  59. 2020 Sunday A: Now, interesting note here: people are criticizing Russia for not sharing their REAL stats, they say the number of deaths are too low.  Well, Russia said today they are only listing those citizens actually killed by the coronavirus and not those who might have died with the virus but from other things.  Would that not be great if the CDC would do the same thing and would it not be great if the CDC forced every state to report the actual statistics?  Here’s Russia’s stats: 281,752 confirmed cases, 2,631 confirmed deaths, and 67,373 confirmed recoveries.  IF anyone is lying about their numbers, it’s the communist Chinese, the nation that gave this crap to the entire world.  Here are their numbers: 88,423 confirmed cases, 4,634 confirmed deaths, and 81,785 confirmed recoveries.  People’s Republic of China: NOTHING BUT LIARS.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

The final studio album released by Badfinger- “Head First”- came out on November 14, 2000 and it featured the following lineup: Pete Ham (lead and backing vocals, lead guitar, and keyboards), Tom Evans (lead and backing vocals, bass guitar), Bob Jackson (rhythm guitars, keyboards, lead and backing vocals), and Mike Gibbins (drums and percussion, backing and lead vocals).  You say, how can this be?  Some of these folks are dead?  Yep, true, absolutely true.  Here is the deal- 26 years ago- that’s correct- 26 years ago- while the band was on tour, their record company said YOU must record another album on the heels of “Wish You Were Here” trying to squeeze the last drop of output out of this tragedy-laced band.  Tired, frustrated, and with dissension in the ranks- Molland jumped ship- the group went into the studio and in two weeks created this album which then disappeared into the vaults.  Thus- 26 years later- “Head First” finally became available to the fans.  We enjoy it and suspect you will, too, because Pete Ham was a unique performer and vocalist.  Great album, please, seek it out and give it a good listen.  You will be glad you did.

Recent polls say that IF “Kooky Kamala” Harris tries to run in 2024, she is the most detested potential candidate among the entire Democratic Party

The recount of ballots in Arizona has already yielded evidence that criminal activities did indeed occur in the subsequent hours after the 2020 Election. There is word that ‘Senator’ Mark Kelly could be recalled and that Martha McSally returned to her position. We await further developments.

  7. 2021 Sunday F: JOE BIDEN’S BORDER CATASTROPHE- And they used to complain about President Donald J. Trump using Department of Defense funds to defend the southern border, we learn today that Joe Biden has diverted $2 billion from federal healthcare programs to care for illegal aliens overrunning the border.  Wow.   Meanwhile, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich says that Joe Biden should relieve “Kooky Kamala” Harris of her duties as border czar because in 54 days in this position, the least popular woman in the United States has yet to visit the border.
  8. 2021 Sunday G: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS-  Australia announces it is going to keep its borders closed to all but its own citizens returning home until mid-2022.   Next, the U.S. Department of Defense says that ‘yes indeed, Israel has the right to defend herself.’  Hell, we already know that.  They are on a crusade to eliminate Hamas and other Islamist scum from the planet.  We say continue.

  11. 2021 Sunday J: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I-  Joe Exotic is seeking early release on a possible cancer diagnosis.   Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, 1,500 trailers meant to house the homeless are sitting vacant in parking lots.  In other news, the FBI has re-classified the Alexandria, Virginia, baseball shooting of a few years back as ‘domestic terrorism.’  The dumb SOBs said at first it was a ‘case of suicide by cop.’  How flipping stupid do you think all of us are?  The ‘domestic terrorism’ call was the ONLY call.  (Note- for the BIG GOVERNMENT folks, they need another generation or two of misinformed souls before they can begin pulling the scams on us).

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 544

DAY ONE-HUNDRED-AND-SEVENTEEN OF THE BIDEN REGIME

136. TODAY IN HISTORY—SUNDAY, MAY 16, 2021:

Vice President Levi P. Morton; U.S. Secretary of State William H. Seward; Black Sabbath featuring Ronnie James Dio, King Crimson featuring Robert Fripp, Nazareth featuring Darrell Sweet, Nirvana featuring Krist Novoselic, Robin Trower featuring James Dewar, Savoy Brown featuring Roger Earl, and the Who:

