Imagine if first-degree murder, committed under color of authority, with hate crimes added to it led to public execution via hanging with one year? Would Chauvin still have murdered George Floyd?

Now, let’s say two more things: ALL death penalty appeals must end within 365 days. If there are attenuating circumstances, they will be found within one year, not in the course of twenty. Next, let’s say that for someone convicted of first-degree murder, under the color of authority, this person would undergo a public hanging.

BLOG POST #3,510 AT THE AICP-END

149 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Derek Chauvin must have thought he would face no reprimand for killing George Floyd in front of numerous eye witnesses…

Arvin, CA 93203, 06-10-2020 Wednesday: I must admit that when I saw 24 leaders of my party at the Capitol Hill Visitor Center on their knees, wearing their virtue-signaling Chinese Bat Flu masks, with the shawls of Kunta Kinta around their shoulders and down to the polished floor, I almost lost my breakfast. STOP with the pandering already, STOP with the masks, this is why more and more Americans are turning against our party because it no longer represents SANITY, it now represents the most INSANE form of pandering, enough is flipping enough.

So, my party is bowing to the demands of the rioters, “NO MORE POLICE! DEFUND THE POLICE!” What the hell is wrong with you? We need the police. Sure, we don’t need scumbags such as Derek Chauvin and his buds; no, we need honest-to-God, God-fearing, well-trained, well-schooled officers to protect and serve the community.

Now, last week, my colleague and good friend- Chef Pedro Muñoz- made one heck of a point in a couple of his posts. What he said was ‘in order to stop what happened to George Floyd, we have to be able to discipline officers when they do wrong. If they truly do wrong, instead of having them resign so they can move on to another police department, we must be able to hold them accountable.’ Amen. I agree wholeheartedly with what he said.

The problem was (and he pointed this out before any other babbling head on TV did) is that there is an ‘incestuous relationship between Democrats and the public sector unions, particularly the police unions.’

In order to get rid of a bad cop, it requires and act of God, just as it does a bad teacher, bad fireman, or any other government sector employee.   The unions will always go to bat for the bad public employee and what with tenure and other stupid things people in the private sector don’t have but government workers sure as heck do, things are smoothed over and the bad actor goes back to the job to reoffend again and again and again.

I believe the death penalty is a dreadful thing if it is used improperly. However, if ALL fifty states had it on its books for convicted first-degree murderers- especially if hate crimes apply, as well- it would be one hell of a deterrent. Yet, Democrats scream and moan over the death penalty and do their best to get rid of it. Why?

Let’s say the nation has the death penalty. Let’s say the bad cop undergoes conviction on first-degree murder charges with hate crimes tacked on. As someone who committed the murder under the color of authority, i.e., a cop who did what former Officer Derek Chauvin did to George Floyd (or anyone else), the death penalty would be on the table without question.

Now, let’s say two more things: ALL death penalty appeals must end within 365 days. If there are attenuating circumstances, they will be found within one year, not in the course of twenty. Next, let’s say that for someone convicted of first-degree murder, under the color of authority, this person would undergo a public hanging.

Of course, this sounds barbaric and in some ways, it is. Let’s say former Officer Chauvin is convicted of the things we have discussed, within a year, if no appeal either clears him or reduces the sentence, he would climb the 13 steps up the scaffold and in front of thousands of his fellow citizens, he would be hung by the neck until dead.

Can you imagine the deterrent effect something such as this would have for any cop or federal agent? Of course, officers must always wear their body cams and there should be penalties for any ‘forgetfulness’ in wearing them and an ‘incident’ occurs.

An officer like Chauvin, who must have thought he could commit murder in front of numerous eye witnesses and escape any penalties would have thought twice, perhaps thrice, if he knew he would face a public hanging IF convicted of first-degree murder and with hate crimes attached. He must have hated Mr. Floyd to do what he did.

In closing, I await the FULL story because like my colleagues, I believe there must have been something more between these two men for Chauvin to have thrown all rational thought to the winds and to then do what he did. I hope we hear soon.

Please, let me know your opinion on this topic. Thanks.

This is a facsimile of me as a young chef back in the 1960’s when I was working as a sous chef at a fine dining restaurant, the Victor Hugo, over on the coast around Newport, California. I began my career working as a pot washer at the age of 10, move to washing dishes in 1958, became a chef’s apprentice in 1961 and have been a career professional ever since. I am still involved in professional foodservice as a consultant for food and beverage professionals. Famed Bakersfield street artist Simone created the cartoonish figure of me, which appears to be ‘me’ but I hope I look better than how he portrayed me. You are the judge.

