324. TODAY IN HISTORY—THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2020

T. 1942 Thursday: During World War II, the Russians launched their offensive against the Germans along the Don Front—this would lead to the debacle at Stalingrad and the loss of the German Sixth Army. The battle inside Stalingrad would end as the Red Army began attacking Rumanian, Italian, and Hungarian positions north of Stalingrad. The thunderous boom of massed artillery pieces was devastating and many Rumanian troops were killed as their bunkers caved in atop them. Others began withdrawing for their lives as masses of tanks and infantry began attacking their positions. Operation Uranus was off to a good start.

  57. 2019 Tuesday: In the ongoing impeachment hearings under Adam Schiff, the Democratic chairman of the House Intel Committee, two witnesses appear, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, member of the National Security Council and Jennifer Williams, an aide to Vice President Mike Pence, appeared in the first round of questioning early in the day.  In the afternoon session, former special envoy to the Ukraine Ambassador Kurt Volker and former NSC member Tim Morrison sat before members of the committee.  These four witnesses all bashed President Trump but when asked to provide evidence of an impeachable offense, NONE could name one, much to the frustration of “Lying” Adam Schiff and his fellow Trump-hating Democrats.
  58. 2020 Thursday:  The legal team of President Donald J. Trump went before the assembled news media cameras and microphones and laid out their preliminary case as to how the Canadian voting system, Dominion Voting Systems, was used across the nation to corrupt the national presidential election via an hidden network of foreign election-stealing software, counting systems, and how easy it is for the system’s workers as well as those on the ground where the elections occur to throw them in any direction the ‘winners’ want them thrown  This threatens the United States in ways heretofore unseen or imagined because Democrats claim they don’t want ‘foreign interference in our elections’ yet they are in bed with Xi Jinping and the Chi-Coms as well as the Russians and other nefarious globalist Deep State actors.  If anything, Canada had better come clean as if Trump prevails, we will have to punish the Canucks in ways they have never been punished.  Moreover, we now know HOW the Democrats flipped many House seats- especially in the Golden State- back in 2018, the time when California began using the Dominion Voting System.   Meanwhile, two House Republicans call for an investigation into the 2020 Elections.
  59. 2020 Thursday A:  That POS ;Judge Emmet G. Sullivan orders the U.S. to stop expelling unaccompanied illegal alien brats on the southern border.  We say, “Continue expelling them.”   Another loser- John Bolton- says, ‘Trump’s enemies list will lead to more firings.’  Well, John, there are many people who must be fired, especially if they are scumbags such as you.
  60. 2020 Thursday B: Tonight’s Thursday Night Football game: (1) Arizona Cardinals (6-3) @ Seattle Seahawks (6-3) 5:20 P.M.   The Seahawks won 28-21 putting their record to 7-3 while Arizona dropped to 6-4.
  61. 2020 Thursday C: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Yellow Fever, Chi-Com Virus, the Wuhan Horseshoe Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 56,435,244 confirmed cases, +411,114, 1,352,755, confirmed deaths, +7,136, and 36,291,080 confirmed recoveries, +321,840.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 11,760,051 confirmed cases, UP 213,818 from yesterday’s reporting, 255,496 confirmed deaths, UP 2,073, and 6,123,941 confirmed recoveries, UP 27,943.  Here are the stats for Israel now that Mo is living there: 327,049 confirmed cases, 2,742 confirmed deaths, and 315,930 confirmed recoveries.
  62. 2020 Thursday D: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous, anti-communist American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 1,069,316 confirmed cases, 18,466 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 16,817 confirmed cases, 223 confirmed deaths, and as of last week, NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 142,511 confirmed cases, 2,704 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let’s look at one other state: Iowa- currently, they have 198,674 confirmed cases, 2,102 confirmed deaths, and 112,778 confirmed recoveries- thanks for your honest reporting.
  63. 2020 Thursday E: We had an UP day in the markets today.  Here are the stats for today’s Stock Market closes: first the DOW Jones Industrial Average, 29,483.23, UP 44.81 points (+0.15%).  Next, here are the stats for the NASDAQ:  11,904.71, UP 103.11 points (+0.87%).  Finally, here are the numbers for the S&P 500: 3,581.87, UP 14.08 points (+0.39%).  Price of GOLD: $1,860.20 per troy oz., -1.30 (-0.07%)  Here is the price of SILVER: $23.98 per troy oz., -0.063 (-0.26%).  Price of PLATINUM: $954.20 per troy oz., +2.70 (+0.28%).  Price of PALLADIUM: $2,336.50 per troy oz., -17.50 (-0.74%).  Here is the price of COPPER: $3.21 per #, +0.0035 (+0.11%).   Price of Light Sweet Crude Oil per barrel: $41.62, -0.12 (-0.29%).  Today, one-dollar U.S. = 6.58 PRC yuan whereas one U.S. greenback = 0.84 euros.  Conversely, one-dollar U.S. = 28.51 Taiwanese dollars.   We are going to add the Canadian dollar to our currency count, seeing as how they are among the chief reasons the 2020 presidential election is in flux now, thanks to Dominion Voting Systems corruption:  one Canuck dollar = $1.31 compared with a U.S. greenback.  Shame on them.  Meanwhile, jobless claims last week increased to 792,000 first-time jobless claims.
  64. 2020 Thursday F: We learn that IF “Pro-China Joe” Biden should ‘win’ the 2020 Presidential Election, he will return U.S.-Cuban relations to 2016.  Even after these scumbags have attacked our embassy personnel, the communist-lover Joe Biden will sell out our country’s interests and the interests of the Cuban-American population so he can favor yet another communist crap hole country.  Elsewhere, the Trump administration will NOT brief “Pro-China Joe” Biden’s transition team on the distribution plan for the Chi-Vi vaccine lest he- in our view- share the information with the Chi-Coms in Beijing.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Foreigner released their next ‘best of’ compilation “Complete Greatest Hits” on December 12, 2002, just in time for holiday shopping as who doesn’t enjoy some hot rock and roll music in one’s Christmas stocking- that’s right, we still celebrate CHRISTMAS!  This one runs close to 75 minutes with 20 BIG HITS and BLAZING ALBUM TRACKS all in one place.  If you want to remind your ears as to how great this music was, this is a phenomenal way in which to do it and if you have some punk-assed brat in your family grooving to Adam Levine, Maroon Five, and picking its genderless nose, rip the earbuds out of their ears, put this one on turntable (wax is best and besides, “Pro-China Joe” Biden swears you should leave the record player on for the kids at night) and turn the VOLUME UP.  They will toss Maroon Five into the garbage within minutes.  Please, seek it out and add it to your collection- you’re gonna love it.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

