  21. 1915 Sunday: During World War I, Czarist forces continue trying to fight through the Carpathian Mountains and some of them are able to capture some outlying towns.  Still, the Kaiser cannot permit his main ally- and the reason for having gone to the war in the first place because of the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand and his wife Sophie- to be knocked out of the war as it would leave Imperial Germany open to invasion from the south.  On the Southeastern Front- Russian forces are driving into Armenia in the hopes of liberating their fellow Christians from a repressive Ottoman Empire (as well as to add additional territory to their domain).
  22. 1916 Tuesday: The U.S. Senate agrees by a vote of 82-6 to join the side of the Allies in World War I.  Meanwhile, on the Western Front, all eyes are fixed on Verdun.  The death toll is horrendous for both the German attackers and the French defenders.  The loss of life in this terrible battle would cause some French units to refuse to fight.  Elsewhere, on the Southeastern Front where the Russians are fighting a series of battles from the Carpathian Mountains to Armenia, the Czar makes a change in command- General Aleksei Brusilov in place of General Nicolay Iudovich Ivanov.  Soon, General Brusilov would design the so-called “Brusilov Offensive” that would almost knock the Central Powers to their knees.
  23. 1917 Wednesday: The U.S. Senate voted 90-6 to enter World War I on the Allied side.  This would drive the Germans to launch a major offensive all across the Western Front in the hopes of pulverizing both the British and French forces before any American help can arrive.   Still, the ravages of hunger and in some places, starvation, is threatening all sides as the farmlands every nation depended upon for food have become battlefields.  The German U-Boats are trying to starve Britain while British warships continue trying to keep the Central Powers unable to import any outside foodstuffs.  Civilians are becoming desperate everywhere.
  24. 1918 Thursday: The Germans are launching all-out assaults on the Western Front along the Somme and Avre Rivers, the goal once again to knock the Allies out before all is lost.  The Imperial German forces have been able to bring most of their troops from Eastern Europe for one last push although they have to make sure the Russians stick to the agreement they hammered out with Berlin in exchange for not having large portions of their western territories like the Ukraine kept as war booty.
  25. 1919 Friday: Allied troops continue fighting with White Russian forces to subdue the cancer of communism that is engulfing Russia, Eastern Europe, and even popping up in parts of eastern Germany where the authorities have their hands full.  The Germans are in dire straits, being blamed for the entire war when they were not the ones who started it; no, they came to the aid of their Austro-Hungarian allies and the rest is history as they say.

  29. 1940 Thursday: Acting on intelligence, French law enforcement scoops up almost 40 communists attempting to reform the outlawed communist party.  Most of them would get five years in prison while others would be let go.  Tensions are growing and with threat of a HOT WAR only weeks away, the French want to eliminate internal problems.
  30. 1941 Friday: The Afrika Korps conquers the Fascist Italian, North African port of Benghazi, Libya, driving the British into headlong retreat.  German and Italian motorized columns roll through the streets and jubilant civilians celebrate their arrival.   Elsewhere, as Germans move towards Yugoslavia, Adolf Hitler also approves a plan for the Nazis to aid their fumbling Italian allies and knock Greece out of the fight.
  31. 1942 Saturday: The Luftwaffe launches a major attack on the Soviet naval base at Kronstadt.  Although the German warplanes inflicted damage on 13 vessels, they were unable to sink any of the fleet.
  32. 1944 Tuesday: French General Charles de Gaulle forms a new government with communists among it, preparing to return to Paris when the Allies land on the Continent.  On the Eastern Front, the Germans are launching localized counterattacks with the Fourth Panzer Army which capture the western Ukrainian city of Kovel and throw back the Soviet defenders.
  33. 1945 Wednesday: The Red Army liberates Hungary from the Nazis.  Meanwhile, U.S. forces liberated the Nazi death camp Ohrdruf in Germany.  All roads lead to Berlin right now as the Allies continue forging ahead, wiping out resistance wherever they find it.

