ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

#PF001.1o Wish You Were Here #15 04-19-2020 (400)

The next album Pink Floyd released- “Wish You Were Here”- came out on September 12, 1975.  This album was the follow up to “Dark Side of the Moon” and lived up to expectations and then some.  The band remained the same: Roger Waters (bass/vocals), David Gilmour (guitars/vocals), Nicky Mason (drums/percussion), and Richard Wright (keyboards/vocals) as well as some supporting musicians to increase the sound and the vocal range.  At the time, reviews were mixed, which is always amazing, but back in those days, rock media somewhat resembled the fake news media of today in that they blistered almost every release by a top band and then some.  Sad thing is this: critics can only criticize while performers perform.  This is one of the all-time great albums of the day which is why we hope everyone will seek it out and add it to their growing collection of nothing but the absolute best in rock music.   You will be glad you did.

346 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

“YOUR NAME WILL BE SCHIFF AND NO LONGER MUDD”

Here’s a ‘conversation’ between Adam Schiff and his loving wife, Eve,…

San Diego, CA 92122, 11-25-2019 Monday:  Amigos, welcome to the Thanksgiving week edition of the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day.  Gosh, I love this time of the year, business is booming (well, for my family, I spend more time relaxing at home now), people are shopping, the weather is delightful, and the fence is keeping the illegal aliens on the other side of the border which means we can walk about town without having to worry about getting accosted.  Muy bueno, mis amigos, muy, muy bueno.

My good friend and colleague, the lovely Chef Lilah Paulikovich, has a Twitter (@ChefLilah) presence and last week as the columns of the Capitol began to collapse, as the rotunda came crashing down, as the fires swept through the House what with the end of the Schiff Disaster, Lilah made a bold but honest suggestion:  Adam Schiff, time to fall on your sword.

Adam Schiff, congressman from up the road, hates Donald J. Trump.  Okay, I can see that.  However, I am not sure what came first, did Mr. Trump slam the ugly, chicken-necked loser or did the disagreeable chicken-necked loser take an almost immediate dislike to Donald Trump and begin plotting his downfall then?  I am not sure.  Did the chicken come before the egg or did the egg come after the chicken; we will have to await the jury on this one.

Lilah said to me over the weekend that were she Congressman Schiff’s wife, Eve, she would have called her hubby while he was giving his blathering, closing comments on his fraudulent attempt to remove President Trump (well, to try to get everyone on board for an impeachment trial in the Senate) and interrupted him mid-sentence in his 45-minute or so rambling, incoherent closing remarks.

As everyone “heard” President Trump’s phone conversation at a busy outdoor café in the Ukraine (or so they claim), so could everyone hear the conversation between Mr. and Mrs. Schiff.  Here is how she surmised such a conversation between husband and loving wife would go:

Schiff: “Blah, blah, blah” (ring, ring, ring).  Oh, wait, it’s my wife, let me take this before I continue bashing Trump.  What’s up, dear?”

“Adam?  Adam, is that you?”

“Yes dear, I am giving my closing remarks, the ones that will propel my name into the annals of American history as the greatest politician of my time, even greater than that dingbat AOC, even greater than that hateful, anti-Semitic set of bigoted twins, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, and even greater than everyone on the Watergate impeachment inquiry.  What’s up?”

“Honey, your kids are crying.  They say that the kids at school are throwing rocks and beer bottles at them.  You must stop, you simply must stop, dear.  You are embarrassing our family more than that bozo, Beto, embarrassed his family.  Enough is enough.”

“What?  What are you saying?  I am on the cusp of getting this tyrant out of office, I will be famous, I will be celebrated, I will be renowned, they will name a village after me in the Golan Heights, right next to Trump Heights, I cannot stop, why should I stop, why would you want me to stop?”

We have witnessed one of the great political defeats of our lifetime.  Chicken-neck Schiff so believes his very own cock-and-bull story that his fabrications have absorbed his mind, his soul, and his love for life.  His name will be ‘Mudd,’ worse than “Mudd,”  Dr. Mudd only set the broken leg of presidential assassin John Wilkes Booth.

