111. TODAY IN HISTORY—THURSDAY, APRIL 21, 2022

28. 1954 Wednesday: The People’s Army is launching an all-out assault on the Foreign Legion held strongpoint of Huguette 1. The communists have labored to dig approach trenches right up to the wire as well as to pull in heavy weapons for close range support. According to some Legion survivors, the last that was seen of their comrades was that they were fighting back-to-back atop the command bunker, throwing back one human wave assault after another of howling communists until finally, everything fell into silence. Still, the fighting at Dien Bien Phu will continue.

  66. 2020 Tuesday A: COVID-19 Evening Update– As of tonight, the world claims 2,563,384 confirmed cases of China’s lab-engineered virus, the Kung Flu.  The world stats show there are 177,415 confirmed deaths what with 681,477 confirmed recoveries.  IN the United States, there are 824,698 confirmed cases what with 45,297 confirmed deaths, and 75,050 confirmed recoveries.  As for the world’s ‘friends,’ the communist Chinese, they still claim 88,423 confirmed cases what with 4,632 confirmed deaths and 81,785 confirmed recoveries.  As we say, “Communists always lie and so the Chinese continue doing so.”  Soon, they will be paying the price as almost every nation encircling the globe is suffering from this unnecessary disaster.

  72. 2021 Wednesday E: U.S. National Debt And Gasoline Prices In The Three States In Which We Have Chef-Authors– Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.976 per gallon, $2.814 in Florida, $3.755 in Hawaii, and $3.390 in Washington state.[xiv]    Let’s look at one other location- Massachusetts: $2.757.  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,197,874,203,119 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xv]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  73. 2021 Wednesday F: Joe Biden’s Ongoing Border Catastrophe– Things are going to hell along the southern border that Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, RINO, is calling up the National Guard and deploying them to his state’s border with Mexico.  In fact, Senators Mark Kelly, D-AZ, and Kyrsten Sinema support the governor’s efforts to halt the invasion.   Meanwhile, lawmakers on both sides of the aisle want to know WHEN Joe Biden or “Kooky Kamala” Harris is going to visit the border and behold the BORDER CATASTROPHE that is occurring there 24/7.  This must stop.  NOW.
  74. 2021 Wednesday G: Crime And Punishment News / U.S. Department Of Justice News–  Senile old hag, House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi, continues blathering on about how ‘great it was for George Floyd to give up his life and to call out for his mama’ as he lay dying beneath the knee of convicted murderer and former Police Officer Derek Chauvin.  The leftists being what they are ALWAYS require martyrs so they can forge ahead with their sick agenda and poor Mr. Floyd was just another brick in the Democratic-Socialists’ wall.  Speaker Pelosi must lose her seat in 2022.  Meanwhile, U.S. Attorney General Merrick “The Mole” Garland announced that the feds are launching an investigation into the Minneapolis Police Department in a renewed drive to federalize as many police departments as possible.  This is what socialist-communist societies do, they bump up local law enforcement to federal level so they can then move them around- like the People’s Republic of China- so that law enforcement has NO ties to the communities they serve which leads to greater police brutality and mistreatment of the citizenry.  You can count on it.  This is precisely what the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act (or whatever BS name it goes by) is all about, federalizing ALL local and state law enforcement.  In other crime news, following the police shooting of a young black female attacking another with a butcher knife in Columbus, Ohio, last night, Democrats and their ‘tool’s like LeBron James are screeching for blood.  Someone, please, kick LeBron’s stupid ass.  Finally, a Virginia cop was fired- we repeat, FIRED- for donating $25 to Kyle Rittenhouse’s defense fund.  WTF?  Lt. William Kelly, an internal affairs officer in the Norfolk, Virginia, police department was terminated when his superiors learned of this callous doing in a FREE country.  Wow.
  75. 2021 Wednesday H: Crime And Punishment News Ii– After the Chauvin verdict yesterday, ‘peaceful protesters,’ aka Antifa, in Portland, Oregon, assaulted people on the street, set Starbucks stores ablaze, and attacked cops on the street.  Speaking of Officer Chauvin, he is being held in protective custody, i.e., in solitary confinement, to protect him from his fellow inmates.   Meanwhile, the four detestable skanks of the Squad, Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DS-NY 14th congressional district, Ilhan “Allah Akbar” Omar, DS-MN 5th congressional district, Rashida “Foul Mouth” Tlaib, DS-MI 13th congressional district, Ayanna “Chrome Dome” Pressley, DS-MA 7th congressional district, and newbie Cori “The B***h” Bush, DS-MO 1st congressional district, are driving up race hatred across the country while having the taxpayers spend tens of thousands of dollars to PROTECT THEM.
  76. 2021 Wednesday I: Foreign News / Overseas News I– In the case of ‘comfort women’ used by Imperial Japanese forces in the Pacific during World War II, South Korea- a country from which many of the sex slaves were taken- sides with Japan.   Speaking of South Korea, President Moon Jae-in says that ‘President Donald J. Trump failed to solve the North Korean problem.’  Uh, okay, but he gave it a better shot than any president since Ronald Reagan.   Next, Senator Marco Rubio, R-FL, says that the Chi-Coms WON’T reduce carbon emissions, nor will they slow their growth as the United States will willingly do.’  He is 100-percent correct.
