Got a nice letter from Mike Bloomberg today, not asking for money but introducing himself, trumpeting his accomplishments, and informing me ‘there is no problem we cannot solve by working hard and working together;’ wow

Now, I am a Pro-Life Democrat. I also am a member of the NRA as well as of the Hawaii Rifle Association. My hubby and I enjoy going to the shooting range as much as we do hunting wild pigs in the hinterlands of Maui. WINTER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,401 AT THE AICP-END

258 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

If I am wrong about Bloomberg being ‘Trump’s secret weapon,’ then I expect we will see a mayoral sandwich- Bloomy-Butti 2020

Honolulu, HI 96782, 02-22-2020 Saturday: Fallout from Wednesday night’s Democratic debate continues as the Dems are bashing one another as though they are gladiators in the middle of the Roman Colosseum. One almost expects to see blood and gore as various body parts- including heads, limbs, and innards- fly about the various whistle stops on each candidate’s campaign tour. It is something to see, the infighting is so ferocious, so fierce, all because we have a group of wealthy folks (Bloomy, Bernie, Lizzie, and Uncle Joe) pitted against two commoners (Mayor Petey and Amy). Hypocrisy abounds, it’s ugly, and to tell you the truth, I expect someone else is going to enter the scrum like John F. Kerry, Terry McAuliffe, or Hillary, maybe Michelle.

Now, I must say as a Democrat, I still receive mail from various Democrat politicians. A day or so ago, I received a letter from the desk of Michael Bloomberg. Mike Bloomberg, the former mayor of New York City, not some goober from the island of Tonga but “Tiny Mikey” himself, the shadow agent doing the work of President Trump.

I never thought I meant anything to anyone other than at vote time because the only time leadership of the party gets in touch is when they want me to pull out my leather-bound checkbook and write them a big fat check that goes somewhere but whose honest whereabouts is unknown to me.

When I used to cut them a check for the maximum donation, I never knew if it went to help Tulsi Gabbard win her seat or to buy a new paint job for the house of Mazie Hirono, our esteemed senator from Hawaii. Maybe it went to her colleague, our former governor and Senator Brian Schatz. After all, maintaining a lovely home can be pricey here in the Islands.

I also did not know if my donation found its way into the coffers of our puffed-up governor or it went to some politician in Nebraska. Maybe it goes straight to Tom Perez’s Swiss bank account or to Hillary Clinton’s ‘charitable foundation.’ Don’t know and will never so hence why I stopped writing donation checks to the DNC.

Mayor Mike is not asking for money; however, his mailing is akin to a news letter with which to speak directly to the voters. President Trump controls Twitter and only equals can contest him there whereas Mike is going the other route and that is via the snail mail.

His letter is extremely comforting and nice. He trumpets his successes, as he sees them, and urges everyone to climb aboard with him so we can defeat Donald Trump. He promotes his fight against the NRA as well as how he is fighting climate change and that his parents taught him the value of giving back to those less fortunate than he is.

Now, I am a Pro-Life Democrat. I also am a member of the NRA as well as of the Hawaii Rifle Association. My hubby and I enjoy going to the shooting range as much as we do hunting wild pigs in the hinterlands of Maui. We use our firearms responsibly and have no intention of ever surrendering them as my colleague, Chef Itzi would hers IF she owned them. She hates guns.

We believe in Climate Change but not in what men such as Bloomberg and Bernie and the rest of the Dems on the stage do. We are already on the cutting edge of doing everything possible to preserve our environment here in Hawaii and I believe that everyone else in every state of the Union feels the exact same way.

You see, no one wants dirty water, unclean air, polluted oceans. What we don’t want is to have goodie-two shoes environmentalists trying to drive us back into the Stone Age by terrorizing us into ‘saving the planet.’ They are, after all, indoctrinating each generation of children into believing we only have 10-12 years at most and then poof- planetary cinders.

I will conclude my post by saying what I said earlier in the week: I think Bloomberg is the ‘secret weapon’ of President Donald J. Trump. I mean, why else is he out there punching Bernie in the face for being a communist, pointing out the benefits of capitalism, and the rest of the extraordinary, un-‘Democratic Party’ things he is pushing. Likewise, trying to strip guns away and leave us at the mercy of those who would victimize us? No one is going to vote for that which will give Trump his second term.

Thanks for joining me today and don’t let Bloomy fool you. Like I said, I think yesterday, possibly the day before, if I am wrong, I bet we see a Bloomy-Butti 2020 Ticket, one mayor on top, the other on the bottom. Ba-boom! LOL.

