  60. 2020 Memorial Day Monday: Failed New York Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo, aka the Love Gov, aka the Gropin’ Gov, releases a 51-page edict outlining how the state will reopen in the event COVID-19- communist China’s ‘gift to the world’ which is sad.  The (former) Empire State will never be the same what with a constant stream of middle-and-upper-middle class citizens leaving for elsewhere.  Here are the statistics for the Wuhan Virus for today, first the globe: 5,490,954 confirmed cases, 345,962 confirmed deaths, but 2,228,952 confirmed recoveries which is amazing and a good sign.
  61. 2020 Memorial Day Monday A: Here are the statistics for the United States: 1,696,874 confirmed cases, 99,459 confirmed deaths, but 352,612 confirmed recoveries which would resemble the percentage of the globe IF the various Blue State governors would be honest and present the numbers of recoveries but they won’t.  They seek to keep things locked down which in our view is criminal: it demonstrates the COLLUSION between the Democratic Party and their communist Chinese taskmasters in Beijing and here in our country.  We must thwart them.

Gavin Newsom KNOWS that if he shared them, NO one would obey his stay-at-home orders.  In Hawaii, here are the figures: 643 confirmed cases, 17 confirmed deaths, and 591 confirmed recoveries for which, we must thank Gov. David Ige for his honesty.  Finally, in Washington state where whacked-out Governor Jay Inslee holds power (people, vote this baboon out!), here are the stats: 20,065 confirmed cases, 1,070 confirmed deaths, and sadly, like California, NO mention of confirmed recoveries.  You know, Washington was once a wonderful state but now- in the grip of Democrats- languishes in the throes of Democratic-Socialism!  Free California!  Free Washington!  Free Tibet!  Free Hong Kong!  Free Macau!  Free and independent Taiwan (until they liberate the mainland)!  Free from Democratic-Socialism and Communism!

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

After falling out with undisputed leader of Jethro Tull- Ian Anderson- Mick Abrahams abandoned ship and formed his own band, Blodwyn Pig.  Joining the fiery guitarist were the legendary Jack Lancaster (horns, woodwinds, violins, and flutes), Andy Pyle (bass), and Rob Berg (drums).  The group’s first album, “Ahead Rings Out,” came out on July 20, 1969, and it made the Top 10 of the British music charts.  Filled with a heady mixture of English blues interpretations, jazzy fills, and a powerhouse rhythm section, the album is a joy to behold.  We encourage everyone to seek this album out wherever they shop for the absolute best in rock music- you will be awfully glad you did.  We guarantee it.

The plane was unable to complete its mission and as the C-119 struggled to make it away from enemy troops clipped the side of a mountain flying low through a valley, flipped over, and blew up killing the crew. 61. 2019 Monday: Surprisingly, Brunei Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah- after ‘global condemnation’- lifts the death penalty for gay sex and for adulterers.  (But you still can’t do it…or else).  Elsewhere, following President Donald J. Trump’s suggestion that he may impose billions of dollars of new tariffs on Chi-Com-made goods, the communist Chinese stock market topple by 5-percent by midday.  What to do, what to do?  (Note- the Chi-Coms must stop screwing us…)
  62. 2020 Wednesday: Word comes out today that Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York is going to hit every out-of-state medical professional who answered his call to come help the Empire State through its (self-imposed) COVID-19 Wuhan Virus Crisis with state income taxes.  Currently, there are 3,755,341 confirmed cases of Kung Flu worldwide, 263,831 confirmed deaths, and 1,245,415 confirmed recoveries.  Thank you, communist China.  In the United States, we have 1,259,604 confirmed cases of the Wuhan Flu, 74,577 confirmed deaths, and 170,859 confirmed recoveries.  In California, we have 59,698 confirmed cases and 2,439 confirmed deaths but no mention of recoveries.  In Hawaii, we have 626 confirmed cases, 17 confirmed deaths, and 588 confirmed recoveries while in Washington state, there are 15,905 confirmed cases and 870 confirmed deaths but like California, no mention of confirmed recoveries.  Curious.  Meanwhile, communist China claims 88,423 confirmed cases of the Wuhan Flu, 4,633 confirmed deaths and 81,785 confirmed recoveries.  Got to love their honesty (joke).
  63. 2020 Wednesday A: Long-time vocalist with the British rock band Bad Company[vi] (following the departure of original vocalist Paul Rodgers) Brian Howe died at age 66 in Lake Placid, Florida.  He served as the band’s vocalist from 1986 to 1993 and kept the band’s success alive.   Meanwhile, Venezuela announces that it is going to try the so-called ‘mercenaries’ captured a few days earlier by its armed forces in the nation’s civil courts, including the two supposed American ringleaders.  U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says the U.S. will do ‘everything in its power to return U.S. citizens to the United States.’

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

On December 13, 1971, after working long hours in the studio and performing gigs, Badfinger returned with “Straight Up,” an album that should have been a massive commercial success but which the critics panned.  The album featured the same lineup of Pete Ham (lead and backing vocals, lead guitar, and keyboards), Tom Evans (lead and backing vocals, bass guitar), Joey Molland (rhythm and lead guitars, lead and backing vocals), and Mike Gibbins (drums and percussion, backing and lead vocals) as well as George Harrison who basically joined the band and added his signature slide guitar as well as other notables such as Leon Russell and Gary Wright.  Critics slammed the effort but the group had three producers on the album beginning with Geoff Emerick who did their previous effort followed by ex-Beatle George Harrison who then left the band to bring his Concert for Bangladesh to fruition followed by the Nazz’ Todd Rundgren so there were inconsistencies throughout the effort.  Still, the song “Day After Day” was a big seller and will forever be associated with this gifted band.  We hope you will seek it out and consider adding it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Waysted returned on November 23, 2004, with the album, “Back from the Dead.”  Not having played in nearly 20 years, the band opened for other bands when they decided to return and have some fun.  We have the great Pete Way on bass and vocals, Finn Moore on vocals, Chris George (guitars), and Scott Phillips and Paul Haslin handle the percussion duties.  Fans of both Waysted and Pete Way love anything the group did but sadly, the sound is not as good as perhaps it could be.  Then again, we are completists and love every morsel of music released by our favorite groups.  We tend to agree with critics dissatisfied with the sound but folks, it is what is so we recommend that everyone rush out and give this album a good listen, it’s that good and worth every penny anyone wants for it.  Some things you cannot fake and the intensity and the vigor encapsulated on this album will make anyone lifelong fans of the rockers that roared out of the 1960s and 1970s and will cause them to toss the modern music into the crapper.  Search for it- you’ll love it.

