DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 594

83. TODAY IN HISTORY—WEDNESDAY, MARCH 24, 2021 UPDATE A:

DAY SIXTY-FOUR OF THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION

Poor Dr. Moncef Slaoui, after saying last week that Trump deserves 90-percent of the credit for getting the coronavirus vaccine, GlaxoSmithKline fires him today for allegations related to sexual misbehavior…

  • 2021 Wednesday: JOE BIDEN NEWS- in anticipation of tomorrow’s FIRST NEWS CONFERENCE with the press, Joe Biden announces (or his earpiece does) that 40 reporters will be allowed in to the briefing.  Next, Newsmax says that the mocking of Joe Biden by our foreign adversaries shows that they neither respect him nor fear him which is not good for the United States.   However, (and we don’t believe this one iota), the American Research Group shows an approval rating for Joe Biden of 60-percent and 33-percent disapproval rate.   (Note- Rasmussen puts Joe’s numbers at 48-percent approve and 50-percent disapprove of him).  Moving on, Joe Biden plans to mark Equal Pay Day as women are harder hit by COVID-19 than are their male counterparts.  Good for you, Joe, pandering like always.  Speaking of old Joe, earlier today he announced that “Kooky Kamala” Harris is now in charge of ‘solving the border crisis.’  (Note- continue building the wall and deport them all and that will help solve the ‘self-inflicted problem’ just as cutting off ALL government aid to illegals will.  Come on Methuselah, do your flipping job!).[i]   Finally, when reporters asked Old Joe what he thought about North Korea’s recent missile tests, he said, ‘not much has changed.’
  • 2021 Wednesday A: GOP NEWS- Utah Governor Spencer J. Cox, GOP, signed a measure that will put filters on porn sites within the state.  Excellent.  Meanwhile, GOP-lead states are fighting the good fight against Joe Biden’s increasingly insane policies, wish lists of liberal loony tunes spending and deprivation of the American people’s rights.  Elsewhere, Senator Chuck Grassley, R-IA, is pushing the Justice Department to continue the probe into perjury charges against the crackpot witnesses the Democrats trotted out to smear now-Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh.  Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez, and Julie Swetnick should all be doing time in federal prisons for the bulls**t they pulled at his confirmation hearings back in 2018.  Go get them, Chuck!  Finally, President Donald J. Trump is supporting Max Miller in his bid to unseat RINO Congressman Anthony Gonzalez in Ohio’s 16th congressional district.  Gonzalez voted to impeach President Trump if you recall.
  • 2021 Wednesday B: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I-  The person who used to be known as Prince Harry, aka Mr. Meghan Markle, is taking a no-show gig as the ‘chief impact officer’ at a Silicon Valley startup, Betterup, that will help emotionally challenged individuals- like his wife and boss- overcome their issues.  Bravo, Harry, bravo.  Sort of like Hunter Biden working at Burisma.   Meanwhile, Senator Bernie Sanders says that he is ‘uncomfortable’ with the permanent ban placed on President Donald J. Trump by Twitter.  However, President Trump says he has ‘no plans to return to Twitter,’ seeing as how he is in the midst of creating his own untouchable social media platform.   Next, the New York Justice Department says the impeachment probe into Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo could continue for months.  So, charge him with the homicides of 15,000-20,000 people and get him out of office.  NOW.
  • 2021 Wednesday C: FOREIGN/OVERSEAS NEWS-  Vladimir Putin’s chef- businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin- has written to the Federal Bureau of Investigation demanding he be removed from a most-wanted list.  The FBI put a bounty of $250,000 atop his head last month for his apprehension and extradition to the United States over bogus charges he somehow meddled in the 2016 Presidential Election on behalf of then-candidate Donald J. Trump.  He says the FBI must stop offering the reward as it violates several principles under human rights laws.  That’s Joe Biden for you, looking for fall guys he can blame for his own shortcomings such as Hunter Biden being in the hip pockets of both the Ukraine and China.  Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declares victory in the recent elections but the majority is still unclear.   Elsewhere, a massive container ship in the Suez Canal has run aground due to high winds and is blocking passage to other ships.
  • 2021 Wednesday D: SECOND AMENDMENT/GUNS NEWS- Representative Lauren Boebert, R-CO 3rd congressional district, says the Dems are ‘playing politics with our lives’ over their renewed drive to strip the American people of their guns.  (Note- we’d like to see them try.  First, there are going to be SO-O-O MANY gun thefts in this country, the cops will be tied up seeking them while secondly, it’s like what former NRA boss Charlton Heston used to say: ‘you can have my guns when you pry them out of my cold dead fingers.  Joe- NO one is going to surrender their guns, NO one.  Come and get them.  Chef Alvin).  Still, after the POS Syrian Muslim refugee Ahmad Al-Aliwi Alissa[ii] killed 10 WHITE people at the King Soopers Grocery Store in Boulder, Colorado, earlier this week, the Dems began to go bat-crap-crazy in pushing their gun-grabbing bills.   Joe Biden says he doesn’t have to ‘wait for Congress’ to begin stripping guns.  Go for it, Joe.