Don’t believe collusion between the Democratic Party and communist China exists? Let’s look at how “Pro-China Joe” Biden ‘won’ the 2020 nomination on the wings of the Wuhan bat virus and riots in the street

About the time “Pro-China Joe” was wrapping up the nomination, the communist Chinese let loose the COVID-19 viral bat flu on the world in sort of a one-two punch to the gut. Thus, Mr. Biden did not have to go out and stand before sparsely attended rallies, making gaff after gaff all the while President Trump would be headlining one massive rally after another, making the difference between the two as visible as possible, even to a blind person.

BLOG POST #3,507 AT THE AICP-END

152 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Rather strange how the Chinese virus arrived on scene and then suddenly, “Pro-China Joe” Biden wins the presidential nomination of his party? The guy is a mumbling, stumbling, drooling moron but boy, does he LOVE communist China!

San Diego, CA 92122, 06-07-2020 Sunday: Mis amigos, today is my final post for this cycle which means I most likely won’t see you again until sometime in December. I predict we will meet again around the first week of the 12th month which means, the election will be in the books. I believe, however, that no matter how many polls continue showing decrepit old Joe Biden as crushing Trump, all of them are little more than wishful thinking.

You see, the Dems are so-o hoping that “Pro-China Joe” is going to smoke the current president that they are setting themselves up for yet another crushing defeat. This time, Trump might add to the Senate rather than see any losses while he also might capture the House. We can surely hope so. I no longer want to live under Democrat control anywhere.

My opinion on the viability of “Pro-China Joe” is that I think the higher-ups in the party are almost hopeful that Biden will fall by the wayside without them having to lift a finger to send him into a tailspin. Perhaps he will make his VP choice and then suffer a ‘health issue,’ which will enable his ‘number two’ to then become his ‘number one.’

Prior to Congressman James Clyburn endorsing Mr. Biden ahead of the South Carolina Primary, it appeared that Joe was a dead man walking, that he was on the way out and that one of the more loco candidates would somehow wrest the nomination away from him but then, miracle of miracles, “Pro-China Joe” won and he won BIG and off to the races he went.

From that point onward, “Pro-China Joe” began wracking one primary win up after another while the others watched dumbstruck, even Bernie Sanders had no clue as to what was going on. I suspect that Dark Money flowing in from communist China cleared the field for the former vice president to rise to the top, like liquids to the surface of a septic tank, thus knocking the rest of the nomination seekers out one by one and occasionally two by two.

You have to admit it’s been pretty favorable for Joe as up until Memorial Day, he was able to remain in his basement, talking to this person and that, and not having to worry a lick about being old, forgetful, and unclear as to what office he truly is seeking. Beijing’s stooge- thanks to the arrival of the Wuhan Virus Crisis- has been able to be seen as little as possible while his opponent has been unable to host his massive rallies.

Then along comes the murder of poor George Floyd. Perfect timing for the next battle in the overthrow of the United States and the removal of President Trump. Protests quickly turned to rioting to the point that no one except those alive during the Vietnam War has ever seen anything like what we have been watching on our flat screen TVs. Cops being attacked, property destroyed, goods looted, hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of damage and no end in sight. You cannot tell me that communist China is not behind this ongoing crisis.

I think this summer is going to be a long, hot, and violent one as people forced to stay indoors due to a communist Chinese-created pandemic will continue seeking to throw off their shackles and get back to their lives. Then whatever sort of other negative interaction between a member of law enforcement and a minority occurs, riots will blossom anew, hundreds of millions of dollars of additional property will suffer damages, and all the while the Beijing dirtbags will be working to topple Trump so that Democrats and the Chinese Communist Party can continue doing business- as usual.

Friends, we can stop this mess threatening to damage our country and its people by agreeing to vote out every Democrat and RINO Republican we can and electing patriotic Americans who are willing to improve everyone’s lot in life and not force them to remain indoors, trembling with fear that if a communist bat virus doesn’t get them, angry mobs will. We cannot live like this much longer. Time indeed to send in the troops as Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton, a Republican, recently said.

See you in December, mis amigos, that is, if I am still drawing breath. Things are getting crazy and we cannot take anything for granted.

Police unions and their incestuous relationships with the Democratic Party are the primary reason as to WHY bad cops remain on the force no matter how many complaints they amass

This is why when we learn about a cop like Derek Chauvin, we are horrified to learn that he had more than a dozen complaints lodged against him over his 19 years or so with the MPD. I believe Officer Tou Thao had at least six complaints so why were these two still out on the streets, causing friction between the community and law enforcement when at best, they should have been riding desks or at worse, sent packing?