  77. 2021 Wednesday J: Joe Biden Administration News I– Joe Biden is sending members of his Cabinet out to the various states to shill for his INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN, the one that costs $3.2 trillion, that very few want.   Speaking of the faux president, the Associate Press reports that Joe Biden plans to halve CO2 emissions by 2030 which means higher energy costs, less energy reliability, and a diminished middle class.   Next, Joe Biden plans to use his upcoming address to a joint session of Congress supposedly sometime in May to push for POLICE REFORM across the country.   Meanwhile, a stuttering and stammering Joe Biden says that he believes the bar to ‘convict cops is too high.’   Maybe you should zip your lips until AFTER justice has occurred there, Mr. Faux President.
  78. 2021 Wednesday K: Political News I– Book publishers, Simon & Schuster announce that they reject a petition demanding they DON’T publish a book by Vice President Mike R. Pence.  They are going to move ahead with publication, damn the torpedoes.  Next, RINO King former Governor Chris “Krispy Kreme” Christie, N.J., says he could run for the White House in 2024.  It will be to YOUR embarrassment there, Big Boy.  Speaking of New Jersey, they are going to permit Gender “X” on the state’s driver’s licenses and identification cards.  Oh, goodie, kowtowing to the freaks yet again.   Meanwhile, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy says that failing to censure Congresswoman Maxine “Prune Face” Waters, DS-CA 43rd congressional district, yesterday has weakened both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Department of Justice.  As you know, she went to Minneapolis, Minnesota, over the weekend to stir up a lynch mob and to intimidate the jury in the trial of now-convicted murderer, Derek Chauvin.
  79. 2021 Wednesday L: Political News II– It appears that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, RINO, is becoming vulnerable amid ongoing attacks by President Donald J. Trump.  Former Democrat-turned-Republican and former state Representative Vernon Jones, GA 91st district,  is in a powerful position to knock Governor Kemp out in the primary election of next year.  Meanwhile, ever-drooling, nonagenarian House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi, DS-CA 12th congressional district, is floating the idea of a BIPARTISAN January 06, 2021, Commission to get to the bottom of the False Flag, Antifa-and-Black Lives Matter-infiltrated Trump supporters that then became a mob and stormed Capitol Hill.  (Note- it does not require loads of intelligence to visualize that most of those people storming the Capitol, waving Confederate flags and what not weren’t crazed leftists bent on intimidating true protesters, lawmakers, and the American people into accepting what they know was stolen: the 2020 Presidential Election).
  80. 2021 Wednesday M: Political News III–  Next, the FBI releases a report on the shooting of Rep. Steve Scalise, R-LA 1st congressional district, the one that occurred on June 14, 2007, in Alexandria, Virginia, when a crazed BERNIE SANDERS VOTER attacked a baseball practice for House Republicans.  The FBI decided that the slain shooter, James Hodgkinson wanted to carry out a…wait for it…suicide by cop.  That’s right, that’s what the esteemed Federal Bureau of Investigation- in the hands of ‘highly capable’ Director Chris Wray pulled out of their hat.  What a deduction.  How sad is our world today?  Our government has become fully corrupted and it’s a shocking thing to behold for patriots.
  81. 2021 Wednesday N: California Lottery Results– Here are the results for the Super Lotto Draw #3553 with a $40 million jackpot on the line: 03, 12, 17, 41, 42, and Mega 23.  Out of 114,936 winning tickets, the highest winner was ONE person who had FIVE numbers but NO Mega for a prize of $40,636.   The winning ticket was sold at Fast Stop in Lake View Terrace, CA 91342.  Next, here are the numbers for the Powerball Draw #838 with a $90 million pot up for grabs: 21, 25, 32, 63, 67, and Powerball 06.  Out of 50,586 winning tickets in California, the highest winner was ONE person who had FOUR numbers plus the Powerball for a prize of $27,206.
  82. 2021 Wednesday O: In Long Beach Township, New Jersey, former member of the Four Seasons- bassist Joe LaBracio, aka Joe Long (1965-1975)- died at age 88.
  83. 2022 Thursday: COVID-19 Statistics for The Planet as a Whole– 507,641,496 confirmed cases, +850,060, 6,235,358 confirmed deaths, +3,748 and 459,886,859 confirmed recoveries, +995,697. 84. 2022 Thursday A: Joe Biden to Donald J. Trump Covid-19 Deaths– Note: since Joe Biden became president on January 20, 2021, there have been 568,290 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE United States- intellectually inadequate old Joe, by the end of the year, you will have tied the total number seen by the Trump administration in a year of the raging coronavirus pandemic. Under President Trump’s watch, there were 404,645 fatalities from the Chi-Com Bat Virus.  From this point forward, ALL COVID-19 deaths are atop Joe Biden.  He has surpassed President Donald J. Trump’s 15-month number by 203,535 Chi-Com lab-engineered virus deaths in FIFTEEN MONTHS.  Joe has accomplished this onerous task in 456 days.  He promised that he would lockdown the virus, NOT the country.
  85. 2022 Thursday B: COVID-19 Statistics in the four states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 9,173,641 confirmed cases, 89,980 confirmed deaths, and 8,934,741 confirmed recoveries.  Moving on, here are the numbers for Florida: 5,939,573 confirmed cases, 73,789 confirmed deaths, and 5,806,452 confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 245,035 confirmed cases, 1,407 confirmed deaths, and 238,065 of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 1,479,559 confirmed cases, 12,650 confirmed deaths, and 1,439,677 confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other part of the U.S., Guam: they have 47,902 confirmed cases, 354 confirmed deaths, and 47,259 confirmed recoveries.[xviii]

