  59. 2020 Saturday:  Already tensions are growing as to whom will replace Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the U.S. Supreme Court.  This is what most of the AICPENDBLOG.COM believe: after what the Democrats and the RINOS have put you through what with the false claims of Russian collusion, impeachment, and roadblocks at every turn, nominate the replacement on Monday and go for it.  As for quavering GOP senators, do you want to go down as a FIGHTER and lose your seat or as a COLLABORATIONIST and perhaps lose your seat anyway?  States with messed-up elections systems such as California and Maine must contest these bogus systems at the Supreme Court and the only way we can win is with a strong conservative on the court.  Republicans, do your duty as you know the Democrats would not waver in doing theirs and in fact would hasten it as quickly as possible.   President Trump is down in North Carolina today while “Pro-China Joe” Biden is at home in his basement spanking the wank.  Elsewhere, a shooting at a party with 100 revelers or more in Buffalo, New York claims the life of one partygoer and injures four others.   Speaking of SCOTUS, Fox News Channel reports (erroneously, in our view) that voters trust “Pro-China Joe” Biden on picking Supreme Court nominees by a whopping 52 percent to 45 percent for Donald Trump.  Yup, sure they do…sure they do…

  73. 2022 Monday: Observation of the Day- Well, well, well, so little Lindsey Graham- last week- released his new bill to national opprobrium that would restrict abortions to 15 weeks- across the entire country. Look, I am Pro-Life, but I suspect that what Senator Graham is doing is the same as what we allege Chief Justice John Roberts of the U.S. Supreme Court did and that is to toss the Democrats AND Senate Minority Leader “Cocaine Mitch” McConnell.  We contend at the AICPENDBLOG.COM that Roberts is the one behind the now infamous leak of the opinion that sent abortion back to the fifty states.  We allege Roberts did this (haven’t found the leaker yet, have they?) so as to mobilize all the Pro-Death maggots to take to the streets and cause trouble.  Similarly, Senator Graham did this so as to prevent a GOP takeover of the Senate so his good friend and boss, the Turtle, could keep his leadership position as minority leader.  While we believe the GOP is going to overwhelm the Senate in November, the question is this: will the new Republican senators possess the big balls to vote the Turtle out of the leadership?  Look, we need to win both Houses and BOTH McConnell and that POS Kevin McCarthy must lose their seats.  Otherwise, it’s the same old shit.  Chef Kilgore Randalini.

BEVERLY CARRICK ORIGINAL ARTWORK OF THE DAY:

This artwork is #0957 an 8” x 10” original oil painting by Beverly Carrick, which, she entitled, “Bouquet.”  It is among her more beautiful works and is available for sale.  You can see much more of her work at her website, found at beverlycarrick.com.  At her website, you will see not only more original oil paintings but also lithographs, giclee, prints, miniatures, photographs, and even her award-winning instructional video entitled, “Painting the Southwest with Beverly Carrick.”  For more than 60 years- up until her untimely death from cancer in 2012- Bev stood before the easel and painted for 10-12 hours per day. Known around the world for both the beauty and timelessness of her artworks, her paintings are in demand as much today as they were 30 years ago.  Hanging in private and public galleries and followed by many fans encircling the globe—her works instill awe because of her artistic brilliance and personal beauty.  We urge you to go to her website NOW and view her stunning body of work, one the Chi-Coms have long tried to copy and sell facsimiles of but which none of them have ever been able to reproduce well enough to fool novice art buyers.  Once there, it is possible that you will find something you like and will want to buy it for yourself, a friend, a loved one, or a neighbor- virtually anyone.  You will not be disappointed so please: do yourself a favor and go there as quickly as your fingers can tap the letters on your keyboard.  The American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day, aka the AICPENDBLOG.COM, thanks each and every one of you, our beloved, loyal fan base.  DON’T buy any counterfeit bull crap coming out of mainland communist China, especially from Xinjiang Province, ground zero for Chi-Com National Socialism.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Cheap Trick returned to form with their next studio release, “One on One” which came out on April 30, 1982.  The lineup was different what with the departure of Tom Petersson in 1980 featuring a refurbished lineup of Robin Zander (guitars, backing vocals, bass, and keyboards), Robin Zander (rhythm guitar and lead vocals), Bun E. Carlos (drums and percussion), and new bassist/backing vocalist Jon Brant.  The album was somewhat a blast from the past returning the band to its earlier form, hard-rocking pop musicians.  “If You Want My Love” is the big hit on this album as well as “She’s Tight.”  We love this band, we love this album, and we encourage everyone to seek it out at your favorite site for the absolute best in rock music- you will be glad you did.