  • 2021 Wednesday E: SECOND AMENDMENT/GUN NEWS II- Senate Majority Leader “Cryin’ Chuck” Schumer[iii] swears on his mother’s soul that the two gun bills sent to him from the House of Representatives will receive swift attention.  “Kooky Kamala” Harris is urging swift hearing and passage of these gun-grabbing bills.  Interesting note- John Bachman of Newsmax says that the ‘Democrats are hypocrites.  They claim to hate guns yet they spread guns all over the world’ selling them to thugs, criminals, terrorists, murderers, and other human trash.  He reminded his viewers of the Obama era “Fast and Furious” program that put military grade weapons into the hands of Mexican narcoterrorists.
  • 2021 Wednesday F: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS II- ‘The (Communist) Squad in Congress now claims that NOT supporting statehood for Washington, D.C., is RACIST.  The federal district was NEVER intended to be a state, girls, it was pulled together from several states so that NO single state would claim rights to sole ownership of the federal government.  No, just because lots of black folks live there does not make it ‘racist.’  Everyone living in the District of Columbia knows the score.  Shut the f**k up.  Next, Senate Minority Leader “Cocaine Mitch” McConnell says that H.R. 1 is a bald political power grab.  Mitch- you should have supported President Donald J. Trump when you had the opportunity.  Now, shut the hell up.  Finally, the Wisconsin State Assembly authorizes an investigation into election fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election.
  • 2021 Wednesday G: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS III- “Coincidence of the Day”- last week, Dr. Moncef Slaoui said that ‘President Donald J. Trump bears 90-percent of getting the COVID-19 vaccine programs underway what with Operation Warp Speed and Joe Biden just 10-percent.  Today, GlaxoSmithKline terminated Dr. Slaoui for purported sexual harassment allegations against him.  Wow.  Is this not amazing?  Cancel Culture strikes yet again.  Defend Trump and you lose your job.  Well, we defend Trump- WTF are YOU going to do to US?   Next, the AMAZING Dr. Tony Fauci says AstraZeneca soon to release an updated report on its coronavirus vaccines.   Meanwhile, Caribbean nations are begging the Biden administration NOT to be stingy with the coronavirus vaccines, to please, remember the countries on the U.S.’ third border.  (Note- when these countries do something about the horrendous foodborne illness visitors typically acquire upon eating their first meals there, we will send you vaccine.  Otherwise, STFU).  Finally, five years after his untimely death, famed rock star Prince’s ashes will go on public display.
  • 2021 Wednesday H: ODDBALL AND HUMOROUS NEWS OF THE DAY- By a final vote of 52-48 (with RINO Senators Lisa Murkowski, RINO-AK, and Susan Collins, RINO-ME, confirmed the nomination of tranny (woof!) former Pennsylvania Health Secretary Rachel Levine to become the next assistant secretary of health.  Okie dokie.  Aren’t we proud as a nation!  Next, a chick with a dick,[iv] Kataluna Enriquez has been crowned Miss Silver State USA, one step away from competing in the Miss Nevada USA pageant.  In yet another slap to the faces of women and girls, the tranny beat out numerous biological females to become the first beauty pageant winner with a dong swinging down under.  Folks, what the hell is going on?  Almost makes one wish the Chinese would take the country over.  Oh, speaking about ‘affronts’ to women, “Kooky Kamala” Harris and former President William Jefferson “Bill” Clinton are teaming up on a program with which to empower women.  Does anyone see the irony in this? [v] (They are already receiving massive blowback for this bulls**t symposium).
  • 2021 Wednesday I: U.S. BIDEN BORDER CATASTROPHE- Senator Lindsey Graham, R-SC, swears to ‘shut the Senate down’ if the Biden administration denies him access to the southern border.  Senator Marsha Blackburn was visiting the border today and she said, ‘what a mess.’  Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador says that ‘Joe Biden bears full responsibility for the ongoing border catastrophe.’  Senator Marco Rubio, R-FL, says that ‘Joe Biden’s rhetoric and his first day actions are responsible for the border catastrophe.’   Speaking of this crisis, this holocaust, Joe Biden has yet to name a nominee to head the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.   Meanwhile, Congressman Henry Cuellar, D-TX 28th congressional district, says that the ‘migrants must be made known as to what awaits them on this side of the border.’  The border states must find a way with which they can finish the wall on their territory if they cannot do it on federal land.  Steve Bannon, where the hell are YOU and YOUR charity to fund border wall construction?
  • 2021 Wednesday J: Here are the COVID-19 statistics for the planet as a whole: 124,378,693 confirmed cases, +453,805, 2,736,980  confirmed deaths, +9,340, and 70,573,246 confirmed recoveries, +252,735.  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 30,161,747 confirmed cases, up 57,678 from yesterday’s reporting, 549,411 confirmed deaths, UP 798, and 117,371,050 confirmed recoveries.  Note- we are going to do our own estimates of recoveries based on percentages seeing as how the CDC won’t report them.
  • 2021 Wednesday K: NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 220,944 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE United States- feeble old Joe, in another three-and-a-half-weeks, you will have tied the total number witnessed by the Trump administration in nearly a year of the rampaging coronavirus pandemic.

