No matter what the Dems launch at Donald Trump, he takes a licking, keeps on ticking, and will survive whatever else his enemies throw at him; you can count on it

Now, I get it, people are upset across the country but it almost seems as though this one has been percolating in the background, simply awaiting some dumbass white cop to commit some heinous act on a person of color and then KAPOW! Mass protests leapt out from the shadows and spread quickly across the country like left-wing wildfire.

SPRING SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,515 AT THE AICP-END

144 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

My bets are solidly placed on Donald J. Trump

Pumpkin Center, CA 93313, 06-15-2020 Monday: Friends, welcome, it’s good to be with you again. The weather here in Pumpkin Center[i] is lovely, we have had some hot days and we have had some very cool days. I suspect it has something to do with all of the chem trails that constantly crisscross our upper atmosphere, no one knows what they are or what they contain, yet there they are, practically around the clock.

Many local residents speculate that the government is using us as some sort of testing facility, treating us like guinea pigs, putting God knows what up into higher elevations for it to disseminate down to those of us on the ground foolish enough to look up, hopefully not with mouths agape.

Sadly, it must not be Prozac®, as some wags have suggested it might be, because like everywhere else across the country, we had some violent protests in downtown Bakersfield where the protesters became rampaging looters. Many stores had to board up, all because the leftists felt they could take advantage of the tragic murder of poor George Floyd.

Moreover, I am somewhat incredulous to believe that it’s all organic[ii]. No, I suspect the Democrats have had this one under wraps awaiting the proper spark to ignite a summer of violence, looting, rape, and robbery, all to get Donald J. Trump because the sons of bitches could get him on NOTHING ELSE!

I mean, let’s look at impeachment. Following the debacle of the Robert Mueller III[iii] investigation into Trump-Russia ‘collusion,’ what with the namesake of the investigation being little more than a befuddled halfwit, embarrassing to both the FBI and to the nation, the Dems then sought to politicize a phone call between President Donald J. Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

There was nothing wrong with that phone call, yet House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave the bug-eyed Adam Schiff and his chubby butt buddy Jerrold Nadler the go-ahead to put the nation through the ‘impeachment charade.’ What a mess. What a farce. What a waste of taxpayer dollars!

While the Dems sought to hammer the fabricated charges[iv] into the Senate jury and the minds of the American people, over and over, it came across like yet another scheme to remove a president they so despise.

Look: the Dems would rather have one of the Bushes back, perhaps Jeb, perhaps Mitt Romney[v], because then, they could lambaste them as much as they want to and wouldn’t have to worry about them ever fighting back. This is why we love Trump: the man fights, for God’s sake, he takes numerous numbers and kicks ass.

Everything the Dems have touched has turned to crap[vi]. If they had a positive self-view, they would understand what laughing stocks they have become. To claim to be a Democrat is like claiming one has a syphilis-addled brain, a case of facial and/or anal herpes, perhaps a vile case of leprosy eating away at one’s genitals. No matter what they do, it all turns to s**t. Sad.

Then, as my colleagues and I believe- including Chef Rollie[vii], I must say!- the Democrats COLLUDED with communist China in making sure the Wuhan Bat Flu made its way here to the United States. ‘Can’t get Trump on impeachment, we will get him for allowing a pandemic to destroy the economy, sicken the people, destroy the nation.’

But, wait, Trump was on it like white on rice so what can we do next? Await a white cop to murder a black person.’ Then along comes that scumbag Derek Chauvin of the Minneapolis P.D. and does the absolute unimaginable. It was almost as if he was conjured up by the satanic coven led by Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and master puppeteer, Xi Jinping[viii], to do this vile evil deed.

I think President Trump is going to survive this one, too, just as he has survived all of these scumbags who are ex- or- current military, as well as his defense secretary, who have decided to place their bets on Joe Biden[ix] winning in November and not Trump and so like Cassius and Brutus, have stuck their daggers into Trump’s back[x]. Only, Trump won’t die, he continues getting stronger and the payback that is coming their way in January 2021 is going to be royal.