SPRING SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,506 AT THE AICP-END

153 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

By the time, the tale of George Floyd and Derek Chauvin ends, I suspect the latter will be facing first degree murder charges…

San Diego, CA 92122, 06-06-2020 Saturday: This past Wednesday, the Minneapolis Police Department arrested the other three officers who enabled Derek Chauvin to murder George Floyd- Thomas Lane, Tou Thao, and Alexander Kueng- and charged them with accessory to murder while ramping up the charges against Chauvin from third degree murder to second degree.

Nevertheless, I think by the time the FULL story comes out, it will be little more than a personal beef against Mr. Floyd, one harbored deeply by Officer Chauvin so that when the now dead black man fell into the hands of the embittered white cop, the latter simply could not help himself and did what he did while the others either assisted in the crime or looked on unconcerned. If my assumption is true, Chauvin will end up facing first degree murder charges and the possible death penalty, that is, if Minnesota still has it on the books.

Then, on Thursday, the memorial services for Mr. Floyd occurred, first in Minneapolis, the town he called home, and then across the country as mourners expressed their sadness at his loss. Things were mostly peaceful but I am always somewhat amazed as to how race baiter Al Sharpton always seems to hijack the moment. That man is a walking, talking time bomb and must go.

Sharing the same space with the arrests and the memorial services were increased calls around the country for the defunding of police departments across the nation. I guess this is the answer to the question as how to do something about bad cops never seeming to be held accountable for their crimes until they are so egregious, so heinous, and so public when what the nation truly needs is the ‘defunding of public employees unions.’ This is where the substance of the problem lies, the inability to terminate problematic people.

I spoke about this issue earlier in the week but disciplining and/or terminating troublesome workers in the private world is bad enough due to all the state and federal regulations piled atop us but when unions are involved- especially public sector unions- the problem becomes even more difficult when one goes after bad teachers, firemen-and-women, and especially cops.

Now we know that more black and Hispanic people are murdered by fellow black and Hispanic people and not by the cops. That is why when we hear of something like what the four bad apples in Minneapolis did to a submissive black ‘suspect’ is doubly disturbing because this stuff does not happen all that often or if it does, it occurs out of the public’s line of sight and we only hear about it.

This is why everyone is so up in arms. We witnessed the life being crushed out a helpless man on the ground, all the while cell phone cams are whirring away, capturing evidence that will lead to the downfall of the four cops as well as stir up global protests and launch violent riots across the country.

What’s more, we don’t support what the four officers did and don’t want to see it ever happen again yet once the riots begin, once the looting occurs, once the glass is breaking, cars being set ablaze, we forget everything else and want to see law and order restored because this is not how a civilized society behaves.

Up the road in Los Angeles, California, Mayor Eric Garcetti wants to pull $100 million away from law enforcement. My wife and I won’t be visiting that city anymore, that I can tell you. We love Los Angeles but not enough to put either of our lives at risk so vamanos to L.A., no más, amigos, no más.

Should San Diego announce it’s going to do the same, I guess it will be time to move to Idaho. We love California but enough is enough, folks.

Racism does exist but the U.S. has come a long way in solving it so let’s not allow communist China and the Democratic Party to drive a dagger in our collective hearts

Moreover, my colleagues and I believe communist China is orchestrating these riots with their Democratic Party friends. I think the Dems think that a mass violence uprising across the nation is somehow going to cause average Americans to turn on Trump, to vote for Joe Biden, and to become friendly towards the communist government in distant Beijing.

SPRING SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,505 AT THE AICP-END

154 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

I fear we are facing an uprising the likes of which, we haven’t seen in this country since the Civil War and that Beijing and the Democrats are behind it…

San Diego, CA 92122, 06-05-2020 Friday: Most Americans are not racist nor do we believe in racism yet that is all we hear about, HOW racism is systemic, how it comes up from the roots of the country, how it branches out into all manner of insidious forms. Like a vampiric shapeshifter of classic literature, it can achieve many forms, whether the Jim Crow and segregation of old, the relegation of Latinos to a despised second-class citizenship following the confiscation of their lands, to microaggressions where people say and do things that slash and burn the feelings of their non-white listeners that they themselves don’t comprehend or understand as their words exit their uncaring mouths.