  54. 2003 Friday: As rumors spread about Saddam Hussein being dead from American airstrikes, he goes on state TV, references the recent shooting down of a U.S. Apache helicopter, and boasts to the world that he ‘is still alive and in charge.’
  55. 2004 Sunday: PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat boastfully dismisses Israeli threats to whack him.   U.S. and other world leaders blast Israel for saying they might do a horrible thing such as murdering a world-class terrorist who has more innocent blood on his hands than any other Islamist thug.
  56. 2005 Monday: Palestinians in the West Bank are going berserk today when word has it that Israel is going to begin dumping 10,000 tons of garbage in landfills in the area.  Of course, the Palestinians claim it’s going to foul their water supply and that it’s a breach of international treaties and the like.  We say, ‘shut up, when you stop treating your citizens like garbage, urging them to commit acts of jihad, maybe the Israelis won’t treat YOU like garbage.’  (Note- Moses Scharbug III is responsible for this opinion).  Elsewhere, insurgents in Iraq launch an attack on Abu Ghraib prison to free their jihadist brethren injuring American and Iraqi troops and jailers.  The guards are able to fight the scumbags off.
  57. 2006 Tuesday: Tom Delay, R-TX, the former majority leader in the U.S. House of Representatives announces his resignation.  Meanwhile, labor protests continue in France what with millions taking to streets across the country demanding the First Employment Contract not be put into effect.
  58. 2007 Wednesday: As House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi continues her ‘listening trip’ across the Middle East, the Israelis are having none of it, especially since she visited Syrian mass murdered President Bashar al-Assad the previous day.  Prime Minister Ehud Olmert blasts “Mumbles” for the Syrian trip saying that it was a ‘major mistake.’  He also denies that the befuddled Democrat politician handed him a ‘peace proposal.’  If she did, she probably forgot it a day later.
  59. 2008 Friday: Law enforcement authorities launch a raid on Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints owned by YFZ Ranch in Texas nets 401 children and 133 women taken into state custody.  Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of State renews a contract with Blackwater Worldwide- a company that provides security via mercenaries- to continue protecting U.S. diplomats in the world’s troubled hotspots.
  60. 2009 Saturday: Costa Rica, Malaysia, and the Philippines find themselves in trouble today.  You ask why?  Well, the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development blacklists them for being tax havens where the wealthy can hide their money.  What is wrong with that:  We all want to be able to do that… elsewhere, in North Waziristan, Pakistan, a U.S. drone strike whacks 13 jihadists convening with one another.  Yikes.
  61. 2010 Sunday: In the mine rescue in Shanxi, China, rescuers pull out 114 miners after pulling out the other 39 or so the previous day.  These poor souls have been trapped down there for more than a week so God bless them for rescuing these poor workers.  Elsewhere, the war in Iraq continues to rage as Islamist thugs set off simultaneous car bombs outside the German, Iranian, and Egyptian embassies.  Many people on the street are killed or injured.
  62. 2011 Monday: Reports claim that China has successfully modified cows to produce ‘human milk’.  People- does this not scare the living f**k out of you?  What the hell is this communist hellhole doing?  Enough is enough.  Meanwhile, the Israelis have their hands full with the Arab Spring as the Palestinians are causing havoc along the border with Gaza and their country.  Israeli warplanes are crisscrossing Palestinian airspace letting them know that if they step out of line, they are going to light them up.
  63. 2012 Wednesday: The first deployment of U.S. Marines arrives in Australia’s city of Darwin in the Northern Territory.   Elsewhere- we hate to say this, some nations were better off under colonialism– a suicide bomber attacks the National Theater in the Somali capital of Mogadishu while a ceremony was underway killing at least 10 people and wounding God knows how many others.  Fascist Italy, please come back!
  64. 2013 Thursday: Pulitzer Prize –winning film reviewer Roger Ebert, 70, died in Chicago, Illinois.  Meanwhile, the Hubble Space Telescope observes the most distant supernova on record on this date.
  65. 2014 Friday:  The 16,480-foot Tungurahua volcano erupts twice; the volcano is located about 90 miles south of Quito in Ecuador.  Elsewhere, in a smart move, the South Korean military test fires some ballistic missiles that they hope with some improvements will be able to hit any target in the territory of their northern neighbor, North Korea.  Meanwhile, in West Africa, the rampaging Ebola epidemic has killed at least 90 people in Guinea and Liberia and now the first case has appeared in Mali.
  66. 2015 Saturday: Syrian and other Middle Eastern refugees continue to flood across the Mediterranean with the Italian navy rescuing 1,500 over the past 24 hours.  The only way to halt this insanity is for the Europeans to begin sinking the refugee vessels.  Meanwhile, the United States Army in the Obama era (it would have to be) is probing allegations that its members committed sexual assaults while deployed there between 2003-2007.  Ah, the Bush-Cheney years, that’s Barack Hussein Obama for you.
  67. 2016 Monday: Vietnam says, ‘enough is enough’ when it comes to Chi-Com intrusions into their fishing waters with their ‘fishing fleets’ which in reality, are military operations.  Vietnamese naval and marine assets board this ship and then take it under tow back to one of their ports.  Of course, Beijing starts making all manner of threats.  In the 78th NCAA Men’s National Basketball Championship, Villanova defeats North Carolina by a final score of 77-74.
  68. 2017 Tuesday: Syrian government forces launch a chemical weapons attack on Khan Shaykhun resulting in at least 80 civilian deaths and countless others injured.  President Barack Obama had warned Bashar al-Assad that ‘if he crossed the red line and used chemical weapons, there would be hell to pay.’  No hell to pay until Donald J. Trump became president.  Meanwhile, according to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Chinese retail giant Alibaba becomes the world’s largest retailer.  You go, China, you go.
  69. 2018 Wednesday: Since the U.S. Congress won’t act to do something on the U.S.-Mexico border, President Donald J. Trump grasps the bull by the balls and sends the U.S. National Guard to aid struggling Customs and Border Patrol officers attempting to deal with one wave after another of illegal alien invaders.  Of course, the 45th president suffers all manner of criticism for attempting to halt Democrats AND RINO Republicans’ beloved illegal aliens.  Democrats want voters and RINOs like cheap labor.  We say, “Militarize the southern border with minefields, antivehicle, antipersonnel, anti-boat obstacles, a massive wall, artillery positions, and even seed the Rio Grande with alligator pups.  When the latter grow up, they will patrol the river…
  70. 2019 Thursday: The Church of Latter-Day Saints- aka the Mormon Church- promises to roll back anti-LGBTQIA+ policies which include not baptizing the children of gay parents.  Bowed to pressure, did you?  What a shame.  Meanwhile, the governor of Guam- Lourdes “Lou” Leon Guerrero, Democrat, signs a bill permitting for the recreational use of marijuana.  Elsewhere, in the aftermath of the Christchurch mosque massacres, both New Zealand and Australia pass laws prohibiting the posting of violent content online.  If such content is posted, it must be removed immediately or the service providers must face the consequences.
  71. 2020 Saturday: The Wuhan Virus- straight out of Wuhan, China- continues claiming lives around the world and ruining much of the global economy.  Although Beijing continues to claim that things are ‘looking really great in China,’ everyone knows this is little more than propaganda put forth by their state-run media.  Shame on them.  Current figures for today are more than one million confirmed cases what with more than 64,000 confirmed deaths worldwide.  In the United States, there are 312,076 confirmed U.S. cases and 8,496 confirmed deaths.  When this crisis ends, the world will hold the communist government of China accountable and as Chef Goldie McNamara has said, President Donald J. Trump should demand a return to the Two-China Policy, of recognizing the equality of Nationalist aka Free China as a separate entity from the People’s Republic of (Communist China).