Trump will survive CHAZ[xi], he will survive the riots, he will survive the book by John Bolton coming out soon; what a POS that guy is. Trump will win, he will win BIG and will continue saving our nation[xii]. You can count on it.

Friends, how sweet it is to be back!

FOOTNOTES:

[i] Pumpkin Center is an old agricultural town south of Bakersfield in Kern County, California. It now is a hotbed of illegal aliens yet I choose to live and work here. Some great Mexican food here, folks!

[ii] Just like the ‘Women’s Marches’ that erupted after Donald Trump won the White House in November 2016, the sudden appearance of ANTIFA-led riots across the country, aided by their Black Lives Matter lackeys, tells me this was all waiting a sudden spark so we could have a long hot summer of violence. The fact that it’s so coordinated tells many of us that it’s little more than CCP-funded Astroturf. However, the weather is good and we are not going to allow this human pond scum to terrorize us. Thank God for the Second Amendment and thank God for concealed carry. You better believe I am packing to the max.

[iii] How embarrassing this senile old coot was for the Democrats. He had no clue as to what was in the “Mueller Report,” so instead of bringing this old f**k to Capitol Hill to ‘testify,’ they should have brought chief coup-plotter, Andrew Weismann and had him testify.

[iv] The impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump will rank as one of the most embarrassing episode in the political history of the country. It’s not like the Dems were able to make halfway interesting; no, most of us were considering getting out the old shotgun, putting both barrels in our mouths, and blowing our heads off, it was so asinine, boring, and contrived. Jeez!

[v] Having a man like Trump in the White House has shown us how much we despised the Bushes and Mitt Romney. The RINOS hate us just as much as the Democrats do; the only thing they do is to hide it a bit better than their Democrat brethren.

[vi] I would think the damned Democrats would already have been going over the cliff like the worthless lemmings they are. They have done some egregious things since Trump won and I can tell you this: history will not judge them well. Hey! Did you see last week when the Democratic leadership in the House took a knee wearing the scarves of the Ashanti people of Ghana? Did you see that a BLACK subordinate came out and helped the old crone, Nancy Pelosi get up off her knees? You think someone would have commented on this but nope, I am the only one. (Speaking of Pelosi- the ‘most powerful woman in the world’- being on her knees, I bet she spent most of her life there getting the votes she has needed to pass one crap bill after another…but that’s a story for another day!)

[vii] I must say, it does appear that Chef Rollie is coming around to our point of view. Who can blame him? The Democrats are God-awful terrible and when we retake the House in November, we had better fire up the Un-American Activities Committee. We have a whole lot of communist scum f**king up our great nation.

[viii] I believe like many of my colleagues that Communist China is the hidden hand behind all the left-wing uprisings across our country. They send the financial aid to the Democratic Party (look, Senator Dianne Feinstein, D-CA, had a communist Chinese spy as her personal chauffeur for 20 years! If you don’t believe me, look it up!) who then distributes it to all its front groups which in essence are the Communist Party USA. It matters not if it’s Black Lives Matter, the Occupy Movement, ANTIFA, and the lethal mold in CHAZ.

[ix] This moron says that when ‘he wins in November; the military will have to escort Trump out of the White House because he won’t accept the election’s results.’ Folks, the Dems are doing to themselves what they did in 2016 and this time, the meltdown is going to be so explosive, the National Guard is going to have to drag all of the Democrats who lose their seats out of THEIR offices. Perhaps send them to prison?

[x] Julius Caesar did not want to be a dictator yet his enemies forced him into becoming one and then murdered him at a vulnerable moment. Scumbags.

[xi] Maybe Oildale or Pumpkin Center will declare their independence next? God bless them, they will implode as quickly as the idiots in CHAZ will.