Still, facts are important, extremely important, and according to Bernard Kerik, former NYPD commissioner who quoted FBI and Washington Post stats on Tucker Carlson’s show this past Tuesday night, ‘last year, American law enforcement officers made 10 million arrests while only committing 1,004 fatal police shootings. Forty-one of these people were unarmed and of the fatalities, 19 were white, 9 were black, and the rest were ‘other,’ meaning Latino, Asian, Pacific Islander, Native American or whatever.

Simultaneously, 89 law enforcement officers died on the job last year which is not a number anyone should celebrate as any member of law enforcement killed in the line of duty is one too many. In the past week and a half, however, several cops have had their lives taken from them and numerous others have been hurt, some grievously.

We have watched it on TV as violent rioters throw bricks, cinderblocks, rocks, bottles, Molotov cocktails, incendiary devices, all manner of potential lethal weapons at the cops and sadly, due to crappy government- like New York City’s, the cops have to accept the incoming as part of the job.

Here is what I think, mis compadres: I believe everything that is occurring over the death of George Floyd is more than just protests against what fired MPD Officer Derek Chauvin and his Tres Amigos did to the poor man. Obviously, all of the weapons used by angry protesters and violent rioters across the country ‘magically show up on site,’ whether pallets of bricks or IEDs.

Antifa has been waiting the ‘next police brutality moment’ by stockpiling the equipment of war because what they are doing IS FIGHTING A WAR against our nation, our system of government, and the various components of government at all levels.

It should be clear to all that BOTH the Democrats and the communist Chinese HATE President Trump. They want a flunky like Joe Biden sitting in the Oval Office playing with Tinker Toys while Dr. Jill and a whole slew of Deep State operatives do their evil from behind the scenes.

Joe will be the face of the administration but whoever is pulling his marionette strings does so from a position of anonymity. That is the only way the communists can claim power, by subduing the people through nonstop violence, fear, and threats of more. It is not good, it is not right, and even worse, it is extremely evil.

At one time, I might have agreed with the angry mobs but now, I know better. I love this country, it has given me as much- if not more- than what might have been taken from my ancestors back in the California of 1848, when the Union stole it from Mexico. My family and I have given jobs to hundreds of people, people of all colors, religions, ethnicities, sexual persuasions, we have given them jobs and enabled them to move up the socioeconomic ladder. It is what Americans do.

Now, all of that might crash down atop us. I retired but most of my family still works the business and due to the People’s Republic of China sending us the Wuhan Bat Flu as a ‘thank you’ for Trump forcing them to make a trade deal equitable for both nations and not just for them, that long run might be over. Now.

I hope we will survive this but when and if we do, we must come down atop the enemies of this nation and must go after communist China with every ounce of strength our country possesses. We must sue them, we must ostracize them, we must demand the United Nations give Taiwan equal nation status. We must demand that the people of Hong Kong remain free and that if the communists won’t keep their promise, then we must drive them out of the U.N., out of the World Trade Organization, out of the World Health Organization and from wherever else their shit nation has membership.

See you manana, mis amigos.

Here are the stats for the day around the world: 6,591,391 confirmed cases, 388,710 confirmed deaths, but 2,851,157 confirmed recoveries. In the United States, here are the numbers: 1,910,843 confirmed cases, 109,639 confirmed deaths, but 437,251 confirmed recoveries, the last number of which would be much higher if Blue State governors were not playing politics.
  53. 2020 Thursday A: In the three states in which, the American Institute of Culinary Politics-The Elemental News of the Day has chef-authors, California, Hawaii, and Washington, here are the stats, Golden State first: 119,807 confirmed cases, 4,422 confirmed deaths, but Governor ‘Little Gavin’ Newsom will not share the number of confirmed recoveries. Shame on him. In the Aloha State, here are the stats: 653 confirmed cases, 17 confirmed deaths, but 609 confirmed recoveries which is incredibly good. Thank you, Governor David Ige, perhaps you can urge Gavin Newsom and Jay Inslee to do the same? Finally, in the Evergreen State, here are the stats: 22,729 confirmed cases, 1,138 confirmed deaths, but much like California, NO mention of confirmed recoveries which says it’s all about politics.
  54. 2020 Thursday B: U.S. Attorney-General announces that Justice is looking into Antifa and other ‘foreign actors’ involved in the riots crippling the United States at the moment. About time because the criminal scum must be found hiding under whatever rocks they do, rounded up, and sent to prison for life. Harmeet Dhillon launches a lawsuit on behalf of beaten journalist Andy Ngo in Portland, Oregon, last year. Get them, Harmeet!  Again, we must say that the majority of us writing for the AICPENDBLOG.COM now believe that communist China is colluding with the Democratic Party who channels Beijing’s dark money to its various action groups such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa. Time to bring ALL of them down.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