Aloha.

After watching last night’s Democratic debate, IF (and it’s a BIG IF) Bloomberg survives his numerous embarrassing #MeToo moments at the hands of his fellow debaters, I could see a Bloomy-Butti 2020 ticket

Now, I will reiterate what I said yesterday: I believe that Michael Bloomberg is working on behalf of Trump. I believe he is in the mix so he can sow discord and dissension from within all the while Trump continues pounding the Democrats for the crazy ideas they so want to impose on us in this election cycle.

WINTER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,399 AT THE AICP-END

260 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Last night’s Democratic debate was fiery…

Honolulu, HI 96782, 02-20-2020 Thursday: We must be doing something right here at the AICPENDBLOG.COM as yesterday’s post questioning as to whether “Tiny Mikey” Bloomberg might be Trump’s ‘secret weapon’ led to all manner of assaults on our computer systems. So much for freedom of speech, eh? I guess when a man possesses billions of dollars and has all manner of lackeys and cretins in the tech industry doing his dirty work, that loser can attack and infect entire computer systems and browsers all because he does not like what a truth-teller is saying. Wow. Go figure.

Members of my party seeking the 2020 nomination went head to head last night in Las Vegas. The NBC-moderated debate featured frontrunner Bernie Sanders followed by mercenary “Tiny Mikey” Bloomberg, the billionaire who is throwing cash all over the place like a drunken sailor on leave in Pearl City. (Note to self- ask as to how I can get some of the Bloomberg cash without having to surrender my modesty).

Following the dynamic duo, we find Mayor Pete- plummeting like a stone- and then Liz Warren, Joe Biden, and Amy Klobuchar. Noticeably absent is the other guy trying to buy the nomination like Bloomberg, the highly unattractive and dislikable Tom Steyer. What a lineup. NO Tulsi. Shame.

I think we all knew what to expect. People fearful of going after a guy who can either BUY them off or WIPE THEM OUT. Who wants to attack Bloomberg? Hardly anyone although Joe sure did. I would think they want to wipe him out but as with Tom Steyer, they merely ignore him. Is this a winning strategy? Proclaiming Bernie the ‘winner’ is not what most Democrats want.

Now, I will say this: the Democrats DID go after Bloomberg in the opening moments and then the isolation of him began as the other five went to town on one another. Bloomberg did say one thing in the very beginning and that was, ‘If Bernie is our candidate in November, we are going to lose.’

Bernie was on the receiving end of numerous verbal assaults what with Mayor Pete and Liz Warren taking their shots. Amy got in one or two and after Joe had the opportunity to say something about both Bloomberg and how the previous night’s NBC polls said that ‘Only Biden could beat Trump,’ there you go. Then it was isolation for poor Joe, too.

They say Bloomberg spent a few hours practicing for the debate as he has not debated anyone in close to a decade and it showed. It showed by how he allowed the other ones to go to town against one another while he stood meekly on the left side of the stage, raising his scrawny hand, trying to get a word in edgewise.

One of the big battles early on was over how Bernie’s supporters were trashing the leaders of the culinary union in Nevada. Bernie said, ‘nothing he could do about it.’ That is not right. Bernie, we know you have far too many lunatics following you and since we have a large culinary union (among others) here in the Islands, we don’t want your leftist hacks going after our union leaders.

What’s more, the people of Hawaii like their health insurance, Bernie, we like it and don’t want to lose it so you can give FREE health care to illegal aliens and others undeserving of it. That is not right and MOST true Democrats do not want to see our rights diluted, our benefits diminished, nor do we want to be overrun by people who do not respect our ways and who won’t take the time to learn them.

I will also reiterate that unless something changes for the good, I will be voting for the current occupant of the White House. People are working, wages are up, jobs are plentiful, I am seeing young people buying new cars and finding better apartments, some are even finding new construction homes to purchase. Four years ago, this was not so.

If someone like Bernie wins the nomination, the Democratic Party will die. If someone like Liz Warren wins the nomination, likewise. Perhaps Amy Klobuchar is possibly a worthwhile alternative but until she proves she can actually win the big fight I don’t think she has a chance.

Bloomberg took it on the chin over #MeToo issues such as the numerous NDA he has with loads of female employees and I would be surprised if he survives until Super Tuesday. Some of the best incoming occurred when Liz, Joe, and Amy lit him up. Only time and his money will tell.