  • 2021 Wednesday N: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE THREE STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.882 per gallon, $3.622 in Hawaii, and $3.324 in Washington state.    Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,089,823,477,532 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.  Cloward and Piven running amok.  The country is going to crumble into nothingness thanks to the Democrats and their trillion dollar bills.  Donald Trump- time for you to return to office.

  • 2021 Wednesday P: END OF THE NIGHT NEWS I- Tesla now says that its customers can buy their electric vehicles with Bitcoin.  Having bought $1.5 billion in Bitcoin several months back, any cars bought with Bitcoin will remain in their Bitcoin account- they are not going to convert it into dollars.  Next, the Joint Chiefs of Staff spokesperson said that yes, indeed, North Korea did fire at least one projectile into the East China Sea.  That’s Kim for you- NO respect for Joe Biden.  Meanwhile, as 14 states sue the Biden administration for its almost immediate crackdown on all energy projects on federal lands, the U.S. Department of the Interior announces that it’s going to review all existing and applications for fossil fuel drilling on federal lands.  With a Norwegian-Native American in charge, Debra Haaland, you know there won’t be any new drilling and many existing oil and natural gas leases will be shut down.  Windmills and solar farms.
  • 2021 Wednesday Q: END OF THE NIGHT NEWS II- Virginia Governor Ralph “Black Face” Northam signs a bill that will end capital punishment in the state.  Since its inception as a British colony, there have been 1,400 executions.  Since the U.S. Supreme Court reinstated the death penalty in 1976, there have been 113 executions which ranks the Old Dominion State second only to the Lone Star State in the number of executions carried out.  Still, Governor “Black Face” says the death penalty should be available for especially heinous crimes but throughout history, the death penalty has fallen mostly on minorities, the mentally ill, and the poor.  Elsewhere, Intel is going to build two chip-manufacturing plants in Arizona, so says CEO Pat Gelsinger.  Not only will it produce chips for its own purposes, but it will also serve as a ‘foundry,’ which means it will build microchips for other companies.  The company will qualify for about $90 million in tax credits when construction is completed and it will also provide at least 3,000 high-paying jobs.  Even better, it will become an alternative source for chip manufacturing so if Asia craps out or withholds chips from Western nations, problem solved.