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

The Michael Schenker Group released a 4-CD retrospective live album featuring four complete shows recorded in the early 1980s when he had just formed his solo band. “Walk the Stage- the Official Bootleg Box Set” came out on May 30, 2009.  Joining the legendary German guitarist are well-known and much beloved members of his solo band: vocalist Gary Barden, Chris Glen (bass), Andy Nye and Paul Raymond (keyboards), and Ted McKenna and Cozy Powell (drums).  Always a wild rocker, Schenker puts on one hell of a great show and these four shows encapsulated on four discs (plus a fifth- a DVD)- albeit five-star bootleg quality- are well worth whatever price eBay might be charging for it, which at the time of this writing was running around $157.00.  We hope you will seek this one out because the man and his band have been with us for a long, long time.  You will enjoy this album so please, seek it out wherever you shop for the best in rock music- you can thank us later.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

UFO returned on July 25, 2000 with a 2-CD set, “Covenant.”  The album featured a disc of new studio material while the second one was a live album entitled, “Live in the USA.”  The musicians featured here are Phil Mogg (vocals), Michael Schenker (guitars), Pete Way (bass), Aynsley Dunbar (drums), Simon Wright (drums), and Paul Raymond (guitars/keyboards).  Say what you will, some bands last and some bands don’t but UFO and its integral components have amazingly managed to soldier on unlike many others.  This is a superb collection of tunes in one amazing place which is why we encourage everyone to visit your favorite site for the absolute best in rock music and add it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

[i] We are unclear as to when we will begin promoting the music of the legendary British rock band, YES, but when we do, you will be the first to know.  This offering will go as long as- if not longer- than the Beatles and their individual members.   Please stay tuned.

[ii] We shared the music of Deep Purple, Ian Gillan, Captain Beyond, Elf, and Rainbow beginning on Tuesday, 20-March-2018 and concluded this massive offering on Sunday, 14-October-2018.  Please seek out the music by all of these phenomenal bands.  All are fabulous.

[iii] We began promoting the music of the greatest British blues rock band, the Climax Blues Band, beginning on Monday, 16-September-2019 through Sunday, 27-October-2019.  This included the solo efforts of Pete Haycock and Colin Cooper.  We hope you will check them out and add them to your collection.

[iv] We began promoting the music of both the Beatles and the band’s individual components on Friday, 04-November-2016 through Sunday, 11-June-2018.  Besides the Beatles, we also promoted the music of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison as well as the Traveling Wilburys.

[v] Not sure when we will present the music of this famed Canadian American rock band but when we do, you will be the first to know.  The Band ranks among the all-time greatest rock bands of the 1960s and 1970s.  You won’t want to miss them.

[vi] NO economic plan put forth by President Barack Obama over his eight years in office ever generated the promised results.  It was not until Donald Trump became president that the economy began going like gangbusters.  The proof of how inept the Obama administration was is in the way in 2020 Obama tries to take credit for the Trump economy, claiming that it was ‘his.’  No, Mr. Obama, you did NOTHING to create the economy we are now enjoying.

There should be NO conviction for #45 in the U.S. Senate so what are the Democrats and RINOs really up to? Let me explain to you their devious plan

Both Mr. Castor and Mr. Schoen alluded to the KEY in this SNAFU: IF the Democrats veritably thought that President Donald J. Trump incited mob violence and insurrection on January 6, 2021 and it was S-O-O-O important to do something about it, Number One (my view) they would have flown the article of impeachment over there by the 8th and second- in the lawyers’ view, a federal attorney would have brought charges against President Trump in a federal court. Period.

WINTER SESSION 2021

BLOG POST #3,758 AT THE AICP-END

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 633

What is Donald Trump’s problem in picking competent attorneys?

Ventura, CA 93003, 02-13-2021 Saturday:   While I was watching the opening comments on Tuesday, you know, in the trial of the century– the show trial of the former 45th president- I was struck by how disappointing the defense attorneys were.  I mean, President Trump sure seems like he has issues choosing qualified legal representation what with a bum like Michael Cohen and the putzes we saw on Tuesday.  Bruce Castor, I have no clue what this man’s job was because he got up there and ambled around, stopping here, there, and everywhere as he seemingly schmoozed up with Democrats and RINOs alike on the jury.  Oh, if only Dr. Alan Dershowitz could have been there but he’s been through one impeachment trial already and it cost him almost all of his friends so it’s understandable as to why he would not seek to do an encore, even though he is the best defender of the rule of law and of the U.S. Constitution.

The second attorney, David Schoen did a better job but neither one is what anyone would call a stellar court performer so it’s easy to see that once again, the 45th president is going to strike out because neither man did him justice.  I mean, if I were on trial for murder and these two men were my defenders, my head would be cupped in my hands, tears rolling down my cheeks because I would know I would be getting the chair in a state without the death penalty.  It is what it is.

I respect President Trump and he think he’s done amazingly well in business; however, it’s also easy to believe that he must have had far more luck in his climb up the ladder than competent legal advice because his lawyers never seem to do right by him.  Could this be a flaw within him that he picks people who are consistently not up to the job or could it be Divine Manipulation that sends him subpar lawyers.  That, too, is what it is…

I will say this, however: what I alluded to in my Today in History post this past Tuesday- I think the Democrats are once again playing a L-O-N-G game, one the Republicans and members of the Trump orbit fail to anticipate or visualize.