[iii] Martin Windrow and his book, “The Last Valley,” De Capo Press 2006 is among the best sources for knowledge about the historic battle fought by the French forces to crush the communists in French Indochina.  Check it out.

Bush by name.  The POS would get his.
  51. 2007 Wednesday: Here is a strange story: at the Mt. Everest Base Camp, Chi-Com authorities arrest FOUR Americans who were supposedly protesting AGAINST Chi-Com occupation of Tibet as well as against the upcoming Beijing Olympics.  Sounds crazy, we know.  Still, Tibet should be FREE.  Where the hell is the United Nations?

  54. 2010 Sunday: Brilliant scientist Steven Hawking warns his fellow Earthlings that maybe contacting extraterrestrials is not the wisest thing to do.   Elsewhere, in Kunduz Province in Afghanistan, an ongoing investigation is launched into who in God’s Name is poisoning schoolgirls.  At least 80 girls have been poisoned and the only ones who would do such a barbaric thing are the Taliban who pull a Sgt. Schultz saying, “We know nothing, we know nothing.”  Opposed to girls and women receiving education of any kind makes them the prime suspects in this ongoing search for the truth.
  55. 2011 Monday: On a mission to destroy Muammar Gaddafi’s forces, NATO jets fly over Tripoli and knock out three television stations.  Meanwhile, as Nigerian troops continue fighting with Boko Haram jihadists in the northern part of the country, human rights groups are wailing that ‘500 people have been killed at least and God knows how many more injured.’   Elsewhere, Iran claims that yet another cyberattack has been launched against their country.

Bush Presidential Center in Dallas, Texas.  Elsewhere, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg announces that the FBI had given him a terror briefing, letting him know that the Tsarnaev Brothers next target after the Boston Marathon bombing was the Big Apple.
  58. 2014 Friday:  China updates its environmental laws, providing additional legal framework for addressing violations; the laws were last changed in 1989, prior to the nation’s accelerated growth and rate of environmental degradation.  Elsewhere, North Korea- up to their old tricks as usual- detains American tourist Mathew Miller Todd, a 24-year-old tourist, because he was ‘acting rash’ while passing through customs.  WTF are you doing there in North Korea, son?
  59. 2015 Saturday: The 100-year anniversary of the failed Gallipoli landings by ANZAC forces during World War I occurs on this date.  For the Turks, it was a victory and for the British, Australians, and New Zealanders, it was a bloody disaster.  Elsewhere, following the death of Freddie Gray in Charm City, aka Baltimore, Maryland, protesters are running amok in the streets leading law enforcement to arrest at least a dozen violent rioters.  Can’t we all just…get along?
  60. 2016 Monday:  In the beautiful Mexican vacation town of Acapulco, police find themselves in a running gun battle with Mexican cartel gangbangers.  The shootout goes on for two hours but amazingly, only one gunman was killed with no police casualties other than a minor wound.  However, in another part of town, cartel bangers attacked a federal police base in the city with no effect, all because the police scooped up a high-ranking cartel boss known as “The Donkey.”
  61. 2017 Tuesday: Acting U.S. Attorney General Dana Boente stepped down from his post today.  A Republican, Boente served under President Donald J. Trump from January 30, 2017 until today.  Elsewhere, the USS Michigan, a guided missile submarine, docks at the South Korean port of Busan as tensions continue to rise between the United States and Kim Jong Un’s North Korea.
  62. 2018 Wednesday: Sacramento County, California, sheriff’s deputies arrest Joseph James DeAngelo, a former California law enforcement officer, believing him to be the infamous Golden State Killer.  This slime ball committed a string of violent crimes between 1973 and 1984 and eventually was convicted of at least 13 murders, 50 or more rapes, and at least 250 burglaries.   Apparently, he committed his crimes in at least three different crime sprees between the years mentioned.
  63. 2019 Thursday: Former U.S. senator and Vice President Joe Biden announces his bid for the 2020 Democratic Party’s White House presidential nomination.  Elsewhere, the Ukraine passes a law stating that ONLY Ukrainian will be the language of everything in their country and NO Russian bulls**t.  Of course, the ‘Russian separatists’ are horrified at such a horrendous law.  (We need an English-only law in the United States…)
  64. 2020 Saturday: Speculation continues to swirl around North Korean leader Kim Jong Un- is he or is he not still alive?  He purportedly had some sort of cardiac issues but no one knows for sure.  We continue to await further developments.  Meanwhile, on the COVID-19 battlefront, the world reports 2,892,508 cases this Saturday what with 202,455 deaths but at least 815,658 confirmed recoveries.  In the U.S., the number of confirmed cases rests at 956,375 confirmed cases what with 53,928 confirmed deaths but 102,340 confirmed recoveries.  Some states such as Georgia and Colorado have announced re-opening of their economies and we await further developments on this front.  Back to COVID-19, the communist Chinese continue sticking with their bulls**t statistics that they have but 88,423 confirmed cases what with 4,632 confirmed deaths, and 81,725 confirmed recoveries.  Pay no attention as communists like jihadists always lie.
  65. 2021 Sunday:  Stick around and discover the truth along with us…

[ii] At some point when we return to presenting the music of American bands, we will promote that of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers as well as of Tom Petty himself.  We hope you will await word as to when we do.  We thank you.

