291. TODAY IN HISTORY—SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2020

W. 1942 Saturday: German soldiers continue grinding forward against the ever-diminishing Soviet defenders, their numbers being slashed by continuous aerial bombardment, infantry, and armor assaults, seeking to capture the entire waterfront of the city as it stretches north and south along the Volga River. The Russian forces in the city are determined to cling to their positions so that the counterattack- when it comes- will devastate the Axis forces besieging the city. Russian commanding General Vasily Ivanovich Chuikov moves to safer headquarters and it is important to note that sludge ice was beginning to flow down the Volga River from the north which would soon clog the river before turning it to solid ice.

Trump approves major disaster relief for California, after FEMA denied it, because, once again, much of the state is burning down.  Governor Gavin Newsom, Democrat, begged for the relief and in a phone call with the president, the president found a way to deliver him the much-needed aid.   When this current fire season ends, clear-cut the forests, and stop allowing fresh water to flow out to sea, you Democrat imbecile!

  59. 2020 Saturday B: Following yesterday’s assassination of a Parisian schoolteacher for having said something negative towards the ‘prophet,’ ‘founding father of the so-called ‘religion of peace,’ Islam, police identify the slain suspect as an 18-year-old Chechen student.  The scumbag sawed the head off the schoolteacher with a knife which led Parisian law enforcement to round up as many members of the family of this POS living on French soil.  France: YOU have a massive problem with all these Muslims living on your soil, round them up, strip them of citizenship, and deport them.

  51. 2017 Tuesday: U.S. backed forces- Syrian Democratic Forces- begin the arduous and bloody task of retaking the self-proclaimed ISIS capital of Raqqa. The fight would be a difficult one but the terrorist scumbags would be driven out.
  52. 2018 Wednesday: In Game 3 of the 2018 NBA Finals, the Golden State Warriors bided their time while waiting to beat the crap out of the Cleveland Cavaliers by a final score of 110-102 with Step Curry missing 9 three-pointers while Kevin Durant filled the void both on offense and defense through hitting numerous three-pointers and making much-needed rebounds on both ends of the court.
  53. 2019 Thursday: New York City Police Commissioner James O’Neill performs a major act of virtue signaling on behalf of the NYPD and Mayor Bill Di Blasio, apologizing to the gay community for how the men and women of the New York Police Department ‘misbehaved’ 50 years ago during the raid on the Stonewall Inn. This event would set the modern gay rights movement into being.
  54. 2020 Saturday: The Chinese Bat Flu continues causing problems around the world but such is communism: they either released it on purpose or are so inept that no other country around the world should trust them to do anything above fifth-grade level science. Here are the global stats for today: 6,855,858 confirmed cases, 398,321 confirmed deaths, and 3,071,403 confirmed recoveries the last number of which, compared to deaths, is exceptionally good.
  55. 2020 Saturday A: Here are the stats for the United States, where communist Beijing sent it to do the most damage: 1,959,009 confirmed cases, 111,374 confirmed deaths, and 457,721 confirmed recoveries. Next, in the three states- California, Hawaii, and Washington- where the American Institute of Culinary Politics-The Elemental News of the Day has chef-authors, here is California first: 126,016 confirmed cases, 4,559 confirmed deaths, and as usual, NO mention of confirmed recoveries. Next, in the Aloha State where Gov. David Ige- unlike California’s Gov. Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom and Washington’s Gov. Jay Inslee reports FULL figures. Here we go: 664 confirmed cases, 17 confirmed deaths, and 614 confirmed recoveries.   Finally, in the Evergreen (Ever Communist) State, here are the stats: 23,442 confirmed cases, 1,153 confirmed deaths, BUT NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.
  56. 2020 Saturday B: For a laugh, let’s look at the numbers communist China recently posted: 83,036 confirmed cases, 4,634 confirmed deaths, and 78,332 confirmed recoveries. However, our sources in Hong Kong tell us the following numbers: at least 2,890,000 confirmed cases, 1,460,000 confirmed deaths, and about 1,430,000 confirmed recoveries. Not sure whether our sources are 100-percent reliable but if so, it demonstrates once again that communists always lie.

Just the Facts: AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka and President Trump could hammer out a deal with which to end illegal immigration and make America great again- let’s see them do it on this haloed day

The attitude of Mexico has been of Reconquista, everyone with a fifth grade education understands that the continual flood of people into our country is so that one day, it will be a fait accompli and there will be more foreign Latinos in our country than there are of the rest of us. Ripe for toppling and takeover, if I do say so myself.

