned, self-inflicted military disasters yet.  When they should have been withdrawing their forces to points further east to defend the territories nearer to home conquered by them in late 1941-mid-1943, they have the idea that the people of India will join them in destroying the British.  This won’t happen- the Brits promised the Indian people their independence.
  29. 1945 Thursday: During World War II, March 29 is the final day Nazi Germany launches B-1 attacks against Great Britain while the Soviet Army on the Eastern Front mauls the German 4th Army to the point that it no longer is battle-worthy.  In Hungary, as the Germans continue being forced back by the Red Army, Hungarian troops are deserting in droves and joining with the Reds.  They must do what they must to survive this horrendous conflict.  Still, the Germans can dish out a harsh mauling here and there.
  30. 1949 Tuesday: Turkey recognizes Israel.  When they were still a FREE democratic republic, the Turks were great people and were friendly with much of the world.  Fifty years later or so when the dictator would come and make the country into a junior partner of the Islamist school of thought, all of this would go out the window.

  33. 1961 Wednesday: After a 4-year trial, Nelson Mandela wins acquittal on treason charges.  In the U.S., the 23rd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution passes ratification thereby allowing the residents of Washington, D.C., to vote in presidential elections.

  50. 2003 Saturday: Thanks to the Chi-Coms, SARS- Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome- is running amok in different parts of the world.  In the Canadian city of Toronto, health authorities report at least 100 cases due to loads of Chinese going back and forth.
  51. 2004 Monday: Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia joined NATO as full members, welcomed into the organization by President George W. Bush at the White House.  Elsewhere, due to Chi-Com bullying, the nation of Dominica withdraws its diplomats from the Republic of China- Taiwan- and sends them to Beijing.  Cowards.  Meanwhile, scientists are all agog at having found methane in the Martian atmosphere which means there could be organic processes occurring on the Red Planet.  We suspect there are- where’s there water, folks, there’s life and where there’s life, there’s methane.
  52. 2005 Tuesday: In war-devastated Iraq- thanks to the Bush-Cheney administration- three Romanian journalists undergo kidnapping by violent jihadists.  Although these poor souls face having their heads lopped off, it’s clearer that the scumbags holding them want to charge a massive ransom for their safe return.  We shall see.
  53. 2006 Wednesday: Christian convert Abdul Rahman flees Afghanistan and receives asylum in Italy.  Multitudes of Afghan clerics and government officials demand his extradition back to his home country so they can show him what Islamic ‘justice’ is.
  54. 2007 Thursday: Once again, a militant hegemonic Iran is up to no good.  The U.N. Security Council is wagging a finger at them in ‘grave, grave concern’ over the Iranian Revolutionary Guard capturing and imprisoning 15 British Royal Navy and Marines they claim entered their territorial waters.  Time to drop some neutron bombs on these sand maggots.
  55. 2008 Saturday: Liberals are creaming their pants around the world as today is EARTH HOUR, a time in which, slobbering liberals encourage everyone to go without ALL nonessential power between the hour of 8-9:00 P.M. local time.  This will show those dastardly energy-guzzling scumbags like Senator John F. Kerry, D-MA.
  56. 2009 Sunday: At a nursing home in Carthage, North Carolina, a POS gunman goes on a rampage killing at least 8 people and wounding another 3.  Democrats immediately begin screaming for ‘GUN CONTROL!  CONFISCATE ALL GUNS!  DESTROY THE NRA!’  To be expected, every time some schmuck uses a gun for evil.
  57. 2010 Monday: At least 38 people die and 60 suffer injuries when two female suicide bombers carry out two separate terrorist attacks at Moscow Metro stations Lubyana and Park Kultury.   Elsewhere, in Myanmar, Aung San Suu Kyi and her political movement, the National League for Democracy, announces that it will boycott the upcoming elections because of the corruption of their government.