2021 Wednesday R: END OF THE NIGHT NEWS III- U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken visited NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, today and informed our allies that ‘America was back’ and that we would not put our ‘allies in a position of ‘us or them,’ meaning- we guess- that if the Germans want to buy natural gas from the Russians, the nation against whom the victorious Western allies created the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to defend against- then so be it.  It is what it is.  Meanwhile, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg invited the Russians to return to having an observatory role in the organization.  Secretary Blinken wants the organization to remain strong against both Russian and Chinese hegemony and that if the Chi-Coms cause problems for one country, they cause them for all countries within the group.  Speaking of the Chi-Coms, they blasted the U.S. today for everything from being a racist nation to its out-of-control spending.  Ouch.

ENDNOTES:

[i] Feeble Old Joe said that he would take the news media with him when he went to do a tour of the southern border.  Now that he has appointed “Kooky Kamala” Harris to do ‘something’ about the border, there no longer is a need to take the media there to see what the hell is occurring down there.

[ii] Speaking of this piece of desert dirt, amazing how all the left-wing news agencies and pundits stopped with the shooter being a WHITE man and then NOT reporting his name so they can suck up to their beloved Muslims.  We have heard unverified reports of the scumbag yelling “Allah Akbar” while he walked up to and then shot his victims at close range.  What if one of the victims had a gun and put a round into the shooter’s face?  That would be awesome.  He had rants all over Facebook blasting those whom he believed were ‘racist against Islam’ and even worse, the vaunted FBI had Mr. Alissa on a ‘watch list.’  Lot of good FBI watchlists are, huh?  Still, losers such as Ilhan Omar, DS-MN 5th congressional district, Rashida “Foul Mouth” Tlaib, DS-MI 13th congressional district, and ‘Baldy,’ Ayanna Pressley, DS-MA 7th congressional district all zipped their generally flapping lips so as not to have to admit the scumbag Alissa was one of theirs.

[iii] “Prune Face” would be a good alternative name for Cryin’ Chuck seeing as how we have labeled House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi as such.  Dick Tracy had some cool villains.

[iv] If you want to see ‘chicks with dicks,’ come to Los Angeles, California, and take a trip down the Sunset Strip.

[v] “Kooky Kamala” slept her way to the top beginning with powerful Golden State Democrat Willie Brown and Bill, well, everyone knows about Bill.  We don’t have to list all the transgressions against women this guy committed and who can forget that he flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane, what was it- 19 times?  Yikes.

They come at you from all sides. They don’t know how to win–I will teach them!”  And he sure as heck did which is why many RINOS joined with the Dems in trying to destroy him with the ‘Trump-Russia Collusion’ scam.
  60. 2017 Wednesday: As fires continue to rage across the liberal paradise of California, at least 23 have died, hundreds are missing, and those who can still flee are fleeing for their lives.  This is an annual occurrence and it happens because the Democrats who control the state would rather divert taxpayer dollars to fund CalPERS, the state’s public employees’ retirement and benefits fund, rather than to manage the forests as they should and would if they gave a damn about the citizens of the state.  Meanwhile, a bogus report calls “President Trump unstable” and former White House advisor Steve Bannon says the president has only about ‘a thirty-percent chance of making it through his first term’ because he suspects enemies of the president will try to remove him via using the 25th Amendment.  Meanwhile, senior U.S. officials and world leaders pressure Trump NOT to pull out of the (wonderful, Obama-era) JCPOA, the nuclear deal with the Iranians.  He does so anyway.  Finally, the Weinstein Company says, ‘it knew about the payoffs for sexual abuse on behalf of Harvey Weinstein for TWO YEARS.’  Yet, they did nothing until Harvey found himself in trouble.  Gee whiz.

Trump wanted her out.’  He wanted you out because YOU believed YOUR agenda was more important than HIS WAS.  Finally, the Trump administration announces it has reached an agreement with the Chi-Coms over the Phase 1 portion of the U.S.-Sino Trade Deal, the one that would spring the release of COVID-19 onto an unsuspecting globe within a couple of months.

