Just the Facts: unless we sever the lifeline connecting the mainstream media with the Deep State bureaucracy, we risk losing our God-given freedoms and becoming a totalitarian police state

This is WHY in my view that what happens between now and when Donald Trump leaves office is a dangerous time unless something changes. We must have heart in knowing that our elections are free and fair. We must know that a cabal of disgruntled or frustrated Deep State habitués won’t attempt to engineer some way by which, they can change the course of history.

SPRING SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,106 AT THE AICP-END

551 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Currently, we stand atop the precipice between being a constitutional and free republic or a banana, police state republic

Santa Barbara, CA, 05-03-2019 Friday:  The esteemed Bill Barr- Attorney-General of the United States- sat before the Senate Judiciary Committee this past Wednesday and the first thing that comes to mind is ‘who in their right mind would ever want a career in politics or to serve in government?’  I know that I sure as heck would not want to be either a politician or to serve in government.  What a load of crap one must tolerate without blowing up and punching people in their leering, snarling faces.

I get that Democrats HATE Donald Trump.  I get it.  The man at times can be his own worst enemy in some of the things he says, tweets, or has done when he was a private citizen.  I get it.  He can behave like an ogre and people can see the worst in him.

However, President Trump won the 2016 Election fair and square and I believe if he continues on doing the things he has done, like reviving the economy in the shortest time imaginable, putting more of our fellow citizens back to work than ever, his defeat of ISIS in record time, and his ongoing battle to secure and defend our borders, he has a lock on 2020.

He is accomplishing things in the face of bitter defiance and determined resistance at all levels, the types of which, I doubt any of us has ever seen before.  It is ugly, it is disgusting, and it makes one feel mighty dirty just to watch the Democrats and their RINO allies spew vile hate and anger on TV or through their proxies in the newspaper coverage.  Simply disgusting and the American people wish it would simply end.

Sadly, the Democrats cannot abandon the Hate Train.  As we watch, many of them are busy digging their own graves, chiseling their own headstones, and destroying whatever electoral victories they might see come their way.  I mean, who can seriously consider voting for someone as spiteful and as angry as Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono?  The woman is an embarrassment and Chef Lilah, our colleague on Maui, says they are working double-time to get her removed from office.  Wish her luck.

No one knows what motivated William Barr to seek the position of Attorney-General of the United States.  We do not know his heart.  However, many agree that he most likely did it because he, like millions of our fellow Americans, saw our constitutional republic under threat from bureaucrats entrenched within the bowels and guts of the Deep State.

The American people FEAR these swamp-dwelling denizens because unlike President Trump or Senator Hirono, they are unelected creatures, some appointed, others hired, but all of them never have to face the people unless they have done something extraordinary or must testify before elected officials.

Way back when, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover drove a spike of fear into every elected politician in Washington, D.C., as well as into union leaders, civil rights activists, and ultra-left-AND-right-wing groups.  He maintained files on everyone and up until he died, presidents did their best NEVER to cross him as he could bring about their demise.

Following his death, things changed for the better whereas now, they seem to be slowly returning to the days when J. Edgar Hoover ruled supreme.  We now know that entities within the FBI, in the Justice Department, and elsewhere throughout the Deep State have done their best to engineer first a plot and then a coup to stop or remove Donald Trump from succeeding.

The fact that even now that the truth is OUT (although many Democrats simply won’t admit to it) these skunks still continue forward with this plot.  This persistence informs observers of government that the bottom-feeders of the swamp feel secure enough in their positions and their power that they can continue doing what they are doing even though it borders on an outright coup d’êtat.

We also must look at the perverse interaction between the media and the trolls of the Deep State.  This attempted coup against President Trump could never have gotten this far if the media was carrying its water like Gunga Din.  This should frighten the living Bejezzus out of everyone because we have two elements of a fledgling police state already set in place.  We are just awaiting for the rest to fall into place, the complete corruption of the judiciary and the military.  Thank God Hillary failed to win in 2016.

Make sure you rejoin me here tomorrow.  We will be here at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time.  I look forward to seeing all of you.

Back in the day, I was working at a hotel in Bakersfield, California, down on Union Avenue where I met Stinkbug.  It was still nice at the time, and the area was still the original “restaurant row” of the city.  Now, I am over 70 years old and work over in Santa Barbara, CA, as a food and beverage director for a fine-dining country club.  The pictures you see here of me are facsimiles created by up-and-coming Bakersfield, California, street artist, the famed Simone.  Clever work, dude, excellent work.