  1. 1770 Wednesday:  Marie Antoinette, age 14, married the future King Louis XVI of France, who was only 15 years old.
  2. 1771 Thursday: The Battle of Alamance, a pre-American Revolutionary War battle between local militia and a group of rebels called the Regulators, took place on this date in Alamance County, North Carolina.
  3. 1792 Wednesday: Denmark abolishes the slave trade.
  4. 1801 Saturday: In Florida, N.Y., future 24th U.S. Secretary of State William H. Seward is born.  He would serve under Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson from 03-06-1861 to 03-04-1869.  During this time, he bought Alaska from the Russians, something many saw as foolhardy and a waste of taxpayers’ money.  In fact, so many derided the purchase, they called it “Seward’s Folly;” that is, until massive gold deposits were discovered there.  In 2019, the 45th president of the United States sought to buy Greenland from Denmark and everyone laughed at him, including the Europeans.  Imagine how important Alaska is to the United States geopolitically and the same could be true of Greenland.  We shall see.
  5. 1817 Friday: Regular steamboat service up-and-down the Mississippi River begins on this date.
  6. 1824 Sunday: The future 22nd Republican vice president of the United States—Levi P. Morton—is born in Shoreham, Vermont, on this date.  He served under President Benjamin Harrison from 1889-1893.
  7. 1860 Wednesday: At Chicago, the Republican Party selects Abraham Lincoln as its candidate for the presidency of the United States.
  8. 1861 Thursday: The Confederate government offers war volunteers a $10 premium to join the ranks.
  9. 1863 Saturday: During the Vicksburg Campaign, the bloodiest fighting occurs at Champion’s Hill in Mississippi.
  10. 1866 Wednesday: Charles Elmer Hires invents root beer on this date.  Elsewhere, Congress authorized the first 5-cent piece to undergo minting.
  11. 1868 Saturday: The U.S. Senate failed by one vote to convict President Andrew Johnson as it took its first ballot on the 11 articles of impeachment against him.  Thirty-five out of 54 senators voted to find Johnson guilty of “high crimes and misdemeanors” over his attempted dismissal of Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton, falling one vote short of the two-thirds majority required to convict; 10 days later, the trial ended after two other articles of impeachment went down in flames, too.  The problem was Johnson wanted to follow the wishes of assassinated President Abraham Lincoln who wanted to treat the South with leniency while Lincoln’s holdover Cabinet members wanted to crush them.
  12. 1869 Sunday: The Cincinnati Reds play their first baseball game and win 41-7.
  13. 1879 Friday: The Treaty of Gandamak between Russia and Great Britain set up the Afghan state as a buffer nation between the two major powers.
  14. 1881 Monday: Near Berlin, the world’s first electric tram goes into service in Licterfelder, Germany.
  15. 1888 Wednesday: Emile Berliner demonstrated the first recording on a flat disc on this date.  Elsewhere, Texas dedicated its capitol on this date in the city of Austin.
  16. 1910 Monday: The U.S. Congress authorized the U.S. Bureau of Mines on this date.
  17. 1911 Tuesday: The remains of a Neanderthal man are uncovered on the island of Jersey in Britain’s Channel Islands.
  18. 1914 Saturday: The American Horseshoe Pitchers Association organizes in Kansas City.

  21. 1927 Monday:  The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) rules that bootleggers must pay income taxes on their ill-gotten gains.
  22. 1929 Thursday: The motion picture industry presented the first Academy Awards on this date.  The movie, “Wings,” won best production while Emil Jannings and Janet Gaynor won best actor and best actress respectively.
  23. 1939 Tuesday: The government began its first food stamp program in Rochester, New York; under future President Barack Obama, it is at the highest levels ever before seen.  Elsewhere, the Philadelphia Athletics and the Cleveland Indians met at Shibe Park in Philly for the first baseball game played under lights in the American League.
  24. 1940 Thursday: Prime Minister Winston Churchill returns to London from Paris as the Nazi juggernaut rolls across France.  For the Germans, the conquest of France is going better than expected.  French troops are in full retreat while the British are struggling to reach the Channel Coast.  General Heinz Guderian’s XIX Panzer Corps is breaking away from the rest of the steam-rolling army to try to beat the Brits to the coast so as to complete the trap and bag tens of thousands of prisoners.
  25. 1941 Friday: Over Birmingham, England, the Luftwaffe flies its last great air raid; after this, most units would begin moving eastward for the assault on Russia in early summer.  Meanwhile, the Italian army in Ethiopia under Count Aosta surrenders to the British.
  26. 1943 Sunday: The nearly month-long Warsaw Ghetto Uprising ended as German forces crushed the Jewish resistance and blew up the Great Synagogue.  An estimated 7,000 Jews died during the uprising while the Nazis summarily executed about 7,000 others.  The Nazis deported the remaining Jews, more than 40,000 of them to concentration camps scattered across Poland.
  27. 1944 Tuesday: The first load of 180,000 Jews arrives at Auschwitz Concentration Camp.