#PF001.2t Live in Gdansk #46 05-28-2020 (400)

David Gilmour released his next solo album, “Live in Gdansk,” on September 22, 2008, an album featuring the final show of the “On an Island” tour in 2006, a phenomenal show in Poland. Joining the legendary guitarist were some powerhouse musicians such as Steve DiStanislao (drums/percussion), Guy Pratt (bass), Rick Wright and John Carin (keyboards), along with other supporting and some local musicians. This album is a stunning effort, one that showcases the legendary guitarist as a top-notch solo performer. This is why we encourage everyone to rush out and add this effort to your growing collection. We believe you will love it as much as we do so what are you awaiting? A sign from the heavens? Take it from us and get it ASAP. Thank you.

BLOG POST #3,504 AT THE AICP-END

155 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

It should be clear to everyone that foreign enemies (ahem, communist China) is working with one of our major political parties to topple the nation…

San Diego, CA 92122, 06-04-2020 Thursday: Others have mentioned this before me here at the American Institute of Culinary Politics-The Elemental News of the Day, that the Achilles heel of the country is race. Race relations and racism are the main areas that a deft enemy can manipulate like Nero plucking his fiddle, play it up and pour acid on the fault lines and if the instigator does it long enough, somewhere, someplace within the country, an incident will occur, such as the murder of George Floyd, that will provide the necessary flashpoint for some sort of cataclysmic event to erupt upon which, liberals hope to profit.

My colleagues and I generally agree that something more is afoot here, that the appalling murder of Mr. Floyd could not have caused the almost instantaneous series of well-orchestrated, seemingly well-funded protests and riots to detonate around the country. In some ways, it is reminiscent of the now infamous ‘women’s marches’ that occurred shortly after Donald Trump won the 2016 Presidential Election, that both here in the United States and in other parts of the world, coordinated protests ‘lamenting the election of Trump’ seemed to effervesce out of nowhere.

I believe, mis amigos, that we are living in a time of mass media manipulation, mass shadow indoctrination, a time when mighty unseen forces are at work behind the screen much like the Wizard of Oz created. A puny, manipulative man, the Wizard created a frighteningly large persona that struck terror in all who beheld it until a brave soul went across the dividing line and observed the true man behind the heavy drapery.

We have a variety of networks, both TV and cable, that continue shaping the news around the clock so that the unaware and the inattentive believe what the talking heads tell them. They believe that President Trump is (1) an agent of Moscow, that (2) he stole the 2016 Election and will do the same in November, that (3) he is a thug, that (4) he hates minorities, (5) that he is a coward, (6) that he is a racist, and (7) that he has no clue as to what he is doing.

The liberal news media said much the same about the last Republican president although they did not go to the extreme by claiming he that he was a ‘Russian agent.’ They might have but mercifully for me if they did, I have forgotten about it.

But much the same what they said about George W. Bush is that when he was informed of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, that he avoided returning to Washington D.C., and instead flew aimlessly about the skies, fearful of returning to the District of Columbia from wherever he was.

They said much the same about President Trump, ‘hiding in the bunker’ while violent protesters raged outside the White House over the weekend. From what I understand, when the Secret Service takes charge of a situation, a president follows their instructions much like Bush #43 did by not returning directly to D.C. from wherever he had been visiting school students or Trump being hurried down to the bunker beneath the White House. You do what the Praetorian Guard orders you to do if you wish to be protected.

I agree with my colleagues, too, that the nation’s enemies are colluding with one of our political parties. We contend that Chinese Communist Party money flows into the United States and into the coffers of various front groups for the Democratic Party.

This dark money then flows into various banks around the country and then when a spark ignites a social issue, here, suddenly, is Antifa, here is Black Lives Matter, here is Occupy Wall Street (what happened to that smelly cesspool of human garbage?), and loads of other shock troop groups that magically appear from nowhere like toadstools on one’s lawn.

If we are going to survive this leftist uprising, we must track down the agitators. Declaring Antifa a domestic terrorist group will allow us to run them to earth and destroy them the same ways we did the Weather Underground, the Students for a Democratic Society, the Symbionese Liberation Army, the Black Panthers, the Mob, and other anti-American radical and criminal groups. We must break their backs financially by using RICO against them and send them to prison or to the death house.

If we are to survive as a nation, we must do this as if we don’t, voila! A second Civil War will erupt. The Dakotas are starting to look surprisingly good.