BLOG POST #3,140 AT THE AICP-END

517 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

TODAY IS CHEF OLAF’S 100th BLOG POST

Time for Richard Trumka to do what is right for the United States instead of for the Democratic Party…

Century City, CA, 06-06-2019 Thursday: Folks, this is the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings along the coast of Normandy.  It was a time of great stress, a time when the commanding generals down to the lowliest of privates were throwing the dice, praying to God that all would go well.  The Germans were a fierce opponent but misinformation and the German belief in their own intelligence services infallibility allowed the Allies to gain the necessary toehold with which, to bring the main European Axis partner to an end.

Right now, there is much stress here in our country as President Trump rolls the dice once again by alerting Mexico to imminent tariffs on all goods shipped from their country to ours unless the Mexican government actually steps up to the plate and prohibits the invasion pouring through their country to ours from Central America.

Just the Facts: if and when purchasing a Beverly Carrick original, be sure to check its authenticity first so you do not fall for a Russian or a Chinese counterfeit product

I have to laugh at the story we have for you today over at the main blog, about that phony Massachusetts senator who claims to be 1,124th percent (0.18-percent Cherokee) Native American. Come on, really? You don’t go completely red with embarrassment? My kids might have more indigenous blood in their veins that that ersatz senator claims to have.

FALL SESSION 2018

BLOG POST #223 AT THE AICP-END

TWENTY DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2018

As you can see, this blog is always undergoing change…

Kihei, HI, 10-17-2018 Wednesday: If you are a regular viewer/reader of our two blogs, then you know that this blog began as a replacement blog for the main one following Google Blogger temporarily stripping us of a presence online.  At that time, our editorial staff did the posting for each of us so it always appeared that ONE individual was doing the blogging, hosting, and promoting, which was not true.

However, we did learn our lesson so now each of us posts his or her own blog posts each year and we do our best to survive with Google.  Hence, we did stretch out across the Internet and now have a fully functioning WordPress site where we post a “Just the Facts” version sans any photos now so if you find yourself unable to read our posts, you can visit us by visiting the WordPress site and reading the texts of what you find here.

Gradually, we have been reducing the number of paintings we post over here seeing as how we have been around the dial one or two times and the readership has seen every Beverly Carrick original oil painting ever painted- among the Numbered Series, that is.

At some point, we might discontinue this post, then again, it typically brings in viewers from around the world whom we believe counterfeit Beverly Carrick original artworks such as what the Russians and the Chinese do.

They tend to thieve intellectual property all the time and then reproduce it to their advantage.  Never allow a foreign entity to ‘take you,’ always check the veracity of any Beverly Carrick original artwork you have the opportunity to own by first checking it with us.

Okay, let us look and see what we have in store for the readership today:

BEVERLY CARRICK ORIGINAL ARTWORKS FOR OCTOBER 17, 2018:

See the paintings at the secondary blog:

#0084 36” x 48” “High Country Range”

#0086 36” x 60” “Forever the Sea”

#0087 36” x 60” “Jackson Hole, Wyoming”

#0088 40” x 60” “Serenity”

#0089 48” x 72” “Up, Up and Away”

#0090 24” x 36” “Autumn Reverie”

I have to laugh at the story we have for you today over at the main blog, about that phony Massachusetts senator who claims to be 1,124th percent (0.18-percent Cherokee) Native American.  Come on, really?  You don’t go completely red with embarrassment?  My kids might have more indigenous blood in their veins that that ersatz senator claims to have.

Besides, the senator announcing this bulls**t three weeks out from the election is going to allow the fraud living in the White House- Donald J. Goober- to enable more Republicans to win additional seats if we allow this unnecessary sideshow- heck, freak show!- to derail our candidates around the nation.

Please, join me over at the main blog to read this story in full.  Thank you and aloha.

I must say I am amazed that the AICP-END Blog would send up-and-coming Bakersfield, California, street artist, the amazing Simone to Maui to do some photographic portraits of me.  We have moved in this direction since politics have turned millions of people against one another and it is important for us as employers and as private people with families to protect, that we begin covering our actual identities from those seeking to cause us problems.  I must say, Simone has done an outstanding job and this is a caricature of me that meets with my approval.  My husband and I live and own a restaurant in Kihei, Hawaii, and have also worked in institutional cooking at Maui’s premier hospital up in Wailuku.