  29. 1947 Friday: In Bournemouth, England, future drummer/vocalist with the Scottish rock band, Nazareth- Darrell Sweet- is born.  He would perform with the band from 1968 until his untimely death while on the road in 1999.[iv]
  30. 1948 Sunday: Israel issues its first postage stamps.

  35. 1966 Monday: China launched the Cultural Revolution, a radical as well as deadly reform movement aimed at purging the country of “counter-revolutionaries.”   This was a euphemism for slaughtering millions of older Chinese civilians who remembered the days before the communist revolution took over the country.
  36. 1969 Friday: Pete Townsend and Roger Daltrey of the Who[vi] undergo arrest on assault charges.
  37. 1975 Friday: Japanese climber Junko Tabei became the first woman to reach the summit of Mt. Everest.  Meanwhile, Muhammad Ali scores a technical knockout over Ron Lyle in the 11th round of their heavyweight title fight.  Lyle’s pro record went to 30-3-1 while Ali’s record went to 47-2 and he retained the WBA, WBC, and Ring Magazine’s heavyweight champion of the world boxing titles.  Ali’s next fight would be against Joe Bugner in June.  Lyle’s next fight would be against the legendary Earnie Shavers in September.

  48. 2010 Sunday: In Houston, Texas, Ronnie James Dio—vocalist who took the place of Ozzie Osborne in Black Sabbath[ix]—lost his battle with stomach cancer on this date; he was 67 years-old.
  49. 2011 Monday: The European Union approves a $110.8 billion (78 billion euro) bailout package for Portugal.  Elsewhere, after 59 years of successful operation, the Sahara Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas shutters its doors for good.