  59. 2012 Thursday: In New Delhi, India, leaders of Brazil, Russia, China, South Africa, and India meet for the 2012 BRICS summit.  Elsewhere, in San Pedro Sula prison in Honduras, inmates run amok and at least 13 people are slain in the violence.
  60. 2013 Friday:  New research on the Shroud of Turin supports that it may been used as Jesus Christ’s burial cloth; researchers used mechanical and thermal measurements to date the shroud between 300 BC and 400 AD.  Elsewhere, in Peshawar, Pakistan, a vehicle bomb explodes near the U.S. Embassy, killing 10 people outright and injuring at least another 35-40 people.
  61. 2014 Saturday:  Russia makes assurances that the country will not invade Ukraine in its efforts to resolve the dispute over its annexation of Crimea.  Of course, the Russians have already gobbled up the Crimea and will soon be waging undeclared war in eastern Ukraine on behalf of ‘Russian separatists’ there.
  62. 2015 Sunday: To combat the ISIS thugs, Egyptian President Fattah al-Sisi announces that moderate Arab states will begin allowing their militaries to work with one another since Barack Obama cut off aid to Egypt, Jordan, and others.  Saudi Arabia has already been battling Iranian-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen.   Meanwhile, Pakistan is sending a Boeing 747 to evacuate its diplomats and civilians out of that crumbling country.
  63. 2016 Tuesday: Due to increasing strife and chaos along the southern border of Turkey with Iraq, the U.S. State Department as well as the Pentagon begin ordering all diplomatic and military personnel to evacuate.  ISIS is continuing to run amok in Syria butchering and killing people all over the place so in order to avoid an international incident, it’s time to begin withdrawing U.S. personnel.  We’d hate to go to war in Syria, right (or have we already been fighting there)?  Elsewhere, Breitbart News reports that Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski is charged with battery for allegedly having pushed their reporter, Michelle Fields, away from his candidate on March 08.  What a load of crap.
  64. 2017 Wednesday: Britain filed for divorce from the European Union as Prime Minister Theresa May sent a six-page letter to EU Council President Donald Tusk.  Meanwhile, Ivanka Trump assumes a position as an unpaid advisor to her father, President Donald J. Trump.   Elsewhere, jihadists continue running amok in Iraq as a suicide bomber targets a police roadblock.  The subsequent explosion kills 15 people outright and injures at least another 40 poor souls.
  65. 2018 Thursday: Because the U.S. Department of Homeland Security failed to notify screened asylum seekers that their one-year time frame for requesting asylum was going to end, thus prompting the illegals to hurry up with their claims, Judge Ricardo S. Martinez orders the DHS to give the ‘asylum seekers’ another year to file their applications and also orders the DHS to fix their rules.   Meanwhile, the 2018 Major League Baseball season gets underway.
  66. 2019 Friday: Democratic politician Lucy Flores accuses former vice president and presidential candidate Joseph R. Biden of an ‘inappropriate kiss.’  Oh, well; it’s not the first time.   Elsewhere, a judge in the Cayman Islands, a judge throws out a law stipulating that marriage is between one man and one woman and thus legalizes with the stroke of a pen gay marriage.  And another one bites the dust.
  67. 2020 Sunday: Thanks to the Wuhan Flu leaving China and enveloping the world, the number of confirmed global cases sits at 718,685 what with 33,881 confirmed deaths from the virus.  Meanwhile, in the United States, we know of 139,675 cases with at least 2,436 deaths.  China continues trying to alleviate itself of the sole responsibility as creators of this horrendous virus but everyone knows the communists sitting pretty in Beijing are the culprits and that when the crisis passes, they will be held to account for it.  Shame on them: your plan to take out President Trump by ruining the global economy is a complete failure.
  68. 2021 Monday: You know the drill- stick around and find out the news of the day…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

The Michael Schenker Group released a 4-CD retrospective live album featuring three complete shows recorded in the early 1980s when he had just formed his solo band. “The Mad Axman Live” came out on October 13, 2007.  Joining the legendary German guitarist are well-known and much beloved members of his solo band: vocalist Gary Barden, Chris Glen (bass), Andy Nye and Paul Raymond (keyboards), and Ted McKenna and Cozy Powell (drums).  Always a wild rocker, Schenker puts on one hell of a great show and these three shows encapsulated on four discs- albeit five-star bootleg quality- are well worth whatever price eBay might be charging for it, which at the time of this writing was running around $80.00.  We hope you will seek this one out because the man and his band have been with us for a long, long time.  You will enjoy this album so please, seek it out wherever you shop for the best in rock music- you can thank us later.

[i] The young United States should have taken ALL of Mexico down through the Central American countries to where the southern end of Panama meets the northern end of Colombia.  Had we done that, we would have solved the issue of illegal immigration.  We should have also taken Cuba in 1898 and kept her just as we should have gone back and taken Canada.  What a glorious nation we would have, one now being overrun with Third World illegal aliens.

[ii] On Wednesday, 14-June-2017, we began presenting the music of the Guess Who and of its individual members- including Bachman-Turner Overdrive, Randy Bachman, Burton Cummings, and Bravebelt..  The entire discography ran from the above date through Sunday, 01-October-2017.  We hope you will check them out.

[iii] We began promoting the music of both the Beatles and the band’s individual components on Friday, 04-November-2016 through Sunday, 11-June-2018.  Besides the Beatles, we also promoted the music of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison as well as the Traveling Wilburys.

Is it possible that the Democrats might be awakening to the scope of the BIDEN BORDER CATASTROPHE along our southern border? Let us hope so…

78. 2021 Sunday G: COVID-19 News- as Joe Biden continues braying about the success of ‘his’ COVID-19 vaccine plan, Dr. Moncef Slaoui says that ‘President Donald J. Trump bears 90-percent of the responsibility for getting the vaccine made and distributed.’ Joe Biden does not want to hear that. Next, the Centers for Disease Control reports the successful vaccinations of 3.1 million customers in a single day for ‘Joe Biden’s vaccine.’ Whoa.