  88. 2022 Thursday E: U.S. National Debt and Gasoline Prices in The Four States in Which We Have Chef-Authors– Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising and lowering by the day and NOTE- these prices are sans TAXES- in California, gasoline prices have moved to $5.689 per gallon, $4.113 in Florida, $5.243 in Hawaii, and $4.684 in Washington state.[xxiii]    Let us look at one other portion of the United States: Massachusetts- $4.124.  We are going to do something else that could be fun- gasoline prices around the world going from cheapest to highest.  The next country on the list has the 23rd LOWEST gasoline price in the world- Colombia: $2.398 per U.S. Gallon.[xxiv] Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $30,399,844,953,328 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but frigging TRILLIONS.[xxv]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do which is not good- those two bastards should have met their ends on the chopping block.  As for holders of U.S. debt, after Australia the next largest holder of U.S. debt is United Arab Emirates.  This nation holds $40,000,000,000 of U.S. debt (it is important to note that these numbers vary every day with one nation after another jockeying for top position).
  89. 2022 Thursday F: Joe Biden’s Ukraine-Russian Manufactured Crisis– Russian President Vladimir Putin is declaring ‘victory over Mariupol’ even though the Ukrainian defenders fighting in the ruins of the steel factory continue killing Russians by the score.  They will not surrender and it’s clear to any observer that Mariupol could become Putin’s Stalingrad, sort of a Putingrad.  Going to be good watching them annihilate the Russians.  In other areas where Ukrainian civilians have been victimized and crushed, the Russians are raising red victory flags.  Sounds like the Soviet Union is struggling to return for Round 2.  The Russians are preparing ‘referendums in the occupied areas’ so the grateful Ukrainians can kowtow to their Soviet masters.
  90. 2022 Thursday G: Joe Biden’s Ukraine-Russian Manufactured Crisis II– Although it would be a good show of support for the United States to reopen its embassy in Kyiv, the Biden regime is resisting calls for it to do this morale-boosting step.  WTF is up with slobbering Joe?   Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says his country requires $7 billion per month to sustain his nation and its fight against the Russians.  Today, we also learned that money Joe Biden is sending to Ukraine also is helping to pay its civil service.  Wow.  In other news, Russia has slapped travel bans on Vice President Kamala Harris, the REAL PRESIDENT Ron Klain, and on Meta-Facebook’s ‘Little Mark’ Zuckerberg.
  91. 2022 Thursday H: Joe Biden’s Border Catastrophe I– The 8th busload of Joe Biden’s illegal aliens arrived in Washington, D.C., today.  Keep ‘em coming.  Next, 21 red states are joining forces to stop the Biden regime ending Title 42 on May 23.  Vice President Kamala Harris has been in charge of the U.S.-Mexico border for the past 384 days and it’s been 298 days since she arrived to do the job.  Since the first day of the year, the cost of caring for the illegal aliens is $707,111,130.  The cost of caring for the illegals since the Biden-Harris regime took charge is $42,452,916,873.  The number of illegals who have entered the U.S. since January 01, 2022, is an appalling 1,129,483.  The conservative low estimate of illegals living in the U.S. is 46,561,140.  We believe the truer number is close to 85-125 million illegal aliens. (Sources for the AICPENDBLOG.COM Illegal Alien Numbers: Center for Immigration Studies, Department of Homeland Security, Federation for American Immigration Reform, Institute for Defense Analyses, Yale, MIT, and, of course, the God-given common sense each of us has at his or her disposal).
  92. 2022 Thursday I: Foreign News-Overseas News I– Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban meets with Pope Francis with the Russo-Ukrainian War as their backdrop.  Meanwhile, mystery continues surrounding WNBA star Britney Griner’s arrest and imprisonment in Russia.  In other horrifying news, Beijing has inked deals with the Solomon Islands and with Kiribati so its ships and security personnel can use them as ‘transit sites.’  (Note- the United States fought at Guadalcanal in the Solomon Islands and at Tarawa in present-day Kiribati during World War II and now the Chi-Coms have built forward bases threatening not only Australia and New Zealand but Hawaii and Guam as well as continues the isolation of Taiwan).
  93. 2022 Thursday J: Health and Medical Alerts– U.S. Senate candidate in Pennsylvania, Dr. Mehmet Oz, says, ‘it’s time to for the U.S. to get back to reality on COVID-19.’  Next, the U.S. claims it’s extending COVID-19 vaccine mandates for illegal aliens at the southern border.  Uh, okay, sure you are.  Illegals can run around without following any COVID-19 mandates while the Biden regime is appealing the judge’s recent ruling ending mask mandates on public transit.
  99. 2022 Thursday P: Joe Biden Regime News I– The Biden regime is launching a new program with which it claims it will beckon in Ukrainian refugees but not across the U.S.-Mexico border.  That is for the Russians, the Third World, and the Chi-Coms to push their agents across amidst the sea of illegal aliens.  Next, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain- uh, ‘President’ Joe Biden- announces another $800 million in military aid to Ukraine.  How much will the Biden Family skim off the top?  We shall see.  Meanwhile, the Biden regime has banned Russian vessels from visiting American ports.
  100. 2022 Thursday Q: Joe Biden Regime News II– The FAA is going to review the parachute stunt that occurred yesterday in the nation’s Capital that caused a mass evacuation from the U.S. Capitol Building.  Next, here is one that is a head-scratcher: the U.S. Supreme Court is backing Joe Biden’s decision to DENY benefits to Puerto Rico.  What benefits are we discussing?  Well, these federal benefits provide help to low-income, elderly, and blind citizens.  These benefits provide help to low-income, elderly, and blind citizens and Joe Biden- with the support of the John Roberts’ Supreme Court is denying these benefits to low-income, elderly, and blind Puerto Ricans.  Where the hell is Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DS-NY 14th district, on this topic?  Her Abuelita lives in the PR so she should be screeching like a flipping banshee, yet she’s silent.  (Note- the chief justice must truly fear the Dems packing the court as why would he back a crazy move such as this?)
  101. 2022 Thursday R: Joe Biden Regime News III– Thirteen of the victims of Larry Nassar are suing the Federal Bureau of Investigation for $130 million for having f**ked up the investigation into the perverted coach.  Next, the Biden regime has contracted the release of another 30 million barrels of oil from the nation’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve.  We suspect that like previous withdrawals under the Biden regime, this oil will flow overseas to our ‘allies’ and not to the American people.  Speaking of the oil rip-off, Rep. Rick W. Allen, R-GA 12th district, says that ‘Joe Biden’s energy policies are bringing pain to the American people.’
  102. 2022 Thursday S: Joe Biden Regime News IV– U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen weighed the cost of the Russo-Ukrainian War on Russia’s frozen assets.  Next, Vice President Kamala Harris has lost her 13th staffer- this time, her Chief of Staff Tina Flournoy.  What can you say?  The VP is a bitch who slept her way to the top.  This is fitting justice for one half of this fraudulent administration, YOU steal an election, Karma has a way of coming back and biting you on your ass and this administration is going down the crapper.  Next, left-wing, Obama economist Austan Goolsbee says that the pandemic shutdowns are the main cause of the sky-rocketing inflation eating away at average Americans’ bank accounts.
  103. 2022 Thursday T: Nancy Pelosi’s January 06-2021 False Flag Operation– Famed radio talk show host, Infowars’ Alex Jones, is seeking immunity from the January 06, 2021, Select House Committee.  Next, Donald Trump Jr. is expected to meet with this sham committee.
  104. 2022 Thursday U: Political News I– Although this sounds somewhat hopeful, the Cook Political Report says that 27 Democrat-controlled House seats are in the toss-up column in November.   Next, U.S. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, RINO-CA 23rd congressional district, denies ever having advised President Donald J. Trump that ‘if they impeach you, you should resign.’  He would never have said something such as that, huh.  We are beginning to suspect Leader McCarthy is in the same class with “Cocaine Mitch” McConnell and Senator Mitt Romney, RINO-UT.
  105. 2022 Thursday V: Political News II– Never say that President Donald J. Trump’s endorsements don’t matter (although this one leaves us puzzled).  J.D. Vance- venture capitalist and author- has seen his lead in the race for retiring Senator Rob Portman’s seat in Ohio has leapt by 7 points to the good.  One of his Republican challengers- Mike Gibbons- says he still can’t forget that Vance voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016.  Neither can we.
  106. 2022 Thursday W: Political News III–  Talk about turning something once good into a piece of festering cow crap, other than Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the JFK Profiles in Courage Award is going to Rep. Liz Cheney, RINO-WY At-large district, as well as to Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, DS, the Copper State’s House Speaker Rusty Bowers, RINO, and to Peach State Election Department employee Wandrea “Shaye” Moss.
  107. 2022 Thursday X: Big Tech News– In a ‘put up or shut up move,’ tech multi-billionaire Elon Musk has $46.5 billion in cash with which to buy Twitter.  The price he is offering is $54.20.  Next, folks, it’s so successful that following its launch on March 29, 2022, it’s official: CNN+ is shutting down on April 30, 2022.  Adios, Chris Wallace.  POS.  In other news, the Florida House of Representatives voted to strip Disney of its special governing and taxation privileges.  This did not come easy, however, as Democrats and their rent-a-mobs of LGBTQIA+ crazed psychos tried to carry out an ‘insurrection’ a la January 6, 2021, of their own although very few news media sites are labeling it as such- but we will.
  108. 2022 Thursday Y: Sports News I– Here’s an interesting one: the NFL says that the black coaches’ discrimination lawsuits lack merit.  Wow.  We thought the NFL was all WOKE now and here they are throwing the black coaches’ suits under the bus.  Shame on them.
  109. 2022 Thursday Z: Miscellaneous News I– The Pro-Death Movement in Kentucky gains a temporary win what with a stay on the state’s new anti-abortion law.  For some reason, the Trump campaign has been ordered to pay $1.3 million in damages and attorneys’ fees to former adviser Omarosa Manigault.  Finally, some glorious film hit the news cycle today.  Some dumbass airlines passenger was hassling Mike Tyson during a flight and wouldn’t take ‘buzz off’ for an answer.  The former heavyweight champion turned around and punched the living shit out of this dimwit who then posted photos of his bloody face on TikTok.  Will they ever learn?