[xii] Join the Trump Third Term Movement.

CHAZ is more dangerous than you think- how soon before they seek recognition from Beijing, Pyongyang, Tehran, or Havana, and demand divisions of troops to guarantee their security? Don’t f—king laugh!

How soon will it be before the thugs running CHAZ ask Beijing to sign a mutual defense pact and for communist China to send a division of troops to protect this fledgling nation? How soon before they ask pudgy Kim to send a division of North Korean troops to help guarantee the security of CHAZ? Laugh all you want but this communist cesspool in the middle of Seattle is dangerous and if we do not wipe it and the scum residing within it OUT, we are sowing the seeds of our own destruction.

SPRING SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,514 AT THE AICP-END

145 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

CHAZ must be destroyed NOW!

Arvin, CA 93203, 06-14-2020 Sunday: Today is my final post of this cycle and it should be a good one. I reiterate to you all: I am a Democrat and the Democratic Party has left ME, NOT I THEM. They have become a mockery of what they once stood for, allowing fascist groups like Black Lives Matter, ANTIFA, and other denizens of the vast underground we now know exists to run amok across the country. If anything, problems are worse NOW more so than they were back during the 1960s and 1970s when the war in Vietnam was raging away and anti-war groups- funded by Beijing, Moscow, Hanoi, and other crap-hole communist countries- were blowing things up, killing police officers, and ginning up race riots across the country.

We now have this ‘independent state’ in the city of Seattle- the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, aka CHAZ, operating with impunity, marching around like thugs, brandishing automatic weapons, threatening residences within the seven-block zone they claim as their personal fiefdom. We hear robberies, rapes, and intimidation are on the rise but at the time I sat down and began keying out this post early Friday afternoon, it was only getting worse.

When morons such as the Fox News Channel’s Juan Williams echo what the Seattle mayor says about this being a ‘peaceful, summer of love-style gathering of young people,’ like it’s some sort of upstate New York Woodstock, makes me want to puke. It is imbeciles such as Williams and most everyone on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC who provide cover to what this is, a profoundly serious attempt at overthrowing the established order and replacing it with hardcore communism.

Remember, when Fidel Castro and his small band of rebel misfits overthrew the government in Cuba, they were little more than a ragtag, murderous minority that had the government of Fulgencio Bautista gone in there and killed them all, Cuba would still be a free nation today.

I do not know what dummies like Juan Williams and other far-left hacks think is going to happen? When these people manage to overthrow our system of governance, when they replace our country with a socialist-communist system such as what they promise they will, not only will they come after business- and- property owners like me, a struggling middle class family head and employer, they will come after them, too.

Revolutions such as what we are seeing now will end up becoming the New Killing Fields like those of the infamous regime of Pol Pot and his Khmer Rouge thugs because ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter all believe they have been wronged since the founding of the country and the payback they intend to mete out to everyone is going to be vicious, ugly, and extremely lethal. They will march all of us into the hinterlands of the country where we will either be converted into believing we live in a socialist paradise or will die laboring for our perceived sins.

IF someone does not go into CHAZ and eradicate this cancer as soon as possible, it will metastasize like all cancers typically do until cut out, radiated, or killed with toxins. How soon before these worthless scumbags begin reaching out to Beijing, to Pyongyang, to Cuba, to Iran, and to other anti-American hellholes and begin seeking their recognition of this new country within a country?

How soon will it be before the thugs running CHAZ ask Beijing to sign a mutual defense pact and for communist China to send a division of troops to protect this fledgling nation? How soon before they ask pudgy Kim to send a division of North Korean troops to help guarantee the security of CHAZ? Laugh all you want but this communist cesspool in the middle of Seattle is dangerous and if we do not wipe it and the scum residing within it OUT, we are sowing the seeds of our own destruction.