  66. 2020 Sunday C: Reuters News Agency reports that Iranian-backed Iraqi militias, charged with rocket attacks on the Green Zone says that if the U.S. is not out of the former Baathist state, they will commence violent actions to drive them unless they’re gone by January 2021.   Meanwhile, Armenia and Azerbaijan enter a fragile truce over the embattled Nagorno-Karabakh Province, a place controlled by the latter nation but full of citizens from the former.  Fighting that has been ongoing since September 27 has claimed the lives of at least 300 people on both sides and injured numerous others.
  67. 2020 Sunday D: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Yellow Bat Flu- the -so-called Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 37,267,921 confirmed cases, +248,540, 1,073,980, confirmed deaths, +3,827, and 25,923,574 confirmed recoveries, +211,948.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 7,851,080 confirmed cases, up 64,916 from yesterday’s reporting, 218,129 confirmed deaths, UP 810, and 5,025,528 confirmed recoveries, UP 15,236.  Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 854,302 confirmed cases, 16,658 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 13,532 confirmed cases, 169 confirmed deaths, and 10,750 confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 97,223 confirmed cases, 2,289 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let’s look at one other state: Pennsylvania- currently, they have 175,804 confirmed cases, 8,421 confirmed deaths, but NO mention of confirmed recoveries- thank you, Governor Tom Wolf.  Let’s look at Israel’s numbers now that Mo is living there: 290,493 confirmed cases, 1,980 confirmed deaths, and 228,561 confirmed recoveries.
  68. 2020 Sunday E: A usual, no one knows what Beijing and their running dog flunkies in the Democratic Party up to today but everyone knows when DEMOCRATS accuse someone or something of doing something BAD, they are the ones guilty of doing it themselves.  That’s how they roll so please, stick around to see whatever anti-Trump antics they are up to today…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Electric Light Orchestra released their next studio album, “Zoom,” on June 12, 2001, and it was mostly a Jeff Lynne album as he performed most of the instruments on almost all of the tracks.  He did, however, bring in guests like Richard Tandy, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Marc Mann, and several others to add to the overall ambiance of the album as it flowed from one high to another.  As with any band originating in the 1960s- early 1970s, only diehard fans sought it out but still, who cares about dimwits listening to Maroon Five, that slut-bag, Cardi B, and other reprobate losers and musical copycats, this album is a great addition to any growing collection of the best music as only the world-famous, anti-communist AICPENDBLOG.COM promotes.  Please, seek it out and add it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

#PF001.1a The Piper at the Gates of Dawn #1 02-13-2015 (400)

Pink Floyd is perhaps one of the greatest bands to come out of Great Britain in the 1960s and although disbanded now, their legacy- like that of the Beatles- will last forever.  The first album by this distinguished band, “The Piper at the Gates of Dawn,” came out on August 04, 1967.  The band consisted of leader Sy Barrett (lead vocals/lead guitar), Roger Waters (bass/vocals), Nicky Mason (drums and percussion), and Rick Wright (keyboards/vocals).  Although Barrett would not remain with the band for long due to the LSD trashing his mind, his musical quirks and peculiarities combined with psychedelic and eclectic lyricism made this a must-own album.  We hope everyone will use whatever musical service they do and seek this one out.  You will enjoy it.

Just the Facts: unlike many of my fellow Democrats, I NEVER thought anything was going to come from the Mueller report which is why I never wrote about it until NOW

Sadly, the Democrats won’t listen. Sure, the folks out on the presidential campaign trail are not addressing this situation outright; no, they are talking about health care, they are talking about the economy, some are talking about housing, and some others are talking about guns. None of them are really venturing anywhere near Trump-Russia collusion because that is a self-imposed trap waiting for us and NOT Trump or Vladimir Putin.

SPRING SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,093 AT THE AICP-END

564 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

HOLY SATURDAY 2019

Easter is almost here…is everyone ready?

Kihei, HI, 04-20-2019 Saturday:  Here we are, the day before Easter and here in the kitchen, we are working on holiday foods as well as dying Easter eggs for the ensuing hunt.  We love this time of year because the weather is lovely, everyone is in elevated good moods, the sun is shining, the waters calm, what could be better than living every single day in paradise?

Everyone has been anticipating the release of the Mueller Report, the special counsel spent the last year-and-a-half compiling at an unimaginable cost.  He has been investigating Donald J. Goober in the hope of being able to nail him to the wall.  It appears that the new attorney general of the United States does not believe he did.  Still, they did have a joint meeting between AG William Barr and Deputy Justice Department boss Rod J. Rosenstein on Thursday morning.  I do not know what to think.