  51. 2013 Thursday: Pope Francis calls for worldwide ‘financial reform along ethical lines’, which would curb the ‘tyranny’ of ‘markets and financial speculation’.  Elsewhere, for the first time since 2007, Bill Gates regains the title of the world’s wealthiest man by amassing a personal fortune of $72.7 billion.
  52. 2014 Friday: California burning- near San Diego, California, authorities inform the public that at least 20,000 acres have gone up in smoke within the county.   This is the toll of 11 wildfires.  This crap goes on year after year because Democrats will NOT permit proper forest management, won’t build new dams to collect fresh water instead of allowing it to flow out to sea, and putting so many restrictions atop PG&E and other power companies to fight global warming by pursuing renewable energy goals that are unrealistic.  The state requires good governance and it’s not from the Democrats.
  53. 2015 Saturday: Mohammad Morsi, the first democratically elected leader of Egypt and a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, receives a sentence of death for his role in a prison outbreak in 2011 that led to many deaths.
  54. 2016 Monday: Pfizer announces plans to buy biopharmaceutical company Anacor Pharmaceuticals for $5.2 billion.  Meanwhile, Colombian law enforcement authorities make the largest drug bust in the history of their country: 18,000 pounds of high-grade cocaine.
  55. 2017 Tuesday: As the ongoing effort to destroy President Donald J. Trump continues, Newsweek reports that UNNAMED intelligence officials warned Israel NOT to share sensitive information with the president because he MIGHT pass it on to the Russians.  (Note- this is a load of crap).
  56. 2018 Wednesday: As talks on a summit between North Korea and the United States continues, Pyongyang says that it ‘might cancel the talks if the U.S. continues demanding unilateral disarmament of its nuclear weapons.  They know what happened to Libya that gave up its WMDs and things did not end well for the regime of Moammar Gaddafi.   Likewise, talks that were supposed to occur between North and South Korea are canceled as a protest of U.S. demands.
  57. 2019 Thursday: According to the Global Drug Survey, English-speaking peoples are more likely to get drunk throughout the year than do, non-English speakers, with the British getting drunk the most, an average of 51 times per year.  Folks, this is bogus information as Russians drink more than anyone and communist nations’ citizens (or authoritarian ones) drinking more than anyone anywhere else.   Elsewhere, the Trump administration finally does something that should have happened long ago and that is to cancel $929 million federal grant funding the disastrous California High-Speed Rail project, a project that seems to enrich Democratic politicians and their Chi-Com overseers.  (Note- we await Elon Musk’s Hyperloop which will make the train what it is- an expensive boondoggle).
  58. 2020 Saturday: Thanks to communist China, the Wuhan Virus Crisis continues as the disease continues causing problems around the world.  However, information coming from independent sources within the totalitarian state report as many as 750,000 cases of the coronavirus with possible number of deaths ranging from 150,000-to-250,000.  Since the authoritarian state won’t tell the world the truth, we must rely on these brave sources willing to put their lives and those of their families at risk to get the truth out to the rest of the world.  Here are the global statistics for today: 4,626,632 confirmed cases what with 311,363 confirmed deaths but 1,679,428 confirmed recoveries which is amazing, the number of recoveries compared to deaths.  In the United States, we have 1,497,244 confirmed cases, 89,420 confirmed deaths, but 272,525 confirmed recoveries.  In the three states where we have chef-authors, California, Hawaii, and Washington state, here are the stats, state by state, beginning first with the Golden State: 76,793 confirmed cases, 3,204 confirmed deaths, but of course, 0 confirmed recoveries- California, give us the information!  You are no better than flipping communist China!  For Hawaii, we have 638 confirmed cases, 17 confirmed deaths, and 564 confirmed recoveries- thank you, Gov. Ige.  For the once great state of Washington, now beset by a socialist state government, here are the stats: 18,288 confirmed cases, 999 confirmed deaths, but like that fellator Gov. Gavin Newsom in California, NO number of confirmed recoveries because Gov. Inslee won’t share the stats.  Vote these scumbags out of office as soon as possible.
  59. 2021 Sunday: Stick around and discover the news of the day along with us…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Badfinger released a live album, “BBC in Concert 1972-1973” on January 11, 1995.  The album featured Pete Ham (lead and backing vocals, lead guitar, and keyboards), Tom Evans (lead and backing vocals, bass guitar), Joey Molland (rhythm and lead guitars, lead and backing vocals), and Mike Gibbins (drums and percussion, backing and lead vocals) and one gets their money’s worth with the exception of one small thing: ALMOST NONE of the BIG HITS are here which is peculiar, one would think that the HITS would be featured prominently throughout the recording but alas they are not.  We hope you will investigate this album to your own liking as we love it and suspect that you will, too.  Why the hits- with the exception of “Come and Get It”- aren’t here is beyond us; thankfully, however, they did throw us a bone with that tune.  Ah, well, seek it out now and consider adding it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

News reports suggest that Joe Biden flies off the handle rather easily, laying profanity-laced rants on his White House aides, sending many of them cringing in the corners…yet another sign of dementia

, Congresswoman Maxine “Prune Face” Waters, DS-CA 43rd congressional district, is lambasting Fox News Channel for having reported she sought protection from the U.S. air marshals on her return flight home from Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she was ginning up anger the weekend before Officer Chauvin was convicted. She can blast FNC all she likes but this sounds like something this hypocritical loser would do.