Juan Williams, you and all the rest of your Kool-Aid drinking POS fellow far-leftists need to wake up and demand that law and order be restored. It must be restored. For God’s sake, I do not want to have to vote for Donald Trump but unless order returns across the country, you are giving me little to no choice.

See you sometime in the winter. Let me know what YOU think about what I have said. I look forward to hearing from YOU.

This is a facsimile of me as a young chef back in the 1960’s when I was working as a sous chef at a fine dining restaurant, the Victor Hugo, over on the coast around Newport, California. I began my career working as a pot washer at the age of 10, move to washing dishes in 1958, became a chef’s apprentice in 1961 and have been a career professional ever since. I am still involved in professional foodservice as a consultant for food and beverage professionals. Famed Bakersfield street artist Simone created the cartoonish figure of me, which appears to be ‘me’ but I hope I look better than how he portrayed me. You are the judge.

The brothers- Joe and Jim DeMarco- thought they were being funny, hilarious, real gut-busting stuff. Well, no one took it that way including me. Brother Joe works as a prison guard in the state and his higher-ups suspended him pending a full investigation into the matter. Brother Jim worked at FedEx but his employer decided to cut losses and sent him packing as I would have.

BLOG POST #3,513 AT THE AICP-END

146 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Every employer knows problem workers like Joe and Jim DeMarco

Arvin, CA 93203, 06-13-2020 Saturday:  Sadly, the world is full of morons, morons are everywhere.  They surround us.  They walk among us.  Occasionally, they work for us and when we determine them to be irredeemable morons, we tend to send them on their way with not only their wages but a farewell package of an extra week’s pay so they won’t go down to the Labor Board and begin crying up a storm.

This past Wednesday, we had the misfortune to watch a pair of white brothers, wearing Trump merchandise, with banners fluttering in the wind, do something entirely stupid.

The depraved act of which, I speak occurred on Sunday in Franklinville, New Jersey, an act I only saw several days later on the news.  As people marched in memory of poor George Floyd, these two imbeciles reenacted the murder of Mr. Floyd, telling the marchers as they filed past, ‘this is what happens when you don’t comply with the law’ or some stupid piece of duck droppings such as that.

Employers such as me have more problems with our staff than ever as in the age of social media, we cannot help but be aware of what our workers are doing in their off-time.  A pair of dumbbells like the DeMarco Brothers can cause a load of unnecessary and/or unwanted problems by doing something as incredibly ignorant as this pair did.

It drives bosses crazy, because we are going about our business by having an enticing dining environment with fabulous menus, and top-notch floor and kitchen staff and one busboy says something marginally racist online and next thing you know, I am having to shag questions about something up until a minute or two ago, I had no clue.

Now, I am one who believes that Twitter is a lost land of BIG NAMES and LITTLE NOTHINGS.  People who are something can tweet away all day and night and others who think they are something can do the same and no one pays them any attention or if they cross the line, find their accounts suspended.  The way I see it, Twitter is like a mirror for those in government, entertainment, or professional sports to field their views while others trying to be like them are little fish in a great big ocean.   Why bother?

Besides, why should I be the one facing a loss of business because some loser worker says something or does something that ignites anger in the engine of social media.  Next thing you know, people are mad at me, telling me that “I should have known what my bar back said on Facebook.  What am I going to do about it?”

What I do about it is to tell my employees in the handbook that they had better be extremely careful when they are hitting away at the keys on social media.  I could care less if it’s Twitter, Facebook, MeWe, Reddit, Instagram, or anything else, you say some dumbass thing, everyone knows where you work, and then when people start coming to me or worse, we begin losing business, you had better believe not only am I going to fire you, I am going to sue you, too.

I think in the course of our lives, everyone knows dimwits like Joe and Jim DeMarco.  It happens on both sides of the political divide.  However, since most social media leans left, we generally only hear negative news about folks on the other side of the divide, like the DeMarco Brothers.  You would think that one of them might have been smart enough to know that if you are going to mock people protesting the unfair loss of life at the hands of a belligerent cop, you might not do it in the way you did.