On May 11, 1999, the Move released an archival live album: “BBC Sessions.”  Much more popular in the UK than they ever were in the United States, the album contained additional tracks from throughout the group’s rather short career cut at the Beeb.  We hope you will check this one out and consider adding it to your collection because despite whatever you might have heard, this band was among the major acts upon which, future bands would lay their foundation and could rock as hard as could the Who.  Please seek it out and enjoy- you will be glad you did.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] We promoted the music of Big Brother and the Holding Company, beginning on Monday, 18-July-2011 through Tuesday, 26-July-2011.  At the time, we were not farsighted enough to offer the music of Janis Joplin but hope to do so at some point in the near future when we return to promoting the music of American rock bands.

[ii] We should have shared the music of Badfinger at the time we promoted that of the Beatles but guess what?  We flipping failed just as we failed to promote the music of Thunderclap Newman at the same time we did the Who.  One day, we sure as heck will so please remain vigilant.

[iii] We feel bad that we did not begin promoting the music of Paul Revere and the Raiders around the time we shared the music of the Flamin’ Groovies.  Well, we hope to slip them in sometime within the next 6-7 years.  Please remain vigilant for the time that we do.  You will be glad you did.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] We presented the music of the Kinks, as well as of Ray and Dave Davies, beginning on Monday, 22-December-2014 through Sunday, 15-March-2015. We hope you will check out the music of this original British invasion band as they are as relevant today as they were more than 50 years ago. Sure beats the hell out of Maroon Five.

[ii] We look forward to sharing the music of this influential British band within the next five years. Colosseum was overlooked when we shared the group of interconnected bands in which, Humble Pie, was a part. Sorry for the oversight.

