123. TODAY IN HISTORY—MONDAY, MAY 03, 2021

FF. 1954 Monday: Fighting continues at Dien Bien Phu. At Isabelle, French Foreign Legionnaires send out combat patrols to clear communist approach trenches ringing them on all sides. Fighting is fierce in the style of World War I with hand grenades, knives, rifle butts, and brass knuckles. Once again, the communists are driven away, the Foreign Legionnaires bring in captured weapons to augment what they have left. In the main camp, officers are going through the hospital seeking anyone who can load or fire a weapon to return to duty in defense of the camp. The walking wounded pick up arms and head back to the fight. It is US or it is THEM and when it comes to communists, the only good communists are dead communists.

Trump does a digital town hall from the Lincoln Memorial with Fox News Channel.  Of course, his Democrat enemies blast him for ‘doing it there.’  “Anywhere else other than the Lincoln Memorial” is what they cry and whine but anywhere Trump would have done it would have met the exact same criticisms.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Before there was Badfinger, there was the Iveys, a band that formed in Swansea, Wales, and became the first outside band signed to the Beatles’ Apple label.  The group consisted of Pete Ham (lead and backing vocals, lead guitar, and keyboards), Tom Evans (lead and backing vocals, rhythm guitar), Ron Griffiths (bass guitar, lead and backing vocals), and Mike Gibbins (drums and percussion, backing and lead vocals).  The group’s first album, “Maybe Tomorrow,” came out on July 04, 1969, and was slated to be issued worldwide; however, for some still unknown reason, it only hit record stores in Japan, West Germany, and Italy which would make this album an expensive collector’s choice once they changed their name from the Iveys to Badfinger and became a massive global phenomenon.  We wholly recommend this album as it’s one for the history books, the start of something amazing as well as extremely tragic which is why we recommend it with as much vigor as we possibly can.   At Amazon.com, you can get the CD for about $20 while on vinyl, it goes for around $200.00.  Seek it out and give it a listen- enjoy.

. In other Joe Biden news, Catholic bishops are suggesting that Joe Biden should NOT take communion because of his insane push for abortions at all stages of fetal and post-fetal development. We concur, Joe Biden should be excommunicated from the Catholic Church along with every other pro-abortion Democrats. It is an evil and a sin.

  6. 2021 Thursday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE THREE STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $4.010 per gallon, $2.790 in Florida, $3.787 in Hawaii, and $3.436 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other location- North Carolina: $2.661.  We are going to do something else that could be fun- gasoline prices around the world going from cheapest to highest.  The next country on the list has the fourth lowest gasoline price in the world- Algeria: $1.306 per U.S. Gallon.[x]  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,228,516,653,001 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xi]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Thursday F: JOE BIDEN’S BORDER CATASTROPHE- The nation is all atwitter over last night’s ‘Joe Biden address to a Joint Session of the Congress,’ because Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, R-CO 3rd congressional district, sitting up in the gallery was wearing a mylar blanket like all the illegal alien brats use to cover their bodies in the illegal alien holding pens.
  8. 2021 Thursday G: JOE BIDEN REGIME NEWS I- Speaking of the ‘Biden agenda,’ Senator Tom Cotton, R-AR, says that ‘Joe Biden’s radical agenda is dead on arrival in the U.S. Senate.’  Next, the Senate is interviewing the next round of Joe Biden’s ‘judicial picks,’ most of them far-left whackos as the Dems seek to move on from the conservatives the Trump administration got onto the nation’s federal courts.
  9. 2021 Thursday H: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS- GOP lawmakers are requesting an inspector-general investigation into Climate Czar John F. Kerry’s close ties to the criminal regime in Tehran, what many say are treasonous ties.  It is clear that the Biden administration WON’T investigate John Kerry’s Logan Act violations unless, of course, it’s time to throw him under the bus for some misdeed within the administration.  Speaking of the Iranians, after the leak of the audio tape hit the news cycle in which the Iranians were discussing the help John F. Kerry provided them on ongoing Israeli covert operations in Syria, the presidential office is undergoing an extreme shakeup as they seek the rat(s) who leaked the damning evidence of collusion between “Lurch” and the mullahs.  Meanwhile, Maria Butina, a Russian intelligence operative (or so the feds claimed) who did time in an American prison is seeking to win a seat in Russia’s Parliament.   Speaking of Russia, allies of Alexei Navalny are closing down various of his offices over a harsh crackdown by the Putin government.
  10. 2021 Thursday I: POLITICAL NEWS I- The U.S. Department of Justice is going to launch civil rights violations charges against convicted Minneapolis Police Department Officer Derek Chauvin as well as the other three officers awaiting their trials.  You might ask, ‘doesn’t double jeopardy exist?’  In this country, NO longer, NO more.  If the federal government doesn’t like the outcome of a criminal trial, it can come in, dump in loads more charges, and go to town.  This is not right and should not be condoned otherwise, the feds can take repeated swings at the same crumbling apple.  ALL of us are in danger.  Next, New York City Mayor Bill Di Blasio says that ‘New York City will fully reopen on July 01.’  We’ll see.  Moving on, after Senator Tim Scott, R-SC, gave last night’s rebuttal to Joe Biden’s incoherent speech, “Uncle Tim” was trending on Twitter before- after about 12 hours- Twitter took it down.  They wanted to make sure enough people saw it before removing it.
  11. 2021 Thursday J: POLITICAL NEWS II- Former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolam said on Newsmax today that he believes the seizure of Rudy Giuliani’s electronic devices- other than the hard drive from Hunter Biden’s laptop– demonstrates how the U.S. Justice Department has become totally politicized.  He alluded to the fact that prior to this- the third warrant- Justice Department officials sought two prior warrants to go after Rudy Giuliani but were denied each time.  Thus, they had to await a change in leadership at the DOJ, i.e., Merrick “The Mole” Garland becoming the attorney general.  With him sitting in the big chair, the enemies of Rudy easily got the warrants they sought and the rest is history.  However, many are curious as to WHY the feds did not seize Hunter’s hard drive?   Also, as in other Trump allies’ treatment at the hands of the feds, the FBI made sure that reporters were on scene so they could see “America’s Mayor” embarrassed if that is at all possible.  They showed up at 6:30 a.m.  Hmmm, no wonder why there is the FBI show on TV… finally, in other U.S. government news, the feds will maintain the ban on menthol-flavored cigarettes and cigars.
  12. 2021 Thursday K: POLITICAL NEWS III-  Senator Ted Cruz, R-TX, and Senator Josh Hawley, R-MO, are both refusing corporate donations.  Because they WOKE, man, the corporations that is.

Here is how socialism works- you grind law enforcement and the military in the dirt, kick them in the teeth, beat them up, purge them, and then when they can take no more, you make a deal: so things don’t return to the way they were- you being public enemies- you will now serve as storm-troopers and go after our enemies. YOU can do whatever you want to them and without any oversight or parameters. This is evil- glad I am now in Israel- Mo. We love and cherish our freedoms…

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 560

JOE MADE IT 65 MINUTES!  LET’S HAVE A TICKER TAPE PARADE, CONFETTI DROPS, MIRROR BALLS, IT’S TIME TO CELEBRATE!

118. TODAY IN HISTORY—WEDNESDAY, APRIL 28, 2021 UPDATE A:

DAY NINETY-NINE OF THE BIDEN REGIME

At least Joe didn’t start mumbling, “Uh, I better stop or I am going to get in trouble…” guess his handlers let him go past his bedtime…