56. 2020 Thursday: Election Day plus Two- what are the Chi-Coms, their Democratic Party patsies, and their Brown-Shirted storm-trooper thugs up to today? Well, the Democrats at the behest of their masters in Beijing are out there trying to steal elections in North Carolina, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Michigan- among other states- so it is up to the American people to make sure the Democrats understand that if they get away with this blatant outright theft before our very eyes, there is going to be payback and it’s not going to be pretty.

Trump, they can “Norm Coleman” you, too.  The time to fight is now.  The time to take to the streets and show the Democrats that they will face civil unrest heretofore unseen by them and if necessary, to carry out acts of civil disobedience.  If Antifa and Black Lives Matter can do it, so can we.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

The next album released by Richard and Linda Thompson- “Shoot Out the Lights”- came out on March 15, 1982.  This would be their final album by husband and wife and compared to their previous ones, this was an excellent album containing three major tunes: the title track, absolutely amazing, “Back Street Slide,” a superb tune if ever one existed, and a solemn acknowledgement that things between husband and wife were coming to an end: “Walking on a Wire.”  Joining the duo for this album were old friends, Simon Nichol (guitars), Dave Pegg and Pete Zorn (basses), and Dave Mattacks (drums).  We hope you will consider checking this one out as it marks a glorious transition between the ‘old Richard Thompson’ and the new one, ‘the electrified rock-and-roller.’  We think you will enjoy the emotional displays on this album as much like Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Rumours,’ it’s all on full display here.  Give it a good listen and if you enjoy it, add it to your collection of daily listening pleasure.

262. TODAY IN HISTORY—SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2021

EEE.

Over the course of Jethro Tull’s lengthy lifespan, Jethro Tull has delivered loads of performances, most of which have ended up in bootleg form over the decades.  Today, we have “At the Turn of the Page,” (July 28, 2020), that presents one famed live show for the fans.  The band features Ian Anderson (vocals, flutes, guitars, keyboards), Martin Barre (guitars), Glenn Cornick (bass), John Evan (keyboards), and Clive Bunker (drums).  If you want to hear the band during its rise to popularity riding this is a good album with which to do it.  We hope you will seek this one out and consider adding it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

  54. 2020 Thursday: Election Day plus Two- what are the Chi-Coms, their Democratic Party patsies, and their Brown-Shirted storm-trooper thugs up to today?  Well, the Democrats at the behest of their masters in Beijing are out there trying to steal elections in North Carolina, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Michigan- among other states- so it is up to the American people to make sure the Democrats understand that if they get away with this blatant outright theft before our very eyes, there is going to be payback and it’s not going to be pretty.   RINO Republicans, take note: IF the Democrats can “Norm Coleman” President Donald J.

Jeff Lynne’s Electric Light Orchestra released their next studio album, “From Out of Nowhere” on November 01, 2019.  Jeff Lynne performs most of the instruments with Richard Tandy adding additional flavor.  Critics reviewed the album favorably and fans were excited that the group was back in some semblance of being.  Say what you will, bands that began back in the late 1960s or early 1970s and then broke up and reformed are never as exciting as they were in their heyday but hey!  Lifelong fans tend to revel when ANY newer music appears which is why we encourage everyone to visit Amazon.com or whomever else you do for the absolute best in rock music.  Remember this one simple maxim: anything from the bands of the 1960s or 1970s beats any of this anemic he-she crap modern-day bands foist on us.  Period.