[iii] We shared the music of Deep Purple, Ian Gillan, Captain Beyond, Elf, and Rainbow beginning on Tuesday, 20-March-2018 and concluded this massive offering on Sunday, 14-October-2018. Please seek out the music by all of these phenomenal bands. All are fabulous.

[iv] We hope to offer the music of Black Sabbath sometime in the next decade and when we do, Ozzy Osbourne will be among them.

[v] We began celebrating the music of Wishbone Ash beginning on Sunday, October 28, 2018 and continued it through Sunday, January 06, 2019. From there, we covered the music of Martin Turner’s Wishbone Ash beginning on January 07, 2019 through Sunday, January 13, 2019. We hope you will seek them out and add them to your collection of the BEST rock-and-roll music. You will be glad you did.

[vi] We expect to do the music of Jethro Tull, Wild Turkey, Ian Anderson, and Paris sometime in the next 5-6 years. We hope you will still be with us.

[vii] We should have shared the music of Badfinger at the time we promoted that of the Beatles but guess what? We flipping failed just as we failed to promote the music of Thunderclap Newman at the same time we did the Who. One day, we sure as heck will so please remain vigilant.

[viii] We hope to promote the music of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, as well as of each member’s solo careers along with Crazy Horse within the next 5-7 years. Please remain vigilant for when we do.

[ix] We don’t think we will ever promote the music of this musical charlatan. But who knows? In 50 years, we very well could so remain alert.

[x] We look forward to promoting the music of Johnny Cash one day so remain vigilant.

[xi] We began promoting the music of this legendary American rock band- the Young Rascals- beginning on Sunday, 08-December-2013 through Saturday, 21-December-2013. This band is one everyone who loves rock music must look into and enjoy

[xii] We hope to share the music of this famed artist, the one and only Little Richard, at some point in the next 20 years or so.

  47. 2013: U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen G. Breyer breaks his shoulder on a fall from his bicycle and is taken to the hospital by ambulance. Meanwhile, in Karachi, Pakistan, members of the so-called ‘religion of peace,’ Islam, launch a terror attack killing 10 and injuring at least 25 people.
  48. 2017: Julius Youngner, American virologist who helped create the Salk polio vaccine dies at age 96 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
  49. 2018: North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un meets with his South Korean counterpart, President Moon Jae-in to ‘end the Korean War and to rid the Korean Peninsula of nuclear weapons.’ Meanwhile, German leader Angela Merkel makes a one-day trip to Washington, D.C., to meet with President Donald J. Trump.
  50. 2019: Our beloved Pope Francis donates half-a-million bucks to ‘help’ migrants trying to reach the U.S. border via caravan who are stranded in Mexico City. Let them remain there. Meanwhile, a shooter opens fire at a synagogue in Poway, California, managing to slay one and wound three before being taken down himself.  God bless the victims.
  51. 2020 Monday: Thanks to the reopening of some states, the Stock Market has a great day. The DOW Jones Industrial Average closes up 358.51 at 24,133.78; the S&P 500 closes up 41.74 at 2,878.48; and the NASDAQ closes up 95.64 at 8,730.16. Excellent. Meanwhile, the Wuhan Virus Crisis, the one the Chinese claim is ‘not theirs but came out of the United States’ continues causing problems. Global statistics show that currently, we have 3,002,303 confirmed cases what with 208,131 confirmed deaths and 878,813 confirmed recoveries. In the United States, we have 1,005,934 confirmed cases what with 56,329 confirmed deaths but 112,913 confirmed recoveries so things are looking good- most places. California’s confirmed cases rest at 44,792 and at 1,755 confirmed deaths. The Chinese continue lying about their numbers. Elsewhere, people continue to speculate about North Korean thug dictator, Kim Jong Un, who has been absent from world view for the past two weeks. Many speculate he contracted COVID-19 and is near or at death whereas others claim he is on a ‘holiday.’ We shall see. Finally, apparent Democratic Party 2020 presidential nominee Joseph R. Biden remains mum on allegations he sexually abused a staffer back in the 1990s when he was a senator. Say it ain’t so, Joe!

