Original Beverly Carrick Artworks, Beverly Carrick—World Famous Artist, Ray Manzarek, The Doors, Steve Hackett, Genesis, Keith Richard, Mick Jagger, Marianne Faithful, President Abraham Lincoln, Joe Schermie, Three Dog Night, Pablo Cruise, Cory Lerios, Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Michael McDonald, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh,

[i] We promoted the music of the Doors, the famed Los Angeles, California, hard rocking psychedelic band beginning on Saturday, 18-February-2012 through 02-April-2012. We hope you will seek this legendary band out and consider adding it to your ever-growing collection.

[ii] Not sure when we will get around to doing the music of Three Dog Night but if we ever return to promoting the music of famed rock bands from the 1960s and the 1970s, we sure as heck will include this stellar band, one that is still performing to this day. We saw them in 2019 and all we can say is “Wow.”

[iii] We promoted the music of Genesis and its members beginning on Tuesday, 02-April-2019 through Sunday, 15-September-2019. This included not only the parent group but also Peter Gabriel, Steve Hackett, Tony Banks, Mike Rutherford, Mike + the Mechanics, and Phil Collins. Please, look for them.

[iv] When we promoted the music of It’s a Beautiful Day beginning on Thursday, 25-August-2011 through Monday, 29-August-2011 and a second round on Tuesday, 04-February-2014 through Wednesday, 05-February-2014, we should have promoted the music of Pablo Cruise, too, due to their being interconnected. We certainly will one day. Ah, well, please seek IABD out and consider adding them to your collection.

[v] We expect to promote the music of Steely Dan sometime within the next decade or so.

[vi] We hope to promote the music of the Doobie Brothers sometime before 2030. We hope you will remain vigilant.

[vii] We shared the music of the Stones beginning Tuesday, 22-March-2016 through Sunday, 28-August-2016. This included the members’ solo projects. We sure as heck hope you check out the Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger, Brian Jones, Keith Richard, Charlie Watts, Bill Wyman, and Mick Taylor. Ronnie Wood you can find during the presentation of the Faces. Sadly, we should have been clairvoyant and presented the music of Marianne Faithful, too. Perhaps one day we will.

[viii] Present the music of Adele one day? If we are still around in 15-20 years, we just might.

[ix] God created the neutron bomb for wiping out maggots like these scum. President Trump: LIGHT THEM UP!

[x] Does anyone ever question WHY Germany has become Russia’s bitch?

[xi] Climate change is a hoax, the way the Democrats and liberals around the world present it. The climate is always changing but the solar activity- abundance or lack of sunspots and solar flares- is the driving force and it changes the climate on every planet in our Solar System.

Just the Facts: the Left never sleeps- they will always find ways at outlawing or circumventing the things they don’t like such as how Google is closing G-Plus to clamp down free speech

The left never sleeps my friends, and I know because I am a reformed leftist. Hence why I believe that Google is shutting down Google Plus- an app that hundreds of millions of people use every month- is not because ‘too few people use it’ or ‘it is too costly to maintain’ (how can they say that? They are the BIGGEST company of their kind)- but because it will allow them to control the flow of free speech as well as perhaps close down Blogger.

SPRING SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,070 AT THE AICP-END

587 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

The left is ‘genius’ when it comes to navigating around things it does not like in order to quash them

Pasadena, CA, 03-28-2019 Thursday:  Good morning friends, we have been working on this blog since late 2010, when Stinkbug and his brother from another mother, Chef Brian picked up where they left off in the summer of that year over at the now-defunct Choseit.com.  One by one, each of the chef-bloggers gravitated over here from the old blog or were recruited by them like me to join them at this blog.  As time went by, we set up a secondary blog due to Google slamming the door on us in the summer of 2014.  Then, knowing they meant us no good, we set up shop over at WordPress in case they closed us down again.

We now suspect that the reason Google Plus is shutting down as of next Monday-Tuesday is because- like shutting down the Second Amendment- the best way to go about accomplishing leftist goals is to circumvent them and do it via the backdoor.  We suspect that like the Democrats seek to punish and/or close gunmakers is by taxing bullets and requiring background checks as well as suing those who manufacture guns or deny them the necessary loans with which to do business.