Finally, as for Mayor Pete, nope. I cannot have an immoral person lecturing me on morals. It does not work. Sorry. You seem like a nice guy and I can give you that but as a moral beacon, you simply fail.

However…if Bloomy survives somehow, I could see a ‘Bloomy-Butti 2020 Ticket.’ Just speaking my mind…

See you tomorrow.

WINTER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,392 AT THE AICP-END

267 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Here are the first NINE Democrats to take their places on the Democratic Boot Hill, 2020 Edition

Delano, CA 93216, 02-13-2020 Thursday:  Mama mia, folks.  New Hampshire primary election knocked out two candidates- Andrew Yang and then Michael Bennett- and almost a third- Tom Steyer- who quickly returned to the running- at least at the time I sat down and began tapping the keys.  All around me in the kitchen, however, there is pandemonium as we are busier than hell but my sous chefs and line cooks have everything under control so here I am, keeping you as up to date as I possibly can.

As the results roll in, it appears that Bernie Sanders is going to come in first, followed by “Wall Street Pete,” uh, I mean little Mayor Pete (does this guy look like a chipmunk or what), then Amy Klobuchar, followed by Lyin’ Liz Warren and then “Smokin’ Joe” Biden.  Following them was the billionaire, who in a rash moment, tossed in the towel but then recanted, followed by poor Tulsi Gabbard and the aforementioned bailouts- minus one- Deval Patrick.  Why he remains in the fray is beyond me.

We do this thing here at the blogsite: the “Democratic Boot Hill,” although this is the first time you have ever heard it said here that way.  We have been chronicling the entry and exit of various candidates so let us pick up where we stand today.  Ready?  Let’s go.

The first fellow who entered the race left not long ago: former Maryland Congressman John Delaney.  He entered- get this- on July 28, 2017, thinking that if he ran for a good 20-24 months before anyone else truly leapt into the running, he would somehow make it to the top.  A decent man with some solid ideas, he bailed the race on January 31, 2020, becoming the sixteenth candidate to leave.  Wow.  The sixteenth to say, “Au revoir.”

Let’s go back and look at who left first.  Do you remember?  I sure as heck do because the fact that he thought he could win was baffling.  The guy’s little more than a drooling, farting moron.  Ooops, I gave it away with that last adjective: Congressman Eric Swalwell.  He entered the race on Monday, April 08, 2019 and left on Monday, July 28, 2019.  Whoa, we dodge a bullet with this guy.

Next to leave the race was another putz, Gov. John Hickenlooper of Colorado.  He joined the race on Monday, March 04, 2019 and exited on Thursday, August 15, 2019.  He plans to run against Republican Senator Cory Gardner.  Good luck.

Next to depart the running was Gov. Jay Inslee of Washington state.  His ONLY plank on his platform was global warming and doing battle with it.  He entered the running on March 01, 2019 and bowed out (did he get the hook?) on Wednesday, August 21, 2019.  Se la vie.

The fourth candidate to bolt the barn was Congressman Seth Moulton of Massachusetts.  A seemingly normal guy, he leapt into the battle on Monday, April 21, 2019 and tossed in the towel on Friday, August 23, 2019.  Maybe next time?

The next one to announce she had no chance was New York junior Senator Kirsten “Whitey” Gillibrand.  She threw her undies into the running on January 15, 2019 and after generating one meme and one meme only- ‘Gimmie some ranch,” she picked them gnarly undies up and put them back on Wednesday, August 28, 2019.  Anyone miss her?  Nope?  Just asking…

The next joker (and he is a joker) was Mayor Bill De Blasio of New York City.  This crackpot forced his way into the running on May 16, 2019, talking about beating “Con Don” and then to no one’s notice left it on Friday, September 20, 2019.  Cheapskate was not willing to spend his own money.  What a bum.

The seventh Dem to leave the race is someone almost no one knows: Ohio Congressman Tim Ryan.  Much like Delaney, he was too sensible and too moderate to draw any attention in a left-wing hyper-socialist scrum.  He entered the race on Thursday, April 04, 2019 and to no one’s notice announced his departure on Thursday, October 24, 2019.  Bon voyage, doc.

The eighth chump to go home and try to convince his wife to gobble baby turds he claimed were ‘avocados,’ was former Congressman Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke.  That sack of armadillo crap entered the running on Thursday, March 14, 2019 to enthusiastic crowds of young people and sadly announced he was going home on Friday, November 01, 2019.  The only surprised was him.  LOL

The final yoyo we will conclude with today is ninth dropout, Mayor Wayne Messam of Miramar, Florida.  He entered the running for some unknown reason on March 28, 2019 and mercifully ended his run on Thursday, November 21, 2019.