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

#PF001.1h Zabriskie Point #8 04-19-2020 (400)

The next album upon which, Pink Floyd appeared was another movie soundtrack, the music for the ‘critically acclaimed’ movie, “Zabriskie Point,” which came out on June 06, 1972. The album featured music by the Grateful Dead and Kaleidoscope, the Youngbloods, among others. There is a wide range of music cobbled together on this album and unlike the movie, which was a pain in the ass to watch, the soundtrack is a lot of fun. We hope everyone will seek this album out and consider adding it to their growing collection of nothing but the absolute best in music.

#PF001.1e Ummagumma #5 06-28-2015 (400)

The next album by Pink Floyd, “Ummagumma,” came out on November 07, 1969 and was the band’s first two-LP disc.  It was amazing.  The first LP featured the band live on stage while the second disc was split into four sections with each band member being given one-quarter of it for their own compositions.  From start to finish, this is an amazing album, one that will boggle the mind.  When we first listened to it back in the day, people were experiencing auditory and visual ‘insights’ that left some speechless for a day or two.  This is a great album, one we know you will enjoy so we hope you will seek it out at whatever site you visit for the finest in psychedelic music, you will love it.  We guarantee it.

Meanwhile in Syria as the fight against ISIS winds down, 3,000 Islamist thugs surrender to Syrian Democratic Forces in Baghouz, the last ISIS stronghold left to topple.
  54. 2020: CPUSA candidate, oh wait, he is running as a Democrat, Sen. Bernie Sanders goes to the mics in Burlington, VT, and does his best to scare the hell out of the American people. His solution to the Wuhan Virus, aka COVID-19, a gift from China to the rest of the world all because they took it where the sun don’t shine when they signed the U.S.-China trade deal, is for the American people to immediately embrace Marxism as run and defined by him. Following upon the heels of the NBA canceling its season, the NHL does the same. Major League Baseball has motioned that spring training could be on the rocks, too, if not the entire season. What should be clear to ALL is that the LEFT never lets a good crisis go to waste and anything that will enable them to advance socialism and big government even further is in their wheelhouse. So far, ONLY 39 Americans have succumbed to the Wuhan Virus, most of them in a Washington state nursing home. If you have ever worked in such a facility, you would understand WHY this tragic statistic is so. Of course- according to Bernie and his fellow Democrats, the Trump administration is STUPID and incapable of doing anything to thwart the Chinese-transmitted virus. In the spirit of everything, we encourage the president to postpone the election until ALL is clear.

JTF: The only way humankind will recognize its potential is if all civilized major nations- U.S. China, Russia, India, and European Union- join together in a Grand Bargain to bring about global peace and then to reach the stars

President Trump is correct when he says that previous American leaders put our country into an unfair advantage with the PRC. Yes, they negotiated deals with the Chinese at great expense to the American people and all President Trump is doing is to level the playing field. What can be wrong with that when everyone will gain something and no one will be left holding the bag.

FALL SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,306 AT THE AICP-END

352 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Tibet are in the Chinese sphere of influence; doesn’t mean we can work together to effect Itzi’s “Grand Bargain” concept…

Century City, CA 90067, 11-19-2019 Tuesday:  Friends, good morning.  The creators and participants of our blogs have communed together at our annual meeting and we have decided that we will no longer criticize the People’s Republic of China.  I will clarify one thing, however, and that is we won’t back down when it comes to the ongoing trade talks between our nation and theirs because there must be an equitable agreement that will benefit both sides for, let’s say, the next half-century.

However, when it comes to Hong Kong, Tibet, and Taiwan, it is clear those territories exist within China’s wheelhouse so we will leave it to them to make whatever determination they choose.  We trust it will be a humane one and that people living in those territories will discover there much to be gained from cooperating with Beijing.

Most of us believe that one day, China will be the leader among nations.  At one time, this may have frightened millions of people the world over but that was then and this is now.  We no longer see violence committed against the Chinese people by emissaries of the government such as when Chairman Mao’s Red Guards who took to the streets on his behalf and dealt out what he considered to be ‘justice.’

Likewise, the Cultural Revolution[i] is no more and the people of China are building an astounding country, one that will set the path forward for decades to come.  We can only hope that as their lives improve and their people enjoy what everyone else living in the First World does that we can all come together and work together for our mutual benefit.  We have much to learn from them just as they can increase their knowledge by emulating and learning from us.