  1. 2021 Wednesday: COVID-19 STATISTICS FOR THE PLANET AS A WHOLE: 149,036,962 confirmed cases, +1,092,267, 3,141,143  confirmed deaths, +39,173, and 127,736,203 confirmed recoveries, +73,711,824.  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 32,983,695 confirmed cases, UP 608,093 from yesterday’s reporting, 588,337 confirmed deaths, UP 9,175,[i] and 25,584,727 confirmed recoveries, UP 24,064.  Note- we are going to do our own estimates of recoveries based on percentages seeing as how the CDC won’t report them.[ii]
  2. 2021 Wednesday A: NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 273,886 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE United States- feeble old Joe, in another four to five weeks, you will have tied the total number witnessed by the Trump administration in nearly a year of the rampaging coronavirus pandemic.
  3. 2021 Wednesday B: COVID-19 STATISTICS in the four states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,736,197 confirmed cases, 61,480 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Moving on, here are the numbers for Florida: 2,222,546 confirmed cases, 35,030 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 32,397 confirmed cases, 478 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 400,386 confirmed cases, 5,510 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s).  Let us look at one other portion of the U.S., Montana, a state with a superb governor: they have 108,402 confirmed cases, 1,556 confirmed deaths, but no mention of confirmed recoveries.[iii]   The White House is slamming Joe Rogan for being so brash as to urge healthy young people NOT to get the Chi-Vi vaccine.  We concur.  We aren’t getting this s**t.  Meanwhile, Pfizer’s antiviral COVID-19 pill could be out at the end of 2021.  In other news, the New York Times says that Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo aka the Love Gov aka the Gropin’ Gov went to great lengths to cover up the massive number of deaths he caused by sending COVID-19-positive patients BACK into nursing homes thus to infect and then eliminate them.  This is diabolical and this thug must go to prison.[iv]
  4. 2021 Wednesday C: Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 838,285 confirmed cases, 6,361 confirmed deaths, and 830,273 confirmed recoveries.   Let’s look at one non-country- Slovenia, the birthplace of the greatest first lady in U.S. history: 238,421 cases of the virus, 4,236 confirmed deaths and 223,286 confirmed recoveries.[v]
  5. 2021 Wednesday D:   STOCK MARKET CLOSES/PRECIOUS AND RARE METALS: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 33,820.38, DOWN 164.55 points (-0.48%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 14,051.03, DOWN 39.19 points (-0.28%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 4,183.18, DOWN 3.54 points (-0.085%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $63.65 per barrel, -0.21 (-0.83%).  The price of GOLD is $1,781.60 per troy oz., +7.70 (+0.43%) while the price of SILVER is $26.24 per troy ounce, +0.15 (+0.59%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,222.10 per troy oz, +9.90 (+0.82%) while the price of COPPER is $4.50 per pound, 0.00 (-0.01%).[vi]  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,927.18 per troy oz, -14.70 (-0.50%).[vii] The price of RHODIUM is $28,600.00 per troy oz., -200.00 (-0.69%).[viii]    Currently, Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000018.  As for Chi-Com money, one-dollar U.S. = 6.48 Chinese yuan.  Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.82 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 19.90.     In Libyan Dinar, one greenback equals 4.47 and in Macanese Pataca, a buck equals 8.00 and in Macedonian Denar, one dollar equals 50.73 of theirs.[ix]
  6. 2021 Wednesday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE THREE STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $4.00 per gallon, $2.794 in Florida, $3.782 in Hawaii, and $3.427 in Washington state.[x]    Let’s look at one other location- Montana: $2.817.  We are going to do something else that could be fun- gasoline prices around the world going from cheapest to highest.  The next country on the list has the third lowest gasoline price in the world- Angola: $0.923 per U.S. Gallon.[xi]  Much to be said for the former Portuguese colony.  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,224,518,271,345 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xii]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Wednesday F: JOE BIDEN’S BORDER CATASTROPHE- Joe Biden is sending $310 million to Guatemala to ‘help them’ stem the tide of illegal aliens flowing north through their country to the United States; we’ll see.  Speaking of the border, Customs and Border Patrol reports that last month, the feds took 170,000 illegal aliens into custody.   Elsewhere, the Biden regime-controlled U.S. Department of Justice has quietly repealed Trump era restrictions on the amount of federal aid going to ‘sanctuary cities’ and ‘sanctuary states.’   Meanwhile, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is blasting the Biden regime for NOT permitting him entry into the illegal alien holding pens in Donna, Texas.
  8. 2021 Wednesday G: JOE BIDEN REGIME NEWS I- U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm is receiving loads of criticism over the numerous conflicts of interest surrounding her such as her connections to an electric vehicle automaker.   The secretary has millions of dollars of stock in Proterra, a company that will benefit- as will she- depending upon which way she goes in doling out taxpayer dollars.  Wow.  Next, Joe Biden taps anti-Trumper Harris County, Texas, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez to head Immigration and Customs Enforcement, aka ICE.   Meanwhile, tonight’s ‘Joe Biden address to a joint session of Congress’ will be devoid of a ‘designated survivor.’  So says White House Press Secretary Jen “Circle Back” Psaki because hardly anyone will be in attendance.
  9. 2021 Wednesday H: JOE BIDEN REGIME NEWS II- Tonight is the NIGHT, folks, Joe is going to reveal yet another multi-trillion bill, his so-called “Family Plan,” that will require of ALL Americans forced preschool for 3-and-4-year-olds so we can indoctrinate the kids at an earlier age and teach them to rat out their parents.  This is NOT good and parents must resist this crap.  Political strategist says that Joe Biden ‘won’t reveal the sticker shock’ which means it is going to be COSTLY.   Next, Joe Biden is going to name longtime Marxist political hack, Rahm “Dead Fish” Emanuel to become U.S. ambassador to Japan.  Finally, former governor and Missouri U.S. Senate candidate Eric Greitens says that “Biden-Harris first one-hundred days is marked by failure.”  You are preaching to the choir, sir.  (Note- although we mentioned this yesterday, we will mention it again- the Washington Post, aka WAPO, says it ‘won’t fact check “Pro-China Joe” Biden the way it did President Donald J. Trump.’  Wow).[xiii]
  10. 2021 Wednesday I: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS I- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the ‘Biden administration (i.e., the regime) displays schizophrenic undertones as it seeks de-escalation and confrontation at the same time.’  Absolutely true.  Next, as the truth continues to hit the presses over Climate Czar John F. “Lurch” Kerry’s numerous Logan Act violations in doing business with Iran while a private citizen, Congressman Michael McCaul, R-TX 10th congressional district, says that the allegations against ‘Lurch’ appear to be ‘somewhat treasonous.’   Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, R-CO 3rd congressional district says, ‘Kerry MUST resign.’  We concur.  Elsewhere, U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken acknowledges that the U.S. pullout of Afghanistan could lead to a takeover of the country by the Taliban.  Finally, the U.S. sees major rollbacks on the sanctions placed atop Iran so the U.S. can return to the bogus Iran nuclear deal.
  11. 2021 Wednesday J: WHACKED-OUT NEWS OF THE DAY- In the craziest news of the day, we learn that crackhead/pedophile presidential son, Hunter “Crack Pipe” Biden is going to teach a class on FAKE NEWS at New Orleans’ Tulane University.  WTF?  In other whacked-out news, Democrats are demanding that the FCC block the sale of a popular radio station so that Miami Latinos CANNOT listen to conservative talk radio.  WTF?  Meanwhile, co-founder of the San Francisco-based $2 billion startup company, Iterable, Justin Zhu, was fired for micro-dosing LSD prior to a board meeting back in 2019.  Seems rather late to be terminating someone for something that occurred 2.5-3 years ago.  Strange.  Finally, a contestant on “Jeopardy!” made the ‘OK’ gesture and is under fire for being a white supremacist.  People, give it a F***ING REST already.  Enough is enough.
  12. 2021 Wednesday K: POLITICAL NEWS I- Senator Ted Cruz, R-TX, says that while the Dems claim to SUPPORT Israel, they put forth a true anti-Semite POS such as Colin Kahl for the No. 3 position at the Pentagon: the undersecretary for policy.  (Note- Mr. Kahl says he will take a bipartisan approach to his job.  Boy, oh, boy, oh, boy- what a guy).  Next, President Donald J. Trump says of Congresswoman Liz Cheney, RINO-WY, that in so many words, she is a ‘LOSER.’   Moving on, Governor Doug Ducey, RINO-AZ, is trying to save his job by signing a tough abortion bill preventing abortion for genetic abnormalities.   Meanwhile, Congressmen Jeff Duncan, R-SC 3rd congressional district, and Doug Lamborn, R-CO 5th congressional district, are pushing back HARD on the Biden’s regime pushing of the bogus Critical Race Theory which is Critical Race Theory BS.  Good for you gentlemen!  Finally, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich says, ‘don’t denigrate Arizona’s 2020 Election audit.’  Amen.
  13. 2021 Wednesday L: POLITICAL NEWS II- In some shocking news today, the feds swooped down on ‘America’s Mayor’ and Donald J. Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani’s Manhattan apartment and removed all of his electronic devices in an early morning raid.  Mr. Giuliani offered to meet with the authorities and to hand over his devices but no, much like they did during the raid on Roger Stone’s home, they wanted to INTIMIDATE the man, trying to tie to him the crimes committed by Hunter Biden in the Ukraine.  Likewise, they also raided the home of Victoria Toensing and Joe DiGenova, two more big Trump supporters and legal eagles.   In other news, as California Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom continues to whine and cry over the recall effort against him, one of the recall advisers says that ‘one-third of the signatories are Democrats, one-third are independents, and one-third are Republicans.’  Everyone wants Gavin Newsom OUT of office ASAP.[xiv]   Finally, Texas Department of Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller is working with Stephen Miller to defeat Joe Biden’s RACIST policies on equity rather than equality when it comes to providing aid to farmers.
  14. 2021 Wednesday M: CRIME AND PUNISHMENT NEWS / LAW ENFORCEMENT NEWS- An alternate juror on the Derek Chauvin murder trial says that ‘mob riots, protests, and the racial climate did NOT influence the jury’s decision.’  Sure.  Uh huh, of course not.  Next, following a cop shooting of a black suspect, a North Carolina judge denies a request for the video cam footage.   Next, a video shows that a California man died while the cops were holding him.  Here we go again.   Regarding firearms, a new poll shows that support for heavier gun laws is lacking support among the American people.
  15. 2021 Wednesday N: NOTABLE DEPARTURE- NASA Apollo 11 astronaut Michael Collins is dead at the age of 90.
  16. 2021 Wednesday O: CALIFORNIA LOTTERY RESULTS / SUPER LOTTO AND POWERBALL DRAWS-  Here are the results for the Super Lotto Draw #3555 with a $41 million pot on the line tonight: 14, 18, 19, 33, 37, and Mega 19.  Out of 116,245 winning tickets, the highest winner was ONE person with FIVE numbers BUT NO MEGA for a prize of $41,234.  The winning ticket was sold at a Chevron in Coarsegold, CA 93614.   Next, here are the results for the Powerball Draw #841 with a $116 million pot on the line: 16, 18, 35, 39, 53, and Powerball 21.   Out of 55,428 winning tickets in California, the highest winner was ONE person who had FIVE numbers but NO Powerball for a prize of $859,829.  The winning ticket was sold at Stater Brothers 188 in Grand Terrace, CA 92313.
  17. 2021 Wednesday P: THE WRAP-UP- Amazing to see Joe Biden’s ‘address’ in which, he praised the police, noting most of them are okay. We love and cherish our freedoms… Meanwhile, the three people involved in the death of Ahmaud Arbery have been indicted on hate crimes charges.   A federal grand jury indicted Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael, and William “Roddie” Bryan today which is good.  These three crackers have much for which to answer.