ZZ. 2017 Tuesday: President Donald J. Trump addresses the United Nations for the first time informing the decrepit body of thugs, dictators, scumbags, and murderers that ‘if North Korea threatens the United States they will be wiped out.’ Thunderous applause at this blog but the UN was shocked beyond belief. NO one other than a Russian strongman had ever said this about a fellow member. Trump would also blast Iran which caused Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to blast right back at the American president. Oh, we are so afraid… (how’s Qassim Soleimani doing these days?)

  55. 2020 Saturday:  Already tensions are growing as to whom will replace Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the U.S. President Trump is down in North Carolina today while “Pro-China Joe” Biden is at home in his basement.

  57. 2020 Saturday B:  here we are, a brand-new day, let’s see what the Chi-Com puppets, the Democratic Party have done today…stick around and find out…speaking of the Chi-Coms, President Trump is going to ban both TikTok and WeChat, two Chi-Coms from the app store.  Anything Chi-Com MUST go.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

On October 12, 1989, the Move and Jeff Lynne released a greatest hits package across the globe: “A Message from the Country- the Jeff Lynne Years 1968-1978.”  Much more popular in the UK than they ever were in the United States, the album contained 18 essential tracks from throughout the group’s rather short career as well as tunes from the Idle Race and of course ELO.  We hope you will check this one out and consider adding it to your collection because despite whatever you might have heard, this band was among the major acts upon which, future bands would lay their foundation.  Please seek it out and enjoy- you will be glad you did.

JTF: Question to Liz Warren, Bernie Sanders, and others like them: when everything is FREE, how much money will educators, physicians, (and administrators) earn under YOUR Medicare for All system?

Venezuela is the perfect example of such a swindle. Once among the wealthiest and most advanced countries in Latin America (due to their vast petroleum reserves), the promises of FREE this and FREE that have now created TWO classes: the uber-wealthy and the ultra-poor. There are NO more middle classes because with the exit of the rich, they became the cash cow which one fascist thug, Hugo Chavez, followed by another, Nicolas Maduro has strangled the nation and driven it into Zimbabwe -like conditions.

FALL SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,292 AT THE AICP-END

366 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Liz Warren, answer me this: HOW much money will physicians and educators earn when everything is FREE?

Kula, HI 96790, 11-05-2019 Tuesday: Aloha, aloha, lots of warm island hugs and kisses although it’s getting somewhat chilly here up on Haleakala. Yesterday, we began discussing Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s “Medicare for ALL” plan, the one for which, the Massachusetts senator released funding figures last week, and the one that will undoubtedly bankrupt the nation and drive most middle-class Americans into the nearest poor house and/or debtor’s prison. This surely will be the outcome (although debtor’s prisons no longer exist- or do they?) if the IRS is the cudgel[i] the feds will unleash to confiscate and collect the taxes and fees we all know will be a big part of the funding mechanism. How heartbreakingly sad and we thought Obamacare was bad!

When I learned history, long, long ago, we learned about how the Bolsheviks came to power, how the fascists and the Nazis came to power, and how– following World War II- other Marxists came to power around the world. One of the big selling points has always been punishing the haves and redistributing everything the haves have to those who have nothing, the proles as we would label them.

Part of the punishment is that all the money seized via taxes, from direct confiscation, union dues, and from forced donations is promised to the middle and lower income classes although it never seems to trickle down to them but winds up in the pockets of the government hacks and in the wallets of the fat cats- as long as they play along with the scam.

The Soviets provided ‘free’ healthcare[ii] to their citizens just as the fascists and the Nazis did. The selling point of communist takeovers in Cuba, Latin America, Africa, and Asia was that in the ensuing utopias that were to come, health care would be available to all and would cost little to nothing.

This is an enticing selling point. People typically do pay more money to obtain the best insurance plans available to them just as they are willing to pay more to doctors and specialists if they are reputed to be among the best. No one wants to subject a family member to a low cost health clinic doctor fresh out of medical school in San Salvador or Port au Prince. They want the best and never the worst but in government-run health care systems, the worst is typically what they get.