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 602

75. TODAY IN HISTORY—TUESDAY, MARCH 16, 2021 UPDATE A:

DAY FIFTY-SIX OF THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION

When it comes to solving the border crisis, there is one policy that will solve it: build the wall and deport them all.  Now.  Period.  Otherwise, it’s minefields, antipersonnel and antivehicle obstacles, electrified fencing, and even alligators in the Rio Grande…

  • 2021 Tuesday:  FOREIGN NEWS- Intelligence analysts now report that both the Russians and their Iranian lackeys interfered in the 2020 Presidential Election to undermine and defeat Donald Trump while pushing Methuselah Joe Biden into the White House, someone easier to control and who would put America LAST rather than FIRST as President Donald J. Trump did.  No one is screaming and wailing like a bunch of banshees over 2020 Election interference while all the while they still snivel that ‘Trump stole the election in 2016 with Russian help.’  Wah, wah, wah.
  • 2021 Tuesday A: In other FOREIGN NEWS- the ‘Joe Biden White House’ is confused as to WHY Kim Jong Un won’t respond to feelers put forward by the ‘46th president.’  Kim’s sister, Kim Yo-jong is urging a hardline stance against the ‘Biden administration’ seeing as how a stumbling Joe Biden on the campaign trail called her brother- the Supreme Ruler- a thug and that he wouldn’t deal with the North Koreans if they did not denuclearize.  Now, ‘Chi-Com Joe’ is puzzled as to why Kim won’t respond to him other than to demand he halt the WAR GAMES with South Korea.  Perhaps it’s this: the Iranians called Joe Biden a second-class idiot today, not even a first-class dimwit.  That sucks and yet, Joe is still giving the Iranians several billion dollars.  Gee whiz.   Meanwhile, former Bolivian President Jeanine Anez has entered prison to do a four-month stretch for supposedly trying to engineer a coup against socialist thug Evo Morales.
  • 2021 Tuesday B: Border Disaster News- The ‘Biden administration’ announces plans to house at least 3,000 illegal alien brats in a downtown Dallas, Texas, convention center.  Incapable of stopping the invasion along our southern border, Biden officials are busing the illegals all over the country and dumping them out in the streets saying to community leaders, ‘it’s on you.’  Many communities run these illegal aliens out of town on rails.  We don’t want them; we won’t care for them.  Meanwhile, moderate (almost a RINO) Florida Senator Rick Scott has authored a bill that will provide amnesty to so-called DREAMers in exchange for funds to complete the border wall.  White House?  Crickets…
  • 2021 Tuesday C:  Border Disaster News Pt. II- Joe Biden’s immigration plan does NOTHING to curb the illegal alien invasion.  (Note- he has NO plan.  Goldie).  Next, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas defends his crap-assed performance of taking care of illegal alien minors along the border.  His plan calls for them to be sardined together in worse conditions than anything President Trump ordered.  They sleep on cement floors, they get showers once a week, the food is shit, the babes are crying at night for their mothers, and this POS scumbag says he’s doing a ‘great job.’  Impeach this SOB.  Regarding Secretary Mayorkas, this loser is passing the buck by saying, “We are repairing the system the last guy disbanded.”  Sure.  Speaking of immigration, leading House Dems say there’s a bleak outlook when it comes to passing a coherent immigration bill.  (Note- this is the ONLY policy you need- build the wall and deport them all.  Period.  Goldie).   In other ‘border news,’ 10 Iranian nationals have been arrested along the southern border.
  • 2021 Tuesday D:   Border Disaster News Pt. III- Senator Joe Manchin, D-W. Va., becomes the first top-level Democrat to declare the travesty of the southern border to be a “MAJOR CRISIS.”  Thank you, senator, now do something to stop the invasion.  Meanwhile, Congressman Steve Scalise, R-LA 1st congressional district, says that ‘Joe Biden is doing everything he can to evade having to do something about the border catastrophe.’   Meanwhile, former New York state Congressman Peter King, R-NY 2nd congressional district, says that ‘Joe Biden is doing whatever he can to deflect away from the predicament he created on the southern border by not stopping the tidal wave.’  Impeach Biden Now.
  • 2021 Tuesday E:  Political News Pt. I- House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-CA 23rd congressional district, lets the Democrats have both barrels and then a reloaded both barrels over them trying to politicize the U.S. military, the National Guard, and federal law enforcement.  They are recruiting trannys, gays, and unfit people to be the frontline in defending our nation, even offering FREE sex-change surgeries for enlisted men, women, and ‘things.’[i]  We are going down.  (Note- looks like ‘Groping Joe’ Biden is doing everything he can to HELP the Chi-Coms).   Next, people are asking at Day #56 of the Biden administration, WHEN is ‘President Biden’ going to address the American people?  The country’s citizens are growing worried that they have elected a vegetable to the highest job in the world.   We concur.
  • 2021 Tuesday F: Political News Pt. II- The ‘Joe Biden tax plan’ continues facing increased pushback from the GOP as it’s a social-re-engineering plan, one that will transfer wealth all over the place while killing jobs, putting more people into the street, and destroying society.  Speaking of the Democrats, they claim to want to bring in Republican input for their ‘infrastructure plan’ (Note- their Green New Deal plan- Goldie) but so far have not met with Republicans.  Next, House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi is still trying to unseat Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks, R-IA 2nd congressional district, a woman whose race was certified and who has been serving in the House since taking the oath on January 3, 2021.  Speaker Pelosi is trying to OVERTURN her lawful election.  We must stop Mumbles.   Meanwhile, Congresswoman Kat Cammack, R-FL 3rd congressional district, says that ‘Joe Biden is doing EVERYTHING he can to circumvent the U.S. Congress.’