Okay, amigos, we will reconvene tomorrow at 12:01 A.M. Join me.

BLOG POST #3,503 AT THE AICP-END

156 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

If we want to change to change the way we are treated, then we must reconsider for whom we vote…

San Diego, CA 92122, 06-03-2020 Wednesday: Amigos, if there is one thing I detest in this life, it’s hypocrisy. I listen to some loser like Richard Fowler on Fox News Channel bemoaning how black folks have been fighting for their rights, for recognition, and for respect since the founding of the nation and that little to no change for the better has occurred. The thing that amazes me is this: first, they never mention that most of the outrages committed on black and Latino folks by cops generally seem to occur in BLUE areas, uh, like Minneapolis and second, they never mention when discussing BAD COPS the role public employees unions play in whether bad cops face legal punishment for their misdeeds.

The fact that liberal politicians are loath to punish bad cops is because they want the union endorsements and their members’ votes. Amy Klobuchar is a perfect example of such a politician as when she was Hennepin County D.A., she declined to prosecute fired MPD Officer Derek Chauvin for whatever misdeed he was accused of doing at the time but we do know her reasoning not to do so was nothing but politics.

Many of the places where black and Latino Americans are unhappy are in Blue States and Blue Cities. Democrats always talk a good show and every two and four years come around and beg us to vote for them which many of us do, generally out established habit.

I did for a long time before my eyes finally jerked open and I understood that no matter how many promises were made to me and my fellow Hispanic Americans, it did not matter. We want illegal aliens no more than anyone else does because they undercut wages and benefits and yet Democrats in Sacramento could give a hoot. They tell us, they’ll take care of us next time but next time never comes.

The other thing are the unions. When it becomes so difficult to terminate say, a bad teacher, many times the union contract forbids it and so a teacher with sex crimes or other abusive actions might sit in a classroom with other teachers as messed up as they are, drawing their checks and receiving their benefits, some for years. It is akin to the Vatican getting rid of bad priests, it takes an act of God generally to get rid of a bad priest just as it does a lowlife union employee.

Add to that the fact that many politicians, both left and right, hate to go after members of public employees unions, especially the problematic cops and so, the cops remain. Look at the tragedy of Ahmaud Arbery who was chased down by two white thugs, a father and son, the elder of which had been a cop and who then worked as a private investigator for Brunswick, Georgia’s district attorney.

This poor kid was chased down in the street and murdered by the son, seemingly with a point-blank shotgun blast to the belly. The incident occurred on February 23, 2020 but no arrests were made until a video of the entire incident surreptitiously popped up about a month later. Had it not been for this film, neither the father, Gregory, nor the son, Travis McMichael would have ever been arrested.

Now, the Brunswick D.A. when shown the film recused herself from the case because of her professional relationship with the elder McMichael. At least two more prosecutors had to recuse themselves from the case before I believe the governor stepped in and sent people from the state police to handle the case. Heck, the arrests of the duo did not occur until May 07, nearly 75 days later which of course made many people extremely angry because had it been black or Hispanic people doing the same to a white person, they would have been arrested immediately.

There is no wonder WHY black and Latino Americans are angry. Blacks have been angry since they were forcibly removed from their homelands, transported across the Atlantic Ocean, and then made slaves.

Latinos have been just as angry as Manifest Destiny meant we had to surrender our slice of Mexico immediately becoming second-class citizens, and then for more than a century, we were unfairly treated, too, and in some areas, still are. Shoot, we still have not forgotten the Zoot Suit Riots in Los Angeles back in the waning days of World War II, government-sanctioned violence against Latinos.

What I am saying is that if blacks and Latinos- and other minorities- wish to change the way we are perceived and/or treated, we must start using our minds and voting differently, something I have done and for which, I have received some grief from some of my family members and employees. It is what it is.

If we want change, we must make change and change does not mean via violence. Violence might set it in motion such as the slaying of George Floyd but the only way we will change things for good is when we begin using the brains God gave us and start voting for those whom we believe will TRULY change things, whether they be Republican or Democrat or whatever (although as long as the Dems continue with this anti-American, hive-like mentality, they are lost to us).

Nos vemos!

Derek Chauvin and George Floyd worked security together at the El Nuevo Rodeo Club in Minneapolis for at least a year- what the hell happened between them that led to murder?

My colleagues and I suspect that something transpired between Officer Chauvin and Mr. Floyd at El Nuevo Rodeo Club. Who knows? It could have been a disagreement, it could have been a dispute over some hottie, or it could have been something worse, no one as of the time of this writing knows. However, I suspect that by the time we know the truth, the HATE CRIME will be hatred between the two men that has set off this nationwide mass disturbance.