This revelation just came to me and I was completely sober- well, mostly sober.  I was sitting there watching the farce and we know that Trump SHOULD NOT be convicted because of the numbers of Republicans among the jury it would require to do so- 17, I believe- but if President Trump’s legal representation does not improve, he very well could.  They would do it as a show of disapproval to his bozo lawyers (but let’s hope not).

Period.

Inciting insurrection against one’s own government is BAD and when one is president, it’s even worse, perhaps a HANGING OFFENSE.  Man, those charges would have been filed, Vice President Mike Pence would have brought the Cabinet together and employed the 25th Amendment to remove the criminal president so he could be taken into custody but none of that happened.  Not at all.

Rather, Trump finished his term in office even though we were told daily what a clear and present danger he was for not only the country but the entire world.  Hell, the Iranians filed charges in the International Court to get Trump sent to their country for trial for having killed their golden boy, General Qassim Soleimani on New Year’s Day 2020.  At least those desert rats were on the ball while the Democrats sat around pulling a “Jeffrey Toobin” (I’d hate to be the one to clean that mess up!) in their nanosecond impeachment hearing (if you can call it such).

This is the plan: the Democrats expect Donald Trump will run again for the White House, starting as soon as the 2022 Mid-Term Elections are over.  He is a shoo-in to win the nomination because the Republicans brave enough to run against him are much-hated RINOs like Mitt Romney, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, and any other mushy GOPPER who is drunk on his or her own image.

Even Jeb Bush (we can always find another Bush, right?) or Nikki Haley could give it a go but none of them can or will win the nomination because the vast majority of the Republican Party HATES RINOs, even if it’s our only choice on Election Day.  We’ve been down that road before, we’ve been burned one too many times, and the RINOs always rest assured that we will pick the lesser of two evils.  No more.

No, when Trump wins the nomination in mid-2024 and is on the way to victory, a week prior to the convention, the Biden Justice Department will conclude their years-long investigation into Trump and the ‘Trump Mob’ and will file a slew of federal charges against him then, accusing him of all manner of federal crimes.  Not only would this destroy him, it also might embarrass enough Republicans to throw their hands in the air and say, “ENOUGH!”  It would guarantee a Kamala Harris victory because we know that Usurper Joe is going to pull a “William Henry Harrison.”

The question is, ‘what can we do?’

I will see you tomorrow.

The Jefferson Starship’s next CD, “Dragonfly,” came out on September 01, 1974 and saw Marty Balin back onboard as a ‘guest.’  This would change with the next release when he would return full-time and the song he would write would become one of the biggest hits of all time.  This album, however, saw the lineup solidify as Grace Slick (vocals), Paul Kantner (guitars, vocals), Pete Sears (bass guitar/keyboards/vocals), David Freiberg (bass guitar/keyboards/vocals/viola), Papa John Creech (violin/vocals), John Barbata (drums and percussion), and Craig Chaquico (lead guitar) came together. This would be among the most successful lineups of either the Airplane or Starship and having Marty Balin on board, the creator of the Jefferson Airplane was a great sign.  Please go to Amazon.com where you can snap this CD up in the format, the condition, and the price that is right for you and your pocketbook.