Dr. Samuel A. Mudd M.D. set the broken leg of someone he did not know, someone brought to his home in the middle of the night and in need of his help.  For a long time, Dr. Mudd languished in prison, not knowing whether the people seeking vengeance for the assassination of Abraham Lincoln would send him to the gallows with the true and supposed conspirators.

It is fitting that Chairman Schiff’s name rhymes with shit (sorry the profanity but it is required here), because his name will indeed be worse than human fecal matter for he will be the one in the history books that will set in motion the greatest destruction of any modern political party in motion.

Like a gas station toilet sucking down a bowlful of turds, the sucking sound will suck in every Democrat who even remotely is close to this stinky, smelly ‘impeachment thing.’

Schiff’s footnote in history will be this: the Republicans are going to win so many seats in the upcoming election- across the entire country and who knows, perhaps the Ukraine, too (just kidding, amigos), that what it took Barack Obama THREE elections to pull off will happen in ONE.  More than one-thousand seats from one end of the country to the other will go down in defeat and more than one-thousand pro-Trump Republicans will take their places.

Glad I am no longer a Democrat.  Glad I became an independent as I could not suffer the humiliation that Shit, uh, excuse me, Schiff and his boss Nancy Pelosi are ladling up- the rancid and most toxic swill ever seen in our beloved country.

Hasta manana.  We are going to have a glorious week; I can assure you.

#ZOM001.2c New World #29 10-05-2019 (400)

The Zombies decided to reform in 1990 and released their third album (that’s right, only two studio albums prior to this one), “New World,” on August 28, 1991.  The lineup featured vocalist/percussionist/guitarist Colin Blunstone, Sebastian Santa Maria (keyboards/guitars/vocals), Paul Atkinson (guitars), Rod Argent (keyboards- appeared as a guest), Chris White (bass/backing vocals), and Hugh Grundy (drums).  Say what you will about this album, it deserves to be heard (although the band recorded it so they could protect the name from imposters touring under this classic name).  We hope you will seek it out by visiting Amazon.com and adding it to your ever-growing collection of first class, British rock and blues music.  You will enjoy it.

JTF: Murph says there is a reason why scientists invented the neutron bomb- if the Palestinian people lack the capacity to enter the 21st century then the bombs should be employed against them

Back to Israel, once again, they are in the fight of their lives with the criminal scum that inhabit the Gaza Strip. The Palestinians are angry and threatening war with the Israelis and recently held a ‘terrorist parade’ in which their green-clad, masked fighters all trooped along the streets promising DEATH TO ISRAEL all for the death of one of their criminal leaders.

FALL SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,303 AT THE AICP-END

355 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Why are the Palestinian people incapable of behaving like civilized people?

San Luis Obispo, CA 93403, 11-16-2019 Saturday:  I seldom comment on international issues the way I discuss local and national ones but I have grave concerns over the wellbeing of the state of Israel, should a Democrat win the White House in 2020.   Already we hear that IF the Israelis fail to enact the ‘two-state solution’ that all anti-Israel scumbags want to see enacted, that U.S. foreign policy could be yanked from the world’s ONLY Jewish state.  Sounds like a quid pro quo to me!

All we hear about in the news is ‘quid pro quo.’  President Trump is in trouble with the Democrats because of a ‘quid pro quo.’  The United States has a treaty with the Ukraine that if corruption exists between our country and theirs, both nations are obligated to ferret it out and share the results of their investigations.

The more we hear about ‘quid pro quos’ the more we see them all around us.  We give this country money in exchange for that action.  We do this, they do this, and if either party fails, then the deal is off.  What the heck is wrong with that?

Back to Israel, once again, they are in the fight of their lives with the criminal scum that inhabit the Gaza Strip.  The Palestinians are angry and threatening war with the Israelis and recently held a ‘terrorist parade’ in which their green-clad, masked fighters all trooped along the streets promising DEATH TO ISRAEL all for the death of one of their criminal leaders.