Then again, the educational system has long failed the past 2-3 generations and idiots abound, everywhere.  I fear for the future of the country.  One side wants to abolish cops and the other wants to mock genuine pain felt by the loss of someone to an extremely unfair system at times.

Join me tomorrow and we will wrap up the week.  God bless.

Perhaps a ‘time-out’ between minority communities and the police whilst the two rebuild relations makes far more sense than eliminating law enforcement does

I think that instead of ‘getting rid of the cops’ as so many in my party now seem to want to do (which is why my family and I recently bought some new guns to add to our gun safe, just in case), perhaps we should seek a ‘time out’ between police at all levels and the communities in which, they serve.

George Floyd’s memorial services rivaled the coronation of Central African Empire’s Emperor Jean-Bédel Bokassa back in the 1970s…

Arvin, CA 93203, 06-12-2020 Friday: This past Tuesday, they finally got poor George Floyd into the ground. The man had not one but three memorial services, the last of which rivaled anything seen by the Central African Empire’s Emperor Jean-Bédel Bokassa. Now, I am not saying celebrating the life and death of George Floyd at the hands of an malevolent white cop is not worth what was put into it but what about all the other black men and women- civilians and cops alike- who are murdered every day? I mean, look at Chicago! Where are the NBA stars, the professional boxers, and the race pimps like Al Sharpton? I do not hear any of them wailing and gnashing their teeth, covering their lanky bodies with ashes and adorning sackcloth, the way they turned out for poor Mr. Floyd.

Do not get me wrong, friends, I think what happened to Mr. Floyd at the hands of Officer Derek Chauvin was appalling, shocking, and horrible. There are not enough adjectives with which to describe the horrible feelings that flooded my heart and soul when I watched the grisly tape, mouth agape. Why didn’t any of the other officers grab Chauvin’s arm and yank him off? Why didn’t any of the bystanders filming the incident throw down their phones and leap onto the cops’ backs? Getting an ass-whooping to save a life would have been worth it in that case and besides…ample evidence would have been available should any charges been lodged against the potential saviors to clear their names.

Involving Al Sharpton always raises questions in my mind. I mean, how much did the family of George Floyd have to pay him from the monies raised to help them with funeral expenses? Everyone knows that the Michael Jackson-wannabe wearing not one but two gloves is a huckster worthy of the Kern County Fair’s midway. He never does anything for free and always downgrades any event to which, he attaches himself.

The family said the funeral wasn’t going to be about politics yet down in Houston, it was about politics. Hence WHY Al Sharpton was there. He said, “someone was going to have to pay,” well, on Wednesday, I outlined a way by which, criminal cops convicted of first-degree murder and with hate crime convictions would face the death penalty via public hanging. I mean, what cop would ever commit a heinous act similar to what Derek Chauvin did? If I were a cop, I would do everything by the book.

I think that instead of ‘getting rid of the cops’ as so many in my party now seem to want to do (which is why my family and I recently bought some new guns to add to our gun safe, just in case), perhaps we should seek a ‘time out’ between police at all levels and the communities in which, they serve.

Imagine if minority communities like where I live, in the heavily Hispanic town of Arvin, said, “Okay, we will give the cops a chance to demonstrate they are not our enemies” and the cops said, “We are going to double down on respect for the community in which, we serve so we can improve relations all around.” Imagine, (as John Lennon once so eloquently sang), if everyone on both sides did their best to accomplish this noble goal and let’s say as time passed, people on both sides of the divide were able to see that peace returned to their communities and mutual respect for all was gained. ALL lives matter.

Most people want to get along with one another. What we don’t want is outside rabble rousers like Antifa coming into our community, stirring up trouble, burning everything down after looting everything that was not locked down. After all, when Antifa moves onto the next target, the locals must remain and must rebuild everything that they lost. It makes no sense.