Trump from today until his termination on 11-07-2018.  Elsewhere, following a conversation with communist China’s dictator Xi Jinping, President Trump agrees to stick with the “One-China Policy” by which, Beijing is the ONLY recognized China and Taiwan subservient to the mainland.
  53. 2018 Friday: In PyeongChang, South Korea, the XXIII Olympic Winter Games open.  Meanwhile, for the second time this year, the U.S. government undergoes shutdown due to lawmakers being incapable of reaching agreement on a budget bill.   Eventually, an agreement would be agreed to and President Donald J. Trump would sign it into law thus keeping the government funded until March 23, 2018.
  54. 2019 Saturday: Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth “I’m a Cherokee” Warren[v] announces her official bid for the 2020 Democratic Party’s presidential nomination in the city of Lawrence.  How this unattractive and dishonest individual thinks she can win the presidency is beyond any of us here at the AICP-END Blogs.  She has used one of the most maligned racial minorities in the history of the country as her springboard to virtually everything she has earned in life.  She should be disqualified.
  55. 2020 Sunday: Thanks to the ineptitude (or purposefulness, we are reserving judgment at present), the death toll of the Xi Jinping Bat Flu now stands at 910 people which is higher than the reported death toll of the SARS epidemic that broke out in 2002 and lasted until 2004.  Speaking of the Chi-Coms, Chi-Com warplanes conducting ‘military drills’ off the coast of the Republic of China- Taiwan- circle the freedom-loving island.  This leads the Taiwanese Defense Ministry to call out their belligerent neighbors for threatening their sovereignty.  (We should give Taiwan some nukes- just saying…).
  56. 2021 Tuesday: Eighty-two different advocacy groups call on the Biden administration to end all federal executions.  Speaking of the Biden administration, he announced plans to fire ALL Trump-appointed U.S. federal attorneys.  However, the U.S. attorney overseeing the Hunter Biden probe is NOT going anywhere soon.  Next, Joe Biden’s nomination to head the OMB vows to work with the GOP following a row on Twitter.  As the ‘re-impeachment trial’ of Donald Trump opens, neither the former president or the ‘current president’ are making any statements.   Regarding this bogus sham waste of time, Senator Mike Lee, R-UT, says the prosecutors’ arguments are ‘ambiguous’ this after Congressman Jaime Raskin laid out the ‘charges’ against the 45th president.
  57. 2021 Monday A: In communist China, the World Health Organization personnel on site says, ‘the Wuhan Institute of Virology is the UNLIKELY origination point for the Chi-Vi, the Xi Jinping Bat Flu,  There you go, the WHO covers up for their Chinese masters.   Thanks to the Wuhan Virus Crisis, in the U.S.- unless relief comes soon- millions of small businesses could close by year’s end.  Many believe that this is precisely the game plan the Dems are using because if small businesses close, everyone will be working for the massive corporations.  This is a fascist form of government in which BIG CORPORATIONS are in bed with BIG GOVERNMENT as it was in Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, and in modern-day communist China.  Evil.   Speaking of fascism, Hong Kong denies bail to pro-democracy advocate Jimmy Lai.  Meanwhile, Iran says, “Western policies could force them into building nuclear bombs’ as though they are not already working on them lickety-split.
  58. 2021 Monday B: In another blow to the expectations of Californians being throttled by the Newsom Regime, California High-Speed Rail Authority is seeking another $4 billion to toss down the rabbit hole on this never-ending wealth redistribution scheme.  Elsewhere, in Arizona, the Republican-controlled state Senate loses a narrow vote in which the state’s leaders and GOP leadership wanted a full audit of the crappy Dominion Voting Systems machines used- ALLEGEDLY- to throw the 2020 Presidential Election to ‘Pro-China Joe’ Biden and away from President Donald J. Trump.  Meanwhile, My Pillow creator and CEO Mike Lindell calls for an open public debate on the ALLEGED election chicanery Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic software in the 2020 Presidential Election.  Amen.   Finally, Tampa Bay city government is busting the balls of Governor Ron DeSantis for not having worn a facemask at the Super Bowl.  These people doing the bitching are like body lice- annoying tidbits of nothing.
  59. 2021 Monday C: A federal judge in Texas has put a freeze on Joe Biden’s deportation ban.   Meanwhile, the New York Attorney General Leticia James urges the FDA to look into improving the standards on baby food.  Elsewhere, Ohio serial killer Anthony Sowell, a man who murdered 11 women of whom we know, died in prison.  Meanwhile, Mary Wilson- original founding member of the Supremes (later Diana Ross and the Supremes) dies at age 76.  Next, Palm Beach, Florida, says ‘Donald Trump can live at his own resort- Mar-a-Lago as long as he is a ‘bona fide employee.’  WTF?  Hotel magnates live in their hotels, who gives Palm Beach the right to determine who can live and who cannot live somewhere?   Finally, the pilot in the crash that killed Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and several other people is said to have become disoriented in heavy fog.
  60. 2021 Monday D: Tesla’s investment of $1.5 billion into Bitcoin drives a single Bitcoin up to $48,000.  Meanwhile, the U.S. Senate votes 56-44 that the second impeachment of former President Donald J. Trump is constitutional and can proceed.    One thing we learned today is that President Donald J. Trump authorized as many as 10,000 members of the National Guard to arrive in Washington, D.C. ahead of January 6, 2021 so as to maintain law and order.  Elsewhere, federal and state cybersecurity authorities are investigating an intrusion into Florida in which, an unknown entity sought to poison a town’s water supply.   Next, Senator Joe Manchin, Democrat, of the Senate Energy Committee begs Joe Biden not to scrap the permit for the Keystone XL Pipeline.   Finally, Joe Biden’s pick to lead the CIA appears to be intricately linked to Chinese businessmen with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party- WTF, Joe?  Can you sell out our country quickly enough?
  61. 2021 Tuesday E: Here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 106,643,519 confirmed cases, +328,824, 2,330,839, confirmed deaths, +10,119, and 59,549,395 confirmed recoveries, +246,096.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 27,382,078 confirmed cases, up 114,433 from yesterday’s reporting, 470,660 confirmed deaths, UP 2,792, and 11,166,500 confirmed recoveries with NO UPDATES NOW in at least two weeks.  This tells us the Biden administration does not want them reported.   NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 141,265 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE U.S.  Joe, YOU claimed you had a plan to defeat the communist virus, what the hell are YOU going to do about it- sit on your ass and blame everything on Donald Trump.