[i] The music of this famed British band, Family as well as the spin-off group, Streetwalkers, appeared on Tuesday, 08-October-2013 through Thursday, 31-October-2013.  Sadly, at the time, we failed to promote the music of both Axis Point as well as Roger Chapman’s solo catalog so we hope to correct those mistakes sometime within the next five years.

[ii] We began presenting the music of the Animals, of Eric Burdon and the Animals, of Eric Burdon, Eric Burdon and War, and War beginning on Monday, 08-June-2015 and the presentation ran through Sunday, 02-August-2015.  We hope you will seek them out and consider making them a part of your listening pleasure.

[iii] When the time will be right for the presentation of Elvis Presley is unknown but if we are still going strong in the 2030s, we expect to do so.  Please, stay tuned.

[iv] Not clear as to when we present the music of the Fairport Convention and of Richard Thompson, their famed guitarist but we sure as heck hope we do within the next decade.

[v] We promoted “Led Zeppelin IV” on Saturday, 12-July-2014.  This ranks among the greatest albums of all time.

[vi] This whack-job girl- Greta Thunberg- should get some sort of mental and emotional aid because she and other young people like her have been indoctrinated by people seeking to deploy them to carry out their Marxist agenda.

354. TODAY IN HISTORY—MONDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2021

72. 2020 Sunday C: President Donald J. Trump refutes Fake News claims that he is going to seize government and declare martial law. We know this cannot happen because the military already said, ‘they aren’t going to get involved in the election.’ Meanwhile, the president continues trying to push a stimulus bill for the American people as lawmakers continue haggling with one another over a COVID-19, aka Kung Flu, relief bill that neither Democrats nor Republicans seemingly can pass.

  53. 2004 Monday: In a sobering assessment of the Iraq War, President George W. Bush acknowledged during a news conference that Americans’ resolve had been shaken by grisly scenes of death and destruction, and he pointedly criticized the performance of U.S.-trained Iraqi troops.  Elsewhere, attorneys presented opening statements in the Robert Blake murder trial in Los Angeles.  A jury later acquitted him of killing his wife, Bonny Lee Bakely, but in a civil trial, the jury found him liable in a wrongful-death lawsuit brought by Bakley’s family.

  56. 2007 Thursday: The U.S. House Intelligence Committee subpoenas the former head of the CIA’s National Clandestine Service Jose Rodriguez to bust his balls over the destruction of CIA interrogation tapes of jihadist thugs and murderers in CIA custody.  Ah, well, you can’t get everything you want.  Meanwhile, the so-called ‘religion of peace,’ Islam, strikes again as a suicide attack targeting a Pakistani government official kills at least 50 people and wounds loads of others.  Elsewhere, four Palestinians get themselves killed as they attempt to attack Israel along its border with the Gaza Strip.
  57. 2008 Saturday: Reuters reports that three submarine cables mysteriously break that disrupt telephone and internet communications between the Middle East and Asia.
  58. 2009 Sunday: In Palm Springs, California, James Gurley, former lead guitarist with the San Francisco band, Big Brother, and the Holding Company[viii] suffers a heart attack at age 69 and dies.   Elsewhere, U.N. climate talks end in failure thanks to no binding deal among the world’s nations.  Instead, the U.S., Communist China, South Africa, Brazil, and India met behind closed doors and hammered out a NON-binding agreement known as the Copenhagen accord by which, the nations would ‘agree’ to doing better but are under NO obligation to do so.   Meanwhile, as the swine flu (another pandemic from communist China) runs amok, President Barack Obama gets his injection for the disease.
  59. 2010 Monday: The Obama administration seeks the ability to launch raids into Pakistan deeper than they have before.  We thought President Obama was opposed to widening wars or starting new ones.  My, my, my!  Meanwhile, there is a reason for this: a report says that over the course of 2010, 700 foreign troops have lost their lives in Afghanistan to foes who hide across the border in- you guessed it- Pakistan.
  60. 2011 Tuesday: In Egypt, thousands of women protest the Cairo police for having beaten numerous female protesters in Tahir Square in Cairo.  The top U.S. Army general in Iraq- Lloyd Austin- returns from the devastated country.   Meanwhile, the U.S. military rests its case in the courts martial of Private Bradley Manning, the young soldier who handed reams of classified intel over to Julian Assange and WikiLeaks.
  61. 2012 Thursday: People across the United States are supposed to undergo a moment of silence in remembrance of the victims of the Sandy Hook Massacre.   Meanwhile, Vice President Joe Biden and members of the Cabinet and law enforcement officials from across the country met to discuss what could be done about the out-of-control gun violence across the country.  As it would turn out, NOTHING.
  62. 2013 Friday: For the first time since 1927, the Bakersfield High School Drillers football team won the state championship by beating Loomis-Del Oro Golden Eagles in the CIF Division I State Bowl Championship in Carson City, California.  The final score was 56-26.