Friends, I think Donald Trump is a moron, a lecher, a man who victimizes women because he is rich, wealthy, has absolute power, a man who knows he can get away with things that others cannot.  I think if he could amass a fortune while running the country (and who is to say he isn’t?), he would do so in minutes, would not care what the American people thought, felt, or believed.  Such is POWER.

I think as time passed us by, I suspect the American people understood that nothing of consequence was going to come out of the Mueller report.   Not a thing.  In fact, I never really thought anything would come out of the report because I never wrote about it; no, I had better concerns with which to spend my time and none of them had anything to do with an imaginary charge of collusion with Russia in them.

You see, I believe I am open-minded and that my eyes are clear.  I have listened to MSNBC and CNN as well as the three alphabet channels promise me around the clock, 24/7/365 that ‘Trump was as good as gone, the guy is toast, that the federal marshals were going to enter the Oval Office at any moment, climb the stairs to the residence, and bring that orange-haired fool out in cuffs.’

So far, that has not happened and if has not happened as of now, I have some unsolicited advice for my Democratic friends in Washington, DC: STOP.  Stop going after the man.  Let us admit, “WE WERE WRONG.”  Okay?  Let it go.  Because, if we don’t, the tables are going to turn and we as a party are going to go down in flames.

I think the Democratic Party must stick to issues that matter such as health care, the economy, housing, for instance, helping young people buy their first home, their first car, help them with paying the high costs of getting an education.  No young person can afford to get married, start a family, buy a starter home, a decent car and good insurance because they are and will continue to be behind the eight ball.  Help them.

I like what I hear from Bernie about health care.  Being the only Democrat candidate brave enough to go on Fox, I sat and watched him speak to the very receptive crowd.  I think he and we can fix health care together.  Why should anyone be driven into the poor house because of a medical crisis?  It makes no sense in this land of plenty.

The American people are the population pool upon which to build a government-run health care system.  It is the biggest risk pool there is, if every American participates in the Medicare-for-All program, risks will be shared, costs will be lowered, and everyone will receive health care when they visit their doctors or go to a hospital without having to pay insurance premiums or co-pays.

We have no problem paying higher taxes if those taxes are going to be used to provide better health care to the American people instead of building bombs to sell to Saudi Arabia for use in their criminal and barbaric war against the Yemeni people.

If we pull out of Afghanistan, if we leave Iraq to do what they are going to do whenever we leave them to do it, we will save billions of dollars, perhaps trillions of dollars.  This money could be better spent on providing health care to ALL citizens of the country as well as helping young student loan debtholders buying out of their unfair debts.

Government can and will run things properly if the right people are in charge.  Republicans?  Nope, they are incapable of doing anything honestly, which is why we must elect a strong Democrat in November 2020 and I am putting my money on home-grown island girl, Tulsi Gabbard, and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.  Both of them care.

Have a beautiful day, tomorrow is Easter Sunday, I will see you then.  Aloha.

I must say I am amazed that the AICP-END Blog would send up-and-coming Bakersfield, California, street artist, the amazing Simone to Maui to do some photographic portraits of me.  We have moved in this direction since politics have turned millions of people against one another and it is important for us as employers and as private people with families to protect, that we begin covering our actual identities from those seeking to cause us problems.  I must say, Simone has done a fine job and this is a caricature of me that meets with my approval.  My husband and I live and own a restaurant in Kihei, Hawaii, and have also worked in institutional cooking at Maui’s premier hospital up in Wailuku.

I DO NOT SUPPORT THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

While the parent band, Genesis, was on hiatus, like colleague, Tony Banks, Mike Rutherford went into the studio to record and deliver his first solo album.  “Smallcreep’s Day,” came out on February 15, 1980, and did fairly well.  Having learned from the debut album by Banks, the record company did some additional promotions work to get out to more fans of the band.  Joining the guitarist/bassist were Ant Phillips (keyboards), Noel McCalla (vocals), Simon Phillips (drums), and Morris Pert (percussion).  This is a lovely album, one every fan of the band should seek out and add to their collection as you will, indeed, enjoy it.  We thank you.