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

Steve Hackett (guitars/bass/harmonica/vocals) went into the studio to record his sixth solo album, “Highly Strung,” which came out on April 28, 1983.  Due to pressures from the record label for him to go in one direction when he wanted to go in another, the end result was somewhat fragmented.  Still, it has its moments and is a worthy addition to your growing album collection.  Joining the artist on this album were Nick Magnus (keyboards), John Acock (keyboards), Chris Lawrence (bass), and Ian Mosley (drums).  We hope you will seek this album out and add it to your growing collection of nothing but the finest in rock-and-roll music- you will be glad you did.

Today, we commence offering albums by the James Gang, a hard-rocking band out of America’s Midwest.  The band formed in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1966 and it featured Joe Walsh on guitar, keyboards, and vocals, Jim Fox on drums, and Tom Kriss on bass, vocals, and other assorted instruments.  Their first release, “Yer Album,” came out on March 29, 1969 and showed the path the band would take. The band generated quite a bit of buzz with their hard-rocking Midwestern style as at the time, numerous groups were exploding out of America’s heartland like the Amboy Dukes, the MC 5 and Iggy and the Stooges.  We love this album, love this band, and urge you to seek it out wherever you go for the best in rock-and-roll music.  This is a superb album to add to your ever-growing collection of the music that counts- not Maroon Five but the music of the 1950s-1970s.

Jeff Beck released his next live album on May 07, 2008, “Live at Ronnie Scott’s.”  The artist recorded the album on September 10 and 11, 2003, and is smoking hot. As always, the artist rises to the top of the heap having some of the most amazing licks, chops, and jams.  Add to that the fact that the man is into his fourth decade of fingering the frets and to have been there to see it would have been one for the memory books.  Please, use whatever site you visit for the best in rock music and get it- it is worth the price.

Just the Facts: after watching what the feds did to Michael Flynn, IF federal law enforcement comes calling, I will demand my attorneys to be present and will let them do the talking

Seeking to put him at ease, they did NOT inform the general that this conversation was on the record nor that he ‘needed an attorney at his side.’ Well, even though the friendly conversers said they did not believe the general was lying, by the time all was said and done, General Flynn had to cop to a plea, lose his house, and become a felon. In what country is this right?

FALL SESSION 2018

BLOG POST #2,970 AT THE AICP-END

687 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Who in their right mind would ever put their faith in federal law enforcement or the justice system after watching what that scumbag Jim Comey did to General Michael Flynn?

Pumpkin Center, CA, 12-18-2018 Tuesday:  Some of my colleagues have expressed what I am going to say today prior to me, but we should all have deep fear of federal law enforcement agencies.  At one time, I remember growing up as a little boy and venturing to the post office so my mom could buy stamps or send a package to my grandparents and there on the wall was the FBI’s list of the “10 most wanted.”  I always thought that was a truly cool thing because there on the wall were the nation’s evilest scumbags, murderers, bank robbers, kidnappers, and maybe a devious counterfeiter.

I grew up in the 1950s and 1960s so we were led to believe that law enforcement was the apogee of what anyone could want to become and federal law enforcement, well, that was the pinnacle of what one could be if they sought to wear a badge and carry a gun.

Unfortunately, something has occurred that has diminished federal law enforcement offices such as the FBI, the ATF, and the DHS merely by association with the first two because apparently, there are two levels of justice in this country, one for the chosen members of society and one for everyone else.

Back when Bill Clinton was the president, his attorney-general, the disastrous Janet Reno had blood on her hands from far too many people.  People under her control left dead at Ruby Ridge, they left far too many dead at the compound outside Waco, Texas, where women and children burnt to death following the insertion of CS gas into a church compound, and also the handing over of a young child to the communist regime in Havana.

Under his successor, things seemed to improve somewhat but then, the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, hit the nation and suddenly, we were combing the fabric of our nation with a fine-toothed comb searching for terrorists.  Now, I could give a hoot what we did to Muslim terrorists nor did I give a hoot about Iraqi POWs in a Baghdad prison.  They deserved what they got.

It seemed, however, that federal law enforcement continued growing in power, that by the time Barack Hussein Obama became our next president, he was using the omnipotent and omnipresent power of the federal government to punish his enemies as well as perceived threats such as the Tea Party.  Even more diabolical, he set in motion a plan by which if New York real estate and entertainment mogul Donald J. Trump beat Hillary Rodham Clinton, he would have a plan of retribution in place.