  64. 2015 Sunday: At the recent Democratic Presidential Primary Debate, Senator Bernie Sanders and former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton go to town on one another over the role of the U.S. military in the world.  Hillary a hawk and Bernie a Chi-Com-loving dove have different views.  Former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley was there, too, but no one gave a s**t.
  65. 2016 Tuesday: Outgoing President Barack Hussein Obama bans oil drilling in both the Arctic and along the Eastern Seaboard.  Meanwhile, the World Meteorological Association says that 2016 is going to be the hottest year on record driving young climate change activists to run amok in the streets, believing the planet is going to die.  Four years later, it’s still here and doing better, no thanks to the Chi-Com Bat Flu of 2020.   Elsewhere, the Trump transition team continues requesting information from the U.S. State Department regarding its donations to environmental groups.
  66. 2017 Wednesday: Democracy Now (and other liberal groups) are wailing that the Republican-controlled Congress passes a massive tax overhaul group that is going to benefit the nation’s richest Americans and corporations.  Again, the ‘richest Americans and corporations’ provide the most jobs.  Meanwhile, as rent-a-mobs protest in the streets, the very same congress passes a budget bill that won’t provide additional aid to DREAMERS.  Oh, boohoo.
  67. 2018 Thursday: After ‘disagreements’ with President Donald J. Trump on military strategy- namely, keeping troops in West Africa, East Africa, Afghanistan, and Syria- U.S. Secretary of Defense James “Mad Dog” Mattis announces his resignation effective at the end of the year.  The president would send him packing sooner…
  68. 2019 Friday: Awaiting the House Democrats to walk the impeachment papers over to the U.S. Senate, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and his fellow GOP senators plot the upcoming impeachment strategy.  Unable to really generate honest articles of impeachment against President Trump, the Democrats have cobbled together two laughable articles of impeachment which over the course of time would become known to everyone.  The Democrats in the Senate would DEMAND WITNESSES.  Folks, the Senate hears from NO witnesses as the Senate members are the jury and the party doing the impeachment presents its case, win, or lose.  Elsewhere, President Donald J. Trump establishes the U.S. Space Force on this date to counter Chi-Com, Russian, and Iranian threats in the war domain of outer space.

  70. 2020 Sunday A: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Yellow Bat Flu- the -disease the Chi-Coms manufactured in their Wuhan biowarfare lab and their allies, the Democratic Party- used to throw the election to “Pro-China Joe” Biden, aka “Chi-Com Joe”:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 76,760,893 confirmed cases, +634,728, 1,692,151, confirmed deaths, +8,617, and 43,244,094 confirmed recoveries, +280,463 (last week, the number was much higher so some funny business is going on here, folks).  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 17,975,428 confirmed cases, up 346,135 from yesterday’s reporting, 320,595 confirmed deaths, UP 3,061, and 7,925,626 confirmed recoveries, UP 67,965.
  71. 2020 Sunday B: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 1,869,125 confirmed cases, 22,653 confirmed deaths (number readjusted DOWN from last week), and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 20,257 confirmed cases, 282 confirmed deaths, and no longer any mention of confirmed recoveries at this point.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 226,551 confirmed cases, 3,169 confirmed deaths (down from a week ago), and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let’s look at one other state: Georgia- currently, they have 562,479 confirmed cases, 10,383 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let’s look at Israel’s numbers now that Mo is living there: 374,760 confirmed cases, 3,099 confirmed deaths, and 348,106 confirmed recoveries.   Speaking of Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu received his Bat Flu vaccine today on live TV.  Elsewhere, although the world is contending with the Wuhan bat flu, economist Stephen Moore says ‘2021 should be very bright thanks to the Chi-Vi vaccine.’ Meanwhile, U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams says the country ‘should be normal by later spring or early summer.’  Finally, the Moderna vaccine is out on the road in the U.S. and people could be receiving their vaccinations tomorrow.
  72. 2020 Sunday C:  President Donald J. We begin voting them out in 2022, 2024, 2026 and on and on and on.  Meanwhile, outgoing Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard- a leader of the people- is pushing for COVID-19 relief for small businesses.  Will anyone listen?
  73. 2020 Sunday D: The Save America Bus Tour with Senator Ted Cruz at the helm pulls into Cumming, Georgia, today.  Yesterday, it was in Savannah, as the battle to keep the U.S. Senate from the communist Democrats continues.  Meanwhile, as we continue learning more dirt on that scumbag, Congressman Eric “Farter-in-Chief” Swalwell and his ties to the Chi-Coms via to sleeping with an MSS agent for several years, information is beginning to come to light on another Democrat Congressman Adam Schiff.  A driving force in the fake impeachment of President Trump and his phone call with Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine’s president, we now learn that Schiff has deep ties to Burisma, the Ukrainian natural gas company.  Boris Pasternak of Burisma held fundraisers for Congressman Schiff as well as funneled money from George Soros’ left-wing ‘think tanks,’ Atlantic Council being one.  He also received cash from Blackrock and Franklin-Templeton Investments.  What a scumbag.
  74. 2020 Sunday E: The ‘religion of peace’ strikes again in Kabul, Afghanistan, as two car bombings kill nine people and wound another 20 citizens.  One must love Islam.  Meanwhile, U.S. troops are leaving Somalia for neighboring countries.  Elsewhere, the U.S. emplaces sanctions on Chi-Com companies involved in the phony elections in Venezuela.  Finally, in Great Britain, Prime Minister Boris Johnson is using the communist Chinese virus to cancel Christmas and more or less declares a severe lockdown of the British people all in the name of protecting people from the Wuhan Bat Flu.  Boris has gone crazy.
  75. 2020 Sunday F: “Tiger King” Joe Exotic is seeking a pardon from President Trump.  Former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin, R, is urging a pardon for Julian Assange as are many for Edward Snowden.  Meanwhile, President Trump tweets that ‘John Bolton is the stupidest man alive.’  Many of us used to believe Mr. Bolton was a good man; we now know he is little more than a worthless POS who embodies the Military-Industrial Complex and endless, endless war…
  76. 2020 Sunday: This is where we were at last year: even though it’s Sunday, the Chi-Coms and their allies in Canada, Iran, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, and in the Democratic Party here in the U.S. are up to no good.  Stick around to discover exactly what they are doing…

Sunday, December 20, 2020, Today in History:

We feel compelled to share with our new readers that we are an OPINION SITE and not a NEWS SITE although we do report the news.  If anything, we are big history buffs which is why we have been going strong since early 2009…

ENDNOTES:

[i] We hope to advertise this book for historical purposes on this date.