BEVERLY CARRICK ORIGINAL ARTWORK OF THE DAY:

This artwork is #0448 an 18” x 24” original oil painting by Beverly Carrick, which, she entitled, “Rainbow’s End.”  It is among her more beautiful works and is available for sale.  You can see much more of her work at her Website, found at beverlycarrick.com, or at the blog’s Facebook page.  At her Website, you will see not only more original oil paintings but also lithographs, giclees, prints, miniatures, photographs, and even her award-winning instructional video entitled, “Painting the Southwest with Beverly Carrick.”  Beverly has been painting for more than 60 years and known around the world for both the beauty and timelessness of her artworks.  Hanging in private and public galleries and followed by many fans encircling the globe—her works instill awe because of her artistic brilliance and personal beauty.  We urge you to go to her Website NOW and view her work.  It is possible that you will find something you like and will want to buy it for yourself, a friend, a loved one, or a neighbor!  You will not be disappointed so please: do yourself a favor and go there IMMEDIATELY!  Thank you, the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day!

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Michael Schenker is always on a musical quest much like Carlos Santana and he always puts together good groups with which to get his musical talents across to his millions of fans.  “Resurrection” came out under the moniker “Michael Schenker Fest” on December 15, 2018.  The band featured an amalgam of his musical friends including vocalist Graham Bonnet, Gary Barden, Robin McAuley, and Doogie White plus his usual rhythm section adding the power punch that this mad axman requires to light stages ablaze and melt the minds of his beloved fans.  We hope you will seek this one out and consider adding it to your ever-growing collection; you will be glad you did.

[iv] The Nazis labeled these people ‘Useless Eaters,” people who TOOK FROM society but NOT RETURNED to society.  Thus they were economic drains on the state and had to be eliminated which is what Governor Cuomo did by sending sick patients back into places where a vulnerable population depended upon competent care.  The Nazis used carbon monoxide vans but Cuomo sent the sick into places where they would do the most damage.  HE MUST go to prison.

[xiii] The rebuttal to tonight’s ‘address to a joint session of Congress’ will be by Senator Tim Scott, R-SC, and he will present “My Family’s American Dream” story as an alternative to tonight’s mumbling, stumbling, rumbling, bumbling ‘speech’ by “Chi-Com Joe” Biden.  What a contrast: a senile old fool and a GOP rock star.

DAY NINETY-SIX OF THE BIDEN REGIME

When 77-percent of the American people blame you for being completely responsible for the BORDER CATASTROPHE, that ain’t good- fuddled old Joe should wake up and smell the impending disaster…

  6. 2021 Sunday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE THREE STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.991 per gallon, $2.792 in Florida, $3.762 in Hawaii, and $3.409 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other location- Minnesota: $2.733.  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,213,803,340,013 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[x]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Sunday F: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I- The National Rifle Association is launching a $2 million campaign with which to combat the crazy gun policies of the Biden regime.  Next, President Donald J. Trump says that Project Veritas proves the far too numerous campaign violations CNN committed during the 2020 Presidential campaign.  Next, a bipartisan group is working to stymie Democrats’ court-packing scheme and what is even more important, 72-percent of registered independent voters OPPOSE the Democrats’ court-packing schemes.   Elsewhere, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison says that the ‘Judge in the trial case of Derek Chauvin should go neither light nor heavy when sentencing of the former Minneapolis police officer occurs.’  The AG said it was ‘never about revenge but about accountability’ and that the sentence must reflect the crimes.
  8. 2021 Sunday G: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS II- The GOP is blasting the infamous baby chop shop, aka the home of the Pro-Death Movement- Planned Parenthood- for taking PPE and small business loans during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Next, a new poll says that 45-percent of the American people believe the border was much more secure under President Donald J. Trump while 77-percent blame Joe Biden for the ongoing BORDER CRISIS.   Meanwhile, Senator Ted Cruz, R-TX, and the New Hampshire GOP slam “Kooky Kamala” Harris for visiting the wrong border state.   In other news, Senator Lindsey Graham, R-SC, says that in Joe Biden’s first 100 days, Joe Biden is destabilizing the entire country.  Finally, Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo, aka the Love Gov, aka the Gropin’ Gov, the big cheese in New York is denying all freedom of information requests regarding the thousands of COVID-19 deaths he and his policies have caused the state.  Sounds like a guilty man if we have ever seen one…
  9. 2021 Sunday H: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS III- Funny things are going on in the Chi-Vi vaccine racket what with the stock price of Emergent BioSolutions tanked following revelations of the company’s Baltimore plant ruining more than 15 million doses of the now-infamous Johnson & Johnson vaccine, the one formulated and testing using recovered aborted fetal tissue.  Even worse, the CEO Robert G. Kramer sold more than $10 million in stock in the company back in January and February as if he knew in February that the company was going to lose ’15 million doses of the Chi-Vi vaccine due to incompetence, stupidity, and perhaps on purpose.   In other tragic news, the missing Indonesian submarine has been found in three parts on the ocean floor.  Poor sailors.  God bless them.  Meanwhile, the European Union yesterday blamed the People’s Republic of China for rising tensions in the South China Sea.