  62. 2021 Tuesday F: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,430,685 confirmed cases, 44,470 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 26,500 confirmed cases, 418 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 326,625 confirmed cases, 4,540 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other state: North Carolina: currently, they have 802,820 confirmed cases, 10,046 confirmed deaths but NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.
  63. 2021 Tuesday G: Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 696,528 confirmed cases, 5,171 confirmed deaths, and 633,313 confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other country- France: they have 3,341,365 confirmed cases of the Beijing Bug, 79,423 confirmed deaths, and 208,925 confirmed recoveries.   We will say this: the primary purpose of the Chi-Vi was to remove the threat of Trump- the Chi-Coms accomplished that goal.  The secondary goal (or so we believe) is to ‘cleanse the world’ of the old, the infirm, the sick, and the mentally disabled.  Anyone else who died from this Wuhan Institute of Virology lab-engineered virus is just collateral damage.  Shame on the Chi-Coms!
  64. 2021 Tuesday H:  Here are today’s Stock Market closes: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 31,375.83 DOWN 9.93 points (-0.032%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 14,007.70, UP 20.05 points (+0.14%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,911.23, DOWN 4.36 points (-0.11%).  The price of GOLD is $1,838.80 per troy oz., +1.30 (+0.07%) while the price of SILVER is $27.33 per troy ounce, -0.07 (-0.26%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,190.20 per troy oz, -4.20 (-0.45%) while the price of COPPER is $3.72 per pound, -0.000 (-0.04%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,320.60 per troy oz, -16.10 (-0.69%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $58.38 per barrel, +0.02 (+0.03%).  Currently, one-dollar U.S. = 6.43 Chi-Com yuan.   Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.83 euros and in Iranian Rial equals 42,000.00 (same as last week).  That’s what a terrorism-based economy gets you.  Next, here is the conversion for one U.S. dollar and Bitcoin: 0.000022.
  65. 2021 Tuesday I: Good news for Christians and Jews: a judge strikes down New York Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo’s ban on religious gatherings at churches and synagogues (but you know the cowardly fool would NEVER close mosques- they’d take him out in a heartbeat).  We learn today from immigration experts that the United States has 14.5 million illegal aliens and 5 million anchor babies which is conservative estimate to be sure.  Sources within the federal government have said the estimates of illegal aliens are close to 30-50 million illegals and Joe Biden does not want to deport them.  Speaking of Usurper Joe, he says that by April of this year, he wants schools to be open at least ONE DAY per week.  Wow.  His wife, Dr. Jill Biden says the Biden administration is going to make junior college FREE.  Another bill the taxpayers are going to fund.  Meanwhile, U.S. Transportation Secretary Mayor Pete Buttigieg says the administration is thinking about demanding NEGATIVE COVID-19 TESTS before anyone can board an airplane.  Good going, Picolo Pete!
  66. 2021 Tuesday J: We learn this evening that Joe Biden’s pick to head the Central Intelligence Agency- William Burns- is…wait for it…closed tied to communist China.  WTF is going on?  Can the people selling the country out to the Chi-Coms at least be discreet about it?  This is insane.   Next Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Chuck Schumer are asking Biden to up the relief bill so that people will receive money for Chinese Virus burials of loved ones.  What else will the government spend our money on?  Elsewhere, Representative Lee Zeldin, R-NY, says that ‘both the Capitol Hill Riots of January 6, 2021 were as predetermined as is the farce occurring in the U.S. Senate what with the ‘re-impeachment’ or ‘second impeachment’ of President Donald J. Trump.  (NOTE- I am writing a post this Saturday in which I lay out the real reason the Dems are doing what they’re doing and it lies within what President Trump’s defense attorneys said- IF the Democrats genuinely believed that Trump was guilty of inciting an insurrection against the government, federal charges would be brought against him.  Period.  But they haven’t which screeches of bogus impeachment.  Well, like Doug Mackey, Democrats are reaching B-A-C-K to 2016 to go after their enemies so why NOT bring federal charges against Donald Trump whenever he announces he is going to run- or even better- when he wins the GOP nomination?  Never say never).
  67. 2021 Tuesday K: The famed Aunt Jemima brand has been renamed the Pearl Milling Company.  Meanwhile, we learn that this year’s Super Bowl ratings were the worst since 2007- coming in at 91 million viewers.  It’s been a strange year, folks what with the Chi-Com Bat Virus sweeping the globe, the one the W.H.O. now says came from the Wuhan wet market.   Elsewhere, a judge informs George Soros’ handpicked D.A. George Gascon in Los Angeles, California, that he cannot- we repeat CANNOT set the law aside and do whatever the hell he wants to do like not charge thugs and criminals because it’s RACIST.  Send Gascon to county…
  68. 2021 Tuesday L: Here are the winning numbers for the Mega Millions Draw #1632 with a $68 million big pot o’ cash up for grabs: 07, 18, 21, 31, 40, and Mega 09.  Out of 80,331 winning tickets, the highest winners were THREE people who had FOUR numbers plus the Mega for a prize of $6,103 apiece.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Waysted returned with their next studio album, “Save Your Prayers,” December 15, 1986.  As has become the norm, the band is always evolving in its lineup with the one constant being Pete Way (bass).  Joining him are fellow UFO alum, Paul Chapman (guitars), John DiTeodoro (drums and percussion), and Danny Vaughn (vocals).  Fans of the man and of his band love this album, noting its educational properties in how to craft power ballads and arena rock.  Like UFO, there’s always a market for skilled practitioners of the art of rock-and-roll, even if you don’t burst through the stratosphere like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and KISS.  We hope you will seek this one out and consider adding it to your growing collection of the absolute best in rock and roll music- you will be glad you did.  After all, Pete Way is known as the ‘most dangerous man in rock and roll.’  What more selling point do you need.