  • 2021 Tuesday G: My Pillow’s Mike Lindell is launching several countersuits against the crooked Dominion Voting Systems company out of Canada, accusing them of ‘racketeering’ as they try to intimidate him into silence.  We hope you get those scumbags, Mike, they have loads of explaining to do.   Next, President Donald J. Trump calls the Washington Post, aka WAPO, ‘an example of media travesty’ after it lied about the conversation he held with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger earlier in the year.   Regarding the Peach State, a judge in Georgia says he may order unsealing of the absentee ballots so investigators into election fraud in 2020 can perform a REAL audit.
  • 2021 Tuesday H:  Democratic Party News, Pt. I: Democrats in the U.S. Senate on the Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee are holding hearings on ‘housing in America.’  We know there is a shortage of housing right now because of the pandemic’s halt on new home construction.  What the Democrats seek are multi-family home dwellings so they can force more people into living with one another which is wholly un-American.  Yet that is what they do, they seek to bring Section 8 housing into a neighborhood near you.  Meanwhile, GOP lawmakers are pushing back against Democrats by seeking to include natural gas and nuclear energy as part of our energy creation sources with which to augment unreliable renewable energy sources.  Democrats want wind and solar period.   Finally, Democrats are pushing Senate Dems to get rid of the filibuster which is putting pressure directly atop moderate Democrats like Joe Manchin, D-W. Va.  (Note- the RNC is planning a counter-media blitz against the Democrats’ blitz on HOW GREAT the Chi-Vi Relief Bill is).
  • 2021 Tuesday I: Political Correctness News- Columbia University is going to put on six different graduation ceremonies- a) Native American; b) Asian; c) Latino; d) LGBTQIA+; e) gringos; and f) first generation students and low-income students.  Wow.  Martin Luther King Jr. would be rolling over in his grave.  For God’s Sake, people!  Meanwhile, Project Veritas released video of Facebook execs discussing how to avoid governmental oversight, rules, regulations, and what they deem to be interference.  Sadly for Facebook, 48 states currently have monopoly lawsuits going against FB.
  • 2021 Tuesday J: U.S. ‘Enemies’ News- On his first trip to Asia, U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Democrat, takes it to the Chi-Coms for their regional coercion of their neighbors.  Good for you but wait- don’t YOU have ties to the Chi-Coms, Secretary Blinken?  We believe you do.  This is all smoke and mirrors.  Next, a recent Gallup poll says that MORE Americans now view the Chi-Coms as a major threat following the lab-engineered pandemic they created and then released.   Meanwhile, the bastion of ‘freedom’- Russia- says it’s thinking of banning Facebook from their soil.
  • 2021 Tuesday K: Popular Culture News- this year’s Grammy Awards were among the worst ever what with a drop from 18.7 million viewers last year to a pitiful 7.9 million this year.  If you like watching hoochie mamas singing about that ‘Wet Hot Pu**y,” then good for you but people can see slut-bags seven days a week walking down the street.   Next, the “Amityville Horror” killer Ronald De Feo Jr. died in the joint at age 69.  Elsewhere, after Sharon Osbourne exercises the chutzpah to defend Piers Morgan on “The Talk,” the show goes into hiatus because the black chick, Sheryl Underwood’s feelings were hurt.
  • 2021 Tuesday L: Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo News- there is speculation that ‘seven Cuomo judges- will rescue him from being removed from office.  The investigation into “Killer Cuomo,” however continues as his accusers are undergoing depositions.  Meanwhile, Joe Biden won’t demand that his fellow groper “Killer Cuomo” be ejected from making COVID-19 calls to encourage people to rush out and get the vaccine.   Sexual deviates always stick together.
  • 2021 Tuesday M: Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom News- Little Gavin is now out there crowing that ‘if he gets a chance, he will appoint a black woman- ANY black woman to fill Senator Dianne Feinstein’s seat.’  We didn’t know that Senator Feinstein was going anywhere anytime soon?  Still, this is what liberals do when confronting the law, they begin promising to donate money to Planned Parenthood, wage war on the NRA, and do everything else liberals love.  Too little too late.   Newsom has awoken to the fact that he is probably going to lose his seat so he releases a commercial in which he blames HIS problems on: 1) the Far-Right; 2) QAnon; 3) Proud Boys; 4) Oath Keepers; 5) Donald J. Trump; 6) Newt Gingrich; 7) Mike Huckabee; 8) conspiracy theorists; and 9) everyone else he can blame HIS disasters upon and then some, i.e., white supremacists, racists, bigots, haters, and insurrectionists.   Michael Reagan says living in California is like in the Germany of the 1930s.  Could not have said it better ourselves.  Thanks, Mike.
  • 2021 Tuesday N: The National Rifle Association seeks to delay the deposing of its board members as the bankruptcy case makes it way through the courts.  Meanwhile, Grover Norquist of Americans for Tax Reform says that ‘Joe Biden wants to raise tax rates higher than what the Chi-Coms have, especially on corporations, and in so doing will kill wages, destroy jobs, and eliminate retirement savings.’  He also said that ‘increasing utility rates is akin to raising the taxes although it’s not an official raising of taxes.’  By raising corporate taxes, it diminishes the return on investments which will destroy retirement programs.  The government also seeks to legalize marijuana across the country so that it can reap the tax dollars.
  • 2021 Tuesday O: National Guard troops from Guam visited the office of Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, R- GA 14th congressional district, because she mentioned the name of the U.S. territory in a speech and referred to it as a ‘foreign nation.’[ii]  She blasted their ‘visit’ as little more than a political stunt.   Meanwhile, scientists are proposing to put a doomsday vault on the moon.   Next, ex-Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin wants George Floyd’s 2019 arrest released to the jury in his trial.   Meanwhile, New Mexico is advancing a bill that will allow assisted suicide for the terminally ill within their state.