The ONLY way peace will ever come to the entire world is through global cooperation of the BIG POWERS.  Countries such as China and the United States have much to gain by working in peace and harmony with one another.  No one wants war so why should there be war when there is much for everyone to achieve.  No one nation must sit atop the globe and rule it as a sole leader.  We can bring peace to every region of the world and then we can leap off the surface of the Earth, settle the moon, and from there expand out into our Solar System.

My colleagues have mentioned a goal in earlier posts that made sense to me.  Chef Itzi- a liberal Democrat- first began writing about it back in September 2014 in which, she called for a modern-day ‘Grand Bargain’ among the civilized nations of the world with which to wipe out Islamist terrorism.

In her post (see references) she made a great deal of sense because such alliances have worked before and can work again, something the Dems in power now are always wailing about, ‘how Donald J. Trump is toppling our beloved alliances.’

Imagine if the United States, Russia, the European Union, India, Japan, South Korea, and China- among other nations- all set aside their differences to harmonize the entire planet.  Each of these nations or groups would deal with the problems in their particular region and once peace was established there would assist others if the need arose in civilizing their regions.

Let’s say the United States would have free rein to run the board in Mexico and Central America, that our country could go in there and wipe the floor with the narcoterrorists and other scum so destabilizing the region.

Let’s say that Russia and the European Union would be responsible for bringing the Middle East under control, stamping out radical Islam not only there but across the entirety of North Africa and into the northern interior.

Let us say, too, that the Europeans and the Americans would contend with West Africa and that India and China would contend with the Islamist states in Central Asia as well as the eastern shore of Africa.  They would wipe out terrorism and piracy there as we would along the coast and interior of West Africa.

Other nations could join us such as Brazil and Argentina.  Every nation under threat of insurgency could join up and together we could bring peace back to the people.  Once done, the alliance would supplant the United Nations, becoming the de facto global rulers who would maintain peace and stability while working to better the lives of everyone.

Now, I know many will claim that this is all ‘pie in the sky.’  Well, let us agree that alliances of opposites have worked before and can work again.  President Trump is working hard to bring prosperity and status back to America but I think we will never ever resemble the power and the potential that China now has and one day will become.

Throughout history, while some nations decline others rise.  I think that an alliance such as this is the ONLY way we can raise humanity to the next level.  We must set religious differences and ethnic differences aside so we can colonize the moon, the planets and their moons and then expand out into space.  It is not possible to conquer the ‘final frontier’ as Gene Roddenberry’s “Star Trek”[ii] said without the entire planet being united.

If this is ‘socialism,’ then so be it.  We can share the pie together when war and conflict no longer exist.

See you tomorrow.

[i] The Cultural Revolution was a time of ‘purification’ in Mao Zedong’s China when young cadres of idealized people went out across the countryside and brought the revolution to the people.  While not pretty and violent in many places, it did set the mindset of the modern day Chinese communist party.  Please check the ad section at the bottom of the post as we have selected some edifying books.

[ii] Most viewers of the original Star Trek believe that Gene Roddenberry’s world was one of socialism as everyone was more or less equal.  It’s funny that the original show did not last more than 2, possibly 3 seasons?  Can’t recall.  You look it up.

Just the Facts: An ape with diarrhea could have beaten Hillary Clinton in 2016 yet the Dems won’t wise up and let it go setting the stage for yet another disaster

The problem is, the Democrats are walking the plank of their own pirate ship. The crew, the young and dumb among their base, have been ginned up, given bowls of crack to smoke, whipped up, stirred up, and driven to the point of an insane rage, the kind that drives people to do outlandish things like sticking pencils up their noses. This is what scares millions of us who support President Trump, that some loser will pick up a gun and ‘rid the world of the despot that Vladimir Putin put in power.’

518 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Enough is enough, already, Dems- give it a rest, work to win the upcoming election instead of relitigating the last one…

Century City, CA, 06-05-2019 Wednesday:  Friends, what are future historians going to say about this epoch of our civilization one day?  Are they going to view us as reasonable people imbued with common sense?  Are they going to think that everyone was ingesting compromised rye with the lysergic-acid diethylamide qualities the wet grain produces because what goes on around us on any given day is flat-out crazy, embarrassing, and something we should really do our best to correct before the planet spins off its axis and into the black abyss of interstellar space.