Wednesday, October 17, 2018 Blog Post:

Savoy Brown released a great live effort on November 03, 2015, the stunning “Still Live after 50 Years, Volume I.”  The three-piece consisting of Kim Simmonds on lead guitar/vocals/harmonica/keyboards, and Pat De Salvo (bass), Garnet Grimm (drums) delivers a blistering live set what with one of the last great remaining live guitarists at the helm.  The band cranks it out through the history of the group, which is great for new fans that have not yet introduced their ears to the music as well as aged fans such as those of us here at the blog.  We urge everyone to use the link we provide you here so you can embark on a digital journey to the world’s greatest online marketplace, Amazon.com.  When you arrive there, pick out the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you—you will be glad you did.

Later in 1968, the Steve Miller Band released their sophomore effort, “Sailor,” an amazing follow up to their groundbreaking debut.  Unlike the first album, this CD had a bona fide hit, “Living in the U.S.A.,” a song that put them on the map to be sure.  The band was still a quintet although rhythm guitarist/vocalist Boz Scaggs would soon be leaving the fold and going solo.  “Gangster of Love,” another song on the album, was one of those iconic songs the band would play in concert for years.  The psychedelic sound was giving much more to a bluesy sound that would become part of Steve Miller’s lifelong sound.  If you want to hear some of the best music from one of the most memorable periods in modern American musical history, then this is an album that YOU need to buy so why not buy it now?  Please—use our link to go to Amazon.com and pick the CD up in the format, the condition, and the price that is right for you—you will be glad you did.

Just the Facts: in 2020, we cannot make the same mistake we made in 2016 which means the Democratic Party machinery must listen to US rather than US to THEM- no more Hillary and no more phonies

As a Democrat, I respect all people but when they use sneaky ways and devious means to get what they want when turned down a first time such as discovering they have American Indian blood or are ‘black’ like that imposter Rachel Dolezal and others like her, they diminish the fight for equality for all.

FALL SESSION 2018

BLOG POST #2,908 AT THE AICP-END

TWENTY DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2018

We must force the party machinery to follow OUR wishes and not the other way around

Kihei, HI, 10-17-2018 Wednesday:  Friends, aloha, welcome to the blog.  I am delighted to be your host this week as I love being able to share my views on any topic with abandon.  I have this fear and let me tell you about it: we have some strange people in our party who think they can bulls**t us like the chief bulls**ter in the White House, Donald J. Trump, someone whom I have renamed “Donald J. Goober.”

Democrats have someone who claims to be a Native American- has such a minimal amount of ‘Indian blood’ as if it were an ingredient on a food label would be a trace element at the extreme bottom of the nutrients/vitamin list.

This fraud has NO Native American ancestry and if this sham- who only ‘discovered’ her Indian blood when Harvard University would NOT accept her job application and then lo and behold- voila!  There’s that pesky Native American blood hidden in there among her high cheekbones.

If we go by the standard that the Massachusetts senator had her phony heritage analysts ‘uncover,’ then everyone has the blood of ALL peoples in them, which they probably do if we were to break down each individual strand of DNA.

As a native-born citizen of Hawaiian, my ancestry is MOSTLY Portuguese-Hawaiian but I also have numerous other blood ties to other bloodlines here in the Islands.  In my family, we have Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, Puerto Rican, Thai, as well as Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander-  among other things- so what the heck?

If there is one thing that rubs me raw, it is some entitled white upper class woman, a known slumlord, using a few diluted drops of Native American blood to wiggle her way like a rat through a hole in the wall into one of the most prestigious universities in America.

As a Democrat, I respect all people but when they use sneaky ways and devious means to get what they want when turned down a first time such as discovering they have American Indian blood or are ‘black’ like that imposter Rachel Dolezal and others like her, they diminish the fight for equality for all.

I sure hope that the senator from Massachusetts will give it up and not run for the presidency in 2020 because if she wins the nomination, that is going to cause turmoil in my party- I won’t vote for her.

You see, we already have ONE liar in the White House so why in the name of God would we want to elect someone just as bad, if not worse, than Donald J. Goober?  It beggars the mind that any Democrat would even consider pulling the lever for this phony woman.