  60. 2018 Wednesday: In Managua, Nicaragua, as protesters march protesting cuts to social programs by the Sandinista government, pro-government gangs take to the streets and begin beating the living bejezzus out of them.  Such is the ‘communist way.’   Elsewhere as more information arises from Israeli air strikes into neighboring Syria appears, we learn that their targets were Iranian missile systems with which to target Israeli aircraft.  Well, the Iranians will have to start over…
  61. 2019 Thursday: Attorney General William “Bill” Barr releases a redacted version of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s findings on whether then candidate Donald J. Trump conspired with the Russkies to win the 2016 Presidential Election.  The findings found NO trace of any collusion between Vladimir Putin and candidate Trump but also did not entirely clear President Trump of other ‘alleged’ or ‘suspected wrongdoings.’  Foaming-at-the-mouth Democrats were screaming, “See!  See!  The report did not say Trump didn’t collude; no, it only said no evidence could be uncovered.’  Ah, gee whiz, and so it goes…
  62. 2020 Saturday:  The COVID-19 Virus Crisis continues taking lives and ruining economies around the globe.  Many speculate that the Chinese- allied with the Democrats- set this debacle upon the world.  Rather funny how it sprang up in the death throes of impeachment.  Thank you, communist China, thank you, Democratic Party.  Around the globe, we have 2,310,572 confirmed cases of this horrible disease, 158,691 confirmed deaths, and 590,682 confirmed recoveries.
The United States claims 739,988 confirmed cases what with 38,928 confirmed fatalities but 66,357 confirmed recoveries.  Yet Democratic governors such as Gretchen Whitmer and the KKK governor of Virginia, continue locking down their states as though they are communists themselves.  One can only wonder why?  Meanwhile, our ‘friends,’ the People’s Republic of China claim 88,302 confirmed cases, 4,632 confirmed deaths, and 82,589 confirmed recoveries
  63. 2021 Sunday: COVID-19 STATISTICS FOR THE PLANET AS A WHOLE: 141,015,440 confirmed cases, +932,847, 3,014,805  confirmed deaths, +12,651, and 80,500,382 confirmed recoveries, +659,474.  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 31,867,364 confirmed cases, UP 102,620 from yesterday’s reporting, 572,627 confirmed deaths, UP 1,163, and 119,031,290 confirmed recoveries.  Note- we are going to do our own estimates of recoveries based on percentages seeing as how the CDC won’t report them.[xiii]
  64. 2021 Sunday A: NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 247,359 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE United States- feeble old Joe, in another two to three weeks, you will have tied the total number witnessed by the Trump administration in nearly a year of the rampaging coronavirus pandemic.   In other COVID-19 news, the AMAZING Dr. Tony Fauci says it’s ‘unlikely that the J & J Chi-Vi vaccine will be sidelined for good.’  We aren’t going to take that crap so you may as well send it to the Chi-Coms, the Iranians, or some other crap-hole country.  Oh, Dr. Fauci also says ‘guns are a health issues.’  No kidding- get shot by one and you have a problem but then again, so are knives and sledgehammers if misused.
  65. 2021 Sunday B: COVID-19 STATISTICS in the four states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,716,603 confirmed cases, 60,949 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Moving on, here are the numbers for Florida: 2,168,901 confirmed cases, 34,439 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 31,606 confirmed cases, 474 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 387,312 confirmed cases, 5,427 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s).  Let us look at one other portion of the U.S., Nevada, the home of fraudulent 2020 Election results: they have 310,239 confirmed cases, 5,365 confirmed deaths, but no mention of confirmed recoveries.[xiv]
  66. 2021 Sunday C: Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 837,047 confirmed cases, 6,338 confirmed deaths, and 828,235 confirmed recoveries.   Let’s look at one non-country- the West Bank, long a part of Israel: 279,273 cases of the virus, 2,983 confirmed deaths and 245,293 confirmed recoveries.[xv]
  67. 2021 Sunday D: U.S. DOLLAR CONVERSIONS- Currently, Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000018.  As for Chi-Com money, one-dollar U.S. = 6.52 Chinese yuan.  Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.84 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 19.92.     In Haitian Gourde, one greenback equals 81.80 and in Honduran Lempira, a buck equals 23.98.[xvi]
  68. 2021 Sunday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE FOUR STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.968 per gallon, $2.826 in Florida, $3.745 in Hawaii, and $3.371 in Washington state.[xvii]    Let’s look at one other location- Kansas: $2.676.  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,186,291,746,801 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xviii]
  69. 2021 Sunday F: GUNS-GUNS-GUNS- in the era of the FALSE PRESIDENT- Joe Biden- gun crimes continue unabated what a shooting at a bar in Kenosha, Wisconsin, early this morning that killed three and injured another three.  By midday, law enforcement had located a person of interest in this mass shooting.  Meanwhile, another mass shooting occurred in an Austin, Texas, apartment complex when an unknown shooter shot and killed three people and then vanished into thin air.  Police are going door to door searching for the scumbag involved in this crime.  Already, it would appear that more mass shootings have occurred under the Biden regime than in the entire Trump presidency.  Are people this upset with a phony president in the White House?  Are they upset over the phony president’s plans to strip them of their guns that they are pouring out of the woodwork like the cockroaches they are taking care of business before they are forced to mete out justice and/or punishment via baseball bats and meat cleavers?  What the hell is going on?[xix]
  70. 2021 Sunday G: JOE BIDEN’S BORDER CATASTROPHE- Joe Biden plans to release 400 illegal alien families with their brats into the interior of the country per day by June 2021.  We are not going to provide care for this human refuse, Joe.  Let ‘em die in the streets.  Next, a Texas illegal alien holding pen for young girls gets shut down after a volunteer work dies under mysterious circumstances.   Meanwhile, a mumbling, stumbling phony president, Joe Biden, mutters that he has no numbers regarding refugees he is going to resettle in the United States but is looking at 60,000 this year and another 100,000 per year thereafter.  Thank you, f**king Joe.
  71. 2021 Sunday H: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS I- Prime Minister Scott Morrison and the Australian government says they are in no hurry to reopen their borders that have been closed thanks to COVID-19.  Next, the Czech Republic expels Russian foreign embassy staff over link to alleged 2014 sabotage carried out by the Russkies that blew up a Czech ammo dump.  Meanwhile, we learn that the Chi-Coms are ecstatic over the weakness displayed by both senile Joe Biden and a feeble Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga.  Taiwan, we’re coming for you.   Moving on, the GOP is demanding a stronger show of force as the Russian buildup along the Ukrainian border continues.  Invasion coming here soon, too.  We expect the Chi-Coms, the Russians, the Iranians, and others are going to move simultaneously and Joe Biden will be left playing pocket pool on the sidelines.  Speaking of Joe Biden’s impotency, former DNI John Ratcliffe says ‘America’s adversaries are taking advantage of Joe Biden’s extremely evident weakness.’
  72. 2021 Sunday I:  FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS II- President Donald J. Trump says, ‘it’s a positive and wonderful thing to be getting out of Afghanistan but is critical of the timeline of the withdrawal.’  He negotiated the U.S. departure by May 1, 2021 and Joe Biden has extended it to September 11, 2001.  Here is what we think: we think it’s a ploy by the Bidenistas to cause the Taliban to begin launching major attacks on U.S. positions and personnel so the United States can turn around and say, “Oh, woe, we have to remain in the s***hole country for another 4-8 years so we can continue profiting from the death and destruction.”  There is NO reason to remain in Afghanistan, folks.   Elsewhere, the Mossad announces that ‘yes, indeed, the Biden regime is working at getting back into the FAILED Iran nuclear program.’  Thanks for telling us this but we already knew this POS Joe Biden has no original ideas of his own.  Speaking of the Iranian fecal matter, they fired a barrage of rockets into a base utilized by U.S. contractors in Iraq.  Let’s light Tehran up!  Kill ‘em all!
  73. 2021 Sunday J: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS III- Joe Biden’s National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan claims that his boss, the incredibly fuddled Joe Biden is taking a ‘tough stance’ on Vladimir Putin’s Russia over its ongoing mistreatment of Putin critic Alexei Navalny.  Why Navalny returned to Russia is beyond us but hey, the Russians are doing horrible crap to the imprisoned anti-Putin which is not right but Joe Biden is going to do NOTHING about anything.   Elsewhere, Joe Biden’s climate czar, the incredibly phony John F. “Lurch” Kerry is ignoring South Korea’s complaints about Japan’s releasing of toxic water from its shuttered Fukushima nuclear power plant into the ocean.
  74. 2021 Sunday K: POLITICAL NEWS I- Former President Donald J. Trump ambassador to Denmark Carla Sands is considering a run for Senator Pat Toomey’s seat in Pennsylvania.   Next, Senator Ted Cruz, R-TX, says that Joe Biden unlike President Franklin Delano Roosevelt is in a good position to pack the U.S. Supreme Court.   Many in the GOP are confident that expanding the U.S. Supreme Court will be detrimental to the Democrats in 2022 and again in 2024.  Big flipping deal, the damage will be done and with tens of millions new illegal alien voters, it won’t matter.  Why are you people so obstinately stupid?   Speaking of other stupidity, new SEC Chairman Gary Gensler plans to increase rules and regulations (such as the ones President Donald J. Trump eradicated) so he can help make Joe Biden’s Green New Deal a reality.  Wow.  Going to be great.
  75. 2021 Sunday L: POLITICAL NEWS II- The Grand Old Party in the Peach State has censured not only Governor Brian Kemp, RINO, and others among statewide leadership over their failure to adequately address President Donald J. Trump’s concerns over election fraud.  Speaking of Governor Kemp, former Democrat-turned-Republican Vernon Jones announced yesterday that he is going to primary Gov. Kemp.  Poor Governor Kemp, he should have stood by President Trump as should have Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, another RINO POS.  We hope they lose in next year’s primaries.   Meanwhile, Congressman Devin Nunes, R-CA 22nd congressional district, criticizes befuddled old Joe Biden’s work schedule, says that he is ‘not working hard enough like a purported U.S. president.’  Elsewhere, we learn today that the National Security Agency- the NSA- is targeting U.S. Navy officers who are pro-Trump instead of targeting foreign enemies abroad.  Wow.  How sad.  Are we beginning to see the beginning of America’s first Soviet-style purge of military officers?  Wow.   Finally, at a Lincoln Day fundraiser in Florida, President Donald J. Trump received a thunderous standing ovation from hundreds of assembled guests.  “Miss him yet?”  You better believe we all do.
  76. 2021 Sunday M: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I- Elon Musk beats out Jeff Bezos and Amazon getting a $3 billion NASA contract with which to return Americans to the moon. Moving on, a Rasmussen poll says that 54-percent of likely American voters disapprove of what the Democrat-controlled Congress is doing.  We bet it’s way higher than that.   Another poll shows that since the Democrats stole the 2020 Presidential Election, CNN’s ratings have plummeted by 54-percent.  Equally hateful MSNBC also has seen severe losses in viewership.  Next, an Antifa watchdog group has released the mugshots of all the Black Lives Matter and Antifa thugs and punks arrested in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, for the world to see.  Most of them are spoiled white punks which leads us to reiterate what we have said before: when two generations of young people are spared the belt across their bare asses, this is what you end up with- punks.   Speaking of Brooklyn Center, riots continue in that city as well as in other cities across the nation as leftist scumbags prepare for the verdict in the murder trial of Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin.   Finally, Governor Ron DeSantis, R-FL, says the lawsuit the state has on Joe Biden will force the feeble old fool to ‘enforce the law’ instead of avoiding it.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Temple of Rock, the ongoing project by Michael Schenker continues rocking forward.  Joining the smoking hot guitarist from the Fatherland are bassist Francis Buchholz, Michael Voss (vocals), Herman Rarebell (drums), and Wayne Findlay (keyboards).  The resulting effort produced “Spirit on a Mission,” which hit record store shelves on October 31, 2014.  One thing is for sure and that is you cannot keep good German rockers down as these guys have the fire in their bellies and it’s stoked up white hot.  We hope you will rush out and seek this one out NOW so you can add it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