  • 2021 Tuesday P: Here are the COVID-19 statistics for the planet as a whole: 120,505,974 confirmed cases, +657,693, 2,665,597, confirmed deaths, +11,956, and 68,325,205 confirmed recoveries, +293,341.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 29,719,808 confirmed cases, up 43,163 from yesterday’s reporting, 541,030 confirmed deaths, UP 578, and 115,759,310 confirmed recoveries.  Note- we are going to do our own estimates of recoveries based on percentages seeing as how the CDC won’t report them.  It would appear in the age of ‘Joe Biden,’ people are becoming sicker with the Chinese Virus and dying faster than they did under Donald Trump.  Time to impeach this pathetic, senile drooling POS.  NOW.   NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 212,553 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE United States- Vegetable Joe, in another two weeks, you will have tied the total number witnessed by the Trump administration in nearly a year of the Xi Jinping Bat Flu.    Note- Sweden becomes the latest nation to put a halt to further use of the AstraZeneca vaccine over pulmonary embolisms and blood clots.  Meanwhile, Moderna starts a study in which, they will inoculate children and study the effects.  Finally, that dimwit, the AMAZING Dr. Tony Fauci says, “inconvenient truths” came into play with our response to the China Virus crisis.  (Note- the Federalist reports that Democrats want “COVID-19 passports but when it comes to asking for ID at election sites, nyet.”
  • 2021 Tuesday Q: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,626,327 confirmed cases, 56,621 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 28,646 confirmed cases, 451 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same numbers for several days now).  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 353,322 confirmed cases, 5,192 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other piece of U.S. territory- Wyoming, aka the Equality State: currently, they have 55,352 confirmed cases, 693 confirmed deaths, and 54,231 confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 821,762 confirmed cases, 6,037 confirmed deaths, and 787,893 confirmed recoveries.   Let’s look at one other country- Canada, the home of the Guess Who, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and Rush: 915,868 cases of the old Wuhan Meat Market Malady, 22,519 confirmed deaths and 861,832 confirmed recoveries.  Speaking of the Chi-Coms, what’s the point: communist nations ALWAYS lie- you know it and we know it.
  • 2021 Tuesday R: Here are today’s Stock Market closes: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 32,825.95, DOWN 127.51 points (-0.39%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,471.51, UP 11.859 points (+0.09%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,962.71, DOWN 6.23 points (-0.61%).  The price of GOLD is $1,729.40 per troy oz., -1.50 (-0.09%) while the price of SILVER is $25.99 per troy ounce, -0.02 (-0.07%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,215.40 per troy oz, -3.70 (-0.30%) while the price of COPPER is $4.06 per pound, -0.01 (-0.34%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,498.70 per troy oz, -0.02 (-0.50%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $64.91 per barrel, +0.10 (+0.15%)  Currently, one-dollar U.S. = 6.51 Chi-Com yuan.   Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.84 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 20.61.  As for Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000018.   In Aruban florin, one greenback equals 1.78.
  • 2021 Tuesday S: Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.856 per gallon, $3.558 in Hawaii, and $3.281 in Washington state.  Time to allow the country to return to fracking, there Joe Biden.   Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,058,245,351,045 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.  Cloward and Piven running amok.  The country is going to implode.
  • 2021 Tuesday T: In some shocking news, a stockpile of commercial grade fireworks blew up in Ontario, California, killing two people.  The Ontario police chief said that officers were called on scene for another issue when the garage blew up killing the two and injuring others.  Next, Joe Biden’s handlers are establishing a commission with which to study packing the U.S. Supreme Court as well as other courts.  In other court news, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, D-RI, sent a new letter to the FBI demanding a NEW investigation into U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh.   Senator Whitehouse- a partisan POS- says the FBI investigation back in 2018 was ‘flawed’ and that witness information went into the circular file.  What a scumbag.
  • 2021 Tuesday U: Islamic jihadists attacked locals in Niger’s Tillaberi region killing at least 58 people and wounding countless others.   The people were returning home from a cattle market in Banibangou when the jihadists came racing up on motorcycles and began lighting the startled villagers up.  After they killed as many as they could and left the wounded to die, the reputed al-Qaida “B-team” then set local granaries ablaze in the hopes of causing famine throughout the region.  Time for the French Foreign Legion to arrive on scene and begin exterminating these Boko Haram-loving murderers, rapists, and thugs.
  • 2021 Tuesday V: NEWS FLASH: In Atlanta, Georgia, 8 people are shot dead at a massage parlor, most of the dead being female staffers.  It appears that happy endings for the night were no more.  The suspect whose image and car were captured on security tape was apprehended more than 100 miles south of the city.  No one knows the motive yet; it could have been fraud, it could have been QAnon, it could have been someone gave the shooter the clap.  We will await further developments.
  • 2021 Tuesday W: Mega-Millions Draw #1642 with a jackpot of $93 million on the line tonight: 10, 41, 46, 52, 69, and Mega 08.  Stay tuned for results on the winner(s). Out of 66,472 winning tickets, the highest winners were 37 people who had FOUR numbers for a prize of $437 apiece.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