My family and I are sad for George Floyd just as we are everyone else, like Ahmaud Marquez Arbery, and anyone else murdered for no apparent reason. We pray for their families, we hope they can pick up the pieces and move on with their lives. We hope these things won’t happen again and again so if it is possible, can we channel the good will that everyone hopes will linger following the three televised memorial services and do something with it instead of yammering about getting rid of cops? We need cops!

Friends, we have a golden opportunity to do something to make things better so let’s not permit political hacks, fascists, and race pimps to hijack the movement to improve things for everyone. Yes, black lives matter but so do the lives of everyone else.

Thanks for hearing me out. We will continue with more tomorrow.

AAA. 2017 Sunday: Militants in the Democratic Republic of the Congo city of Bene attack a prison simultaneously as prisoners launch a jailbreak, killing at least 11 in the ensuing melee and freeing more than 900 prisoners. Meanwhile, 23-percent of the voters in Puerto Rico turn out for a referendum on statehood of which, 97% vote for it. This would mean the nation’s 51st state would be solid Blue with two Democratic senators and several additional Democrats for the House. Will the Democrats stop trying to steal government?

Finally, in the increasingly socialist republic of Washington where communists now seem to be running amok, here are the numbers: 24,759 confirmed cases, 1,194 confirmed deaths, but like California, no mention of confirmed recoveries.

Roger Waters released an album entitled, “The Pros and Cons- the Interviews” on April 07, 2015, a CD featuring NO music but the artist himself shagging interviews from decades prior. Not always sure WHY people release these types of ‘efforts’ because very few genuinely want to delve deep into why an artist did this or did that. Still, if you could care less about the music but mostly about the man, check it out and see if it’s up your alley. Otherwise, find something else much more alluring. We thank you.

My party seems to think that by using the Beijing Bat Flu to trash the economy to get Trump will have few if any repercussions; I beg to differ- we won’t forget

I get it that my party does not like the current president. I really don’t. However, for me, it’s more about personality than it is about the things the man has done. We haven’t seen economic circumstances this good since the 1950s and 1960s and again in the 1980s and 1990s so why should I continue being incensed with the guy? They couldn’t prove he was a Russian stooge nor could they impeach him over a phone call between him and Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of the Ukraine, that sounded ‘okay’ to me.

SPRING SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,511 AT THE AICP-END

148 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Democrat leaders, hear my plea!

Arvin, CA 93203, 06-11-2020 Thursday: This week, you and I have discussed my eye-opening regarding the Democratic Party’s hypocrisy. For far too long, I have been complacent in believing whatever I heard the higher-ups in my party saying. I thought they had my family’s best interests at heart and very seldom ever questioned anything until my party’s political scheming drove my family’s business to the edge of bankruptcy, using the threat of pandemic to do it.

Now, I am not saying that COVID-19, aka the Chinese Bat Virus, aka the Kung Flu (I like that one), is not serious because it is. It holds potential danger for those over age 65, for those confined together in rest homes where both physical and mental health are marginal at best. It poses danger to overweight tubs of goo like me, to those suffering with diabetes, or other chronic disease but it does not hold danger for the majority of people coming into contact with it like the young and the healthy.

Like everyone else, I watched the president’s press conferences regarding the coronavirus and I will admit, he did a surprisingly good job; we’ll leave it at that. I also listened closely to Dr. Tony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx, and thought they had things well in hand.

Subsequently, as the weeks passed and things locked up even tighter rather than loosened up, especially as deaths began going down while confirmed cases continued going up, I began to suspect that something more was afoot, that something smelled fishy, that something stunk in Denmark, and then realized the lockdown imposed upon us by Gov. Gavin Newsom was not to protect us but to destroy the state’s economy.