We viewed the figures provided to CNBC from Liz Warren’s campaign yesterday and what I see there is a mechanism for bankrupting the country and driving everyone in the middle classes to the lower- if not the bottom– economic classes all because of the confiscation factor.

IF Sen. Warren’s plan became the law of the land which would mean she would have won the 2020 presidential election, in the ensuing two-plus months before she would enter the White House, the wealthy, the corporations, and the top 40 big banks would already be moving abroad and taking everything- including jobs and resources- and relocating them somewhere else much more friendly to them.

For those who might dispute this assertion, this is what I say: YOU would have to be zany NOT to do it. No one is going to wait around to have the government soak them of what they have worked long and hard to create, to amass, and to create yet more wealth. Again, not to do it would speak ill of one’s mental health NOT to be able to discern the storm clouds gathering on the horizon with a Liz Warren presidency.

In a confiscation scheme such as the “Medicare for ALL” plan, the weight begins at the top and plummets down level by level until every economic class between the top and the bottom is squished. It is like a ten-story building imploding upon itself, floor by floor coming down atop the one below it until everything at the bottom is smashed, the guts spilling out like a mongoose run over by a Japanese tourist bus.

This will be precisely what will happen to the U.S. economy. Right now, all the Bernie Bros and all the Lizzie Lizards[iii] leaping about celebrating the punishment THEIR hero is going to dish out to people whom they do not know but deem to be their enemies realize that they are next, it will be too late. It will be like what the poor frog feels when he realizes the water in the pot from which, he cannot escape is now boiling. Poor thing.

Venezuela[iv] is the perfect example of such a swindle. Once among the wealthiest and most advanced countries in Latin America (due to their vast petroleum reserves), the promises of FREE this and FREE that have now created TWO classes: the uber-wealthy and the ultra-poor. There are NO more middle classes because with the exit of the rich, they became the cash cow which one fascist thug, Hugo Chavez, followed by another, Nicolas Maduro has strangled the nation and driven it into Zimbabwe[v]-like conditions.

In effect, these ‘men of the people’ could give a hoot about ‘the people.’ They milk them, they prod them, they drain them, they ruin them all so everyone possesses the illusion that they have FREE health care (and FREE education) although if they seek this FREE health care, they are powerless to find it because it does not exist.

In closing, let me say this: this is the ONE question that Liz and Bernie (and others like them) never answer because no one ever seems to ask it. “What wages are physicians and educators going to work for, accept? What? Are they going to give up salaries based on merit to work for twenty bucks an hour? Again, what? How much?”

Someone, please answer this question. As long as medical practitioners and educators still earn copious amounts of money, how is everything going to be FREE?

Aloha. See you tomorrow.

[i] Great post here on how the IRS was the bully behind Obamacare. Read: <https://www.forbes.com/sites/mattkibbe/2013/06/11/the-irs-is-enforcing-obamacare-theyve-got-to-be-kidding/#429ab6906e9f>

[ii] Intelligent people understand that NOTHING is free in this world and that anyone that uses the word, FREE, as a selling point is trying to peddle a bill of goods that the consumer will not want or like once FREE whatever becomes the law of the land. Avoid this word like the plague and anyone promoting it who is in government or who seeks to be.

[iii] Good name for Liz Warren followers as they seem extremely ‘reptilian’ to me.

Just the Facts: AICP-END Blog 2018 Mid-Term California congressional district recommendations race by race- let’s beat the Democrats- together

One other thing I will remind you of: the AICP-END Blogs have endorsed voting for Dianne Feinstein over her challenger, Kevin DeLeon as we believe John Cox will be our next governor and that she will not live long enough to complete another term. That means Governor Cox will be able to appoint her replacement, someone who is NOT a Democrat.