BLOG POST #3,820 AT THE AICP-END

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 597

80. TODAY IN HISTORY—SUNDAY, MARCH 21, 2021 UPDATE A:

DAY SIXTY-ONE OF THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION

Is it possible that the Democrats might be awakening to the scope of the BIDEN BORDER CATASTROPHE along our southern border?  Let us hope so…

  • 2021 Sunday:  BIDEN BORDER CATASTROPHE I: First thing we learned today is that the Biden administration is spending $87 million of taxpayer monies to house hundreds of thousands along the southern border, mostly in Arizona and Texas.  (Note- Joe, if you deported everyone, you wouldn’t have to spend a dime).   Next, on ABC News today, Antonio Mayorkas, director of Homeland Security announced that ‘the border is secure, closed, the U.S. is expelling illegal aliens, so don’t come.’  (Note- does anyone believe this duck crap?).  At he same time, Jenn Pellegrino of One America News was interviewing an illegal alien who said that because ‘Joe Biden is in the White House, he and everyone else is coming as Donald Trump wouldn’t let anyone in.’  There you go- what more evidence does the reader require to understand that feeble Joe Biden wants to flood the country with illegal aliens?
  • 2021 Sunday A:  BIDEN BORDER CATASTROPHE II:  Congressman Michael McCaul, R-TX 10th congressional district, predicts that by the early summer, at least 1 million Third World illegal aliens will have crossed our border with millions more to come.  (Note- folks, we are being invaded as though we are in a war.  By the time government wakes up to the danger, it will be too late).   Congressman McCaul also says the Biden administration ‘could easily solve the crisis by returning to Trump era policies on the border.’  Likewise, Senator Tom Cotton, R-AR, echoes McCaul by saying that the Dems ‘dumped three Trump era policies that would solve the crisis now.’  Meanwhile, Customs and Border Patrol- the CBP- says it’s going to begin releasing illegal aliens into the heartland of Texas sans any court dates.   Elsewhere, Senator Rob Portman, R-OH, says that there ‘must be transparency along the border so it’s time for the Biden administration to remove the blackout down there.’  (Note- you would think that IF the Biden people thought they were doing a bang-up job, they would want the world to see exactly what they are doing.  But they don’t!  What is up with that?). Portman also says CBP must be given additional resources.  Finally, Sheriff Mark Daniels of Cochise County, Arizona, says that ‘Joe Biden halting construction on the border wall has driven Mexican cartels- especially the Sinaloa cartel- to increased violence.’  How about doing something for law and order, Joe?
  • 2021 Sunday B: JOE BIDEN NEWS- Joe Biden has now officially gone TWO WHOLE MONTHS sans a press conference with reporters.  Supposedly, the ancient stumbler is going to address the entire planet on March 25, 2021.  (Note- stay aware of deep fakes and multiple takes.  Just saying).  Next, China experts say that the reason for Beijing’s hyper-aggressiveness with the Biden administration is that they believe they have him by the balls due to Wall Street and son Hunter Biden’s ties with Chinese Communist Party.   Gordon Chang says that ‘neither Russia or the People’s Republic of China has any respect for Joe Biden and believe they can push the senile old coot around.’  Next, Joe Biden dumps a Trump era student loan debt forgiveness program and then forgives $1 billion in student loan debt.
  • 2021 Sunday C: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I: Soon-to-be-gone Congresswoman Liz Cheney, R-WY, is among a group of lawmakers seeking to boycott the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022.   Speaking of sports, the Atlanta Motor Speedway is holding a NASCAR event and expects at least 20,000 people to show up and enjoy the spectacle.   Meanwhile, COVID-19 claims one of the NCAA March Madness Men’s Games, the matchup between Virginia Commonwealth University-Oregon University.  Elsewhere, the mayor of Miami Beach, Florida, Dan Gelber, declares a state of emergency as spring breakers descend on the Sunshine State’s beaches.   Speaking of Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis bans the teaching of the bogus and highly racist philosophy- Critical Race Theory- and instead, seeks to have teachers become proficient in the teaching of civics, history, and government.   Next, Trump senior adviser Jason Miller says that President Trump will be back on social media within 2-3 months with a new social media app.’  Excellent.
  • 2021 Sunday D: FOREIGN/OVERSEAS NEWS- the Japanese announce that they are going to restore their role in global affairs and that its military will aid the United States in protecting the independence of Taiwan and other nations under threat from Beijing.  Welcome back, Japan.  Meanwhile, the U.S. Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks says that China is a pacing challenge for the U.S. military as China’s elites believe they can push the United States around.   Elsewhere, the U.S. intercepts- get this- chatter among Iranian Revolutionary Guard bigwigs discussing an attack on Fort McNair in Washington, D.C. That would be something if these dimwits attempted a brazen attack like that.  Then again, with Joe Biden in the White House, he’d probably give them a pass.