[ii] We promoted the music of the Association beginning on Wednesday, 25-September-2013 through Monday, 07-October-2013.  These guys were amazing, we hope you will check them out and consider adding them to your growing collection of albums and CDs.

[iii] We look forward to sharing the music of KISS sometime in the next 10-15 years.  We hope you will still be with us when we do because YOU won’t want to miss them.

[iv] We expect to do the music of Jethro Tull, Wild Turkey, Ian Anderson, and Paris sometime in the next 5-6 years.  We hope you will still be with us.

[v] We promoted the music of the James Gang beginning on Saturday, 11-August-2012 through Monday, 27-August-2012.  We did not do the solo discography of Joe Walsh at the time but when we arrive at the Eagles, we most certainly will.

[vi] We hope to share the music of the Eagles, Joe Walsh, Don Henley, Glenn Fray, and others, including Poco, sometime in the next decade.  Please remain with us.

[vii] This is typical of liberal leftwing judges as communists do not believe in God and always go after any mention of God or His ‘intelligent design,’ because communists do not want humankind to believe in anything greater than human beings.  We say, “BULLSHIT” to this, shame on the judge.  If leftists did not fear God as much as they do, they would remain silent.  You never see leftist judges go after Muslims.

[viii] We promoted the music of Big Brother and the Holding Company, beginning on Monday, 18-July-2011 through Tuesday, 26-July-2011.  At the time, we were not farsighted enough to offer the music of Janis Joplin but hope to do so at some point in the near future when we return to promoting the music of American rock bands.

  62. 2019 Tuesday: The New York Times reports that President Donald J. Trump knew of the so-called whistleblower complaint at the time he withheld $391 million in military aid to the Ukraine earlier in the week.  Next week, impeachment hearings will begin in earnest as the raving lunatic Democrats are determined to remove the 45th president for ‘trumped up charges.’   Meanwhile, illicit videos make it out of Iran showing the government’s bloody crackdown on protesters demanding FREEDOM.  It’s not pretty what with blood flowing in the streets of Tehran and in other cities around that deplorable country.

Trump.’  We don’t need you, you worthless POS.  By the way, how’s your wife, Mika?  She wears the pants in the family…
  64. 2020 Thursday A: Next, we learn that “Pro-China Joe” Biden may appoint the worst friend the U.S. military has ever had as his next secretary of Defense.  Wow.  Elsewhere, the Department of Justice announces that federal executions can proceed as execution methods can utilize a variety of means to carry them out.  Excellent.  Meanwhile, the U.S. Army Corps of engineers says, “NO,” to a Canadian company’s plans to build the Pebble Mine in pristine salmon breeding grounds.  Excellent.  F**k Canada and F**k their Dominion Voting Systems bulls**t.  They have declared war on us.  Finally, the Chi-Coms are reaching out to U.S. allies Japan and South Korea.

  66. 2020 Thursday C: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Yellow Fever, Chi-Com Virus, the Wuhan Horseshoe Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 60,719,579 confirmed cases, +617,692, 1,427,184, confirmed deaths, +11,072, and 38,904,777 confirmed recoveries, +451,954.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 12,905,665 confirmed cases, UP 226,456 from yesterday’s reporting, 265,740 confirmed deaths, UP 2,215, and 6,406,159 confirmed recoveries, UP 54,301.  Here are the stats for Israel now that Mo is living there: 331,915 confirmed cases, 2,826 confirmed deaths, and 319,921 confirmed recoveries.
  67. 2020 Thursday D: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous, anti-communist American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 1,170,425 confirmed cases, 18,981 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 17,561 confirmed cases, 233 confirmed deaths, and as of last week, NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 161,214 confirmed cases, 2,825 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let’s look at one other state: Kansas- currently, they have 150,515 confirmed cases, 1,503 confirmed deaths, and NO mention of confirmed recoveries.
  68. 2020 Thursday E: One America News host Pearson Sharp shared a major investigative look into COVID-19, how many people have been harmed by the lockdowns and restrictions and how the politicization of Plaquenil, aka hydroxychloroquine, simply because President Donald Trump had mentioned it as a possible treatment led to the deaths of far more people than were necessary.  OAN also pointed out that there are more adverse health issues caused by the hysteria over the Chi-Vi from Wuhan, communist China and how hospitals and doctors were pressured into listing all deaths in which anyone who might have tested positive but was not ill from the disease but from another condition or malady and then died as a ‘COVID-19 death.’  We know that politics has corrupted everything in our society all because of who the president is.      What’s more, the Democrats, we believe, conspired with the Chi-Coms to release this disease in the hopes that it could be used to flip the election  to “Pro-China Joe” Biden and his senatorial sidekick, Kamala Harris.  Speaking of “Pro-China Joe,” he gave his first Thanksgiving Day address online and ONLY 1,000 people tuned in to hear it with most of them abandoning it within the first 2-3 minutes and go elsewhere.  And “Pro-China Joe” won 80,000,000 votes.  Sure.  Sure, he did.
  69. 2021 Friday: Stick around for the news of the day…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Simon Nichol released his second official solo album on May 13, 1992, “Consonant Please Carol.”  An amazing artist, songwriter, and vocalist, the man has his English and Celtic folk rock down.  Joining Simon are Dave Pegg and Danny Thompson (basses), John Kirkpatrick (accordions), Maartin Allcock (basses, guitars, keyboards), two singers, and loads of other musicians joining the veteran British musical legend.  This one can sometimes be challenging to find; however, if you visit sites such as AllMusic, Discogs, and other online emporiums of music, you might find it at a decent price even by visiting eBay and other such sites.  Ah, well, seek it out and if able to give it a listen, please do so.  We think you will enjoy it as much as do.  We still listen to our fading LP format of the record.