We are now 518 days away from the next presidential election and the Democrats…the Democrats are still litigating and seeking a way with which, they can overturn the LAST election instead of cobbling together some semblance of a way they can win the upcoming election instead of reliving and re-litigating the previous one.

Just the Facts: if you want an honest and somewhat impartial breakdown of the Democrats seeking the 2020 nomination of their party, here it is

I believe the debates commence in late May or early June for the candidates. We should see a great deal of action between here and there as the various hopefuls begin doing the dance with one another, trying to score points but also trying not to start ripping one another to shreds. Late night comedy will begin doing that prior to the candidates trying to cannibalize one another so it is going to be both fun and ugly, all at the same time.

557 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Chef James breaks down the plethora of Democratic candidates pursuing the 2020 nomination of their party

Visalia, CA, 04-27-2019 Saturday:  Folks, we are definitely living in crazy times what with the large number of Democrats seeking to win the nomination of their party come 2020.  I do not believe we have ever seen this many candidates in our nation’s history, although the GOP fielded 17 in 2016.  The only thing that comes remotely close is when we here in California recalled Governor Gray Davis and as I recall, there were over 100 candidates- that’s right- over 100 candidates across a massive ballot seeking to replace the man.  As you know, the Terminator won that election and set our state into a liberal decline, the likes of which, we still chafe beneath a decade later.

Some of the potential nominees everyone knows while others, well, you even wonder why they are in the race other than to garner some extra attention for future use.  Some of the candidates seem extremely sane whereas others, one must ponder what the heck is up with them.  Virtually all of them continue pushing one another further and further to the left when the average voter resides somewhere in the middle and finds the actions of the hopefuls truly perplexing.

So, who do we have in the running?  The longest-running candidate FORMER Maryland congressman and independently wealthy businessman John Delaney, announced he was running to little to no fanfare on July 28, 2017.  He might be a good choice because when I have had the pleasure of hearing him speak on Fox News Channel, the man does not sound frigging crazy, yet he cannot win.

Business entrepreneur and independently wealthy businessman Andrew Yang entered the race on November 06, 2017.  His two big issues are giving everyone a basic wage upon which to live, somewhere around one thousand bucks per month, whether they need it or they don’t.  He also wants to stop male circumcision.  Okay.

Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard entered the fray on January 11, 2019.  A military veteran with two tours of duty in the Middle East under her belt, she could be a strong candidate.  I know my two Hawaii Democrat colleagues, Chefs Cherry and Itzi, think highly of her.  The question is, can she rise to the top or will the bigger names gobble her up as sharks would a guppy?  Stay tuned.

Julian Castro, a twin, announced a day after Tulsi.  I fear this man because he speaks well, comes off like he has some sense but I fear he truly would throw our borders wide open which is NOT something any American, right or left, should want.  Once our nation disappears beneath the weight of this ongoing invasion, good luck getting it back.

On January 21, 2019, the “pride of California,” the kaleidoscope of a candidate who morphs into or onto any position as long as it’s left, Kamala Harris, on the 90th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday threw her hat in the ring.  She is going nowhere because as Golden State AG, she put more minorities in prison than anyone else- around the nation!  Can’t have her.

Then we have Marianne Williamson, a spiritual and faith healer who entered the race on January 28, 2019.  Okay.  Never heard of you nor expect to hear from you again.

On February 01, 2019, New Jersey Senator Cory “Popeye” Booker joined the race.  Big deal.  There is no way this dimwit should ever get near the levers of power.  Talk about someone whom Vladimir Putin would be able to blackmail/corrupt, this is the guy, the bath house groper.  He is not going to make it.

Although it seems like she has been running longer than any other Democrat, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren announced officially that she indeed was a candidate for the presidency of the United States on February 09, 2019.

I have no clue as to how Senator Warren thinks she can win because she is always going to be tarred and feathered for using a legitimate suffering minority- the Cherokee Tribe- as a ladder to the stars.  She comes off as a schoolmarm spinster woman from “Little House on the Prairie.”  No way she can even get close nor should anyone want a phony like her to do.

On February 10, 2019, Senator Amy Klobuchar, the woman who has to cue her audiences as to when to clap, entered the fray in the midst of a blinding snowstorm as only Minnesota can deliver.  She reminds numerous men of their ex-wives like Hillary does and no man would ever vote for someone like her: bow wow, girl, bow wow.