While this might sound sexist, we don’t give a flying flip, old axmen are always in search of younger collaborators and thus we find German rocker Michael Schenker joining forces with fellow ‘axman’ Amy Schugar and her San Francisco rockers to deliver a great album.  “Under Construction” came out on November 18, 2003 and joining the dynamic duo were Fred Robinson (guitars), Tory Edwards (violins), Mark Lehman (bass), and Matt Indes (drums).  Some fans claim this album lifts their minds to higher, more ethereal levels, something with which we concur.  Having been there for the original Psychedelic Era (and man, was it a good time), the second blossoming of psychedelica has brought new listeners into a timeless movement.  If you want to hear some amazing music performed by some awesome musicians, this album is one that everyone should seek out and consider adding it to your collection.  We think you will be extremely glad that you did.

ENDNOTES:

[i] Jessie Jane Duff, GySgt. U.S.M.C. Retired says the purpose of the military is to break things and kill people, not to serve as some sort of laboratory for left-wing social scientists to transform our society into a freak show.  The U.S. Army is second-guessing its gender-neutral policies after record numbers of young women can’t cut the mustard (but they can always like the jar).  Instead of recognizing the differences between genders and working within that framework, the Pentagon is reducing standards for men so women can score better on their physical tests.  It sounds like it’s getting to be time to move somewhere else because an army of gays and trannys is not going to defend our nation.  Note- this is ALL Barack Hussein Obama’s fault- he’s the one who f**ked up the military.

[ii] Look, about ten years ago, Democratic Congressman Hank Johnson, Georgia, asked military leaders if MORE assets were sent to Guam would the island capsize and sink into the sea.  This moron STILL sits in Congress.  Whatever MTG said is nothing compared to this Rhodes scholar.

In order to fight Climate Change, to pay for the coming ‘social programs,’ to drag Trump supporters before boards of inquiry so they can get their heads straight, money will be required, vast sums of money, and thus we will be forced to hand over gold, silver, platinum, and anything else deemed of value and in their place, we will be given rings of PVC pipe as our wedding rings.

WINTER SESSION 2021

BLOG POST #3,731 AT THE AICP-END

ELECTION DAY 2020 PLUS SEVENTY-FIVE

After today, my ‘crystal ball’ has gone dark, no more Nostradamus for me…

Wasco, CA 93280, 01-17-2021 Sunday:  Like Nostradamus, I have been laying out some horrible predictions as to what I suspect could begin happening this upcoming week.  I fear with a transition from Donald Trump to Joe Biden and with all the political animosity and subversion occurring across our country, I think we have never been more vulnerable than we now are.  I am not trying to slam Mr. Biden, I merely am concerned that he either lacks the strength to contend with what could be coming or worse, will acquiesce to world events so he can concentrate on seizing control of the country.

Like the Russians, China, and North Korea, I suspect that Iran is going to cause trouble at the same time the other three countries do.  I mean, we would be talking about a war on four fronts and I fear our nation can barely only fight one.[i]

Let’s say that simultaneously as the Russians are reconstituting the former Soviet Union, the same time the Chinese are reincorporating Taiwan and waging war on India’s borders, and the same time the North Koreans are firing off missiles, conducting nuclear tests, causing incidents along the DMZ, and maybe even conducting commando operations in South Korea to destabilize that country, so, too, will Iran move. They will strike in the Persian Gulf as well as in neighboring Afghanistan against Coalition forces still stationed there with the goal of encircling them there.

I would suspect that Iran and their proxies in Iraq will seize control of Saddam Hussein’s former country creating a Greater Iran in a bid to reconstitute the Persian Empire.[ii]  They will then close the Straits of Hormuz except to Coalition of Evil member nations.  The Gulf kingdoms will be isolated as will Coalition troops in Afghanistan with their tenuous supply lines through Pakistan.

With Pakistan on their side, all efforts to withdraw or to resupply our troops there will implode and with thousands of lives at risk, Tehran would be able to blackmail Western nations and the U.S. with the entrapment of Coalition forces.  We will be forced into a fighting withdrawal of our troops as we were from North Korea in 1950 or will be forced to leave them there to wither and die on the vine like the German Sixth Army at Stalingrad.[iii]

With the Persian Gulf sown up tight, Houthi rebels will increase attacks on Saudi Arabia in an attempt to destabilize the desert kingdom as the Iranians will dial up the pressure on Arab countries farther west to separate them from Israel.  Attacks on America’s number one ally will come from Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria with pressure put onto the Jordanians to remain inactive or face annihilation.

Israel will stand alone and will either have to launch preemptive strikes against her enemies or face destruction.  I fear that with all the anti-Semites in Congress, no help will come for the Israelis from either a President Joe Biden or a President Kamala Harris administration.[iv]   Once again, what can either one do even if they wanted to do something?

Now that Al-Qaida and Iran are establishing a ‘relationship,’ I would suspect that attacks on U.S. and Western embassies across Africa and parts of Asia will begin occurring with a regularity not seen since the 1970s, 1980s, and even the 1990s.  Attacks on U.S. and Western infrastructure will occur across the world to the point that we will be on the defensive and unable to go on the offensive to stop them.   I also think Trump properties across the world will become victims of terrorist attacks.

Closer to home, caravans full of tens of thousands, maybe even hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens will roll up against the southern border wall and spill across the open areas with a regularity unseen since 2015, 2016, 2017, and even into 2018.  Our country will be destabilized, we will be overrun with crime, drugs, kidnappings, assaults, violence heretofore unseen in our country since the Civil War.  Again, what would President Joe Biden do?  Nothing.  He would blame US for the problems befalling us, saying that ‘since we voted for Donald Trump, these are our just desserts.’

That does it for my Nostradamus-like predictions.  I think we are in for one heck of a ride.  I think President Biden will surrender our technology to China and Russia, our drugs will continue coming from China, we will remain dependent on China, our space program will disappear, China will become the number one space power.  Life as we know it will cease to exist.[v]

One last thing I suspect President Joe Biden will do is to follow the example of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and that is to demand ALL Americans hand over their gold.

I just figured out that what I have envisioned are the End Times.  Oh, my Lord.

See you next time- if there is a ‘next time.’

This is a cartoon caricature of me when I was working at a restaurant in Wasco, CA, my hometown.  The up-and-coming Bakersfield, California, street artist Simone did portraits of each of us here at the blog so I hope you like them as much as I, ahem, do.  Ah, well, I joined the Chefs de Cuisine of Greater Bakersfield, ACF, not long after it was chartered and am still a member even though the chapter is no longer in operation.  I began working in foodservice in the late 1960’s, moved from Wasco, CA, to Monterey, CA, and then returned to my hometown in 2004.  I have been a food server, a Mixologist, and am a Certified Cook.  I am equally at home in both the kitchen and behind the bar (and on the floor, too).  My passions are numerous, and my favorite is working in the bakery whenever I have had a chance.