BLOG POST #3,502 AT THE AICP-END

157 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

The as of now assumed dispute between Officer Derek Chauvin and dead arrestee George Floyd seems incredibly personal…

San Diego, CA 92122, 06-02-2020 Tuesday: Well, we now know that former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin and George Floyd worked security at the same nightclub in that city, El Nuevo Rodeo Club. The officer worked security outside for 17 years, obviously in his off time while Floyd worked inside for at least a year, their shifts overlapping. It is not all that uncommon for off-duty police officers to provide security to a variety of endeavors, mostly nightclubs, but also security for bigwigs and the like.

Now, last week, Chef Olaf wrote a powerful post on Friday night and another on Sunday about the death of Mr. Floyd. Everyone has seen the video, seen Officer Chauvin with his knee on the neck of a passive Floyd[i], almost acting out the infamous opening scene of the movie, “American History X.” His fellow cops[ii] either stood around or assisted him in keeping Floyd on the ground. It was a disturbing vista and it is no wonder people across the country and around the world are in shock.

People suspect there was something personal between the two men for this brazen mistreatment and murder of a guy to occur. Floyd was suspected of trying to pass a bogus $20 bill so he could buy some booze and for that, he had to die on the street? Even if Floyd had spit on one of the cops or told one of them what his wife or mother could do for Mr. Floyd, that seemingly would not have driven Officer Chauvin to commit the heinous act he did.

I am not saying the murder wasn’t serious because it is. No one should be treated like that, hell, a stray dog should not be treated like that. One has to wonder why Officer Chauvin and his three fellow officers felt so emboldened that they could snuff the life out of a suspect who wasn’t fighting back, who wasn’t trying to get away, but who was lying in the street as his life gradually ebbed out of him.

When the world does know the truth, I suspect many will be stunned. A personal beef between two men that allowed one in a position of authority to murder the other when he suddenly found his enemy within ‘his grasp?’

As far as I can tell from the various videos, it would appear that two of the officers and NOT Chauvin had Floyd in custody at first. They put him in the car. They must have called into headquarters and Chauvin and his partner somewhere in the vicinity heard and rushed over to the scene because he heard the name ‘George Floyd.’ “At last, I have him!” he thought.

Sadly, nowadays, young people do things that make little to no sense. Officer Chauvin[iii] does not look that old nor was Mr. Floyd. A personal beef could have set in motion a chain of events that led to tragedy and then to a nationwide explosion of anger, rage intensified by people being forced to stay home and out of work because communist China let loose a virus on the world.

It matters not what the flashpoint between Chauvin and Floyd was. What matters is that one man, assisted by three others- two of whom- Chauvin included- had numerous black marks in their jackets for manhandling or mistreating suspects, snuffed the life out of a man on a busy street, in broad daylight, and with cell phones filming away. Stupid, right? Or a crime of passion? It remains to be seen.

The interesting thing is that Amy Klobuchar, when she was Hennepin County’s attorney helped Officer Chauvin through some of his difficulties by declining to prosecute him, something she now wholeheartedly denies but seemingly is absolutely true.

Funny how liberals claim to stand for the people then do everything to screw them because if she enabled Chauvin to remain a cop, that says much about the quality of her character and WHY she should not be our next vice president.

We will get to the bottom of this outrageous crime and I hope everyone who had a role in this pays the price, a BIG price. We won’t forget this crime that seemingly will snowball into a summer of intense violence.

#PF001.2q Ca Ira #43 05-08-2020 (400)

Ever the musical innovator, Roger Waters’ next solo effort was an opera, “Ca Ira,” aka “It’ll be Fine,” which came out on October 04, 2005. The subject material revolved around the early parts of the notorious and extremely bloody French Revolution. Say what you will about an ever-evolving artist dipping his toe into opera music, this is a stunner although narrative parts tend to overshadow the musical endeavor but hey, it is what it is. We certainly hope that you will seek this stunner out and consider adding it to your growing collection of nothing but the finest in music- you will be so glad you did, undoubtedly! We thank you!

What Google Blogger has done to the AICP-END Blogs is despicable so we hope Trump’s fledgling war on social media platforms will extend to Sundar Pichai and Google, too

Now, however, there could be light on the horizon what with President Donald J. Trump pursuing social media giants such as Twitter and Facebook for being so unfair as platforms. They only allow and promote content with which they agree- which is extreme leftist in nature- while punishing anyone who might express conservative or even libertarian views.