  6. 2021 Saturday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE FOUR STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $4.124 per gallon, $2.894 in Florida, $3.857 in Hawaii, and $3.534 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other location- Texas: $2.761.  We are going to do something else that could be fun- gasoline prices around the world going from cheapest to highest.  The next country on the list has the next lowest gasoline price in the world- Oman: $2.232 per U.S. Gallon.[x]  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,290,267,383,104 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xi]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Saturday F: JOE BIDEN’S BORDER CATASTROPHE- the so-called ‘Border Czar’ “Kooky Kamala” Harris is in her 53rd day in this ‘prestigious post’ and has yet- we repeat- has yet to visit the southern border.  Speaking of the border cataclysm, One America News reported today that the United States has spent $628,716,544 to care for the 312,151 illegals that have managed to cross into the country since New Year’s Day.  In fact, OAN reports that the total number of illegals lurking within the shadows of the country is around 35,511,034 which is what this site has said for more than a decade now, that there are between 35-50 million illegals in the country sucking away at the taxpayers’ teats.  What the hell is going on?[xii]  Speaking of the illegal alien calamity, Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom, DS-CA, says that ‘California is going to bestow free healthcare on illegal aliens age 60 and older within the no-longer-golden-state.’  And we thought this POS wanted to keep his job.  He’s a goner… In other border news, Governor Gregg Abbott, R-TX, says that enough fentanyl has been seized along the southern border to kill every man, woman, and child in the state of New York.
  8. 2021 Saturday G: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS-  Yesterday, the United States called on Azerbaijan to pull its troops back from the Armenian border.  Elsewhere, as Islamist scum continue their assault on Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says that ‘Israel is teaching the Hamas rabble and other Islamists a tough lesson that they cannot get away with attacking the state of Israel.’  Continue lighting ‘em up, Mr. Prime Minister.  Teach that riffraff a lesson they won’t soon forget.[xiii]  There are those, however, who say that Israel is the instigator in all this which is BULLS**T.  It’s BS because the hundreds of millions of dollars given to the Palestinian Authority never seems to go to making the lives of the citizens better but to keep them in squalor.  Gaza could be as prosperous as Israel is but it’s not because the money goes strictly to hate and attacks on Israel.
  9. 2021 Saturday H: COVID-19 UPDATES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- At least 18 states are now lifting mask mandates forced on their citizens during the COVID-19 crisis.  Freedom is slowly beginning to return although you wouldn’t know it up north in Canada where Canadian cops are arresting preachers for holding services.
  10. 2021 Saturday I: JOE BIDEN NEWS I- President Donald J. Trump points out the sad but extremely evident truth that all the failures besetting Joe Biden demonstrates he is losing whatever weak grip he had on the United States.  The entire world can see it.  Speaking of decrepit old Joe, he is coming under increasing fire from after reporters shared information about his SECRET Venmo account, one of the most popular peer-to-peer payment apps that a guy like “Pro-China” Joe Biden can use to move money around from the Chi-Coms to the outstretched, greedy hands of family members and friends.  They call it a ‘national security risk.’
  11. 2021 Saturday J: JOE BIDEN NEWS II- House Minority Whip Congressman Steve Scalise, R-LA 1st congressional district, said yesterday that ‘Joe Biden spends more time helping Hamas and Iran than he ever has Israel.’  What is up with anti-Semitic Joe Biden?  Meanwhile, a new report in the Washington Examiner suggests that when Joe Biden ‘doesn’t like’ the information he is getting from his aides, he lights them up with profanity-laced tirades, sends them trembling into the shadows of the White House.[xiv]  Sad to say, this is yet another sign of increasing dementia on the part of the ‘commander-in-chief,’ the usurper lingering in the White House.  Donald Trump must come back.  NOW.
  12. 2021 Saturday K: JOE BIDEN REGIME NEWS I- In other Joe Biden-related news, his pick for a sensitive position in the U.S. Department of Justice- racist Kristin Clarke- is trying to maintain her nomination by backing away from her own tirades about Republicans in general and now U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh.  This woman has used loads of hates speech against various conservatives and Senate Republicans are taking her to task for her foul-mouthed rants.  (Note- we expect they will still pass this unfit and unqualified bigot through to the Civil Rights Division.  What a disaster).  In other Biden regime news, Neera Tanden, a person who could not make it through her own confirmation due to similar problems as Ms. Clarke is now a senior White House advisor to President Susan Rice, UH, we mean, Joe Biden.  (Sorry for the gaff).
  13. 2021 Saturday L: POLITICAL NEWS I- President Donald J. Trump wished current GOP conference chair in South Carolina- Drew McKissick- luck in his upcoming election battle.  Speaking of President Trump, he spoke to the Ohio GOP on the myriad critical issues facing the ‘Joe Biden administration.’   In other political news, even though hydrogen has proven to be the cheapest, most efficient fuel for cars of the future, Dems in California are pushing forward with ALL electric vehicles which means more coal consumption and dependence upon unreliable green energy sources.  Within the decade, they seek to eliminate all gas-fueled cars which is why this November and November 20222, the citizens of the state must send these Marx-loving liberal losers packing.  Finally, Congresswoman Maxine “Prune Face” Waters, DS-CA 43rd congressional district, is lambasting Fox News Channel for having reported she sought protection from the U.S. air marshals on her return flight home from Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she was ginning up anger the weekend before Officer Chauvin was convicted.  She can blast FNC all she likes but this sounds like something this hypocritical loser would do.[xv]
  14. 2021 Saturday M: CRIME AND PUNISHMENT NEWS / LAW ENFORCEMENT NEWS- Law enforcement authorities arrested three skanks who threw a bloody pig’s head and other animal liquids over the FORMER home of a hired expert who testified in the recent trial of Officer Derek Chauvin on his behalf.  Lock these troglodyte bitches up.  Elsewhere, former Green Beret Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins has been given a 15-plus-year stretch in a federal prison for having spied for the Russian government for the past 15 years.  What a disgrace.
  15. 2021 Saturday N: CALIFORNIA LOTTERY RESULTS / SUPER LOTTO AND POWERBALL DRAWS– first, here are the results for the Super Lotto Draw #3560 with a $47 million pot on the line: 06, 18, 27, 35, 36, and Mega 25.  Out of 125,985 winning tickets, the highest winners were TWO people who had FIVE numbers for a prize of $23,053 apiece.  The winning tickets were sold at (1) South Tahoe Bottle Shop, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 and (2) 7-11 in Torrance, CA 90501.  Next, here are the numbers for the Powerball Draw #847 with a $183 million pot on the line tonight: 04, 10, 37, 39, 69, and Powerball 24.  Out of 75,956 winning tickets in California, the highest winners were TWO people who had FOUR numbers plus the Powerball for a prize of $20,305 apiece.