The Chinese Bat Flu of 2020 seemed to be the next attempt at trashing #45 as it followed smack dab on the heels of failed impeachment. All too quickly, the Democrat governors and mayors leapt onto the coronavirus pandemic so they could lock things down, slam the doors shut on most businesses, all the while leaving grocery stores and gas stations, liquor stores, and pot shops open but closing the doors on my restaurant and tens of thousands of others like it without a care as to our personal wellbeing.

Now, I get that the DNC believes that if the economy crashes, they assume they can get senile Joe Biden into the White House. I beg to disagree. IF Blue State governors like Gov. Gavin Newsom and Mayor Eric Garcetti down in Los Angeles and others like them destroy the economy, they are destroying it for everyone, not just Trump voters but fellow Democrats like my family and I and loads of other lifelong Democrats.

Thus, if you destroy the businesses of your voters, we are NOT going to forget. If you think you can hurt the current president by hurting all of us and then think you can turn things around before YOU come up for re-election, I beg to differ. We, the voters, have long memories and are not going to forgive you nor are we going to forget what you have done to us. We will come for YOU.

As I said on Monday, I believe, I did not affix my name to the first two recall petitions seeking to get our silver spoon governor out of office but when a third one comes around, my family and I most certainly will. It is clear you don’t give a flying f**k about any of us, all you do is seek various ways to destroy this president, which is great but at what point are you going to admit defeat?

Look, we don’t like the guy but I am not adverse to him fixing the economy, improving our business opportunities, helping our investments, and giving everyone hope for the first time in decades. I mean, the last guy for whom I voted twice did nothing compared to what this guy has done so I guess I can forgive him for some of his other negative attributes and actions.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I did not say I was going to give up being a Democrat or that I would vote for the guy. However, if you keep talking crazy stuff like getting rid of all police and damaging the economy in a longshot to damage #45, you have another thing coming. Believe me, we won’t forget what you are doing to the country, my fellow Democrats.

Let me know what you think. We will pick up tomorrow where we left off today.

Imagine if first-degree murder, committed under color of authority, with hate crimes added to it led to public execution via hanging with one year? Would Chauvin still have murdered George Floyd?

Now, let’s say two more things: ALL death penalty appeals must end within 365 days. If there are attenuating circumstances, they will be found within one year, not in the course of twenty. Next, let’s say that for someone convicted of first-degree murder, under the color of authority, this person would undergo a public hanging.

SPRING SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,510 AT THE AICP-END

149 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Derek Chauvin must have thought he would face no reprimand for killing George Floyd in front of numerous eye witnesses…

Arvin, CA 93203, 06-10-2020 Wednesday: I must admit that when I saw 24 leaders of my party at the Capitol Hill Visitor Center on their knees, wearing their virtue-signaling Chinese Bat Flu masks, with the shawls of Kunta Kinta around their shoulders and down to the polished floor, I almost lost my breakfast. STOP with the pandering already, STOP with the masks, this is why more and more Americans are turning against our party because it no longer represents SANITY, it now represents the most INSANE form of pandering, enough is flipping enough.

So, my party is bowing to the demands of the rioters, “NO MORE POLICE! DEFUND THE POLICE!” What the hell is wrong with you? We need the police. Sure, we don’t need scumbags such as Derek Chauvin and his buds; no, we need honest-to-God, God-fearing, well-trained, well-schooled officers to protect and serve the community.

Now, last week, my colleague and good friend- Chef Pedro Muñoz- made one heck of a point in a couple of his posts. What he said was ‘in order to stop what happened to George Floyd, we have to be able to discipline officers when they do wrong. If they truly do wrong, instead of having them resign so they can move on to another police department, we must be able to hold them accountable.’ Amen. I agree wholeheartedly with what he said.

The problem was (and he pointed this out before any other babbling head on TV did) is that there is an ‘incestuous relationship between Democrats and the public sector unions, particularly the police unions.’