Tomorrow, we will pick up with the next nine boneheads to enter the running and then exit the running and who knows, maybe we will have another one if Gov. Patrick says, “Adios, muchachos” and crosses the border back to Massachusetts.

This is fun.  See you tomorrow.

What a week for the Trumpster! Greatest SOTU ever featuring a Pelosi meltdown, acquittal in the Senate, poll numbers spike, Lt. Col. Vindman sent packing, and a horrible Dem debate night in the Granite State

Now, I do feel bad saying that Tulsi is ‘Russian-approved’ because that is a load of crap but it is what failed presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton says and you know that every crumb that falls out of her puckered pie hole is the God’s honest truth (yeah, right).

WINTER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,388 AT THE AICP-END

271 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Too bad people could not pelt Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman with rotten fruits and veggies…

Weedpatch, CA 93241, 02-09-2020 Sunday:  What a week, folks, what a week.  President Trump does an unparalleled SOTU address on Tuesday night, on Wednesday, the U.S. Senate votes to acquit him of BOTH articles of impeachment, then on Friday, the lawsuit launched by 44 infuriated Democrats in the House and Senate is tossed, the one jealous Dems launched against the president, suing him over ‘violating the emoluments clause of the U.S. Constitution,’ along with Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, NSC hack and rat, being given his marching orders and walked off the grounds of the White House.

Regarding this last ‘win,’ I would say it was payback (as the Dems claim) had the president ordered the secretary of defense to dispatch the POS scumbag to a remote firebase in the heart of Taliban territory to withstand constant daily attack until relieved of duty.  While millions would have paid big money to see that little cream puff given the treatment as presented in the movie, “Rendition,” (2007) the president did not do this to the overweight member of our armed forces.  Oh, his twin brother was fired, too.  Boohoo.

As for the SOTU address, Speaker Pelosi claimed she tore up the president’s handwritten document on Tuesday night because the president was running it like it was a ‘reality TV show.’  Hmmm, I would rather have a ‘reality TV show’ than the ‘unreality’ one the Democrats have been running for about four years now.  The show the Dems are producing is bat crap crazy and the sooner we relegate them to lower status than the Peace and Freedom Party nationally, the better.

Everything is going against the Democrats right now and it does not seem to get any better.  It appears that Princess Pete earned a couple more votes than did Democratic-Socialist Bernie Sanders.  Following him were the Fake Indian squaw, then “Gropin’ Joe” Biden, then “the Schnoz,” followed by Andrew “PRC” Yang, then “Green Jeans” Steyer, Uncommitted, Mayor Mike, aka “Shorty,” what with the “Russian-approved hack,” Tulsi Gabbard.  Michael Bennett?  Drop the hell out of the race- you haven’t got a chance of winning- you are the ‘Lincoln Chaffee’ of 2020.

Now, I do feel bad saying that Tulsi is ‘Russian-approved’ because that is a load of crap but it is what failed presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton says and you know that every crumb that falls out of her puckered pie hole is the God’s honest truth (yeah, right).

I think Tom Perez and the DNC hierarchy have done everything possible to keep Tulsi from competing and I am not sure as to WHY?  Perhaps it is because she has her head on her shoulders, is a veteran, is an attractive woman, something the other femme fatales cannot stand.

I mean, look at “Lyin’ Liz,” look at Little Amy, bow wow-wow.  Woof.  Ugly as is Hillary Clinton, Kooky Kamala (who got where she is from schlepping Willie Brown).  Tulsi is a lovely person and even though she is far to the left of the failsafe line for me, she might have the best chance at going toe to toe with President Trump.

Many said that the DNC would rig the elections once again and the fact that the Des Moines Register poll closed before releasing its results and that no matter what happened, the Dems in Iowa did everything possible to give Princess Pete the win shows that once again, poor old Bernie Sanders is a marked man.

If I were Tom Perez, I would have forced Sanders to register as a Democrat before the fray got underway.  “Register or run as a third party candidate,” meaning he would have to show his TRUE colors and run as a “Democratic-SOCIALIST” or even better, on the CPUSA ticket.