  • 2021 Sunday E: FOREIGN/OVERSEAS NEWS II: Afghan state media announced the unplanned visit by U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.  He arrived in Kabul today to hold talks with members of the Afghan government.  Elsewhere, thousands of protesters are flooding the streets of Istanbul, Turkey, protesting Turkish thug dictator Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s signing of a bill with which to withdraw the once great Ottoman Empire from an international treaty recognizing and protecting the rights of women.  Many believe this will empower murderers, abusers, and rapists to reach new heights in punishing women and girls.
  • 2021 Sunday F: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS II- Senator Rick Scott, R-FL, blasts the Dems over their hypocrisy on getting rid of the filibuster rule in the U.S. Senate.  Next, Senator Ron Johnson, R-WI, says the Dems are trying to SILENCE him for exposing their bogus narrative on ‘what happened’ on January 06, 2021, the day the Dems (and some stupid RINOs) are trying to spin as some sort of violent and armed insurrection.  He won’t adhere to their narrative and continues sharing the truth with anyone who will listen.  God bless you, Senator Johnson!   Elsewhere, the Dems are shattering fund-raising records this year.  The DNC has already raised $18.4 million.  Wow.  Meanwhile, Democrat lawmakers in the Empire State are being pressured to return ALL donations given to them by outgoing Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo.  Now that the man is besieged by people in his state who are openly demanding he either resign or be removed via impeachment, NO one wants to be tied with this POS.  Finally, the Massage Parlor Massacres could not have come at a better time for the Democrats- they are redoubling efforts to remove lawful gun owners firearms.  Go figure.  “Never let a good crisis go to waste.”
  • 2021 Sunday G: COVID-19 News- as Joe Biden continues braying about the success of ‘his’ COVID-19 vaccine plan, Dr.
  • 2021 Sunday H: ECONOMIC NEWS- Former Treasury official Lawrence “Larry” Summers says, ‘Joe Biden’s economic program (if one can call it such) is the least responsible in the past 40 years.’  Amen.  Meanwhile, Trump economic adviser Peter Navarro says, that elections do indeed have consequences and the stolen election of 2020 has lots of consequences.’   Elsewhere, tax expert Julio Gonzalez says that ‘illegal aliens are the big winners of the Joe Biden stimulus (PORKULUS) plan and NOT Americans.’  Ouch.
  • 2021 Sunday I: OPINION NEWS- Fareed Zakaria of GPS- Global Public Square- said today that the ‘United States military is so much better than that of the People’s Republic of China that the U.S. does not need to spend the kind of money we have been spending on national defense.’  Zakaria says that Beijing is putting more money into its Belt and Roads Initiative with which it will tie large portions of the globe into a commonwealth of sorts that will benefit all nations attached to it.  According to Zakaria, the U.S. is spending more money than it spent at the height of the Vietnam War- adjusted for inflation, of course- so why are we so frightened of communist China?  Fareed sounds rather like a shill for the Chinese Communist Party now doesn’t he?
  • 2021 Sunday J: NOTE- Here are the COVID-19 statistics for the planet as a whole: 122,964,412 confirmed cases, +1,081,972, 2,711,747, confirmed deaths, +18,941, and 69,647,959 confirmed recoveries, +614,688.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 30,011,181 confirmed cases, up 105,688 from yesterday’s reporting, 547,453 confirmed deaths, UP 2,322, and 116,813,739 confirmed recoveries.  Note- we are going to do our own estimates of recoveries based on percentages seeing as how the CDC won’t report them.  It would appear in the age of ‘Joe Biden,’ people are becoming sicker with the Chinese Virus and dying faster than they did under Donald Trump.  NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 218,986 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE United States- El Presidente, in another two-and-a-half weeks, you will have tied the total number witnessed by the Trump administration in nearly a year of the coronavirus running amok.
  • 2021 Sunday K: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,641,664 confirmed cases, 57,501 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 28,773 confirmed cases, 454 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 357,376 confirmed cases, 5,224 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other piece of the U.S., the territory of Guam: currently, they have 8,749 confirmed cases, 135 confirmed deaths, and 6,707 confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 827,772 confirmed cases, 6,092 confirmed deaths, and 802,337 confirmed recoveries.   Let’s look at one other country- Iraq, the birthplace of civilization- 789,390 cases of the ‘VID, 13,969 confirmed deaths and 710,699 confirmed recoveries.
  • 2021 Sunday M: NATIONAL GAS PRICE AND U.S. NATIONAL DEBT- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.879 per gallon, $3.604 in Hawaii, and $3.316 in Washington state.   Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,078,445,971,103 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.  Cloward and Piven running amok.
  •  2021 Sunday N: CRIME NEWS- Law enforcement officials finally arrested a murderous POS named Sean Michael Lannon.  U.S. marshals have been pursuing this guy, tying him to at least five murders including that of his ex-wife’s.  When they finally arrested him, he confessed to at least 16 murders of various people across the country.  Give this guy the chair!