ENDNOTES:

[i] This is the TRUE government of China, Nationalist China which is FREE China.  Although these people inhabit Taiwan, the former island of Formosa, they are the true owners of mainland China, too, and the sooner they reclaim their birthright, the sooner the world will heal.

[ii] We look forward to sharing the music of this influential British band within the next five years.  Colosseum was overlooked when we shared the group of interconnected bands in which, Humble Pie, was a part.  Sorry for the oversight.

[iii] We promoted the music of the Jefferson Airplane beginning on Tuesday, 05-April-2011 through Sunday, 22-May-2011.

[iv] We promoted the music of the famed San Francisco, California, rock band, Moby Grape, on Monday, 09-April-2012 through Monday, 23-April-2012.  We hope you will seek them out and add them to your collection.

[v] As always, our main source is “The Last Valley” by Martin Windrow, Da Capo Press, 2004.

[vi] We began promoting the music of both the Beatles and the band’s individual components on Friday, 04-November-2016 through Sunday, 11-June-2018.  Besides the Beatles, we also promoted the music of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison as well as the Traveling Wilburys.

[vii] We hope to share the music of the Paul Butterfield Blues Band as well as Al Kooper sometime in the next 10-15 years.  We hope you will remain with us as loyal readers.

[viii] Not sure when we will begin celebrating the music of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts but when we do…you will be among the first to know.

[ix] As to when we will celebrate the life, times, and music of the late great Stevie Ray Vaughn and Double Trouble, we haven’t a clue so stay alert for the day we finally do.

[x] We doubt we will ever do the music of Green Day.

[xi] We hope to celebrate the music of Bill Withers one day.  Please stay alert for when that day arrives.  You will be glad you did.

[xii] We began promoting the music of the Velvet Underground starting on Tuesday, 18-March-2014 through Wednesday, 09-April-2014.  At the time we promoted this famous New York City rock band, we failed to share the music of the man himself, Lou Reed.  We hope to rectify that mistake when we return to promoting American bands again.  Thank you for your patience.

[xiii] Bing has returned to reporting update numbers (well, mostly).  Here is the link: (1) covid-19 u.s. and global statistics – Bing

[xix] Here’s another shooting we will lay at the feet of Joe Biden- the shooting in Laplace, Louisiana, yesterday at a child’s birthday party.  Six people were shot and injured there.  Is it not amazing how many gun crimes are occurring with Joe Biden in the White House?  By the time this POS is out of office (hopefully later this year), he will have set the record for mass shootings.

  72. 2021 Tuesday J: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I-  Following the accidental shooting death of Duante Wright in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, all hell is breaking loose across the country.  Overnight, law enforcement in that city arrested at least 40-60 people for rioting, robbing, looting, arson, and rape.  In the aftermath of the shooting, both Brooklyn Center’s Police Chief Tim Gannon and Officer Kim Potter- under pressure to resign- have resigned.  At press time, the mayor of the city, Mike Elliott, fired the city manager, Curt Boganey, for disagreeing with him by saying Officer Potter deserved due process.

Trump says that New York’s tax laws no longer apply to him seeing as how he is no longer in the White House.  Moving on, the Suez Canal Authority has seized the Japanese-owned vessel, the “Ever-Given,” the one that clogged traffic on the canal for nearly two weeks.  They are demanding at least $900 million from the vessel’s owners which will cover the humongous salvage operations required to free the ship and to restart stalled canal traffic.  Negotiations continue.  Meanwhile, France is banning travelers from Brazil as the South American nation is being overrun by the Chi-Vi.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Always on the move, Michael Schenker formed a ‘new group,’ one known as Temple of Rock.  Joining the smoking hot guitarist from the Fatherland are bassist Francis Buchholz, Michael Voss and Doogie White (vocals), Herman Rarebell (drums), and Wayne Findlay (keyboards).  The resulting effort produced “Temple of Rock,” which then went out on the road and performed some smoking sets that set the fans hair ablaze. The live album, “Live in Europe,” hit record store shelves on November 08, 2012.  We must say that the original parent band UFO has delivered some of rock’s greatest musicians and this effort encapsulates that fact.  We hope you will rush out and seek this one out NOW so you can add it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