ENDNOTES:

[i] Beginning in 2019, Democratic Chairman of the Intel Committee- Adam Schiff, congressman from California- would employ the same tactics to bring down President Donald J. Trump but would fail…miserably.  The loser is a POS while Trump has done nothing his political enemies accuse of him doing.

[ii] In 2020, many believe this loser might throw his hat into the race for the Democratic Party’s 2020 nomination.  Go for it, John, go for it, you, and Hillary Clinton both and if Michelle wants to run, she should throw her bonnet into the running, too.

[iii] Millions of Americans believe there should be an asterisk after the name of the 44th president because they believe he was foreign-born thus being disqualified from holding the highest office in the land.  Many of us here at the AICP-END Blogs agree with this assessment and believe that most of the readership does, too.

[iv] Many speculate that Donald Trump funded this loser via strawmen so he would remain in the race mucking things up for others like Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.  At one time, Gov. Kasich was a normal guy but like many left-leaning RINOS, somewhere along the way, he “lost it.”

[v] The previous Friday, most of the women of color working for “Lyin’ Liz” in Arizona left the office, citing hostile workplace issues.

Should Trump lose and Biden-Harris win on Election Day, I sincerely doubt that the top of the ticket would make it out of November and that the bottom would assume power, a puppet of Xi Jinping for good

The crackdown on our civil liberties would be almost immediate. I suspect the specter of COVID-19 would be the vehicle by which, government would suspend many of our civil liberties. We would be told to shelter in place because our betters would fix things for all of us. I fear that by the early spring of 2021, real and perceived enemies of the new regime would find themselves in sticky situations where suppression of liberties and restriction of movements would keep everyone terrified, indoors, and dependent on government for what’s to come.

FALL SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,642 AT THE AICP-END

14 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Should we lose on Election Day, I suspect the assault on our liberties and freedoms would be almost instantaneous…

Bakersfield, CA 93304, 10-20-2020 Tuesday:  Many continue growing pessimistic about the chances of Donald J. Trump on winning another term on November 3, because they permit the incessant, unremitting Fake News Media assault to infect their minds with impending doom, gloom, and defeat.  I, however, do my best to fend off the hammer blows that never seem to fail to find a way in via cracks in the floorboards because like it or not, I cannot entertain- even for a second- any thoughts that we might lose.  However, today’s post is about just that, perhaps as a tonic to ward off what is definitely coming our way should our foes win on Election Day.[i]

We know the Democrats are promising their followers ‘not to fear because while it might look like President Donald J. Trump is going to WIN BIG on Election Night and that “Pro-China Joe” Biden should not toss in the towel, not to worry because in the days and the weeks following Election Day, the Democrats and their allies, using money donated by the Chi-Coms and the EVIL billionaires they claim to want to crush, they are going to win via all sorts of chicanery.[ii]

Many question HOW they can win if Trump wins a 49-or-50-state blowout on November 3?  Well, they plan to go out, beat the bushes, rummage through junk cars before they submit them to the crusher, and to comb back alleyways, side streets, and rural roads to find the necessary ballots they need to overthrow the election results.

If their plan works, they will put their guy, “Pro-China Joe” Biden and the woman who labeled him a racist into the White House.  They figure that since the Republicans DON’T play the same games, they have nothing to fear because whatever they engineer through hook or by crook will be enough to push Biden-Harris or Harris-Biden (whichever way you like it) across the finish line.

Many people find it terrifying that the Dems seem not to care that their attempt at overthrowing the election is out in the open, in broad daylight, and not in the shadows where they used to scurry about like the rodents they are.  Unlike 2000 and the infamous Florida vote recount that never seemed to end (until the U.S. Supreme Court said, “ENOUGH!” and ended the charade), now, they are promising their followers and donors what they are going to do and as long as Chi-Com cash flows into the coffers of the Democratic Party, this time, they feel they cannot lose.

I would say that once the Democrats pull off the crime of the century– stealing the 2020 Elections from the presidency to the school boards, they will immediately send “Pro-China Joe” Biden into the shadowy realm of history.  Prior to him, the nation’s shortest-time-in-office president was Whig William Henry Harrison[iii] who gave an inaugural address that went for three-plus hours in a driving rain.  The poor man developed pneumonia and died within one month making his Vice President John Tyler the commander-in-chief.

With fading Joe Biden, I sincerely doubt he will even make it past the month of November, not even make it to Inauguration Day and thus Vice President Kamala Harris will become the nation’s 47th president.

We have never had a president sicken and die before taking the oath of office so I am unclear as to whether she would be able to fill his term and then run for two of her own or if his not making it to Inauguration Day would restrict her to two; that is a debate for constitutional attorneys.

What I do know is that a “President Harris” wouldn’t need eight years to forever change this country into something it was never meant to be because she would not be the one running the show, no matter what many people say they believe (or don’t believe). No, whoever is behind the curtains pulling the strings would be new potentate and that potentate would be Xi Jinping or so I suspect.[iv]

The crackdown on our civil liberties would be almost immediate.  I suspect the specter of COVID-19[v] would be the vehicle by which, government would suspend many of our civil liberties.

Friends, please join me tomorrow as we count down our final days of freedom to Election Day.  Let us pray to our God that He deliver us from what might be coming our way…

FOOTNOTES:

[i] It’s difficult to fend off some of what we hear because when you hear Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, say ‘Trump is probably going to lose’ or you hear Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Nebraska, say the hateful things he does about President Trump, it’s difficult not to get discouraged.  That does not mean, however, that we are not going to vote.  We are going to vote, my friends, if we have to wait in line from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. or beyond.  If we’re going to lose, we’re going to lose but I think we stand a good chance of winning.  While we could lose the Senate, I think we’re going to win the House.

[ii] Hawkfish CEO John Mendelsohn told Axios NOT TO FEAR Election Night because Trump would lose in subsequent days and weeks.  See the following link: <https://www.axios.com/bloomberg-group-trump-election-night-scenarios-a554e8f5-9702-437e-ae75-d2be478d42bb.html>

[iii] William Henry Harrison was the nation’s ninth president and he died 31 days into his term, March 04, 1841 to April 04, 1841.

[iv] There is but one thug in the world we have to fear and that thug is Xi Jinping.  The man has power, the most money, and the largest conventional and unconventional military and has been on a path to world domination that the United States- up until Donald Trump arrived on scene- was unable to keep up with or stop.  Thank God for Trump.

[v] COVID-19 is the convenient tool by which, all dictatorial thugs will utilize to achieve total power, domination, and control.  Count on it.  “Pro-China Joe” Biden says that ‘he will listen to the doctors and will shut everything down again’ if directed to do so.  That should scare the living f**k out of everyone.

Trump should demand a return to the Two-China Policy, of recognizing the equality of Nationalist aka Free China as a separate entity from the People’s Republic of (Communist China).