In order to get rid of a bad cop, it requires and act of God, just as it does a bad teacher, bad fireman, or any other government sector employee.   The unions will always go to bat for the bad public employee and what with tenure and other stupid things people in the private sector don’t have but government workers sure as heck do, things are smoothed over and the bad actor goes back to the job to reoffend again and again and again.

I believe the death penalty is a dreadful thing if it is used improperly. However, if ALL fifty states had it on its books for convicted first-degree murderers- especially if hate crimes apply, as well- it would be one hell of a deterrent. Yet, Democrats scream and moan over the death penalty and do their best to get rid of it. Why?

Let’s say the nation has the death penalty. Let’s say the bad cop undergoes conviction on first-degree murder charges with hate crimes tacked on. As someone who committed the murder under the color of authority, i.e., a cop who did what former Officer Derek Chauvin did to George Floyd (or anyone else), the death penalty would be on the table without question.

Now, let’s say two more things: ALL death penalty appeals must end within 365 days. If there are attenuating circumstances, they will be found within one year, not in the course of twenty. Next, let’s say that for someone convicted of first-degree murder, under the color of authority, this person would undergo a public hanging.

Of course, this sounds barbaric and in some ways, it is. Let’s say former Officer Chauvin is convicted of the things we have discussed, within a year, if no appeal either clears him or reduces the sentence, he would climb the 13 steps up the scaffold and in front of thousands of his fellow citizens, he would be hung by the neck until dead.

Can you imagine the deterrent effect something such as this would have for any cop or federal agent? Of course, officers must always wear their body cams and there should be penalties for any ‘forgetfulness’ in wearing them and an ‘incident’ occurs.

An officer like Chauvin, who must have thought he could commit murder in front of numerous eye witnesses and escape any penalties would have thought twice, perhaps thrice, if he knew he would face a public hanging IF convicted of first-degree murder and with hate crimes attached. He must have hated Mr. Floyd to do what he did.

In closing, I await the FULL story because like my colleagues, I believe there must have been something more between these two men for Chauvin to have thrown all rational thought to the winds and to then do what he did. I hope we hear soon.

Please, let me know your opinion on this topic. Thanks.

Here are the stats for the world at large: 7,185,573 confirmed cases, 408.854 confirmed deaths, and 3,352,665 confirmed recoveries which dwarfs the number of deaths. Next, here are the numbers for the United States: 2,016,859 confirmed cases, 113,505 confirmed deaths, and 540,763 confirmed recoveries. In the three states where the world famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-The Elemental News of the Day has chef-authors- California, Hawaii, and Washington, here are the stats, Golden State first: 113,489 confirmed cases, 4,697 confirmed deaths, but NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries which tells you all you need to know, that it’s about politics and nothing more. Next, in the Aloha State, here are the stats: 679 confirmed cases, 17 confirmed deaths, and 618 confirmed recoveries. Finally, in the Evergreen State, here are the stats: 24,354 confirmed cases, 1,176 confirmed deaths, but like California, NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.
  57. 2020 Tuesday A: Besides numerous California cities talking about defunding or closing down altogether the police, now Democrat losers are talking about defunding state prisons and transferring the money to social services. NO wonder gun sales are going through the roof. Virtually everyone who writes for the AICPENDBLOG.COM already has firearms and are adding more as we speak. If this is going to become the new Deadwood, so be it. We are ready. Note: to all cities appalled at the talk of defunding the police, there is a simple answer: vote every last flipping Democrat out of office ASAP.

Pink Floyd released a look back at the distant past effort, the acclaimed “London 1966-1967” on September 19, 2014. The band formed in 1965 and created an almost instantaneous following with its crazed psychedelic music augmented with some of the airiest poetry and lyrics ever imagined at the time. This effort features the band performing in its earliest phase with Roger Waters, Syd Barrett, Nicky Mason, and Richard Wright. We hope you will seek this album out and consider adding it to your growing collection of nothing but the absolute best in rock music as you are going to enjoy it. What are you waiting for?