156. TODAY IN HISTORY—SATURDAY, JUNE 05, 2021

Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump confirms he is seeking a $2 billion arms deal including the main U.S. battle tank- the M1A1- as well as a restock on all other offensive weapons. Beijing goes ballistic and expresses their immense displeasure that the American running dogs would do such a horrible thing as to sell weapons to a free and independent country. (Note- a year later, it would appear they paid us back with COVID-19…well, later this year. Coincidence? Don’t count on it).

  52. 2021 Saturday: Ah, it’s the weekend, let’s hope it’s a slow news day…oh, wait!  President Donald J. Trump is speaking at the North Carolina GOP Convention in Greenville this evening.  That is going to send a shiver of cold fear down the backs of the Bidenistas and the Chi-Coms…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Jethro Tull heard their critics loud and clear- stop with the lengthy pieces and avoid going down the pop road.  Thus, the next album the band released- “A Minstrel in the Gallery”- came out on September 05, 1975.  The lineup featured Ian Anderson (vocals, flutes, guitars, keyboards), Martin Barre (guitars), Jeffrey Hammond (bass and keyboards), John Evan (keyboards), and Barriemore Barlow (drums) and the album more resembled the band’s first four studio albums than it did any of its immediate predecessors.  We enjoy this album and know that you will, too, so we encourage everyone to seek this one out at your favorite site for nothing but the absolute BEST in music and then adding it to your ever-growing collection.  We began offering the best music back in the early days of 2009 and have continued that effort to the present day.  Please, check it out, give it a good listen, and enjoy.

  47. 2004 Monday: In a sobering assessment of the Iraq War, President George W.
  48. 2005 Tuesday: New York City union members shut down the subway system and the bus system for three days.  Meanwhile, a federal judge ruled that “intelligent design” could not be mentioned in biology classes in a Pennsylvania public school district, delivering a stinging attack on the Dover Area School Board. [vii]
  49. 2006 Wednesday: In Great Britain, the Home Office announces plans to require foreign nationals living in the country to have a biometric ID card.  We need the same thing in the United States, for Pete’s sake!  Meanwhile in Somalia, as the civil war there continues, heavy fighting erupts around the interim government’s base at Baidoa.
  50. 2007 Thursday: The U.S.
  51. 2008 Saturday: Reuters reports that three submarine cables mysteriously break that disrupt telephone and internet communications between the Middle East and Asia.
  52. 2009 Sunday: James Gurley, former lead guitarist with the San Francisco band, Big Brother, and the Holding Company[viii] suffers a heart attack and dies.
  53. 2010 Monday: The Obama administration seeks the ability to launch raids into Pakistan deeper than they have before.
  54. 2011 Tuesday: In Egypt, thousands of women protest the Cairo police for having beaten numerous female protesters in Tahir Square in Cairo.
  55. 2012 Thursday: People across the United States are supposed to undergo a moment of silence in remembrance of the victims of the Sandy Hook Massacre.   Meanwhile, Vice President Joe Biden and members of the Cabinet and law enforcement officials from across the country met to discuss what could be done about the out-of-control gun violence across the country.  As it would turn out, NOTHING.
  56. 2013 Friday: For the first time since 1927, the Bakersfield High School Drillers football team won the state championship by beating Loomis-Del Oro Golden Eagles in the CIF Division I State Bowl Championship in Carson City, California.  The final score was 56-26.
  57. 2014 Saturday: Peshmerga forces in Iraq push ISIS forces off part of Sinjar Mountain, liberating 1,500 or so Yazidi families who had fled there after the terrorist army drove them from their villages in the valley below the mountain.  Meanwhile, the Obama administration sends four Afghan POWs back to their home country after having held them for more than a decade at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in the camp there.
  58. 2015 Sunday: At the recent Democratic Presidential Primary Debate, Senator Bernie Sanders and former U.S.
  59. 2016 Tuesday: Outgoing President Barack Hussein Obama bans oil drilling in both the Arctic and along the Eastern Seaboard.
  60. 2017 Wednesday: Democracy Now (and other liberal groups) are wailing that the Republican-controlled Congress passes a massive tax overhaul group that is going to benefit the nation’s richest Americans and corporations.  Again, the ‘richest Americans and corporations’ provide the most jobs.  Meanwhile, as rent-a-mobs protest in the streets, the very same congress passes a budget bill that won’t provide additional aid to DREAMERS.  Oh, boohoo.
  61. 2018 Thursday: After ‘disagreements’ with President Donald J. Trump on military strategy- namely, keeping troops in West Africa, East Africa, Afghanistan, and Syria- U.S. Secretary of Defense James “Mad Dog” Mattis announces his resignation effective at the end of the year.  The president would send him packing sooner…
  62. 2019 Friday: Awaiting the House Democrats to walk the impeachment papers over to the U.S.

  64. 2020 Sunday A: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Yellow Bat Flu- the -disease the Chi-Coms manufactured in their Wuhan biowarfare lab and their allies, the Democratic Party- used to throw the election to “Pro-China Joe” Biden, aka “Chi-Com Joe”:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 76,760,893 confirmed cases, +634,728, 1,692,151, confirmed deaths, +8,617, and 43,244,094 confirmed recoveries, +280,463 (last week, the number was much higher so some funny business is going on here, folks).
  65. 2020 Sunday B: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 1,869,125 confirmed cases, 22,653 confirmed deaths (number readjusted DOWN from last week), and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.
  66. 2020 Sunday C:  President Donald J. We begin voting them out in 2022, 2024, 2026 and on and on and on.  Meanwhile, outgoing Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard- a leader of the people- is pushing for COVID-19 relief for small businesses.  Will anyone listen?
  67. 2020 Sunday D: The Save America Bus Tour with Senator Ted Cruz at the helm pulls into Cumming, Georgia, today.
  68. 2020 Sunday E: The ‘religion of peace’ strikes again in Kabul, Afghanistan, as two car bombings kill nine people and wound another 20 citizens.
  69. 2020 Sunday F: “Tiger King” Joe Exotic is seeking a pardon from President Trump.
  70. 2020 Sunday G: Even though it’s Sunday, the Chi-Coms and their allies in Canada, Iran, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, and in the Democratic Party here in the U.S. are up to no good.  Stick around to discover exactly what they are doing…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

The J. Geils Band would deliver its finest album on October 26, 1981, “Freeze-Frame.”  Folks, in the era of MTV, this album and the band was made for Music TV.  This would be the last album to feature the original lineup- John “J.” Geils (guitars), Peter Wolf (vocals), Seth Justman (keyboards/vocals), Danny Klein (bass/vocals), Stephen Jo Bladd (drums), and “Magic Dick” (harmonicas/saxophones)- because their success was so great, it would cause Peter Wolf to become full of himself and depart.  Ah, well, it was a heartbreaker at the time but NO reason not to look for this album as it contains the amazing title track, “Centerfold,” “Angel in Blue,” and “Flamethrower,” all of which kept this album Number One for at least a month and those songs on the radio for decades to come.  We hope everyone will seek this album out and add it to your collection- you will be so glad you did- of that, we guarantee!