Instead, the bigwigs in the DNC coveted the votes of the Bernie Bros., thinking they could dispatch the old guy and still get his followers’ votes.  Wrong.  Never going to happen no matter where you thrust the shiv in the old Vermonter’s back.  The longer you fail to force him out, the crazier the Bros. will be and the worse your convention is going to go.  Oh, wait, another mishap for the Dems this week: the organizers of the Milwaukee convention resigned this week.  They see the writing on the wall.

Friends, thanks for joining me this week; we will meet again in August, I think, so I will see you all then.  God bless and let’s have some fun wiping the floor with the Democrats.  God forbid the coronavirus gets established in the U.S.  Can anyone say, “Spanish flu 1919?”  Pandemic?  Thank you, China.

Tomorrow: Chef Charles will enter the back door.  Give him a warm welcome.

Democrats seeking the 2020 nomination seem mighty silent about Mayor Mike’s ongoing attempt to buy the nomination for himself which goes against the grain of their left-wing socialist tendencies

As you know, Cory Booker tossed in the towel yesterday, complaining about his inability to raise the necessary campaign cash to keep his head above the roiling political waters. Ah, well, it is what it is, you either jump out front and continue sprinting forward or you stumble to the side of the track, fall down, and leave the field on a stretcher.

WINTER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,362 AT THE AICP-END

296 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

When will the ‘other’ Democratic hopefuls awaken to the fact that Mayor Mike poses greater danger to them than does Donald Trump?

Mukilteo, WA 98275, 01-14-2020 Tuesday:  The Democrats are holding their next debate…tonight.  Big whoop.  However, I will be there because everyone who writes for the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day- has dedicated themselves to watching these horror shows and then reporting on them.  I guess we will see Liz Warren, Mayor Pete (what a joke), Bernie, Amy, “Gropin’ Joe,” and, uh, Tom Steyer.   We won’t see Andrew Yang, Tulsi, and whoever else remains in the running.

I never thought Cory had a chance in hell but compared to some of the others, he might have been okay as he never came across as the committed commie some of the others do.  I think it was this glaring fact that actually forced ‘Mayor Mike’ Bloomberg to enter the fray because even though he is a big leftist, he doesn’t come across as a nut like the other ones.

Now, I am not saying Mayor Mike ain’t a lefty because he sure as heck is.  He would take away our guns in a heartbeat if he felt he could do it and get away with it and without causing a new civil war.  I mean, there’s no way my family and I are handing over our guns but that doesn’t mean that Mayor Mike won’t give it a try.

He also claims to be a big proponent of the Green New Deal, a looming ‘green disaster’ that is going to rip our country apart through excessive taxes and oppressive rules and regulations.  We can’t elect ANY of these Democrats because they all promote this ‘dying planet’ lunacy and will do anything they can to court the so-called ‘nut vote.’

I think that most Democrats in the country are not members of this select group but of unions, blue collar workers and the like.  I cannot see that someone like Bernie or Mayor Pete or “Indian Liz” or some of the other far-left socialists are going to win the nomination and then win in November.  Hence, why I believe Bloomberg and Deval Patrick entered the race as someone had to come across as sane.

Mayor Mike does not care if he has to buy the nomination which is scary in and of itself because it is something that we have never had to face as a nation until Donald Trump ran for the presidency.

I for one never was fearful of then-candidate Trump because like Tom Steyer, the man has wealth but neither one of them is as wealthy as is Mayor Mike.  The man is willing to drop one billion dollars of his own money to get Trump out of office, even if he fails to win the nomination and that is scary as hell.

What’s more, I am already fatigued by the man’s television commercials because Washington state’s primary does not come up until March 10, Super Tuesday, I believe.  Yet, there’s Mayor Mike pushing his agenda, showing him talking with the proper constituency groups like minorities, gays, women, and whoever else his propaganda machine can push out.

In wrapping things up for the day, I think the Democrats are chomping at the bit.  We know they despise Steyer but at least, he is trying to play the rules whereas Mayor Mike is spitting in all their faces, not giving a damn if he makes it into a debate or he does not.  He will just continue spending money.

No one knows whether this strategy is going to work or it won’t.  Personally, I think most Americans will not turn out and vote for Mayor Mike because most people despise rich people who think they don’t have to play by the rules.

Friends: join me tomorrow and we will continue with more politics and whatever else might come up.  Oh, my Seahawks, didn’t think they were going to win.  Poor Russell Wilson, the guy can’t do everything.