No one except the far-left Democrats want to see a change in U.S. policy towards Israel.  We all acknowledge that they have a right to exist and should never surrender land to a barbarous horde of camel rustlers.  If the Palestinians genuinely want peace, then act like it instead of running amok in the streets, promising death, and destruction to a peaceful neighbor.  You have little to no standing anywhere in the world and it is abundantly clear that none of your Arab neighbors want anything to do with you either.

My friend and colleague, Chef Kilgore Randalini, has written some magnificent posts on the conflict between the Jewish state and their neighbors in Gaza.  Here is something he said earlier in the year:

“Right now, Israel is under assault once again by Hamas and the Palestinian loonies in the Gaza Strip.  The people there are angry at their sad lot in life but their neighbor, Israel, is not to blame for their misery but their Hamas leadership.

“Instead of working to make Gaza a better place and maybe earn some respect in the civilized world, the Palestinians spend all their resources on acquiring rockets and other weaponry so they can continue waging war against the people they consider interlopers and thieves of their land.” (Randalini, 08-May-2019)

I would say to the Palestinians, that I agree with my colleague’s writings.  IF Palestinians want to be treated as a civilized people, they should ACT like civilized people instead of behaving like crotch fungus.  They are little more than a pain in the ass and if I were them, I would bludgeon all of my leaders so as to escape their criminal grip.  Time for a wake-up call, Palestine people.

Israel is in danger right now (aren’t they always?) because I think their government is still somewhat in the air following an election in which NO party won a clear-cut majority of the vote.  Many fear that without Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu being the official leader of the country, their liberal peace factions might make some sort of deal that could open the door to yet another war.

Meanwhile in the United States, President Donald J. Trump and a majority of Republicans support and defend Israel but if the Democrats somehow win in November 2020, that support could go out the window and Ilhan Omar- and Rashida Tlaib-style[i] anti-Israeli actions could occur such as implementation of the evil BDS Movement.

Any future support will require Israel to do a variety of things to ‘make nice’ with the Palestinians and Hamas which will open the door to further transgressions committed against the Jewish people.  The Palestinians are infuriated, have been groomed to be perpetually enraged, and it is abundantly clear to anyone in possession of half a brain or more that they covet ALL land that makes up the Israeli country.

Last month, in another post, Chef Kilgore made an equally astute and provocative statement:

“The problem with Middle Eastern foreign policy is that no matter how hard one administration after another tries various plans and schemes to make things better there, one cannot do it because the people living there remain the same.  Both the United States and the Russians have squandered wealth and lost lives in trying to prod a reluctant and recalcitrant variety of peoples (other than the Israelis) into making peace and doing the ‘right thing’ for all peoples living there.”  (Randalini, 29-October-2019)

I am in full concurrence with Chef K.  It is time the Palestinian people entered the 21st century and stop behaving like the animals they have become.  It is time to make the ‘great leap forward’ (thanks, Chairman Mao[ii] for letting me rip your slogan off) for your kind so you can enjoy the full benefits of civilization.  No more murdering innocent people, no more running amok in the streets and in need of being gunned down like the rabid scum you are.  You can do it.  We have the faith you can.  If you can’t, there is a reason WHY scientists invented the ‘neutron bomb.’[iii]

Wise up or disappear, Palestinian people.  It is YOUR choice.

Above, you see the caricature created for me by Bakersfield street artist, the amazing Simone.  We have gone this route because of increasing threats against the blog and its members.  I began my career as a young chef in the kitchen back in 1975, earlier than that.  I apprenticed underneath my father and spent six years working for him in his British-Irish restaurant in Fresno, California.  I later moved to Frazier Park, California, and spent quite a few years working in the area and that is where I met Stinkbug.  Anyhow, I am now working at a country club over on the coast near San Luis Obispo.  Please note: this is my pen name and any photos of me are simply outdated photos adopted for maintaining my privacy.