FALL SESSION 2018

BLOG POST #2,927 AT THE AICP-END

TOMORROW IS ELECTION DAY 2018

As you scroll through the districts, one thing you see is the massive number of Democrats holding congressional seats; this is one of the major reasons as to WHY our state is in the deplorable condition that it is…

Bakersfield, CA, 11-05-2018 Monday:  Tomorrow is Election Day, we have much work to do so let us begin now with the Congressional Races here in California:

  1. United States Representative District 1: Audrey Denney (Democrat) v. Doug La Malfa, Republican, incumbent; vote La Malfa
  2. United States Representative District 2: Democrat Jared Huffman, incumbent v. Republican Dale K. Mensing; vote for Mensing.
  3. United States Representative District 3: Democrat John Garamendi, incumbent v. Charles Schaupp, Republican, retired USMC officer; vote for Schaupp, Garamendi has been around far too long and must go.
  4. United States Representative District 4: Jessica Morse, Democrat v. incumbent Republican Tom McClintock; vote McClintock as he is an excellent representative for his community and had Arnold not gummed up the works during the recall of Governor Gray Davis, we believe he would have won the governorship.
  5. United States Representative District 5: Democrat incumbent Mike Thompson v. Anthony Mills (no party preference); time for a change, vote for the independent.
  6. United States Representative District 6: Jrmar Jefferson, Democrat v. Doris Matsui, incumbent Republican; vote for Matsui.
  7. United States Representative District 7: Democrat incumbent Ami Bera v. Republican businessman-educator Andrew Grant; vote for Grant on Tuesday.
  8. United States Representative District 8: Paul Cook, Republican incumbent v. Republican politician Tim Donnelly; Donnelly has shot himself in the foot before with some of his statements so we support Congressman Cook.

  10. United States Representative District 10: Democrat Josh Harder v. Republican incumbent Jeff Denham; Congressman Denham is in a tough fight; we must elect him to another term as he has served his district and the state of California well.
  11. United States Representative District 11: Mark DeSaulnier, Democratic incumbent v. Republican small business owner John Fitzgerald; vote for Mr. Fitzgerald.
  12. United States Representative District 12: incumbent Democrat NANCY PELOSI v. Republican educator Lisa Remmer. We must vote out Nancy Pelosi, the woman is not only un-American, we believe she is a crook. This is a big race, people of San Francisco do something to save your beautiful city from crazy liberals.
  13. United States Representative District 13: Democrat incumbent Barbara Lee v. Laura Wells, Green Party; it is time for Congresswoman Lee to go, vote for her opponent.
  14. United States Representative District 14: Democrat Congresswoman Jackie Speier v. Republican solar industry executive Cristina Osmeña; Jackie Speier must go, vote for Ms. Osmeña.
  15. United States Representative District 15: Democrat incumbent Eric Swalwell v. Republican small business owner Rudy L. Peters Jr. Everyone who lives in this district MUST vote for the opponent of Mr. Swalwell. The lawmaker is little more than a stooge on a string manipulated by House Minority Leader Pelosi and since the Russian ‘collusion’ scheme has gone south, we do not see him on TV as much.  Vote for Mr. Peters.
  16. United States Representative District 16: Democratic incumbent Jim Costa v. Elizabeth Heng, Republican small business owner; Costa is but another cog in the Democrats’ broken wheel whereas Ms. Heng will be a fine addition to the Congress. Vote Heng on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
  17. United States Representative District 17: Democrat incumbent Ro Khanna v. Republican CPA Ron Cohen; vote for Mr. Cohen tomorrow.

  21. United States Representative District 21: Democrat carpetbagger from Maryland and known liar T.J. Cox v. Republican incumbent David G. Valadao; everyone in this district must vote against Mr. Cox, the man has told so many lies, he cannot even remember half of them including how Congressman Valadao wants to send OUR water to San Francisco. No, that is something Cox will do.
  22. United States Representative District 22: Andrew Janz, Democratic violent crimes prosecutor seeks to unseat Republican incumbent Devin G. Nunes; EVERYONE MUST VOTE NUNES ANOTHER TERM.