WINTER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,353 AT THE AICP-END

305 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Here are my predictions for 2020 (after we look at the current crop of candidates)…

Oildale, CA 93308, 01-05-2020 Sunday: Yesterday, the readers and I were strolling through the 2020 Democratic candidates graveyard, lamenting the loss of so many ‘top-notch’ potential candidates undergoing the ‘distillation process’ until the final bit of refined pot liquor, the ‘ultimate candidate’ appears.  There are many whom we know, there are some whom we have forgotten, and there are a few others who matter not at all but most of them are going to float in the Democratic septic tank once the smoke clears and the distillation is complete.

Okay, yesterday, we were taking a trip down memory lane and looking at the ones who have abandoned the race.  We concluded with the No. 5 drop-out, the “highly popular” (yeah, right) Kirsten Gillibrand so let’s move onto No. 6.  Ready?  Let’s go:

  1. New York City Mayor Bill Di Blasio: yeah, we know he spells it ‘De Blasio’ but we so disrespect this charlatan that we disrespect him by spelling it differently. This loser, when he announced said ‘he was the one who was going to take it to Trump’ and began calling him, ‘Con Don,’ either meaning Trump is either dishonest or is going to be doing time in prison or possibly both. The rotten mayor entered the fight on May 16, 2019 and thankfully left it on Friday, September 20, 2019.
  2. Congressman Tim Ryan: not such a bad guy but someone who- in this hyper-partisan and loony tunes world- had no chance whatsoever at winning the nomination. Ever. He threw his hat into the running on Thursday, April 04, 2019 and left it on Thursday, October 24, 2019.  When he left, he seemed baffled as to why he could not gain any traction, only appearing in ONE debate.  Congressman, you were not crazy enough.  Be grateful.
  3. Robert Francis “Beto-Bozo” O’Rourke: he of the infamous “Beto and the Hand Jive,” the lone candidate with a perspiration problem that caused onlookers to gag. This bum never stood a snowball’s chance in hell of winning the nomination and when he promised the viewers in his final debate performance that “Hell yeah, I am going to take your guns” he cemented his demise. Even his fellow candidates looked at him like he was insane.  He jumped into the race- claiming he ‘was born for this’ on Thursday, March 14, 2019 and thankfully abandoned the running on Friday, November 01, 2019.  Praise the Lord!
  4. Miramar, Florida, Mayor Wayne Messam: this guy must have thought if he ran for president, maybe he could benefit his probable future campaign for statewide office. I suspect after this he will be lucky to hold onto his mayoral seat. Anyhow, Mayor Messam entered on March 28, 2019 and left it on Thursday, November 21, 2019.  Farewell.
  5. Congressman Joe Sestak, Pennsylvania: TENTH Democrat to leave the race. Question: did YOU know he was in the running? Nope, no one did.  He entered the race on June 22, 2019 and departed it on December 01, 2019.
  6. Montana Governor Stephen Clark Bullock: ELEVENTH Democrat to bolt the race. Sadly for America, he seemed like someone that IF he won the White House, we did not have to fear him. Well, I did not even know he left the race until Thursday.  He entered the fight on May 14, 2019 and left it on December 02, 2019.  Did YOU know?
  7. Sen. Kamala Harris: TWELFTH Democrat to leave the race. She entered with as much fanfare as ‘Commie Bernie’ and left with a confused whimper.

Look, the people of California are not proud of Sen. Harris and it is our hope that we will be able to send her floosy butt back to Oakland or wherever the hell she comes from when she comes up for her first re-election.

Ah, well, she entered the race on the 90th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., doing so on the set of Good Morning America and left it on Tuesday, December 03, 2019.  Good riddance, you phony b***h.

  1. Mayor Julian “My Claim to Fame is that I’m a Latino” Castro: once this putz attacked former Vice President Joe Biden in, I think, the third debate and doing it in a very ugly way by questioning his memory skills (which do necessitate questioning) and using- gasp of gasps- ageism- his fortunes went straight down the crapper and out to sea.

Still, he hung around hoping that he might somehow be able to be the vice president but sadly, he won’t get anything other than perhaps, an ambassadorship to Cuba in a Democratic administration.  Protect your ears, Julian.  Ah, well, he entered the running on January 12, 2019 and left the game on Thursday, January 02, 2020.