#ZOM001.1t Planes #20 10-05-2019 (400)

Colin Blunstone (vocals/guitars) released his next solo album, the celebrated “Planes,” on August 15, 1976.  For the first time, the artist was moving away from his former Zombies associates and doing music more on his own which some people lambaste as though it is a Maroon Five POS recording.  Hey, it is what it is, the artist delivers his takes on a variety of tunes which are as exhilarating as they are impressive which is why all of us encourage everyone to seek it out and consider adding it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

Just the Facts: Is it possible the globalists want a new global pandemic that will annihilate two-thirds of the world population? Hence, why they favor nonstop illegal immigration and vast homeless encampments

I know my family and I are tired of the panhandling. We already have our own American homeless whose sustenance already strains the resources so to have another 500-1,000 people dumped atop us is insane. It means we must do whatever we must to protect ourselves, our livelihoods, and our customers so if we did not own firearms before, now we sure as heck do and have concealed carry permits. It is what it is.

513 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

I hope Mexico keeps its word and stops the invasion…

San Diego, CA, 06-10-2019 Monday: Amigos, so nice to see everyone again.  We here in San Diego are proud that a stronger barrier is going up, one that will keep Central American riffraff at bay.  We did not invite these people to come here nor did we request they send their brats on a long-haul journey up the back of Mexico and to our border no more than we asked our Mexican friends to create a brand-new industry of recycling illegal alien imps of unknown origin.  For all we know, they could be stealing them in the dead of night like the Nazis did children in the occupied territories that resembled their ideals of Aryan supremacy and housing them with members of the ‘master race.’

I will tell you, we cannot sustain the massive influx of impoverished, ill-bred and inconsiderate, diseased people.  We cannot, it’s going to break our back and tear this country apart.  Where I once had some concern for the DREAMERS and the unaccompanied minors, if the Democrats won’t take a dump or get off the pot, then I do not give a hoot, could care less what happens to them.  Sorry it sounds so…callous.  It’s US or THEM.

What I can tell you…

Just the Facts: if the American taxpayer had to pay his or her taxes directly to federal, state, and local tax authorities, it would be time to pick up the pitchforks and to fire up the torches

Moreover, they want to raise the gas tax again, they want to tax every mile we drive, they want to tax every sugary soft drink (even though sugar beats any fake sweetener when it comes to protecting one’s health), and everything else they can. It would not surprise me if they require a methane meter on the derriere of every human being living in the state so they can tax our bodily emissions. Wow. Avoid Mexican restaurants.

BLOG POST #3,107 AT THE AICP-END

550 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Like sleight of hand, the Democrats have but several ways to convince people that things suck…read on…

Santa Barbara, CA, 05-04-2019 Saturday:  The Democrats have a heap big problem on their hands right now, the fact that our economy is doubling down, more jobs than ever, even breaking the predictions made by staid and reputable economists.  Oh, they try to stand along the sidelines, carping about this and that but all I can say is as long as the economy continues improving, as long as more money flows into the pockets of the average worker, and as long as more and better jobs continue opening up, what is NOT to love?

Even left-wing economists like Obama’s guy, Austan Goolsbee and Democratic bigwigs (and cretins) such as Richard Goodstein- after attacking President Trump- compliment the commander-in-chief over the good job he is doing with the economy.  For them to win in 2020, they must locate some way, some method by which, they can CRASH the economy.

As diabolical as that sounds, let me tell you the real problem: high taxes and living in California, I can tell you, they are extremely high.  Our state government does everything it can to find new and novel ways by which, they can slap taxes atop us.

The Democrats LOVE to say that the average American did not benefit from the Trump tax cuts.  Oh, really?  How is that?  For the first time in a long, long time, my wife and I did not pay any federal taxes on our personal income which is surprising as without the SALT deductions, we feared we would get hammered; yet, we did not.