Taking a different path to bring peace to the Middle East via the backdoor- Trump is giving the Palestinians NO other path forward to prosperity unless they, too, make peace with Israel

Here is what I think: the Trump administration bringing about peace in the region via a backdoor way- in my view- of leaving the Palestinians no other choice other than to make peace with the Jewish state or risk living in continuing anguish, misery, sadness, and poverty. In effect, the Gaza Strip will become the worst neighborhood in the Middle East and I suspect at some point in time the people will overthrow the Palestinian Authority and will murder the thug who runs Hamas- Hassan Nasrallah, the man whom we believe bears complete responsibility for the blast in Beirut a couple of months ago.

BLOG POST #3,609 AT THE AICP-END

47 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

If what happens what I think is happening, the Palestinians will become the lone holdout among the Arab peoples in making peace with Israel…

Frazier Park, CA 93222, 09-17-2020 Thursday:  I’m just a mountain chef here in southern central California but like my colleagues, I have long paid attention to world events.  I believe education and lifelong edification is important to one’s own betterment and believe you me, we are seeing some amazing things taking place right now.  The fact that the United Arab Emirates and now Bahrain are making peace with Israel is flabbergasting and something I believe is just the tip of the iceberg and a backdoor way of forcing the Palestinians to ‘shit or get off the pot.’  While I could sugarcoat that last statement to make it more palatable for more delicate readers, it sounds better if said in the way it was intended.[i]

Added to Egypt and Jordan, two countries that have enjoyed economic prosperity and rising quality of life for all citizens since making peace decades ago, other Arab nations such as UAE and Bahrain will only make the peace that much more powerful, long-lasting, and solid.  Imagine if Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, maybe Oman, even Yemen make peace with Israel, these nations will be able to unite as one against the real threat of the region, the criminal nation of Iran.[ii]

Up until now, the Arab nations have mostly said that as long as there is NO Two-State Solution by which, the Palestinians and the Israelis share their plot of land, there can be NO peace.  Okay, no peace.  What has that gotten the region?  For one thing, it’s gotten them ISIS, Hezbollah, Hamas, Al-Qaida, and other rat-crap terrorist groups, all bent upon destroying the world’s sole Jewish state, to wipe it as a state off the map and to drive its inhabitants into the Mediterranean Sea.

I would think that as Israel’s neighbors see the prosperity Israel enjoys, that many of the less financially successful countries would be eager to climb aboard.  I would think that Sudan, Algeria, perhaps even Libya, and Yemen would benefit from allying together to stand for peace and prosperity throughout the region and for an end to conflict, indiscriminate violence, terror, and devastation.  Why would any nation not want this for its people?

The problem up until now has been the Palestinians.[iii]  Led by scumbags such as Yasser Arafat, Hamas, and other jihadi groups, Palestine has always pushed itself away from the table when presidents and Israeli leaders have been willing to give them everything their leaders claim they want for them.  But, oh, no, once peace seems possible, the leadership of both the Palestinian Authority and Hamas say, “Nope, no way, Jose, we are done and out’ and away they go, back to the same old crap.

Well, what if the Arab states of the Persian Gulf- Oman, Kuwait, the Saudis all clamor to climb aboard?  What if Yemen, Sudan, perhaps Algeria, Morocco and others around the region want to participate in a new era of peace and co-prosperity?  Not only would it further isolate Syria, Iran, and their stooges in Iraq, it would also put the Turks on the spot as once, long ago, they were friends with Israel, until they elected dictator for life Tayyip Recep Erdogan.  Then, they became pro-jihadi and pro-reestablishment of the Ottoman Empire, a crazy idea if ever one existed.

Setting the “Sick Man of Europe” aside, if most or nearly all Arab states made peace with Israel, where would the Palestinians be?  None of these countries want Palestinians and some who gave them refuge long ago had to drive them out as they are the most hateful, most uncooperative, most demanding people to have on one’s territory and have been driven out of Egypt, Jordan, and other countries across the region.

I think we are on the verge of Mideast peace and if President Trump is able to bring it about then he most assuredly does deserve the Nobel Peace Prize as NO one has ever attempted to bring it about the way in which, HE is doing it: a different path.  God bless him and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner for the optimistic way in which, they are doing it.  I wonder what the twin bitches Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar have to say?[iv]

Join me here tomorrow and we will continue.  See you then…

Our personal identity and security are now particularly important so I, like everyone else at the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day has had local Bakersfield, California, up-and-coming street artist, Simone, create some portraits of me.  The problem is in this hyper age of partisanship and the far left going bonkers, we have had to cut back on how much of ourselves we share with the readership.  Sad to say, it sucks especially for someone such as me who lives in a small community and owns a business.  Anyhow, Google Blogger has screwed us the best way they could so we write full-time at WordPress.com at the AICPENDBLOG.COM.  I have been in professional foodservice for a long, long time and have known Stinkbug for an equally long time.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] For far too long, U.S. presidents have indulged leadership of the Palestinian people by giving them all manner of things which drives them to demand more and more and more in exchange for doing absolutely nothing but continue dismissing the plight of their people.  The fact that Americans and Western Europeans indulge them on this bogus BDS movement is bad enough but that the American people have elected Israel-haters like AOC and her squad is even more shocking.

[ii] Iran- since its revolution in 1979- is the cancer of the Middle East.  To heal the patient, we can cut it out, we can use chemo or we can use radiation.  I think a combination of all three would save the region.

[iii] Look at the behavior of that crazy bitch, Rashida Tlaib.  That woman is a slithering nut, someone whom I hope loses her seat this November.  The time has come for us to squash the anti-Israel voices in our country because these people are absolutely insane.