We begin offering CDs today by perhaps the greatest San Francisco bands of all time, the Jefferson Airplane.  Yesterday, we finished the first round of Quicksilver Messenger Service but folks, QMS would return in 2013 for Round #2; stick around for that.   As for the Jefferson Airplane, the band’s first album, “Takes Off,” hit record store shelves on August 15, 1966 and was a great debut album albeit featuring the band’s original singer, Signe Toly Anderson.  Even so—without Grace Slick, everyone else was here- Jorma Kaukonen (lead guitar/vocals), Paul Kantner (rhythm guitar/vocals), Jack Casady (bass), Marty Balin (vocals), along with their first drummer, Skip Spence, who would go on to found Moby Grape.  Great hippie, acid music to be sure, go to Amazon.com and buy this CD now—you will be glad you did.

ENDNOTES:

[i] Fighting the ‘forever war’ in Afghanistan has weakened us as a nation by siphoning away our wealth, our war fighters, our equipment, increasing our national debt, money we owe the Chi-Coms and other disreputable actors around the globe.

[ii] Everything the Iranians are doing has the goal of making them the number one power in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East.  Their empire would stretch from the borders with China all the way to the Mediterranean Sea which would allow them to insinuate their tentacles into the Near East and southern Europe.

[iii] I don’t know the mind of President Trump but I suspect he understands the dire problems that could befall Coalition troops ion Afghanistan which is why he is trying to get them out before he’s out of office.  We know he loves America’s fighting men and women.  I hope he is successful in this much-needed endeavor.

[iv] As old as we are, we do not recall a level of Antisemitism the likes of which we are seeing in the United States ever before.  This is crazy.  To me, it’s a sign of the End Times.

[v] IF China makes it to the moon and beyond before we return or go deeper into space, we are going to be wholly owned by them.  Period.  Game over.  Not good for my grand-babies and their family members.

IF the Chi-Coms and their Democratic stooges can collapse the American middle classes, they will be well on the way to toppling us a nation and putting socialism in its place

Back in the 1960s when Nikita Khrushchev spoke before the United Nations General Assembly, he took off his shoe and banged it atop the podium and told the assembled body in regard to America, “We will bury you from within.” Well, it’s taken longer than he thought but right now, communism is ascending. The question is, what are we going to do about it?

“IF the Chi-Coms and their Democratic stooges can collapse the American middle classes, they will be well on the way to toppling us a nation and putting socialism in its place” by Chef Fritz Schlependrecht, CMC-ACF

SUMMER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,600 AT THE AICP-END

56 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

In 1960, Nikita Khrushchev promised to bury the United States; although the USSR is long gone, the Chi-Coms and their Democratic allies are well on the way to doing it now…

Pasadena, CA 91101, 09-08-2020 Tuesday: Yesterday, I raised a topic one or two of my other colleagues here at the AICPENDBLOG.COM have mentioned at one time or another, the fact that the goal of the Chi-Coms and their Democratic allies in this country is to bring about the ruination of the middle class so as to topple America from within by destroying one of its greatest attributes, the ability for those in the lower economic classes to claw their way up into the middle classes, even into the upper classes.  All one need do is to devote oneself to working long hours and putting as much enthusiasm  and dynamism into it as possible.

Granted, not everyone succeeds but the fact is, YOU CAN SUCCEED HERE, chiefly if you are willing to make the correct choices in life such as (1) don’t have kids out of wedlock, (2) don’t get married too young; (3) don’t gamble, drink excessively, or do drugs, (4) don’t overspend but do save money as well as start retirement accounts at a young age and get life insurance, and (5) if you get knocked down, get back up.  Far too many people simply give up and call it a day.  You see, the greatest successes in life are people who NEVER give up but who continually press on and on and on…

This is not to say that life does not deliver some fastballs because it does.  As long as one continues trying, they generally succeed.  I would also suggest having faith in something higher has the miraculous ability to do wonders for one’s positivity which is why my family and I have enjoyed enormous success.

People come to this country because they understand that they can flourish here more so than anywhere else in the world.  This is why people are willing to trek thousands of miles through inhospitable/unfriendly places to come here, why they will suffer in the backs of stiflingly hot truck-trailers, in shipping containers, hell, in the wheel-wells of jumbo airliners, all because they want to come here, work hard, and experience the American Dream.

As far as I see it, we are in a death struggle with the Chi-Coms.  It is US or it is THEM.  To think that they are NOT interfering is to admit absurdity because they are and I suspect that when the election is over, the American people are going to ascertain just how deep the Chi-Com tendrils go.  We have heard that ‘every 10 minutes in the United States, another Chi-Com misdeed or spying attempt is unearthed’ which should tell everyone that the PRC is actively working against us so they can become the top dog on the block.

If the Chi-Coms can disable the “American Dream” by toppling the middle class, they can then transform the United States into what every other country around the world is, the haves, and the have-nots.  It is easy to placate the have-nots by throwing them some of what the haves had while in the upper economic levels, most of those big corporations and wealthy folks are only too happy to sell out their fellow countrymen as long as they can retain theirs (for the time being) and so we find ourselves in a caste system of sorts.

All this is well underway as the first step in this hidden war is to divide the American people against one another, thus we have the constant drumbeat of ‘white people are bad’ and everyone else must take whatever they have in order to make things equal, i.e., ‘reparations.’

The Democrats have been hard at work carrying out this phase of the takeover by doing this long and hard what with all the BS ‘white fragility’ and ‘white privilege’ and all the rest of the endless and baseless charges they continue spewing.  It is akin to what al-Qaida did in Iraq during the insurrection there back in 2004-2008 which was to split the people into factions so they could go against one another.  This made it easier for the Islamists to gain control.