  • : JOE BIDEN NEWS- Joe Biden debuted executive actions this morning that he is taking to strip firearms away from the American people.  Most of them are feelgood measures for his whack-a-doodle base but even so, some of them have teeth- if anyone will obey them (which, we here at the AICPENDBLOG.COM have no intention of doing.  NO one is taking our firearms away, no one).  Next, Joe Biden nominated perhaps the worst person to become head of the ATF- the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (and Explosives), David Chipman, the dimwit who transformed the debacle at Waco, Texas, into what it became by lying through his teeth about things that SUPPOSEDLY occurred there but which did not and which then led to the deaths of mostly women- many of them pregnant- and children.  This was one of the shining events that occurred during the Bill Clinton administration, overseen by Attorney-General Janet Reno.   Congressman Ken Buck, R-CO 4th congressional district says that Chipman is the absolute worst person to head the ATF.
  • : BIDEN BORDER CATASTROPHE-  Texas Governor Greg Abbott, R-TX, came out today and lit the Biden administration up for the appalling conditions in Border Patrol facilities holding tens of thousands of illegal alien, river-swimming, or fence-jumping invaders.  He condemns the Biden administration for its shocking lack of compassion and sensitivity and demands they close these facilities now which means these people should be loaded aboard empty airliners and dumped back in Guatemala.  Let THEM sort them out seeing as how they are a major starting point for this invasion.  Build the wall and deport them all, now.  Anyhow, Governor Abbott pointed out the human rights abuses such as rampant sexual assaults on women, children, and weaklings as well as shortages of food, medical supplies, clean water, and proper clothing and bedding.  IF these horrendous practices occurred under the Trump administration, President Trump would be visiting Old Sparky but under Joe Biden, “No problem, amigos, no problem”… Finally, people continue asking where the nation’s ‘border czar,’ “Kooky Kamala” Harris is.  She has been traveling around the country but nowhere near the border.  At least Cuban-born U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is visiting the border today.  Praise the Lord!
  • : MASS SHOOTING AND CRIME NEWS-  We learned early today that in Rock Hill, S.C., former NFL player Phillip Adams shot and killed Dr. Robert Lesslie and his wife, Barbara Lesslie along with their two grandchildren- ages 5 and 9- in their home as well as two air conditioning technicians working outside their home.  One of the techs survived and called in for help and when police arrived, they found evidence that led them to the home of Adams’ parents where they encircled the home after getting his mother and father out of the home.  Adams then shot himself.  No one knows why he did what he did.  Later in the day, following Joe Biden’s mumbling stumbling bumbling announcement on various executive actions he is taking to strip guns away from the American people, a mass shooting occurred in Texas.  Like clockwork, in Bryan, Texas, a gunman entered the corporate offices of Kent Moore Cabinets and shot seven people, some of them critically, but none dead at the time of this reporting.  Police are purportedly chasing several suspects so we will provide updates as we learn them.
  • : FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS- The communist Chinese in Beijing warned their stooge- “Pro-China Joe” Biden- today that he had better not boycott the 2022 Winter Olympics in their capital city.  We say, “F**k them!  Who do you think you are, you commie bastards?’  Next, the Biden administration announced that it is going to lift ALL sanctions on the crap-hole nation of Iran without seeking anything in return.  Good for you, Joe, good for you. Regarding the Chi-Coms, tech investor Peter Thiel says that ‘Bitcoin’ may very well be a financial tool the communists can use against the United States.  Moving on, France is postponing the French Open to May 30 over fears of COVID-19.  Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the ‘U.S. policy on Russia is both dumb and ineffective.’  This comes after the Biden administration yesterday evening revived the Trump-Russia collusion scam and Russian interference in U.S. elections by announcing he is going to slam Russia with new sanctions for meddling and hacking.  Okay, Joe.
  • :  NATIONAL POLITICS- Congressman Lee Zeldin, R-NY 1st congressional district has officially announced he is running to become governor of New York.  Next, Governor Ralph “Black Face” Northam, D-VA, has officially endorsed former Virginia Democrat governor and bagman for Bill and Hillary Clinton- Terry “the Punk” McAuliffe[i]– to become governor again.  Moving on, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-CA 23rd congressional district has demanded that “Kooky Kamala” Harris attend FBI and CIA intel briefings.   Elsewhere, President Donald J. Trump is nudging Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson, GOP, to seek another term by giving him his endorsement.   Meanwhile, in a threat to the Joe Biden agenda, following giving his wife a cushy gig, Senator Joe Manchin, D-WV, refuses to allow ‘budget reconciliation’ to be used to pass bills nor will he vote to smack down the Filibuster rule in the U.S. Senate.  God bless you, Senator Manchin.
  • : MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I- the National Rifle Association’s Wayne LaPierre says he failed to disclose yacht trips he accepted.  Next, we learned today that the Trump administration tried conducting secret talks in Syria with the goal of freeing American hostages across the Middle East.   Elsewhere, the San Francisco schools system- after spending loads of taxpayer dollars- has decided it will postpone renaming schools named after Americans (or foreigners) who might be RACISTS.    Meanwhile, John Gizzi of Newsmax says that ‘John Boehner,[ii] the former speaker of the House and now a political lobbyist for the Chi-Coms is attacking conservatives while ignoring his own lack of character.’  Ouch.

  • : Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 835,216 confirmed cases, 6,266 confirmed deaths, and 824,160 confirmed recoveries.   Let’s look at one other country- Malaysia, home of not one but two missing and/or crashed airliners: 355,753 cases of the virus, 1,308 confirmed deaths and 340,242 confirmed recoveries.[iv]
  • :   STOCK MARKET CLOSES/PRECIOUS AND RARE METALS: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 33,503.57, UP 57.31 points (+0.17%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,829.31, UP 140.47 points (+1.03%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 4,097.17, UP 17.22 points (+0.42%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $59.81 per barrel, +0.21 (+0.35%).  The price of GOLD is $1,755.30 per troy oz., -2.90 (-0.16%) while the price of SILVER is $25.49 per troy ounce, -0.10 (-0.37%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,234.20 per troy oz, -1.20 (-0.10%) while the price of COPPER is $4.09 per pound, -0.01 (-0.15%).[v]  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,620.76 per troy oz, -2.12 (-0.08%).[vi] The price of RHODIUM is $29,000.00 per troy oz., +2300.00 (+8.61%).[vii]    Currently, Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000017.  As for Chi-Com money, one-dollar U.S. = 6.56 Chinese yuan.  Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.84 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 20.09.     In Cuban Peso, one greenback equals 24.00 and in Czech Koruna, a buck equals 21.66.[viii]
  • : U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE THREE STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.927 per gallon, $2.832 in Florida, $3.713 in Hawaii, and $3.336 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other state- Connecticut: $2.889.  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,147,683,151,204 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[x]  Cloward and Piven running amok.  In other disturbing news, Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo, aka the Love Gov, aka the Gropin’ Gov, announced that the Empire State is going to take $2.1 billion of the JOE BIDEN PORKULUS being given to his state to provide checks to ILLEGAL ALIENS and newly released felons.  Wow.
  • : MISCELLANEOUS NEWS II- Tennessee says that handguns will no longer require a permit within their state.  Next, Senator Ted Cruz, R-TX, and his fellow GOP senators blast the Biden administration for its decision to begin sending taxpayer dollars to the human garbage in Palestine.   In other not-so-surprising news, the number of Facebook users whose information was stolen online now teeters around 533 million.  Thank you, Mark Zuckerberg, thank you.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Always on the move, Michael Schenker formed a ‘new group,’ one known as Temple of Rock.  Joining the smoking hot guitarist from the Fatherland are bassist Pete Way (everyone knows the amazing Pete), Michael Voss (vocals), Herman Rarebell (drums), and Wayne Findlay (keyboards).  The resulting effort produced “Temple of Rock,” which hit record store shelves on July 28, 2011.  Other musical friends and guests joined with the quintet to deliver a stunning, superb album that rocks like the house is on fire and no one can escape it.  We hope you will rush out and seek this one out NOW so you can add it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

70. 2019 Sunday: So many illegal aliens are attempting to storm the United States that the Trump administration has threatened to close the border with Mexico. The American people want to know, when will there be enough ‘invaders’ for the ruling class to understand this and to then authorize the use of deadly force? We cannot wait until the nation has been toppled via the sheer numbers of illegals seeking entry to the country. Mow them down!

  20. 1939 Friday: Great Britain and France agree to support Poland should the Nazis invade the Eastern European nation.
  21. 1940 Sunday: La Guardia airport in New York officially opened to the public.  Elsewhere, future Democratic Senator Patrick “Leaky” Leahy is born in Montpelier, Vermont.  A future Democrat, he would enter the world’s greatest deliberative body on- get this- January 03, 1975 and as today is still there.
  22. 1941 Monday: The Afrika Korps continues pushing the British back across the North Africa around El Algheila.  Although British armor suffers a severe mauling at the hands of the Axis forces, they are able to stymie the drive towards Mersa Brega and El Algheila.

  24. 1943 Wednesday: “Oklahoma!” the first musical play by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II, opened on Broadway.  Elsewhere, on the southern Eastern Front- the Caucasus- the Red Army is mauling overstretched German military forces who are falling back in disarray to the Kuban defensive line.  The goal to capture the Caucasus and its oilfields is now little more than a pipe dream unless, of course, the Turks enter the war on the side of their former partners in World War I.  They don’t.