[iv] Personally, I could give a flying f**k what these two skanks have to say- I only want to hear their cries when they lose their seats in November.

JTF: Impeachment, like turkey gravy, if not based upon a solid foundation- in this case a long-simmered stock and a slow-cooked, medium brown roux- is bound to fail with dire consequences for the chef

Chefs always claim that ‘a good gravy will solve every problem, when it comes to turkey or chicken and dumplings or meatloaf, because a good gravy will cover up overcooked meat and lukewarm potatoes, rice, or dumplings. Always spend the appropriate amount of time making your gravy and your star will rise into the heavens.

FALL SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,315 AT THE AICP-END

343 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

HAPPY THANKSGIVING 2019

Politicians, like chefs, must either do it right or pay the price…

San Diego, CA 92122, 11-28-2019 Thursday:  Good morning!  ¡Buenas mañanas!  Welcome to the 2019 Thanksgiving Day celebration here at the blog.  It is always a pleasure to come in and do a holiday here, no matter what it is.  We take considerable pride in our self-appointed work and we hope that one day, we will become the big boys (and girls) on the block, you know, los grandes (y niñas) en el bloque, what with a big professional website and additional writers and news writers.  Everyone must begin somewhere and since we are in the midst of our ten-year celebration, it could be coming soon.

You know, life is akin to making top-notch turkey gravy, you either do it the ‘right way’ or you don’t.  To make the best gravy- and note- meat and/or poultry-based, roux-formed ‘sauces’ are NOT ‘sauces’ in the classical sense but are true gravies and more American culinary art than they are European or elsewhere.

We roast our turkeys a day or two before the holiday, which might seem strange to folks at home who generally attempt to do everything the same day, possibly beginning the night before.  Some things, mis amigos, you simply cannot rush, like say, impeaching a president?

We slather the turkeys inside and out with vegetable oil and stuff raw butter underneath the breast skin.  We also add our salt, pepper, and plenty of garlic.  Garlic is a must and anyone saying otherwise has no clue as to what they are talking about so pay no attention to their mutterings.

We add plenty of celery ends, tops, and leaves, onion and carrot scraps, some leeks, scallions, even some turnips and parsnips, to the cavities of the birds along with some orange peelings and lemon peelings.  We add whole thyme, some marjoram, and plenty of parsley, all the aromatics that will give the meat an aroma worthy of dying for as well as a tenderness possible only with the intercession of God cooked right into the meat.

We start the temperature high and then drop them down and once they begin to brown, we tent them with foil so as to prevent any overcooking or over-roasting of the wings and thighs.  As they cook, we ladle drippings back onto the meat and back into the cavities and once the ultimate internal temperatures hit 165° F., we remove them from the oven and begin cutting the meat away from the bones.

We do not wait until the birds are cool as some do, we take our time, using a poultry boning knife and scimitar to make clean cuts and to then lift the breast meat away from the carcass.  Then, we spend time on the thighs so we can remove as much of the dark meat as possible and set it aside, too.

Then, the bones go into the steam-jacket along with the liquid part of the drippings.  As some are working on the meat, others are drawing the fat off the surface of the accumulated turkey stock.  We skim off this liquid fat and keep it separate from the stock.  When we have accomplished this task, we add the stock to the steam-jacket along with more of the root vegetables, seasonings, spices, and additional water and for good measure, some port wine along with more garlic heads.

We slowly and patiently reduce the stock for a couple of days, concentrating the flavor.  Then, when it’s time to prepare the gravy, we bring out the solidified fat, put it into a heavy-bottomed, roasting saucepot, commonly known as a ‘G.I. pot,’ and heat it up.

As it does so, we begin adding all-purpose flour to form a roux.  The kind we want is a medium-brown roux.  We whisk it continually while adding enough flour until it is very thick and then we put the roux pot into a 350° F. oven where we continue cooking it until we arrive at the color we desire, after 30-40 minutes.  Stir frequently.

Then, it’s a matter of returning the hot stock to the roux, gradually, slowly, whisking all the while.  We do this so we do not create any lumps of flour or spice which would be devastating for the finished product.  It is all about time, minute by minute, hour by hour, whisking, stirring, and adding.  Then, by the time it is formed, we adjust the flavorings and return it to a cleansed steam-jacket for additional slow cooking until the saucier declares it ‘acabada, perfecta.’

Now, we could half-ass the gravy like what the Democrats are trying to do to President Trump with their fraudulent impeachment.

Let’s say they are akin to a traitorous employee who has worked in our family’s restaurant and then decides that he or she is going to desert to the enemy and make ‘our gravy’ at ‘their place.’  Only, they don’t know the entire recipe or the full spectrum of ingredients because a chef NEVER exposes his or her complete recipes.

Let us say this traitorous former employee is Adam Schiff, (D-CA).  Let’s say he has convinced his new boss, Nancy Pelosi, that he can make better gravy at her place than we can do at ours.  Let’s say they bank on making loads of money and spend a lot of time going on various television programs telling everyone, “WE GOT THE GOODS!  WE ARE GOING TO PUT ON A BETTER THANKSGIVING DINNER THAN THE MUÑOZ DINER” (NOT the real name of our place for security reasons).