[xii] The amazing thing is that IF someone refers to the ‘replacement theory’ whereby American liberals replace the American population with low-skilled, foreign-born, poorly educated to ignorant illegal aliens, they are called ‘CRAZY’ or even worse, labeled as RACISTS.  While we hate to say this, it sure seems as though the liberals are bent on replacing the American people with illegal aliens.

[xiii] Wouldn’t it be awesome if a meteorite came down and blew the Al-Aqsa Mosque up?  That would be a sign from the heavens to be sure…

[xiv] Remember when the Fake News Media and Democrats everywhere had a massive meltdown when President Donald J. Trump supposedly called Third World nations shithole countries?  Yet, none of them say a peep about Joe Biden launching profanity-laced tirades against trembling staffers, throwing F-bombs and other foul words at them that would make even a guy like President Lyndon Baines Johnson blush?

[xv] This amazing story has made “Prune Face” Waters our second entry onto the 4th annual Lavrentiy Beria Award.  Man, we hope she wins.

MM. 1975 Thursday: U.S. forces invaded the Cambodian island of Koh Tang and captured the American merchant ship Mayaguez, which the communist Kymer Rouge had seized. All 39 members of the crew had already been returned by the murderous thugs; however, some 40 U.S. servicemembers were killed in the brief but brutal fighting. Many consider this incident to be the final battle of the Vietnam War.

  46. 2012 Tuesday: France swears in Francois Hollande, the 24th President of France.  Elsewhere, Palestinians take to the streets in the tens of thousands to protest Israel having ‘forced them out in 1948 when the Israelis declared their independence.’  Let us get this straight: PALESTINIAN leaders told their people to flee to the boonies rather than remaining and becoming something bigger and better.  Instead they fled and have been living in squalor for the resulting decades instead of improving their lot with the billions of dollars the global community has given them.
  47. 2013 Wednesday: The Eurozone announces the sixth straight quarter of recession; Germany reports weak growth and negative growth in Spain, Italy, and France.  Elsewhere, a report from eBay hits the news about the sale of what was reputed to be the original recipe for Coca-Cola.  Apparently, the seller found it at an estate sale and listed it at the auction site for $15 million.  BOOM!  The recipe was sold for $15 million.  Truly?  Wow.