  30. 1949 Thursday: Newfoundland (now called Newfoundland and Labrador) entered confederation as Canada’s 10th province.
  31. 1954 Wednesday: The Battle of Dien Bien Phu continues to rage.  The communists have set their sights on French positions east of the Nam Yum River, the Elianes and Dominiques.  Although held by understrength units, the French regular army and Foreign Legion troops and Vietnamese and Thai allies are determined to give ground at high cost to the enemy.  As usual, the People’s Army digs trenches right up to the wire perimeters of the French positions and at the blast of the whistle storm up and hopefully over it into the trenches where hand-to-hand fighting will rage.  Attacks and counterattacks would sway back and forth.  Horrible battle…

  33. 1958 Monday: The Chess record label released “Johnny B. Goode” by Chuck Berry[vii] on this date.
  34. 1959 Tuesday: The Dalai Lama flees Communist China and receives political asylum in neighboring India.  The communists claim that Tibet belongs to them but Tibet does not, it’s been an independent kingdom for all time.  The communists are invading the country to subjugate it, it’s people, and to provide lebensraum for its people.  Wait, isn’t that what the Nazis called their land-grabs?  Living room for their people?  Funny how history tends to repeat itself…

Bush throws out the first pitch and excitement is in the air.  Unfortunately, the Pittsburgh Pirates blow the Reds out by a final score of 10-1.  Ai, caramba!
  55. 2004 Wednesday: In Fallujah, Iraq, four American private military contractors working for Blackwater USA die in a terrorist strike; the people of the city mutilate their bodies and hang them from a freeway overpass.
  56. 2005 Thursday: Terri Schiavo, 41, died at a hospice in Pinellas Park, Florida, 13 days after her husband disconnected her from her feeding tube in a wrenching right-to-die dispute.

  58. 2007 Saturday: The first major sandstorm of the year blowing out of Mongolia blasts into the Chi-Com capital city of Beijing.  Storms in this part of the world are somewhat common and when they erupt, they damage the power grid.
  59. 2008 Monday: A Bahamas jury ruled that Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, died from an accidental drug overdose, just like his mother.   Elsewhere, Islamist Shiite thug, Muqtada al-Sadr orders his Mahdi army to stop fighting following six days of heavy fighting between Iraqi government forces and his strongholds in Baghdad and in Basra.
  60. 2009 Tuesday: President Barack Hussein Obama arrived in London, England, with his wife, Michelle, at the start of a European tour, his first journey across the Atlantic since taking office two months earlier.  Elsewhere, Benjamin Netanyahu took office as Israel’s new prime minister after the Knesset approved his government.  Finally, former Argentine President Raul Alfonsin died at age 82.
  61. 2010 Wednesday: The Serbs create legislation that will offer a formal apology for their role as the perps behind the 1995 Srebrenica Massacre in which loads of Muslims were murdered.
  62. 2011 Thursday: At a meeting in Nanjing, China, U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner says the main problem in the world’s monetary system is countries that inhibit the free flow of the value of their currency.  Elsewhere, during the Arab Spring, fighting continues in various parts of the Middle East.  Some Libyan government officials are defecting as fast as they can while rumor has it that President Barack Hussein Obama is planning to aid Libyan rebels seeking to oust Moammar Gaddafi.
  63. 2012 Saturday: Construction workers make progress on the United Kingdom and the European Union’s tallest building when workers place the spire of the Shard London Bridge into place.  Elsewhere, the Chi-Com authorities bust six people and close at least 16 websites.  What were their crimes?  They said they saw ‘military vehicles on the streets of Beijing.’  Question: aren’t there military vehicles on the streets of Beijing all the time?
  64. 2013 Sunday: In China, two people die from H7N9 avian influenza infection.  H7N9 avian influenza is a sub-type that medical professionals previously did not believe was a threat to humans.  Elsewhere, in the Nigerian city of Kano, the Nigerian military has a great day when they storm a building full of Boko Haram thugs, killing 14 Islamist thugs at the cost of one of their own as well as apprehend a wanted bomb-maker and a car jam-packed with explosives.  Kill them all.
  65. 2014 Monday: The Obama Administration announces that it is going to enroll 7 million people in government-mandated medical insurance plans by the deadline of midnight tonight—they fell short.  Elsewhere, the International Court of Justice at the U.N. agrees that Japanese whaling is conducted for commercial purposes, not scientific research; Japan accepts the order to cease all whaling activities in the Antarctic—the Greenpeace scumbags are delirious with joy.
  66. 2015 Tuesday: Even though the deadline for discussions on the Iranian nuclear program has arrived, the petulant terrorist nation and six other countries agree to continue the talks because ‘some progress has been made.’  The Iranians are lying scumbags and we cannot trust them.  Meanwhile, some crazy things are occurring in Turkey what with a blackout afflicting approximately 65-percent of the country.  Terrorism?  No one knows for sure.
  67. 2016 Thursday: The Supreme Court of the state of Pennsylvania upholds a previous court ruling that allows Texas Senator Ted Cruz to appear on the state’s primary ballot.  Some losers were trying to challenge the senator’s being born in Canada to American parents saying he was not qualified under the Constitution to seek the nation’s high office.
  68. 2017 Friday: New York City Mayor Bill Di Blasio says he is ‘developing a plan to close the infamous Rikers Island New York Police Department jail within a decade.’  That will be the day.   Elsewhere, at a meeting of NATO members, the Germans say it’s ‘unrealistic for them to spend 2-percent of their GDP on military assets and equipment.’  Wow.
  69. 2018 Saturday:  President Donald J. Trump’s first secretary of state, Rex Tillerson, found himself fired today.  He served from 02-01-2017 to 03-31-2018.  This pretentious fool called his boss a “moron,’ which is one of the major reasons he got canned.  He was actively working against the president from within the State Department.
  70. 2019 Sunday: So many illegal aliens are attempting to storm the United States that the Trump administration has threatened to close the border with Mexico.  The American people want to know, when will there be enough ‘invaders’ for the ruling class to understand this and to then authorize the use of deadly force?  We cannot wait until the nation has been toppled via the sheer numbers of illegals seeking entry to the country.  Shoot them down!
  71. 2020 Tuesday: As the day sputters to an end, cases of the Wuhan Virus continue going up although communist China continues braying like sheep  that cases there are going down and life is returning to normal.  Uh, okay, can’t trust communists folks.  As we wrap up for the day, total confirmed cases around the planet are at 858,785 what with a total of 42,139 confirmed deaths worldwide.  In the United States, there are 203,608 confirmed cases of the Kung Flu with 4,476 confirmed deaths.  Again, thank you, China.  Today, the governor of Virginia, Ralph Northam, says life will be shut down until sometime in June, returning to normal a day AFTER the GOP primary takes place.  What a scumbag.
  72. 2021 Wednesday: Day #71 of the Biden-Harris regime, stick around to find out WTF these fraudulent hucksters and grifters are up to today.  Everyone knows they’re up to no f***ing good.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Waysted returned on April 30, 2008, with the album, “The Harsh Reality.”  We have the great Pete Way on bass and vocals, Finn Moore on vocals, Chris George (guitars), and Paul Haslin handle the percussion duties.  Fans of both Waysted and Pete Way love this album, seeing it as among the best albums the Waysted boys have ever recorded.  We tend to agree and recommend that everyone rush out and give this album a good listen, it’s that good and worth every penny anyone wants for it.  Some things you cannot fake and the intensity and the vigor encapsulated on this album will make anyone lifelong fans of the rockers that roared out of the 1960s and 1970s and will cause them to toss the modern music into the crapper.  Search for it- you’ll love it but folks- look to eBay or somewhere else because Amazon.com wants nearly a grand- $1,000- for this album and friends, NO album is worth that kind of money unless it’s a massive collection of Faces bootleg shows.

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 591

86. TODAY IN HISTORY—SATURDAY, MARCH 27, 2021 UPDATE A:

DAY SIXTY-SEVEN OF THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION

The craziest thing we have heard from the Biden administration is Mayor Pete talking about taxing mileage.  How about we tax gay bathhouses?