SPRING SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,501 AT THE AICP-END

158 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Thank you, President Trump, for cracking down on the liberal, leftist social media giants, we hope it will extend to Google and Google Blogger…

San Diego, CA 92122, 06-01-2020 Monday:   Amigos! Good morning! How quickly things change, mis compadres. Google Blogger did the same thing to us that Twitter and Facebook have done to us, they disagree with our views- which we very clearly state in every post so that NO one is left scratching his or her (or its) head, wondering is this person liberal, conservative, or something else? No, we do what every journalist/commentator/publisher should do and that is to inform the readers or viewers up front from what neck of the woods we come. In so doing, if someone does not care to read our posts, he, she, or it can go read something somewhere else. No skin off anyone’s back- especially ours.

I guess we should have known that Google was moving toward this juvenile action because the chupadores kept us behind an interstitial which is a wall that countenances only the authors and followers to view posts and no one else. They did this to us for more than 5-6 years without ever possessing the necessary cojones to just shut us the flip down. In fact, our blogs are still out there, languishing on the Net, being punished for whatever stupid reason Sundar Pichai and his maricon staffers believe us to have done. ¡Pinche putos!

Now, however, there could be light on the horizon what with President Donald J. Trump pursuing social media giants such as Twitter[i] and Facebook[ii] for being so unfair as platforms. They only allow and promote content with which they agree- which is extreme leftist in nature- while punishing anyone who might express conservative or even libertarian views.

I hope that whatever he does bears fruit and all of us here at the American Institute of Culinary Politics-The Elemental News of the Day anticipate that it carries over to entities such as Google and Google Blogger because it is unfair for them to be allowed to exist but not for long-time bloggers like us and millions of others to be able to reach an audience.

We would love to see Google and Sundar Pichai[iii] take a good drubbing from the federal government because if you are going to allow people to utilize your platform sans telling them that IF you are mostly conservative, you mostly won’t be seen, is entirely criminal and immoral. To many, this reeks of false advertising in the same way Google Plus was such a popular social media site but mostly only conservatives had posts removed while liberals could spew as much hate speech as they liked.

Problem was, too many conservative people were using Google Plus so Mr. Pichai and his legal team drummed up the idea that ‘we was hacked’ and thus in losing the personal information of its users that, instead of fixing the problems, they shut the entire operation down.

We remember the upset at the time, April of last year, because millions of Google Plus users hoped against hope that Google might rescind the order and allow the platform to continue but oh, no, they shut it down sooner than April 1, 2019 and all the people who spent time building not only personal sites but collections and groups and followings found ALL their work disappeared like a Central American politician and out the window.

MeWe offered somewhat of a replacement but as a site, it never could compare with Google Plus. If one wants to create the same sort of collections and groups, they must pay, something many cannot do.

In closing, it would be great if these companies could be secure enough in their views and their politics to allow free expression to roam free but oh, no, can’t do that, they must be the ones who shape what the gullible see and believe while not permitting those with ideas contrary to theirs to attempt likewise.

While we like WordPress.com, there is no way they equal Google Blogger because we had a beautiful couple of sites over there. Now, WordPress is messing with its format and its template and that is always irritating for old guys (and gals) like us because we get used to working within the parameters of the system that to then toss it out the window and go down a different path causes needless hours of frustration.

Thanks for allowing me to bitch, mis amigos, we will get back to doing what we do best tomorrow, the discussion of current events and politics such as the George Floyd murder.

Adios.

This is a caricature of me created by up-and-coming Bakersfield street artist Simone. We decided to go this route to protect our identities from readers who make some virulent threats, which means we find it best to use cartoons instead of photos. Anyhow, I began my culinary career in the 1950’s and had the good fortune of working with many different chefs before meeting my good friend, Stinkbug, in the mid 1980’s in Bakersfield. I am still working part-time in my semi-retired years in my hometown in San Diego, CA.

[i] Jack Dorsey is the real a—hole as he has shut down numerous of our various Twitter accounts. We have 24 authors here as well as support staff who all have or had vigorous online presences at Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Linked-In, and other various social media/marketing sites only to have them unceremoniously shutdown. Good luck with getting in touch with a human being at any of these aforementioned sites. -A. T. Woliztnikistein.

[ii] Mark Zuckerberg tiptoes around the edges the best he can but he has shutdown various posts on a variety of interconnected Facebook pages as he and his hack administrators do not agree with any conservative views. -A.T.W.

[iii] Wouldn’t it be great if the Trump administration deported this POS? -A.T.W.