Another posthumous release by Spirit came out on July 06, 2005: “Son of America.”  Like all great recording artists, Randy California had a home studio and he recorded mountains of material.  Following his untimely death off the coastline of his Moloka’i home, his family continued finding more and more material, 46 tunes of which, are here on this 2-disc set.  Some are polished and ready to go while others are works in progress.  You take the good with the not so good; ah, well, c’ est la vie.  Please seek this album out wherever you shop for nothing but the best in rock-and-roll music.  You will be glad you did.

Peter Frampton released his next effort, the best of, “Gold,” on April 26, 2005.  This is an excellent view of the famed musician’s life, one that will provide some unique insights as from whence he came and to where he is going.  We hope you will seek this sterling effort out wherever you shop for the best in rock music so you can make it an addition to your ongoing, growing collection of nothing but the best in rock music.  You will be glad you did.

Just the Facts: California Democrats NEVER thought Prop 14 would let them down but it has as in many political races in November, we have Democrats going toe-to-toe with Republicans

Newsom wants open borders just as he wants to provide at taxpayers’ cost everything FREE to illegal aliens such as health care, education, driver’s licenses and automobile insurance, housing, food aid, you name it, Little Gavin Newsom with his slicked-back hair and his angry eyes has announced he wants to put the ‘needs’ of illegal aliens ahead of those of the native-born Californians and U.S. citizens.

FALL SESSION 2018

BLOG POST #2,902 AT THE AICP-END

TWENTY-SEVEN DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2018

For whom the bells toll- the Democrats- are going down in California next month to massive defeat

Bakersfield, CA, 10-11-2018 Thursday:  On November 06, the people of California will go to the polls just as will our fellow Americans across the country.  We have a clear-cut choice before us, do we want to move ahead with the policies of President Donald J. Trump or do we want to permit the Democratic-Socialists (they all are ‘democratic-socialists’) to reclaim power and begin rolling back all the amazing things we have been enjoying such as a better business environment, more money in everyone’s pockets, and a restoration of freedom?  I think the answer is obvious and even though MOST polls say otherwise, at least until the last seven days before Election Day, I think we are going to witness a RED TSUNAMI the likes of which, we have never seen.

When the Democrats tricked the voters of California to approve Proposition 14 back in 2010, I believe, it led to a situation in which, we have two Democrats squaring off against one another in statewide elections and in many federal elections.  Why the other political parties did not find the best attorneys to get this unconstitutional ballot proposition overturned is beyond me because it damages the multi-party political system.

A coterie of opponents of the proposition brought a legal suit against Prop 14, Field et al. v. Bowen et al. in 2011.  On September 19, 2011, an appellate court ruled that this preposterous proposition was ‘constitutional,’ which in my view is wrong, flat-out wrong.  How is it that we can effectively have a one-party state?  How in hell is that ‘constitutional?’

Due to Democratic mismanagement of the state, however, the primary races here in California produced a surprising result: there are more Republicans competing for statewide positions than there were following the 2010 victory of Prop 14.

For instance, Republican gubernatorial challenger, John Cox, has closed the distance between heavily-favored Democrat, Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom.  Some of the shrinkage is because of the farce we witnessed during the confirmation fight of Judge Brett Kavanaugh a couple of weeks ago but much of the gap closure has been because Lt. Gov. Newsom is a far-left whack job.

Newsom wants open borders just as he wants to provide at taxpayers’ cost everything FREE to illegal aliens such as health care, education, driver’s licenses and automobile insurance, housing, food aid, you name it, Little Gavin Newsom with his slicked-back hair and his angry eyes has announced he wants to put the ‘needs’ of illegal aliens ahead of those of the native-born Californians and U.S. citizens.

Lt. Gov. Newsom has since gone silent on this as he watched his opponent shave the distance between them by 3-6 points, effectively giving Mr. Cox a fighting chance but we know the little schmuck still is going to do this even though he remains mum on the topic.

In the race for lieutenant governor, we have two Democrats competing head-to-head, thanks to Prop 14.  On the one hand, we have state Senator Ed Hernandez going up against Eleni Kounalakis, a businessperson of good repute, someone for whom Henry and I will be casting our votes.

It is more important to have people with business experience (unless they are a nut such as that pitiful fool, Tom Steyer) as they understand deficits, the bottom line, and making payroll, something most liberal Democrats have little to no clue of how to do.