On March 01, 2019, Washington Governor Jay Inslee entered the race claiming CLIMATE CHANGE as his big deal.  He’s going nowhere.

On March 02, 2019, Senator Bernie Sanders OFFICIALLY entered the race.  While he is raising money like Lazarus the dead, Tom Perez- chair of the DNC- has said that for him to win the nomination of the Democratic Party, Bernie must be a registered Democrat.  We are waiting, Tom- when is Bernie going to join YOUR party?

On March 04, 2019, the man who took his poor old mama to see “Deep Throat,” Governor John Hickenlooper of Colorado, entered the race.  Big whoop, big nobody.  If he did become president, would you not love to see Vladimir Putin ask him, “Hey, John boy, how did your old mom like “Deep Throat?”  Can you truly teach an ‘old dog’ ‘new tricks?’  Priceless.

On March 14, 2019, Beto and the Hand Jive, the phony Tex-Mex POS entered the race.  This extremely unattractive man (so says my beloved wife) has NO chance of ever getting near the White House unless he visits with the rest of the tourists.  Still, he is enjoying his slide into decline so let him have some fun.  When all is said and done, Beto will be no more.

On March 24, 2019, the “pride of New York,” the ever-pliable like Silly Putty senator from New York, Kirsten Gillibrand, threw her hat in the ring.  Big whoop.  She is going nowhere because she comes off like a ‘bitch.’  Don’t want none of those in the White House.

On March 28, 2019, Miramar, Florida, Mayor Wayne Messam entered the race, a college football star and independently-wealthy businessman.  Where is he now?

On April 04, 2019, Ohio Congressman Tim Ryan entered the ring.  While a sensible guy, I doubt he can raise the cash to be a worthwhile candidate.  Maybe a VP slot?

On April 08, 2019, California Congressman Eric Swalwell entered the race.  This guy is a pathetic POS and does not stand a chance.  I think he will lose his House seat, too, because he has been one of the biggest promiser of the goods on Donald J. Trump like Adam Schiff and has come up with…wait for it…NOTHING.  Liar.

On April 14, 2019, South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg officially announced his candidacy.  While a marvelous speaker and someone who comes off professionally, how can we elect a mayor of a Podunk town to be president of the United States?  Last I heard, South Bend ain’t doing all that well.  Still, who the hell knows?

On April 21, Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton, Iraq War veteran, entered the race.  Nice to have someone with military experience but the poor guy is delusional.

Finally, on Thursday, former Vice President Joe Biden supposedly entered the race.  With his groping problems and hair-sniffing, wow.  Could he become president?  I think Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton would leap into the race and devour the old guy alive before allowing him- or Bernie- to ever become president.

That’s how I see things, folks.  See you tomorrow.

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

Genesis released their next EP on May 21, 1982, “3 x  3.”  The album included three tunes that were recorded during the “Abacab” sessions but which were not included.  This is a gem for fans because “Abacab” originally could have been a double album but the band chose to remove an hour’s worth of material as it sounded too much like earlier tunes penned by the group.  What the heck?  As completists, we want to own everything.  If you want to hear some unsung gems, this is a worthy effort to seek out and add to your collection.  We know you will enjoy the tunes as much as we do.  Please, search for this EP now.

Today, we have a best-of compilation by the Los Angeles-based rock-and-roll band, Spirit: “Now or Anywhere,” which came out on November 20, 2007.  This album contains early works by the original quintet, some good, others not so good but still opens a window into a wild time when everything was popping in the 1960s and we mean popping.  This album is definitely one we hope everyone will consider adding to his or her collection as it is the sound of the times, heavy-duty, smoking psychedelic jazz-rock that will blow your mind- you will love it.

Peter Frampton released his next effort, “Fingerprints,” on September 12, 2006.  The guitarist performed many of the instruments himself but also had help from people who had performed with him off and on over the course of his solo career.  Musically, he never fails to deliver a brilliant effort that fans of the man and of his music love and enjoy and this one is an absolute gem.  We hope you will seek this sterling effort out wherever you shop for the best in rock music so you can make it an addition to your ongoing, growing collection of nothing but the best in rock music.  You will be glad you did.