I think if the Republicans can find a way to slash taxes some more and go out and make a concerted effort to demonstrate just how everyone is benefitting from lower taxes, they will have little to nothing to worry about on Election Day 2020.  I mean, people are making more money than ever yet many never see or truly feel the pain over the taxes they do pay.

Let’s imagine that if I, the employer, no longer was required to withdraw withholding taxes from each employee’s paycheck.  This is how things were done long, long ago (before my time), we did not gather state and local taxes.  At least not so far back as I can remember.

What’s more, let us imagine that if each employee was required to sit down at the end of each month, after receiving his or her second paycheck and then had to write checks to the federal, state, and local tax collectors as well as to their Social Security and SDI accounts and the like.  Can you imagine the howls of outrage that would ensue?  It would be pitchfork and torch time, I can assure you.

People are crying about the price of gasoline being high, intimating that it is the president’s fault, somehow because of the economic sanctions imposed on Venezuela, intimating that we buy a lot of oil from them so somehow, sans that oil, gas is going up and Donald J. Trump is the guilty culprit, the worthless dog responsible for our misery.

Friends, we do not import Venezuelan oil.  No, we are a NET exporter of oil, meaning we produce more than we dredge out of the ground and use ourselves.  We do not import oil, we export it.  The rise in gasoline prices is due to…wait for it…that it’s approaching summertime, the time of year when gas prices ALWAYS go up because people are going to go on vacations and will drive while taking them, the American Way to be sure.

Gasoline prices always go up when the weather warms up.  This happens every year at about the same time.  The only thing I wish the president would push is for us to increase our refinery capacity so that we can refine more gasoline and fuel for domestic use.

Currently, our ability to produce our own gasoline is down due to the fact that our refineries at already operating at peak capacity.  Add to that the woe that some states- such as California- add to the refineries in that we have ‘spring, summer, and winter blends’ of gasoline, refineries must undergo costly changes that force them to tool down and to then retool back up after giving each of their facilities a good going over.

This means every year, there are ALWAYS some refineries not producing refined oil because they are undergoing the mandatory changes so they can supply the required blends.  If every state in the nation could climb aboard the same standards of gasoline, prices would be nowhere near as high as they now are but a place like California will never join the pack but will determine to lead the pack, no matter how much it harms our citizens.

Still, the only hope Democrats possess is their ability to find a way to crash the economy, to keep gasoline prices high, and to somehow find ways to convince taxpayers who got a break that they did NOT get a break.  Sleight of hand, folks, rabbit out of a hat.

See you tomorrow.

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

Peter Gabriel released his next solo effort on June 03, 1983, “Plays Live,” his first live album.  Once again, he brought together a who’s who of rock musicians including David Rhodes (guitars), Tony Levin (bass), Jerry Marotta (drums), and Larry Fast (keyboards).  This is a stunningly good album and well worth seeking out at your favorite site for music as the artist rises to the occasion as the consummate live artist professional.  We know you will enjoy it and urge everyone to seek it out, give it a listen, and then add it to your collection.

The sophomore effort by the James Gang came out on July 17, 1970: “James Gang Rides Again.”  The band underwent a change on bass and now featured: Joe Walsh (guitars/vocals/keyboards/percussion), Jim Fox (drums/keyboards/vocals and guitars), and new member, Dale Peters (bass/guitars/keyboards/vocals/percussion).  The band was revved up and firing on all cylinders and the album generated a good-sized hit that even the Eagles (featuring Joe Walsh, of course) play to this day, “Funk 49.”  If you want to hear some of the most heavy-duty rock to come out of the American Midwest, this is one you must add to your collection as it is phenomenal and it is classic.  We know you will love it.

Spooky Tooth released its first best of compilation on July 05, 2009, “Lost in My Dreams: Anthology 1968-1974.”  As usual, the best of the band is on this CD so if you have yet to buy some of their albums based upon our promotions, well, this is now the time in which to do it.  Please seek it out at your favorite site for music so you can enrich your life by enriching your ears; you will be glad you did.