For the position of secretary of state, we have incumbent Democrat Alex Padilla going up against Republican election law attorney, Mark P. Meuser.  As you can imagine, I will be casting my vote for the Republican.

For the office of controller, we have Democrat incumbent Betty T. Yee going up against- wait for it- REPUBLICAN Konstantinos Roditis, another businessman, and someone for whom we are going to vote.

You see, we want Republicans handling the money, not the Democrats, because we can trust the former whereas the latter will continue digging the state into deeper holes such as wanting to provide FREE HEALTH CARE to illegal aliens.

For the office of treasurer, we have Democrat Fiona Ma going up against another Republican, Greg Conlon, businessman and CPA, someone who will work glove-in-hand with Mr. Roditis, which is why we must overwhelmingly vote for the GOP ticket on November 6.

The next race and perhaps one of the most important is the one to replace the POS Xavier Becerra, the state’s attorney-general.  This bum has NEVER seen an illegal alien he did not love and he does everything he can to protect the infamous sanctuary state policies that Jerry Brown- the outgoing governor- helped to enact.  The people of the state do NOT want this.  Therefore, we must elect Republican and retired state judge Steven C. Bailey to take his place.

For the position of insurance commissioner, we have another Democrat state Senator Ricardo Lara (another winner like AG Becerra) going up against no party preference Steve Poizner, the man we want in that seat.  Mr. Poizner is a conservative businessman and that is precisely whom we need to oversee insurance costs and to stop the socialized medicine plan the Dems want to stuff down our throats.

We may at some point see changes made to counteract Prop 14 as in many congressional races and assembly and state senate seats in the state government, things have not gone as expected for the Democrats in that certain areas, there are NO Democrats on the ballot but two Republicans going toe-to-toe, something the Dems never foresaw in their wildest wet dreams.

We will continue tomorrow with as many of the races as we can.  I do not want to bore our readers in other states but friends, it is what it is and this mid-term election might be the most important in our lifetimes.  See you tomorrow.

Due to the increasing number of threats and intrusions into our personal lives, we who blog here at the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day have engaged the services of local up-and-coming Bakersfield street artist, Simone, to do renderings of us as he sees fit.  I must say that he did an ‘okay job,’ it is what it is and I am fine with that.  Anyhow, I have spent my life working in professional food service and find it an immense joy to be able to come here 1-2 times a year and to share my political opinions and observations with me.  Thank you for joining me, we welcome everyone and invite them to bring their friends, family members, and coworkers/employees with them.

 #BD001.1a Tambourine Man #1 9-21-18 (400)

The Byrds formed in 1964 centered around the 12-string Rickenbacker guitar of leader Roger McGuinn, lead guitarist David Crosby, bassist Chris Hillman, harmonica player Gene Clark, and drummer Michael Clarke with each member doing lead or harmony vocals.  Their first album, “Mr. Tambourine Man” (June 21, 1965) hit the airwaves and exploded across the nation and the world.  Their electrical reinterpretation of Bob Dylan’s classic tune—the title cut—showed that when the band electrified the folk music of Dylan, man, it took on a completely different sound and the band hit the charts with a bang and never looked back.  We love this album as we do ALL of the Byrds’ records and highly urge YOU to use our link to redirect your browser to Amazon.com where you can get it in the format, the condition, and the price that is right for you—you will be glad you did.

#FBB01.1h Sleepless Nights #8 01-25-2014 (400)

Today’s album by the Flying Burrito Brothers is their eighth release, but with the same lineup as the earlier and near original, “Burrito Deluxe”: “Sleepless Nights.” The album came out in April 1976 and featured a bunch of classic C & W songs recorded back in the early days of the band.  One finds all manner of classics on this album, from the title cut to “Tonight, the Bottle Let Me Down” to “Green, Green Grass of Home.”  The lineup featured the classic one of Gram Parsons (guitars, vocals, piano), Chris Hillman (bass, vocals), Mike Clarke (drums), Bernie Leadon (lead guitar, vocals), and of course, “Sneaky” Pete Kleinow (pedal steel guitar) PLUS Gram’s girlfriend at the time, the famed country artist, Emmylou Harris.  You can buy this excellent album by using the above link, going to Amazon.com, and buying it now.