  25. United States Representative District 25: Democrat challenger Katie Hill v. Republican incumbent Steve Knight; the Dems so want to flip this seat from red to blue which is why we endorse Congressman Knight in the strongest terms imaginable.
  26. United States Representative District 26: Democrat incumbent Julia Brownley v. Antonio Sabato Jr., Republican businessman. Our friends on the coast say it is high time for Congresswoman Brownley to lose her seat so vote Sabato tomorrow.
  27. United States Representative District 27: Congresswoman Judy Chu, Democrat v. Democrat Bryan Witt, railroad operations supervisor. Since both are Democrats, we say vote for the person with the longtime business experience so vote for Mr. Witt.
  28. United States Representative District 28: Democrat incumbent Adam B. Schiff v. Republican Johnny J. Nalbandian. Congressman Schiff is a lying reprobate, one of the BIGGEST pushers of the “Russian collusion” hoax, another schmuck like Eric Swalwell who has gone silent since it appears the Mueller investigation is going nowhere fast. Vote Nalbandian tomorrow.

  32. United States Representative District 32: Democrat incumbent Grace Flores Napolitano v. Republican political strategist/analyst Joshua M. Scott. Time for a change tomorrow, vote out Napolitano in favor of Scott.

  39. United States Representative District 39: Democrat Gil Cisneros v. Young Kim, Republican small businessowner for an open seat. NO MORE DEMOCRATS- especially far-left ones so make sure you vote for Kim who is waging a great fight.
  40. United States Representative District 40: Democrat incumbent Lucille Roybal-Allard v. Green Party Rodolfo Cortes Barragan- this is one of the few races we will endorse a Democrat because the Greens are even crazier and should disappear as a party.
  41. United States Representative District 41: Democrat incumbent Mark Takano v. Aja Smith, Republican. Takano will most likely win but what the heck- the more Republicans and conservative independents, the better off we will be. Vote Smith.
  42. United States Representative District 42: Democrat teacher Julia C. Peacock v. Republican incumbent Ken Calvert. Keep Calvert in office doing the work of the people. Vote AGAINST Peacock.
  43. United States Representative District 43: Democrat incumbent Maxine Waters v. Republican small business owner Omar Navarro. This could be one of the most important races in California this cycle. We must vote out the scumbag, crackpot politician and liberate the people of District 43 in California.  Vote for Navarro tomorrow.  Time for Auntie Maxine to go…to hell.
  44. United States Representative District 44: Democrat incumbent Nanette Diaz Barragán v. Aja L. Brown, Democrat, mayor of Compton. Two Democrats, both far-left losers. Vote for whomever you feel.
  45. United States Representative District 45: Democrat Katie Porter v. Republican incumbent Mimi Walters- keep Mimi in office, vote against far-left nut Porter. The Democrats desperately want to flip this seat. We must stop them.

  49. United States Representative District 49: Democrat Mike Levin v. Republican Diane L. Harkey: vote for the Republican, no more Democrats.
  50. United States Representative District 50: Democrat Ammar Campa-Najjar v. Republican Congressman Duncan Hunter; the Dems desperately seek to steal this seat by hook or by crook so vote for Hunter and fend off the ludicrous claims of him committing criminal acts. Stop the Democrats.
  51. United States Representative District 51: Democrat incumbent Juan Vargas v. Republican USMC officer Juan M. Hidalgo, Jr. Vote for Hidalgo tomorrow.
  52. United States Representative District 52: Democrat incumbent Scott Peters v. Republican Omar Qudrat: vote for Mr. Qudrat tomorrow.
  53. United States Representative District 53: Democrat incumbent Susan A. Davis v. Morgan Murtaugh, Republican political commentator. Time for Congresswoman Davis to go; vote for Murtaugh tomorrow.

Join me early tomorrow on Election Day; we have more suggestions.

We continue offering CDs by the great New York band, the Velvet Underground. The band’s eighth album, “1969: the Velvet Underground Live” came out in 1974 and was the band’s second live album featuring some of the band’s best performances ever featuring Lou Reed, Sterling Morrison, Maureen Tucker, and Doug Yule tearing up the joint. The VU is one of those bands that if you had the opportunity to see them live then you never forgot the experience.  Please, visit Amazon.com by using our link and going to the world’s greatest online marketplace so you can get this CD in the format, condition, and the price that is right for you—you can thank us later.