Sunnis, Shias, Jews, and Christians had lived alongside one another for decades, even under the reign of Saddam Hussein but once the United States and its Coalition partners stormed in, the dead-enders, the Iranians, and al-Qaida were able to begin the fraying of national cohesiveness, turn everyone against one another, and to destroy any centralized control so as to topple the nation and then remake it how they wanted it to be- an Iranian client state with the Sunnis at the bottom.

The same thing is occurring here in the United States.  Up until Barack Obama came along, we were doing much better in living together with one another, there were more mixed-raced marriages than ever, more interracial kids than ever, more acceptance of this group and that and then along comes Obama-Biden and they pour gasoline atop every issue that pops up, thus ripping Americans apart from one another.

I think Beijing is calling the shots along with the Russians and some other anti-American actors with the intent that if they can destroy not only the middle classes but our history, our common beliefs, and our religious foundations, they can then establish socialism and away we go.

Back in the 1960s when Nikita Khrushchev[i] spoke before the United Nations General Assembly, he took off his shoe and banged it atop the podium and told the assembled body in regard to America, “We will bury you from within.”[ii]  Well, it’s taken longer than he thought but right now, communism is ascending.  The question is, what are we going to do about it?

See you tomorrow.

Say what you will, every record company of every band compiles various collections and live recordings for release to the public.  In 1995, AIM Records in Australia released a live recording of the Flamin’ Groovies recorded down-under.  Entitled, “Live at the Festival of the Sun,” the album emanates from a concert recorded in October 1987 so the only members of whom we know for sure on the record is guitar whiz, Cyril Jordan and bassist George Alexander  We hope you will investigate the album further).  We wholeheartedly urge every fan of this crazed rock-and-roll band to look for this glorious 2-CD set, one that is well worth whatever price your favorite site for rock music charges- you will be glad you did.  Thanks.

[i] All the people he murdered in the Ukraine on behalf of his boss, Josef Stalin, earned Nikita the nickname, the “Hangman of the Ukraine.”

[ii] Interesting note: I went to research this online and found only sites proclaiming to fact check historic events claiming this was ‘not so, that there’s no evidence for it.’  Well, I can remember my parents discussing this at various times and I remember as a teenager seeing the old thug banging his shoe atop the U.N. podium as he promised to ‘buy us’ as a nation, either in 1959 or 1960.  Use duckduckgo to find the truth but another of his quotes is that we would not have to invade you, we will bury you from within which is the way most communist regimes seek to topple free nations.  If you don’t think that Antifa and Black Lives Matter aren’t Marxists, you are deluding yourselves.

Sadly, numerous court challenges by the Pro-Death lobby have kept it blocked from implementation. Next, President Donald J. Trump granted a full pardon to Conrad Black, a former newspaper publisher who had written a flattering political biography of Trump. (In 2007, a jury convicted Black of fraud in 2007 and he spent more than three years in prison). Next, California fire officials said an investigation found that power lines owned by PG&E Corp. had sparked a blaze that killed 85 people and nearly destroyed the town of Paradise in 2018; it was the deadliest U.S. wildfire in a century. Elsewhere, Mexico City declares a state of emergency after air pollution reaches toxic levels. How come the environmentalists are down there screeching about how Mexico is destroying the environment?
  53. 2020 Friday: Blue states continue to chafe under far-left, pro-communist China governors. In California, things continue being locked down with ultra-left Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti promising a lockdown of the city through August. Meanwhile, nut-bag Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer continues crying about how ‘Nazis and KKK and pro-Confederacy, misogynists, and other horrible white trash are trying to drive her from office. Bitch: YOU need to go. Elsewhere like in New York and other states continue suffering and dying while Red States like Georgia and others that have reopened or are reopening as we speak continue to see fewer cases and far less deaths.
  54. 2020 Friday A: COVID-19 Kung Flu stats for the day: around the globe, we have 4,534,952 confirmed cases, 307,108 confirmed deaths, BUT 1,633,185 confirmed recoveries. In the United States, we have 1,472,143 confirmed cases, 88,199 confirmed deaths, and 259,834 confirmed recoveries. In the three states in which, we have chef-authors, California, Hawaii, and Washington state, here are the numbers, California first: 73,164 confirmed cases, 3,032 confirmed deaths, BUT 0 confirmed recoveries; the question is WHY? Hawaii: 638 confirmed cases, 17 confirmed deaths, and 565 confirmed recoveries. Washington state where lunatic Governor Jay Inslee demands restaurant owners follow Gestapo methods such as taking names and addresses of diners so his army of SS contact tracers can visit them (people are going to get shot), we have: 17,826 confirmed cases, 991 confirmed deaths, BUT 0 confirmed recoveries. Like Gov. Gavin Newsom, Gov. Inslee is a political hack and deserves a swift boot in the butt and removal from office. The American people understand WHO is responsible for this mess, it’s the communist Chinese and their Democratic Party partners. That’s right, the REAL collusion is between Beijing and the Democratic Party. You would have to be blind NOT to see it…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

#PF001.1z Hitchhiking #26 05-04-2020 (400) (400)

Roger Waters first official ‘solo’ album, “The Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking,” came out on April 30, 1984 and is yet another concept album, this time about a gentleman driving through the Golden State who picks up a female hitchhiker and does the nasty.  As always, Waters puts his unique spin on any story he decides to tell and this one is no different.  We love it and know you will, too, so please look into it.  Joining the multi-instrumentalist/vocalist is a cast of top musicians, ranging from Eric Clapton (guitars), Andy Bown (keyboards/guitars), Ray Cooper (percussion), and loads of others.  Please, look into it and consider making the album a part of YOUR collection; you will be glad you did.  We thank you.