They invite everyone in the community.  They invite the bigwigs and they call in chefs from other places to witness their coup d’ grace. Everyone is excited, the big day is here, Chef Schiff puts out the holiday dinner course by course, crowing over each dish until we arrive at the BIG ONE, the main entrée, with the roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, sage and onion stuffing, the works.  Covering the meat and potatoes, he ladles out his ‘masterpiece,’ the famed turkey gravy he stole from us.

Well, he screwed it up and you can see the distaste on the faces of the assembled diners.  Some are pushing their plates away, so nasty is the meal.  They were all led to believe that this would be the dinner that would put the Pelosi restaurant on the map and would give them five Michelin stars, thus propelling Chef Schiff into the ozone layer for decades to come.

Only, it is a disaster and everything goes to hell.  Chef Schiff decides he can no longer live being the absolute catastrophe that he is.  He goes into the crapper of a cheap hotel, puts his knotted tie around his chicken-neck, and hangs himself.  Meanwhile, owner Pelosi blasts him to the press, saying, “He forced me to do this but I never wanted to so I am washing my hands and stepping away.”

The assistant cooks and the prep-master and all the rest of the kitchen denizens who climbed aboard the Schiff culinary train find they can no longer obtain jobs outside working at an IHOP, Sizzler, or a Denny’s[i], because they are known scumbags and will have to find something else to do like cleaning the crappers in high schools.

Amigos, it is important to be honorable and to do the right thing.  When one thinks they know it all and can make a fast buck off it, usually, it does not go the way they believed it would.

Friends, amigos, have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and we will pick back up tomorrow.  Please, spend time on making your gravy as it is the crowning adornment to any turkey dinner.  Always has been ever since the Native Americans taught the Pilgrims how to do it and the Pilgrims passed it on to the rest of us.

Dios bendiga. Nos vemos de nuevo mañana un minuto después de la medianoche. Dios los bendiga a todos de nuevo.

#48.8c Live in London #19a (400)

Ian Hunter released his next effort, “Live in London,” on April 20, 2010.  Much of the material here comes from an earlier effort, “The Truth, the Whole Truth, and Nuthin’ but the Truth,” that came out on September 13, 2005.  This fabulous film features a wide selection of tunes- 21 big ones in fact- from throughout the artist’s career, which is why we did it so much.  Joining the artist on this effort were Andy York (guitars), John Conte (bass), Steve Holley and Micky Curry (drums/percussion), and some phenomenal guests to make it even more special.   Either way, we love this album and believe that you will, too, so please seek it out at Amazon.com, give it a good listen, and consider adding it to your growing album collection- you will be glad you did.

WE THANK OUR PATRONS AND BENEFACTORS FOR KEEPING US UP AND RUNNING.  WE THANK YOU AND ARE GRATEFUL TO HAVE YOU WITH US…

[i] We are not criticizing these fine restaurants; we are just using them as examples as where a disgraced chef who has done something the way our fictionalized Chef Schiff has.

[ii] We are not sure when we will begin offering albums by the Little River Band as that could be another 5-10 years from now but one day, we most surely will because they are one of the world’s greatest bands.  Seeing them live in the 1970s was a mind-altering

[iii] We look forward to doing the Clash but expect to do Supertramp first, then Pink Floyd, then Electric Light Orchestra/the Move, then Yes, and then perhaps the Clash.  They are among the amazing British rock bands of the 1970s and deserve to be acknowledged as such.

[iv] See the preceding footnote.

[v] We began promoting the music of both the Beatles and the band’s individual components on Friday, 04-November-2016 through Sunday, 11-June-2018.  Besides the Beatles, we also promoted the music of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison as well as the Traveling Wilburys.    The “White Album” appeared on Thursday, 24-November-2016.  Please seek out this massive offering by visiting the blog posts between those dates. You will be glad you did.

[vi] We will be presenting Elton John’s music at some point.

[vii] We began offering albums by this veteran Canadian American rock band on Friday, 25-May-2012 until the final day of Sunday, 17-June-2012.  We encourage everyone to check out the music of this group as they are still rocking to this day with original vocalist John Kay at the helm.

Just the Facts: the death of WAPO Journalist Jamal Khashoggi is horrendous but please, let us not allow his brutal murder to destroy all of the progress made by a modernizing Saudi Arabia

What many of the stories about Mr. Khashoggi leave out is that besides being an outspoken critic of the Saudi government and the House of Saud, he also was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, an entity inimical to the royal family, a malevolent entity that seeks to go even more conservative than the already ultra-conservative ruling house meaning it wants to return to the time of Mohammed and live under his ‘guiding light’ of violence, brutality, and bloodshed.

HANUKKAH 2018 DAY FIVE

What happened to Jamal Khashoggi was horrible but should it derail all the great things that have taken place across the Middle East since Donald Trump entered the White House?