Let’s see who else remains in the race (besides the Big Five of Sanders, Buttigieg, Biden, Warren, and Yang as well as the Lesser Four- Booker, Klobuchar, Steyer, and Bloomberg):

  1. Marianne Williamson: closing up shop, she’s on the way out NOW. She entered on January 28, 2019 and told the world in her first and only debate appearance that she would ‘conquer Trump with Love.’  She KNEW he was watching. .
  2. John Delaney: intelligent, sane, and could be a good president but untelegenic and possesses NO chance whatsoever, sort of like a Democratic version of Rick Santorum. Delaney bears distinction as the FIRST Democrat to enter the race, doing so on- get this- July 28, 2017.  Thinking in first in should earn him something, he might as well go now.
  3. Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard: sane but labeled a ‘Russian agent’- by her own party, no less. She entered on January 11, 2019.
  4. Michael Bennett: entered on Thursday, May 02, 2019. Like Delaney, he is going DOWN.  Surely, he must know it.
  5. Former Gov. Deval Patrick: entered the running- with Barack Obama’s blessings- on November 01, 2019. He is flopping out already.

Okay, here are my predictions: Williamson will go next, then Bennett will be out soon, followed by Patrick.  Then, I think Steyer will go, not because he lacks the funds but because NO one wants him, followed by the pathetic Booker.  I think Klobuchar will go after them.  Biden will remain for quite a while, not because he is viable but because the sane Democrats will continue clinging to him.

Unfortunately for Sanders, Warren, and Mayor Pete, the presence of Bloomberg, as well as that of Delaney, will cause them problems for the foreseeable future because they are self-funders.  Yang has money, too, (as well as the blessings of Beijing) and will remain in the running.

The question is this: WHEN will Hillary Clinton and/or Michelle Obama enter the race, ostensibly to SAVE THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY?  To hell with primaries, they could enter the convention and conduct a floor fight.  Imagine the ratings!

I will return later in the year (at least I hope I will but none of us ever knows God’s plan) and will see you then.  Keep your lamps trimmed and burning, people.

Now, I like a good rabble rouser as much as anyone does but Bernie, folks, I simply am not ‘feeling the Bern.’  I am a liberal fellow as is my wife, Nadia, but we own property, have a business, we donate to liberal causes and charities but I don’t want some distant apparatchik in Washington, D.C., taxing us out of existence to pay for all this FREE stuff for non-producers like dope heads and non-citizens.  When did that become part of being a Democrat?

FALL SESSION 2019

PEARL HARBOR DAY—NEVER FORGET!

BLOG POST #3,324 AT THE AICP-END

334 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty and talk about WHO has a chance in our party to win and WHY

Arvin, CA 93203, 12-07-2019 Saturday:  Yesterday, I started updating our look at the various nominees seeking to lead our party to victory and by the time I concluded my post, we found ourselves left with Amy Klobuchar, Joe Biden, and Bernie Sanders, the only three left from my commentary six months ago, as well as three new ones, Tom Steyer, Deval Patrick, and Michael Bloomberg (as well as one who never really entered the race, Howard Schultz, the Starbucks magnate).

Considering that the others I mentioned yesterday- such as Liz Warren, the inauthentic woman with pie in the sky dreams of forcing EVERY American onto some sort of far-left, soul-killing, one-size-fits-all health care plan (as well as setting our nation back by ending all reliance on fossil fuels) or Kamala Harris who is already gone or Liz who will soon be, all we have left from the original pack are Amy, Joe, and Bernie.

This is the thing that is irking me, half the party remains the liberal faithful while the once submerged uber-far-left, i.e., the socialists and the communists, have bubbled up from the bottom and now purport to be the ‘mainstream’ of the party.  They aren’t.

Now, Tom Steyer, latecomer to the race, is a sham guy.  He acts as though he is a BIG ENVIRONMENTALIST but the scum made his money on eradicating thousands of acres of koala bear habitat in Australia so he could mine billions of dollars-worth of coal as well as on privatized prisons- something NO conscientious Democrat at any level can or would ever accept- he should be a damned Republican.

Oh, he talks a good game, wants to impeach #45 which is all well and good but most all of us- and many Republicans, too, to give them a nod- want to see this worthless, crooked POS gone so woo-woo, there, Tommy old boy.  I predict this guy will be out of the race by the time we pick up again and the good thing is in the last debate, Joe Biden called him out on his coal-derived wealth to which the stunned phony had no answer.

Then, former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick entered the race and while he might be a good guy, capitalist and all, very few people know him and what’s more if they did, they wouldn’t care.  For a black gentleman, he comes off as extremely vanilla to me and no one is going to give him a shot- unless it’s between HIM and Bernie.