We have seen the little buck-toothed leftist bar maid, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, aka Baby Evita, aka AOC, going after Wells Fargo Bank executives over their funding of various pipelines.

Everyone who watched the doe-eyed dimwit laughed at her but there was nothing to laugh at because she was doing something no one else had thought of: she was going to make the financiers of all things the leftists hate like guns, fossil fuels, the military-industrial complex- feel the pain by tying them to negative things to which, they may have given money.

Now, you can laugh at me and call me crazy but this is diabolical.  Although the Wells Fargo exec was somewhat unresponsive to what the Baby Evita was dishing out, she was setting the mood for everyone who finances unpopular things the left does not like- like multi-state oil pipelines- that when a problem occurs like an oil spill, we are going to tar and feather the banks with the disaster knowing that business will always avoid anything that makes it look BAD.

If the left cannot get guns off the street, well, they will chip away at the places where they can such as placing draconian laws on the transfer and sale of guns to family members or putting additional taxes and background checks on ammo.

These sneaky SOBS seek to do this so that every time someone goes to buy bullets for their AR-15, in order to get the amount of ammo the law allows them to get at any one time, they have to undergo a 14-day background check before receiving the ammo.

Standing outside the issue, one must applaud how easy it is to overturn the Second Amendment because one does not need to outlaw guns (although they are working on that one, too, and will succeed which is WHY the left wants to lower the voting age to 16), one only needs to make it extremely difficult to purchase ammo for lawfully-owned firearms as overtime, people will ‘give them up’ willingly.

Likewise, in order to shove the Green New Deal down our throats, a Marxist fire-breathing genius like the slow-witted Baby Evita first must go after the banks that provide financing to fossil fuel projects because if the banks won’t fund the building of new infrastructure or the maintenance of existing equipment and facilities, then there is good reason to believe it won’t get done and fossil fuel production will disappear.

I think they would love to close Blogger because that entity could be costly to maintain as well as a desire within the bigwigs of the company to control the flow of speech.  Granted, much of the speech one sees on social media is foul and unproductive but I am sure that Sundar Pichai, the Google boss, would love to throttle free speech in the same way he wants desperately to work with Xi Jinping and Communist China.

There are big bucks to be made in totalitarian societies and those sitting at the table can reap vast rewards while the rest of us languish in the shadows of their dominance.  I would hope that Google will reconsider shutting down Google Plus as well as Google Blogger but I think both of these entities will vanish as will our access to you the ravenous readers.  What a shame.  We are indeed living in an Orwellian world.

Friends, we can still protest and demand Google reconsider but we already see the numbers of viewers and readers diminishing which means we could soon be on the chopping block, too.  Shame on Sundar Pichai.  Shame on Google.  Why would you not embrace the nation and its tenets of freedom and liberty that allowed you to become as big as you are instead of working on behalf of those who would quash our abilities to engage the minds of hundreds of millions?

Thanks for joining me, folks; we will pick up tomorrow where we left off today.

Just the Facts: Commentary on the Green New Deal, Part One; AOC did not create it; no, she stole it from the Green Party so let’s give credit where credit is due for this idiocy

Nancy Pelosi was correct when she called this ‘pie in the sky.’ Although she might encourage the “energy” of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, aka the Baby Evita, aka AOC, aka “Dumbass,” she should fear this lunatic just as others among both parties should fear her.

Baby Evita is little more than a liberal thief

Weedpatch, CA, 02-12-2019 Tuesday: Good morning, friends, there is much discussion about the Green New Deal, how the unattractive barmaid, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, aka the Baby Evita, aka AOC, aka “Dumbass,” has this ‘Green New Deal’ and now has fellow female liberal Democrats jumping aboard with her even though this ‘deal’ is not even hers; no, she stole it from the Green Party website.