As we continue learning just how far the Obama administration went to set this plan in motion, one in which, his operatives inserted at least SIX sub-operatives into the Trump campaign, not only to spy on it but to actively commit crimes that federal investigators could then link to the Russians.  Who does something like this?

Well, Barack Hussein Obama did.  Angry over being forced to produce the long form of his birth certificate, the foreign-born (I will NEVER believe he was born in the United States) 44th president of the United States could barely conceal his animosity towards Donald Trump.  Throughout the 2016 presidential campaign, Obama launched barb after barb at the GOP nominee hoping he could disable him if not force him out yet the man kept on steaming ahead…and won.

As Americans, we were led to believe as kids growing up that our government respected the law, protected the weak as well as the strong, and would never break the laws that every member of this organization or that took oaths to uphold.  Unfortunately, when it came to the new president, the gears were already in motion set to destroy him.

Poor General Michael Flynn, a man who supported Donald Trump from the beginning and who had the humongous pair of balls to criticize President Obama during the campaign.

Of course, the thin-skinned 44th president never forgot a slight and so upon Trump entering the White House with his retinue in tow, “Crooked” James Comey, then-FBI director and lackey for his outgoing boss, decided to send some ‘folks’ over to the White House to have a little chitchat with national security adviser Flynn.

The general and the FBI people knew one another; after all, they all moved in the same Washingtonian circles but since he was working for the 45th president, someone they viewed as little more than an orange orangutan, they would put him in legal jeopardy so they could draw closer to the president and eventually, move him out of office and into an orange jumpsuit.

I do not know about you but I will NEVER submit to questioning by federal law enforcement unless I have our attorneys present and am advised as to what exactly they wish to know.  If I cannot remember or lack the appropriate amount of recall, I will pull a Jim Comey and say, “I don’t know, I can’t remember, blah, blah, blah.”

This is not America we are living in now.  We fear federal law enforcement because if they put us in the crosshairs as they did Merrill-Lynch and Enron executives or even Alaska Senator Ted Stevens, Republican, they will do whatever they need do to obtain a conviction, even if it means breaking the law.

This is not America, this is the beginning of a fascist police state and we all must view it as such lest we hold false hope that federal prosecutors or even state or local ones will seek the truth instead of just a measly conviction, even if obtained on false evidence, lies, and engineered evidence.

Join me tomorrow at both blogs for more and please…let me know what YOU think.

WE CONTINUE PRESENTING THE MUSIC OF THE AWE-INSPIRING BRITISH ROCK BAND, WISHBONE ASH:

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2018

Like all veteran bands to come out of the 1960s, any band still cranking out albums and going on global tours such as our featured band here, Wishbone Ash, undergo personnel changes.  Some folks bitch and moan that the music does not sound as it once did whereas others such as you and us here at the AICP-END Blogs do.  “Live in Hamburg” (September 27, 2007) by Wishbone Ash is amazing, smoking hot, to say the least.  The lineup features Muddy Manninen (guitars/vocals), Bob Skeat (bass), original member Andy Powell (guitars/vocals), and Ray Weston (drums).  They roar through a smoking set of red-hot tunes, which is why we say use the link we provide you here so you can visit Amazon.com where you can get it in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you- you will be glad you did.  We appreciate your patronage.

WE SUPPORT THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

The Doors record label released another ‘best of’ compilation on January 29, 2008,” “Future Starts Here: the Essential Doors Hits.”  Once again, we find a fine selection of hits here for both the veteran and the novice listener.  This is perhaps one of the greatest bands to literally explode out of the mid-1960s and this collection represents that fact.   We wholeheartedly recommend it and urge the readership to use the link we provide you here so you can visit Amazon.com.  Once there, pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you- you will be glad you did.

On November 18, 1969, the Small Faces record company released a 2-LP collection- “The Autumn Stone”- of the now defunct band’s singles from both Decca and Immediate as well as unreleased studio music and also numerous cuts from a live show in Newcastle before the band threw in the towel.  Well, the band didn’t throw in the towel, Steve Marriott did because he left to join forces with Peter Frampton (guitarist from the Herd), Greg Ridley (bassist with Spooky Tooth), and drummer Jerry Shirley to form Humble Pie.  This is an amazing effort, one that ties off the career of this short-lived yet influential British band.  We hope you will use the link we provide you here so you can visit Amazon.com.  Once there, you can pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you- you will love it as much as we do.