FOOTNOTES:

331. TODAY IN HISTORY—THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2020

X. 1942 Thursday A: On the Eastern Front, after Luftwaffe chief Hermann Goering had assured Adolf Hitler that the German air force could supply the entrapped Sixth Army and the Fourth Panzer Armies in and around Stalingrad, supplies that would total 500 tons per day just to keep the army supplied to the fullest, the weather prevented the less than adequate number of supply aircraft landing more than 130 tons since Tuesday. What made things even worse is that the Luftwaffe would not cooperate with Wehrmacht quartermasters so much of what came was unusable such as boots for right feet but not the left, marjoram, pepper, and contraceptives. As author John Shaw points out in a Time-Life Book, at least the soldiers within the cauldron could disguise the flavor of the rats they soon found themselves forced to eat.

  54. 2012 Monday: Following the self-granting of legal protections to Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi so he cannot be challenged by the nation’s legal system or other government functionaries, the people of the nation take to the streets to protest this dictatorial Islamist thug.   Meanwhile, the United Nations release a report lambasting the world’s wealthier nations for not keeping their pledges to fund Climate Change programs.  Good for them.  When the Chi-Coms, Russia, and India get onboard, so will the rest of the world’s nations.
  55. 2013 Tuesday: CBS suspended journalist Lara Logan after she admitted that portions of her ’60 Minutes’ Benghazi attack report covering the death of U.S. Ambassador Christopher J. Stevens, were false.  Meanwhile, the U.S. Supreme Court agrees to take up a challenge to the Obamacare mandate regarding ALL employers- no matter who they are- must provide ‘contraceptive,’ aka abortions and drugs that cause abortions- in their healthcare coverage.  Elsewhere, the U.S. flies B-52 bombers through areas the Chi-Coms claim in the South China Sea.

  59. 2017 Sunday:  As #MeToo continues taking names and numbers, both houses of Congress find themselves under intense pressure to disclose the names and the settlement amounts of the numerous congressmen-and-women who have been accused of sexual abuse and then used taxpayer dollars to buy the silence of the victims.   One of the culprits in the media brought down by #MeToo- the highly unlikable Charlie Rose- has awards given him by two schools of journalism- one at Arizona State University and the University of Kentucky- rescinded.  POS.
  60. 2018 Monday:  As liberals continue wailing about the ‘mistreatment’ of illegal alien families in Tijuana, Mexico, President Trump defends the U.S. Border Patrol’s use of tear gas to disperse the milling throngs trying to storm the point of entry.  The President points out that the parents and the so-called ‘grabbers’ who grab an unaccompanied illegal alien minor thinking they can enter the country and then claim asylum.  Boohoo, people, stop with the alligator tears.  Meanwhile, to the horror of leftist journalists, President Trump disputes recent findings on Climate Change which 13 U.S. government agencies claim will reduce the country’s GDP by 10-percent come the year 2100.  Uh, okay.
  61. 2019 Tuesday: The New York Times reports that President Donald J.

Trump decides to light up the Shiite nation.  Meanwhile, the U.S. Supreme Court strikes down New York Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo’s ban on church services during the Chi-Com-Virus (“CCV”) outbreak ravaging the Empire State, one inflicted upon the citizens of the state by the ignorant governor and his moronic sidekick, NYC Mayor Bill Di Blasio.  Good going!  Elsewhere, Disney announces that it will be laying off another 32,000 employees due to all the Chinese Virus lockdowns and restrictions left-wing governors and mayors are imposing on their theme parks.  Finally, that dimwit Joe Scarborough of “Morning Joe” infamy says he ‘won’t be going back to the GOP because it supported Donald J. Trump.’  We don’t need you, you worthless POS.  By the way, how’s your wife, Mika?  She wears the pants in the family…

  64. 2020 Thursday B: Week 12 of the NFL 2020-21 Season kicks off today but only with TWO games as staff for the late teams test positive with the Chi-Com Virus.  First, we have (1) Houston Texans, 41 (4-7) @ Detroit Lions, 25 (4-7) 9:30 A.M.  Next, we have (2) Washington Redskins, 41 (4-7) @ Dallas Cowboys, 16 (3-8) 1:30 P.M.
  65. 2020 Thursday C: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Yellow Fever, Chi-Com Virus, the Wuhan Horseshoe Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 60,719,579 confirmed cases, +617,692, 1,427,184, confirmed deaths, +11,072, and 38,904,777 confirmed recoveries, +451,954.
  66. 2020 Thursday D: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous, anti-communist American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 1,170,425 confirmed cases, 18,981 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.
  67. 2020 Thursday E: One America News shared a major investigative look into COVID-19, how many people have been harmed by the lockdowns and restrictions and how the politicization of Plaquenil, aka hydroxychloroquine, simply because President Donald Trump had mentioned it as a possible treatment led to the deaths of far more people than were necessary. Sure.  Sure he did.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

On April 26, 2011, Foreigner released its second “Extended Versions,” an album that emanates from yesterday’s offering, “Can’t Slow Down…When It’s Live,” but does not include the entire concert but only the extended versions for those who dig that sort of thing.  Some bands play the setlist sans any deviations but for those that perform different versions every show, well, God bless them, because it bestows additional concert albums on the fans.  Here’s the lineup: Mick Jones (guitars), Thom Gimbel (guitars, vocals, keyboards, and horns), Michael Bluestein (keyboards), Jeff Pilson (bass, vocals), Jason Sutter (drums), and Kelly Hansen (vocals).  Friends, this is bargain-priced so what the heck do you have to lose?  Seek it out, give it a listen, and add it to your collection- you will be glad you did.