The summary of the Green New Deal (found at www.gp.org) states the following:

“The Green New Deal is a four part program for moving America quickly out of crisis into a secure, sustainable future.  Inspired by the New Deal programs that helped us out of the Great Depression of the 1930s, the Green New Deal will provide similar relief and create an economy that makes our communities sustainable, healthy, and just.”  (www.gp.org)

Here are the ‘Four Pillars of the Green New Deal’ (and note, I will insert comments into the text where I feel the need or will add them at the end):

Part I: Economic Bill of Rights:

“Our country cannot truly move forward until the roots of inequality are pulled up, and the seeds of a new, healthier economy are planted.  Thus, the Green New Deal begins with an Economic Bill of Rights that ensures all citizens: 1. The right to employment through a Full Employment Program that will create 25 million jobs by implementing a nationally funded, but locally controlled direct employment initiative replacing unemployment offices with local employment offices offering public sector jobs which are “stored” in job banks in order to take up any slack in private sector employment.”  (www.gp.org)

The Green New Deal continues:

“Local communities will use a process of broad stakeholder input and democratic decision making to fairly implement these programs;

“Pay-to-play prohibitions will ensure that campaign contributions or lobbying favors do not impact decision-making;

“We will end unemployment in America once and for all by guaranteeing a job at a living wage for every American willing and able to work.”

“2. Worker’s rights including the right to a living wage, to a safe workplace, to fair trade, and to organize a union at work without fear of firing or reprisal;

“3. The right to quality health care which will be achieved through a single-payer Medicare-for-All program;

“4. The right to a tuition-free, quality, federally funded, local controlled public education system from pre-school through college.  We will also forgive student loan debt from the current era of unaffordable college education;

“5. The right to decent affordable housing, including an immediate halt to all foreclosures and evictions.  We will:

“Create a federal bank with local branches to take over homes with distressed mortgages and either restructure the mortgages to affordable levels, or if the occupants cannot afford a mortgage, rent homes to the occupants;

“Expand rental and home ownership assistance;

“Create ample public housing; and,

“Offer capital grants to non-profit developers of affordable housing until all people can obtain a decent housing at no more than 25% of their income.”

“6. The right to accessible and affordable utilities- heat, electricity, phone, internet, and public transportation- through democratically run, publicly owned utilities that operate at cost, not for profit;

“7. The right to fair taxation that’s distributed in proportion to ability to pay.  In addition, corporate tax subsidies will be made transparent by detailing them in public budgets where they can be scrutinized, not hidden as tax breaks.” (www.gp.org)

I am quite sure that NO one gave Fidel Castro or Che Guevara much attention when they said what going to do until the murderous thugs began doing it, when it was too flipping late to do a single thing about it.  Communism continues to reign supreme in Cuba and in other Third World s**t-hole countries as once it becomes ingrained, it requires the mass killing of everyone benefitting from the system.  Then and only then, can an enslaved people return to freedom and capitalism.

Virtually everything in this steaming pot of Green New Deal cow crap is loony tunes.  The only way to fund it is to tax the rich into oblivion, which will drive them and their cash out of the country to places more welcoming to them.

I doubt an idiot like Tom Steyer would remain; no, I bet he would pull up stakes along with Georgy Soros and other leftist billionaires and would go someplace more amenable to them.  Liz Warren promises to pursue billionaires wherever they might escape to so NO one can beat the taxman.

That would leave the disappearing middle class to pay the bulk of the taxes.  I fear that if they balk and began demanding a return to sanity, the liberal Democrats would use their illegal alien military-aged males to become their ‘enforcement’ arm, their S.A., the Ocasio-Cortez Brown Shirts.

The Dems would pit them against any critics and nonbelievers in the same way the Colonial British employed Indian troops in Africa and Asia to quell uprisings by native peoples while using other members of their colonial empire to quell Indian uprisings.

We will continue discussing this big pot of hooey tomorrow and most likely throughout the rest of the week.  See you at BOTH blogs tomorrow.

My colleagues and I no longer share old photos of us, as the price of success means that lunatics and nuts come looking for one.  Therefore, we hired local up-and-coming Bakersfield-Oildale, California street artist, Simone, to create facsimiles of us so we can remain somewhat obscure. Ah, well, I began my culinary career in 1969 bussing tables at age 12 and became a cook’s apprentice in 1973 at age 17. I have worked all over California, Hawaii, Washington State, and even a brief time in Arizona.