I mean, first things first, we must neuter Donald J. Goober and we will do that on November 6, 2018, unless, of course, the Russians provide aid and comfort to him once again and push Republicans across the finish line.

If that should happen, we will worry about it then so for now, let us consider who we want fronting our party when January 2019 arrives and Democrats officially begin throwing their hats into the ring for the 2020 Democratic Party’s presidential nomination.

I think it is clear to all of us that our field of potential presidential candidates is going to be a full one, perhaps even fuller than the one the GOP had back in 2016.  I would like to see the candidates begin distancing themselves from the artificial Native American senator from Massachusetts as if she should win the nomination, she will be an even greater loser than was Hillary Clinton.

Speaking of Hillary Clinton, when is that woman going to go away?  I have said before in blog posts going back two years or so that she was NEVER my first choice as I was 100-percent behind Bernie.

You see, we here in Hawaii LOVE Senator Sanders as he is the best man for the job and had not Hillary and the DNC used underhanded means to deny him the nomination, I fully believe he would be our president today.

As I said prior to Election Day in 2016 once Hillary had the nomination sewn up, we had no choice other than to hold our noses and cast our votes for her as it was either Donald J. Goober or her.  I would rather drink a bottle of Pepto-Bismo® every single day and have Hillary in the White House than I would this phony populist who is trashing our nation.

Now, however, we have seen Hillary- twice, in fact- so enough is enough.  Yet, I seriously doubt that she understands that after being given TWO opportunities at grasping the brass ring, the time has arrived for her to step down and go away- otherwise, she is going to learn a very unpleasant (for her) fact that enough is enough, Hillary, shut up, go away, and do not try to win the nomination and the presidency a third time.

Still, I suspect that that is not going to happen as Hillary acts like she is the de facto nominee once again, which simply is not the truth.  We no more want her than we want someone who claims to be something she is not, all so she can curry favor and win high-paying jobs.  We want someone who is a ‘man of the people,’ like Bernie and none of these other quacks, phonies, and losers like many who will be seeking our party’s nomination.

Friends, 2020 begins now so let us not commit the same mistake we committed back in 2016 by not allowing the party machinery to choose our nominee for us.  Let us choose OUR OWN nominees and make the party machinery do what we want them to do, not them forcing us to bow down and kiss their butts by telling us who our nominee will be.

Thanks for being here today; make sure you meet me over at the secondary blog and back here tomorrow.  Aloha.

I DO NOT SUPPORT THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

The power trio format of Trapeze, the British hard rock band from Cannock, Staffordshire, UK, released its final album in 1972, “You are the Music…we’re just the Band.”  The trio remained the same: Glenn Hughes (bass/vocals/piano), Mel Galley (guitars/vocals), and Dave Holland (drums) but a year later, Hughes would join the Mk. III lineup of Deep Purple taking the place of Roger Glover who left the group along with vocalist Ian Gillan.   We love this CD, find it highly enjoyable and see it as a valuable piece of rock music history.  Please, use the link we provide you here so you can visit Amazon.com, the greatest online marketplace where you can get it in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you.

The Byrds evolving lineup led to the first country-rock album ever, the astounding and surprising “Sweetheart of the Rodeo” (08-30-1968).  Roger McGuinn (guitars/vocals) and Chris Hillman (bass/vocals) joined forces with the little-known up-and-coming Gram Parsons (guitars/keyboards/vocals), and Kevin Kelley (drums) along with some other luminaries and created a phenomenal album, once intended to be a musical concept album depicting the history of music of the 20th Century but which became country thanks to the momentum imparted to the band by Parsons.  At first, it was a major surprise to fans of the band but repeated plays lead to it becoming a part of the musical psyche of the era.  If you want to hear a wonderful album, we urge everyone to use the link we provide you so you can visit Amazon.com and once there, pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you.  This is a must-own offering by us here at the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day.

Later in 1969, the Sons of Champlin released their follow-up effort, “The Sons,” As with their debut effort, the band demonstrated that they were master musicians who could write, arrange, and perform amazing songs.  However, due to lack of promotion by their record company, the album was a moderate success.  Once again, the lineup featured the same cast as the first effort: Bill Champlin (guitars/keyboards/vocals), Terry Haggerty (guitars), Tim Cain (saxophones), John Prosser (bass), and Jim Preston (drums).  Please, use the link we provide you here so you can go to Amazon.com and pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you; it’s a powerful addition to your burgeoning record collection.