Unless we see Barack and Michelle on stage and soon with the Bidens, I predict the 2020 ticket to be Biden-Clinton 2020 and here’s why

Well, unless Barack Obama suddenly shows up and starts being a surrogate for Joe, then I think we can call Vegas and put our money on the ticket being Biden-Clinton 2020. A ticket such as that could be a winner provided the Dems are able to take down Trump.

WINTER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,419 AT THE AICP-END

240 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Hillary Clinton has the opportunity to break not one but two glass ceilings…

Shafter, CA 93263, 03-11-2020 Wednesday: Buenos días, bienvenidos a la American Institute of Culinary Política-Elemental noticias del día, el único lugar para la verdad sin adornos y sólo los hechos! You know, I am always amazed at how people like Sean Hannity beat up on Joe Biden every single day, making fun of him, lampooning him, making him seem to be a modern-day Cantinflasla única cosa es que sus pantalones no han caído- escucharme. Back to my point, you all love bashing and ripping into the guy when if I were you, I would withhold my criticisms now that he appears on the verge of winning the Democratic Party’s 2020 nomination and would withhold my dumdum bullets until late September-early October. T-H-E-N let loose!

But, oh no, you can’t and won’t do that. You know, pero, oh no, no puede y no hacer eso, you can’t let him do his thing, cursing at his voters, promising to take away our AR-14’s, and threatening America with putting some of the worst radicals in American politics into his cabinet and onto his courts. Leave him be as if you don’t…well, someone else is waiting in the wings…

I think whoever is going to be his vice-presidential pick is going to tell us EVERYTHING, mis amigos, because that individual will be the one running the show. That person will be the weathervane telling us which direction a Joe Biden administration is going to go; will it be something we recognize or will be down the path of loco liberal leftwing politics that is going to scare the living crap out of everyone?

We must thank God that that little Puerto Rican POS who represents the Bronx or Brooklyn or whatever borough she does is far too young to be the vice president on a Biden ticket. But, it could be Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama, either one a heavy hitter.

I suspect that when Joe won BIG on Super Tuesday and again yesterday in most of the states on Super Tuesday Junior, either Bill Clinton or Barack Obama put the word out that NOW was the time to vote BIG for Joe, time to put Bernie in the political grave in which, he belongs face down.

Now, I am putting my money on former President Bill Clinton being the one behind the scenes as if it was Barack Obama, I think the man would be out there stumping for his former VP. I think we would see photo after photo of Joe and Dr. Jill and Barack and Michelle standing there with their hands grasped and arms upraised showing unity.

Yet, we are not. We are seeing Joe out there fighting by himself with his wife, sister, and union workers so this tells me, Hillary is going to become the Democratic VP nominee which if the Biden-Clinton ticket actually wins in November would give Hillary the honor of being the FIRST woman elected vice president.

The honors would not stop there because I suspect that a President Biden might become the second shortest-serving president unless, of course, something happens prior to taking the oath which would put him the shortest-serving president BEFORE William Henry Harrison who only lasted a month.

Alas, if something happened to poor Joe, then Hillary would step up, become the president thus breaking the second glass ceiling. What a groundbreaking event that would be in American politics but note, I am not suggesting or hoping for this outcome. I am voting to give Mr. Trump a second term as who can criticize the economic boom we are enjoying?

Well, unless Barack Obama suddenly shows up and starts being a surrogate for Joe, then I think we can call Vegas and put our money on the ticket being Biden-Clinton 2020. A ticket such as that could be a winner provided the Dems are able to take down Trump.

While it is fun speculating on possibilities, this is the ONLY one I see that is viable unless, of course, Barack and Michelle step forward and propel Joe across the finish line.

As for Hillary, let me put it like this: she appears far healthier now than she did four years ago and is popping up everywhere. That should tell us something just as it should delight Vegas oddsmakers.

Creo que veremos, ya veremos de nuevo mañana y recogerlo donde lo dejamos en la actualidad. Hasta entonces.

As have the rest of my colleagues, local Bakersfield street artist, Simone, created these portraits of me that you will see over successive days here at the blog. I guess Simone did ‘okay’ in capturing my likeness; I guess it could have been worse. I was a young cook back in the early 1960’s when I commenced my culinary career. I served underneath a Master Chef for many years before striking out on my own. I went up the coast of the Western United States and Canada, working all the way, until I made it to Alaska. From there, I moved to Hawaii for a couple of years (1994-1997) before I returned to Washington State and it was there that I met Stinkbug.

Original Beverly Carrick Artworks, Beverly Carrick—World Famous Artist, Richard Manuel, the Band, John Lennon, The Beatles, The Climax Blues Band, Pete Haycock, President William Henry Harrison, Yes, Chris Squire, Confederate States of America, Vice President Alexander H. The Democrats, Sergei Skripal, Vladimir Putin,

Roxy Music released its fourth album, “Country Life,” in 1974 and it is the first to crack the Top 40 in the United States. “Country Life” featured the somewhat similar lineup of Brian Eno (vocals, electronics), Phil Manzanera (guitars), Andy Mackay (oboes, saxophones), Paul Thompson (drums), and John Gustafson (bass), which means musical consistency, remains the same while improving.  We love this album just as we know you will, too, which is why we urge you to seek it out and consider adding it to your growing collection of nothing but the absolute finest in rock music- you will love it.

Original Beverly Carrick Artworks, Beverly Carrick—World Famous Artist, President Grover Cleveland, President William Henry Harrison, Yuri V. Andropov, Leonid Brezhnev; Konstantin U. Chernenko, The Soviet Union, The Whig Party, The Beatles, U.S. Secretary of State Dean Rusk, Admiral Miklós Horthy, Roxy Music,

Go for it, John, go for it, you and Hillary Clinton both and if Michelle wants to run, she should throw her bonnet into the running, too.