Then, we have Michael Bloomberg, a man of enormous wealth, he makes #45 look like a street urchin, a pauper, a beggar, and the guy has a certain amount of class.  He will have to get past ‘stop and frisk’ as well as trying to micromanage New Yorkers’ lives by restricting the size of sodas they could guzzle, the straws they no longer can use to enjoy them, or telling every restaurant in New York City that they could not put salt shakers on the damned tables.  That, my friends, is plain f**king insane.

The question is with a President Bloomberg, will we have dietary police inspecting every restaurant and fining us restaurant owners and operators if we provide salt to our guests?  Will they behave like the morality police of Iran or Saudi Arabia or any other Third World despotic hellhole of a country by taking food service operators out and giving them public canings?  I would hope not because if so, I think we will witness riots from one end of the country to the other because we don’t want to live in a nanny state.

I am going to say something you might find surprising is that Howard Schultz, well, he did not look so bad. Personally, the more capitalism the better because our goal as a political party should be in lifting everyone UP instead of trying to bring everyone DOWN.  That makes no sense and it is never going to bring us victory.  Besides, who the f**k wants to be ‘Venezuela?’

All that remains is Senator Klobuchar, D-Minn.  Now, they say she can be bitchy and is hard to work with or for, well, she sort of looks like someone who demands results and expects them as quickly as possible.  I like her and I believe she could be the one.  Here is something I said about her earlier in the year:

“I like Senator Klobuchar, I think she is a solid candidate, one who could be a sleeper in the race.  While the others battle it out in the upcoming debates, as along as she can hold her own and be on topic when the questions fly her way, she will be able to move on and then launch a hefty attack on the remnants who survive the first couple of debates.”  (Davis, 22-June-2019)

Right now, the nuts are battling for supremacy.  The next debate features Joe Biden, Liz Warren, Amy Klobuchar, Tom Steyer, Bernie Sanders, and Pete Buttigieg.  This one will take place on December 19, 2019 and should be among the best as it features the least number of debaters yet.  However, I am not sure if anyone else can get in before then or not.  It would be a shame for Tulsi Gabbard not to be included.

I think it is going to the ultimate bloodletting as I will predict now that Steyer will be gone as will Liz Warren, and sadly, maybe Joe Biden, too.  I love the guy but him talking about black kids playing in his lap (surprised he didn’t call them pickaninnies, thank God for small favors) and rubbing his leg hair all the while he’s sucking Dr. Jill’s finger in front of a crowd but what the hell is going on in his attic?

Meanwhile, Deval Patrick will flit about on the outside, disappearing as quickly as he entered (Obama loses yet again) while Michael Bloomberg continues acting like an independent and not a Democrat.  Still, if our choices are between Bernie and Bloomberg, Bloomberg will get my vote- hands down.

Friends let’s remember our brave dead from the attack on Pearl Harbor, what- 78 frigging years ago- amazing.  If I make it to 2039, I could see the 100th anniversary of the start of World War II…now, that would be something.

See you tomorrow for my final post of the year.  Next year…next year will be Armageddon, folks.

Today’s Mothers of Invention album is their twenty-third album, “Playground Psychotics,” which appeared on record store shelves on October 27, 1992 and was another exciting look at the heyday of the Mothers.  Over the course of Frank Zappa’s life, he went back and forth between working with the original Mothers and then with various lineups in between.  This is one of the better collections of nothing but the best.   We recommend that you take the link posted above, go to Amazon.com, and buy this album NOW. Thank you.

Paul Rodgers released his next album, “Cut Loose,” on October 15, 2011.  This album originally came out in 1983 and was the artist’s first official solo album.  The singer played all the instruments and did an admirable job.  Rodgers also wrote all 10 songs and they remain to this day as some of his all-time best compositions.  We hope you will visit Amazon.com where you can pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you.  You can thank us later.

[i] Not sure when we present this Canadian rock band, Loverboy, but we sure as heck hope we do sometime within the next decade because- say what you will about them- they are as exciting today as they were back in the 1980s.  Please remain vigilant for the day that we do.

[ii] We hope to offer the music of Alice Cooper one day so please keep posted until we do.  We think you will appreciate them, especially the original band.

[iii] When the hell is President Trump going to pardon this poor son-of-a-bitch?

[iv] We presented the music of this British prog-rock band, the amazing King Crimson, beginning on Monday, 20-October-2014 through Sunday, 21-December-2014.  We hope you will check them out and add them to your collection.