San Diego, CA, 12-07-2018 Friday: We here at this blog have evaded the story about slain journalist for the Washington Post, Jamal Khashoggi, the man who walked willingly into the Saudi consulate in Turkey in November and who apparently exited as individual body parts carried out by the hitmen who murdered him.  This story has been ongoing nowhere near as long as the Trump-Russian collusion tale but man, the media and enemies of the president (and even some friends) just do not want to let go of it- they are like a dog trying to get the last little bit of gristle off the bone.

I understand WHY everyone is upset about the story but it also is puzzling how the Turks claim to have ‘discovered’ a sound recording of the execution of the Saudi journalist.  How did they obtain this mystifying tape from the sanctity of a consulate?  Did the Turks or the CIA have spies lurking within the building or did we fortuitously plant listening devices?  Something is not right here and yet, the tape purports to contain the final minutes of the victim’s life.

Although the Saudis have long been a sweet-and-sour friend, (we must remember of course that nearly all of the 9-11 hijackers hailed from Saudi Arabia), they have also been an indispensable ally and with the rise of Iran in the vacuum left by the toppling of Saddam Hussein, they have also drawn closer to their once-mortal enemy, Israel, forming an alliance with the Jewish state as well as its neighboring Arab states (excluding the Palestinians).

Mr. Khashoggi was a lifelong critic of the House of Saud and also of its new heir apparent, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (aka MBS), a man who seeks to modernize the heretofore archaic Saudi nation, something that would- if it were to succeed- would bring about drastic change for the good across the entire region.

For far too long, my colleagues and I have authored stories in which, we said the only thing preventing the religion of Islam from joining its fellow religions in the 21st century is that they have failed to undergo a reformation of sorts in the way that Christianity did which would bring them into modernity.

Imagine, if the House of Saud through the arrival of MBS, could usher in a new age for Islam, one in which, the faith could throw off the shackles of its past and embrace its future as an equal nation among nations.

Moreover, they are attempting to do this under the tutelage of MBS through granting women more rights, possibly opening the door to other faiths having a presence within the Kingdom and modernizing its legal system so that to run afoul of the law does not necessarily mean a date with the headsman in the town square on Friday.

What happened to Mr. Khashoggi has thrown the world into a tailspin with Western nations attempting to keep the crown prince at arm’s length.  Only Russian despot, Vladimir Putin, gave MBS a ‘high-five’ when the two ran into each other at the recent G20 meeting down in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

There is incredible pressure upon President Trump to sever ties with the Kingdom until it removes MBS from his position as next-in-line and to end the war in neighboring Yemen in which, the Saudis wage havoc with the Iranian proxies, the Houthi rebels.

Apparently, things are out of control in Yemen, there is widespread famine, children are dying in the streets, medical supplies and fresh water are running out while the Saudis launch missiles against enemy military and political sites.

This is not the first time war has raged in Yemen, it did more than 50 years ago when Saudi Arabia (aided by Jordan and Great Britain) fought a war there when Yemen was composed of two parts, North Yemen (Yemen Arab Republic) and the People’s Democratic Republic of (South) Yemen.

Officially known as the North Yemen Civil War (1962-1970), it pitted royalists against the Soviet-backed communists of PDR of Yemen and its Egyptian allies.  It was horrible, it was bloody, and it was yet another proxy war fought between West and East and the carnage was just as horrendous as now- if not worse- and yet, the public outcry at the time was nothing like it is now.

The Saudis have every right to defend their territory from attacks by Iranian proxies.  This is a battle for the soul of the Middle East.  Mohammed bin Salman seeks to usher in a new era of peace, tranquility, and modernization which to me means we should not cut our number two Middle Eastern ally off from our military aid.

The left in the United States would love it if we would cut the Saudis loose because anything that harms the country has the power to harm Donald Trump.  The American left could give a damn if the entire Middle East descended into chaos, bloodshed, and flames just so long as it would allow them to pummel President Trump over the head.

I do not believe the left gives a damn about a single Yemeni lost in this struggle between U.S.-supported Saudi Arabia and Iran-Russia-and-Hezbollah-backed Houthi rebels.  Let us root for a Saudi victory and let us not let the death of one journalist, diametrically opposed to the new leadership in his homeland to dislocate all the good things we have accomplished in the region since Donald Trump has been in the White House.

Jamal Khashoggi probably should not have been murdered but he was and it sure seems as though we or the Turks were on the lookout for it and so tapes of the poor man’s death found their way into the press.  Deep State, anyone?

Please, amigos, meet me here tomorrow as we head into the weekend.  Adios.

The Doors record label released another ‘best of’ compilation on September 18, 2001,” “The Very Best of the Doors.”  Once again, we find a fine selection of hits here for both the veteran and the novice listener.  This is perhaps one of the greatest bands to literally explode out of the mid-1960s and could have gone so far had not the lead singer overdosed on drugs while on hiatus in Paris.   We wholeheartedly recommend it and urge the readership to use the link we provide you here so you can visit Amazon.com.  Once there, pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you- you will be glad you did.