  • 2021 Saturday: JOE BIDEN NEWS- U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is said to have terminated the 25-30 members of the Department of Homeland Security Advisory board which includes Trump appointees such as Ken Cuccinelli, Tom Homan, and anyone else who might be going against the Biden regime’s OPEN BORDERS policy.   Something else that first occurred last night is yet another story about carrot and stick politics in the Biden administration and that is Joe Biden nominated Senator Joe Manchin’s wife for a cushy, Michelle Obama-style no-show gig- a federal commission- with which to reward the Manchin family and force Senator Manchin, D-WV, to throw the Senate filibuster rule under the bus.  Not good but most believe Manchin will cave, especially if his spouse- Gayle Connelly Manchin- is confirmed for the $160,000 per year gig as the co-chair of the Appalachian Regional Commission.  Republicans are on the spot- oppose it and you will anger Joe Manchin and support it and Joe Manchin will trash the filibuster anyway.  Boy, talk about being over a barrel.
  • 2021 Saturday A: BIDEN BORDER CATASTROPHE- After spending 24 hours along the southern border, GOP lawmakers are demanding the Biden regime return to enforcing Trump era policies that were much more humane in their treatment of illegal aliens by preventing their arduous journey to the U.S. southern border and those that did who truly required asylum waited in Mexico for their court hearings.  The problem is, Joe Biden told them to come, everyone has heard him say it and it has been widely reported.  Why are people coming with machine-printed t-shirts with Biden-Harris campaign logos on them and claiming to be ‘Joe’s children?’  Joe told them to come.   Mark Morgan, former border chief under several presidents told Newsmax TV that Joe Biden’s ideological hubris is creating the border chaos.   Next, Congressman Guy Reschenthaler, R-PA 14th congressional district told Newsmax, “NO to mass amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.”  Meanwhile, Senator Ted Cruz shared video with news media of illegal alien kids being housed in ‘Joe Biden cages’ just as they were under the Obama-Biden administration.
  • 2021 Saturday B: FOREIGN/OVERSEAS NEWS- The People’s Republic of China is forming a new Axis to rival that of Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, Fascist Italy, and junior members Hungary, Rumania, Bulgaria, and Croatia (as well as with other foreign nationals coming from occupied countries or from nonbelligerent Fascist Spain) by inking a 25-year deal with Iran that will supply the massive communist global power with oil and petroleum products.  With Russia already in the camp and various tributary countries all throughout Asia, Africa, Latin America, and even in Europe, the Chinese communists are well on the way to world domination, especially with a feeble Joe Biden in the White House.  Fred H. Fleitz, CEO of the Center for Security Policy told Newsmax TV that ‘an indecisive, weak Joe Biden imperils the entire U.S. and free world.’  We concur.   Interestingly, Joe Biden is proposing an alternative to China’s Belt and Road Initiative- now that is something we’d like to see (although we are so far in debt it would be impossible.  The next generation will inherit $30 trillion in debt.  Impossible to escape.
  • 2021 Saturday C: FOREIGN/OVERSEAS NEWS II- The People’s Republic of China is targeting various religious freedom folks such as Senator Joe Manchin’s wife, Gayle Connelly Manchin and other U.S. and Canadian religious freedom advocates bashing the Chi-Coms for their appalling human rights abuses.  We guess you know you’ve arrived when the Chi-Coms take a disliking to you.   Elsewhere, after firing a blitz of missiles into the oceans surrounding its country, the North Koreans blast the Biden regime for ‘making provocations.’   Meanwhile, local authorities are having a hell of a time budging the massive container ship blocking the Suez Canal.  Folks, offload that sucker and IMPLODE it like you would a building that needs to make way for a new one.  The insurance companies can reimburse the Japanese owners.  That’s all she wrote.  Finally, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson- BoJo- expresses his distaste of protesters attacking police in Great Britain.  It seems to be spreading like syphilis around the globe, disrespect for the cops.
  • 2021 Saturday D: POLITICAL NEWS I- Upcoming U.S. wargames are expected to wage war against the Chi-Coms and the Russians.  Good to know.  Next, the Republicans are fighting the Joe Biden ‘infrastructure bill,’ the one that costs $3 trillion.   Moving on, Lara Trump says she will decide soon as to whether she will seek a U.S. Senate seat in her home state of North Carolina.   Meanwhile, down in the Peach State, the hubbub is underway, everyone wanting to boycott the state for having the balls to enact necessary voting reforms so Democrats like forever-angry Stacey Abrams cannot continue stealing them.  Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-GA 14th congressional district says, ‘it’s about time.’   Elsewhere, the Maine GOP lacks the balls to censure Senator Susan Collins for her vote to convict President Donald J. Trump in the second impeachment farce.
  • 2021 Saturday E: POLITICAL NEWS II- this was reported late last night (who didn’t see it coming?)- that the Biden administration via little Mayor Pete is considering slapping a mileage tax on Americans, charging them for every mile they drive.  We suspect they won’t charge BLACK drivers or illegal alien drivers but WHITE drivers, boy, are you chumps going to pay.  Of course, people will find ways to get around this as they always do which is why we think the Democrats should slap a NATIONAL SALES TAX on EVERY GOOD so that everyone will have ‘skin in the game.’  Poor people will pay it, illegal aliens will pay it (space aliens, too, if they buy anything), as will everyone of every economic class.  Otherwise, the mileage tax is going to cause even more problems.  Why are these people so stupid?[i]   In other news last night, we heard that New York City is removing qualified immunity from its law enforcement officers, becoming the first city in the United States to do so.  City Council Speaker Corey Johnson, DS 3rd district, says ‘qualified immunity is rooted in systemic racism.’  Bam!  Who didn’t see that one coming?   Noted legal scholar Alan Dershowitz says doing so is ‘an outrage.’  Finally, humorous note of the night- Congressman Mondaire Jones, D-NY 17th district, blasts the Biden White House for being hypocrites for firing White House staffers for past drug use.
  • 2021 Saturday F: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS- Famed college level and pro-football Coach Howard Schnellenberger died at age 89.  Next, Lt. General Michael Flynn’s brother, John “Jack” Flynn is suing CNN for $75 million for defamation.  Elsewhere, tornadoes are roaring through parts of Alabama destroying property and claiming the lives of at least six people.  Dreadful, simply dreadful.   Finally, NBC’s Peacock streaming service is going to edit WWE broadcasts for some unknown reason.  Racism there, too?  What?
  • 2021 Saturday G: COVID-19 STATISTICS FOR THE PLANET AS A WHOLE: 124,683,860 confirmed cases, NO INFO, 2,742,357  confirmed deaths, NO INFO, and 70,731,505 confirmed recoveries, +2 (WTF?).  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 30,223,587 confirmed cases, up NO INFO from yesterday’s reporting, 550,726 confirmed deaths, NO INFO, (SAME AS YESTERDAY’S NUMBERS!) and 118,012,811 confirmed recoveries.  Note- we are going to do our own estimates of recoveries based on percentages seeing as how the CDC won’t report them.
  • 2021 Saturday H: NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 222,259 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE UNITED STATES- NO NEW NUMBERS (this wreaks of the pandemic being a SCAM).
  • 2021 Saturday I: COVID-19 STATISTICS in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,541,928 confirmed cases (DOWN from last count), 56,072 confirmed deaths (DOWN FROM LAST REPORT), and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 28,694 confirmed cases (DOWN FROM LAST COUNT), 453 confirmed deaths (DOWN FROM LAST COUNT), and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 359,290 confirmed cases, 5,249 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s).  Let us look at one other portion of the U.S., the fourth highest state after California- Illinois: currently, they have 1,220,432 confirmed cases, 23,329 confirmed deaths, but sadly, NO mention of confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 829,689 confirmed cases, 6,122 confirmed deaths, and 808,869 confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).   Let’s look at one other country- Bangladesh, new home for the Rohingya Muslims: 580,808 cases of the virus, 8,763 confirmed deaths and 527,609 confirmed recoveries.[ii]
  • 2021 Saturday J: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE THREE STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $3.892 per gallon, $3.641 in Hawaii, and $3.326 in Washington state.[iii]    Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,102,323,205,634 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[iv]  Cloward and Piven running amok.
  • 2021 Saturday K: CALIFORNIA LOTTERY RESULTS- First, here are the numbers for the Super Lotto Draw #3546 with a $33 million up for grabs: 11, 12, 20, 27, 45, and Mega 06.  Out of 117,353 winning tickets, the highest winners were FOUR people who had FIVE numbers but NO Mega for a prize of $10,264 apiece.  The winning tickets were sold at (1) Chevron in Red Bluff, CA 96080, (2) Vons in Murrieta, CA 92563 (3) 7-Eleven in Laguna Hills, CA 92653, and (4) Lopez Liquor, in Pacific Grove, CA 93950.  Next, here are the numbers for the Powerball #832 Drawing with a $20 million pot on the line: 06, 14, 38, 39, 65, and Powerball 06.  Out of 98,716 winning tickets in California, the highest winners were TWO people who had FOUR numbers plus the Powerball for a prize of $26,429 apiece.

81. TODAY IN HISTORY—MONDAY, MARCH 22, 2021

Elsewhere, in French Indochina, the French Union forces fighting against the Viet Minh at Dien Bien Phu have a new problem. Their southernmost strongpoint- Isabelle- and second in size to the main camp- has had the road cut by the People’s Army. The French muster a force and several tanks to regain control of the supply route. Fighting is fierce, casualties severe, but the French Foreign Legion paratroopers are able to kill significant numbers of their enemies. Still, the road remains contested.