  50. 2016 Sunday: Suicide bombers continue carrying out attacks across Iraq.  North of Baghdad in Taji, suicide bombers hit a plant that manufactures cooking gas killing at least 18 people and wounding God knows how many more while across the rest of the country, Islamic thugs kill another 12-15 people.  What the hell is wrong with these people?
  51. 2017 Monday: Federal prosecutors prosecute the first case of a hate crime directed at a transgender under the federal Hate Crimes Act, the murder of Mercedes Williamson.  Meanwhile, in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa, the authorities declare a state of emergency after a cholera outbreak kills at least 115 people and sickens numerous others.
  52. 2018 Tuesday: Once again, Palestinians acting crazy costs them big time.  Along the border between Gaza and Israel, Israeli security forces are forced to kill 58 and to send another 1,700-plus to the hospital because the angry rioters were protesting the moving of the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem where it belongs.
  53. 2019 Wednesday: Angering the Pro-Death movement, Alabama passes a law restricting abortion to all but the most extreme cases.  The ban includes abortions based on rape and incest.  It is what it is.  Sadly, numerous court challenges by the Pro-Death lobby have kept it blocked from implementation.  Next, President Donald J. Trump granted a full pardon to Conrad Black, a former newspaper publisher who had written a flattering political biography of Trump.  (In 2007, a jury convicted Black of fraud in 2007 and he spent more than three years in prison).  Next, California fire officials said an investigation found that power lines owned by PG&E Corp. had sparked a blaze that killed 85 people and nearly destroyed the town of Paradise in 2018; it was the deadliest U.S. wildfire in a century. Elsewhere, Mexico City declares a state of emergency after air pollution reaches toxic levels.  How come the environmentalists are down there screeching about how Mexico is destroying the environment?
  54. 2020 Friday: Blue states continue to chafe under far-left pro-communist China governors.  In California, things continue being locked down with ultra-left Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti promising a lockdown of the city through August.  Meanwhile, nut-bag Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer continues crying about how ‘Nazis and KKK and pro-Confederacy, misogynists, and other horrible white trash are trying to drive her from office.  Bitch: YOU need to go.  Elsewhere like in New York and other states continue suffering and dying while Red States like Georgia and others that have reopened or are reopening as we speak continue to see fewer cases and far less deaths.
  55. 2020 Friday A: COVID-19 Kung Flu stats for the day: around the globe, we have 4,534,952 confirmed cases, 307,108 confirmed deaths, BUT 1,633,185 confirmed recoveries.  In the United States, we have 1,472,143 confirmed cases, 88,199 confirmed deaths, and 259,834 confirmed recoveries.  In the three states in which, we have chef-authors, California, Hawaii, and Washington state, here are the numbers, California first: 73,164 confirmed cases, 3,032 confirmed deaths, BUT 0 confirmed recoveries; the question is WHY?  Hawaii: 638 confirmed cases, 17 confirmed deaths, and 565 confirmed recoveries.  Washington state where lunatic Governor Jay Inslee demands restaurant owners follow Gestapo methods such as taking names and addresses of diners so his army of SS contact tracers can visit them (people are going to get shot), we have: 17,826 confirmed cases, 991 confirmed deaths, BUT 0 confirmed recoveries.  Like Gov. Gavin Newsom, Gov. Inslee is a political hack and deserves a swift boot in the butt and removal from office.  The American people understand WHO is responsible for this mess, it’s the communist Chinese and their Democratic Party partners.  That’s right, the REAL collusion is between Beijing and the Democratic Party.  You would have to be blind NOT to see it…

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene challenges AOC aka the Fly to debate her Green New Deal- and now the Fly is seeking Capitol Hill cops to protect her…what the hell?

IF there was ever a reason to go to war with Canada, this is among the top reasons. Canada- force YOUR company to cooperate or Americans will begin boycotting your crap-hole country. Speaking of 2020, loser Congresswoman Liz Cheney, RINO-WY, the darling of the Democratic Party now that she has lost her position as GOP Conference chair- says she ‘regrets voting for Donald Trump in 2020.’ Oh, really- YOU voted for President Trump? We find that difficult to believe.

134. TODAY IN HISTORY—FRIDAY, MAY 14, 2021 UPDATE A:

Native American Day

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene challenges AOC aka the Fly to debate her Green New Deal- and now the Fly is seeking Capitol Hill cops to protect her…what the hell?

  1. 2021 Friday: COVID-19 STATISTICS FOR THE PLANET AS A WHOLE: 162,494,223 confirmed cases, +663,686, 3,370,273  confirmed deaths, +12,009 and 141,430,540 confirmed recoveries, +78,851.  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 33,656,062 confirmed cases, UP 29,782 from yesterday’s reporting, 599,220 confirmed deaths, UP 626,[i] and 26,706,801 confirmed recoveries, UP 40,953.  We genuinely appreciate COVID Live Update World Meter for being honest in covering ALL the numbers- God bless them.[ii]

Currently, Joe is shy 176,461 deaths.

  4. 2021 Friday C: Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 839,079 confirmed cases, 6,380 confirmed deaths, and 831,950 confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s figures).   Let’s look at one non-country- Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon: 138,085 cases of the virus, 923 confirmed deaths and 110,108 confirmed recoveries.[iv]
  5. 2021 Friday D: STOCK MARKET CLOSES/PRECIOUS AND RARE METALS: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 34,382.13, UP 360.68 points (+1.06%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,429.98, UP 304.99 points (+2.32%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 4,173.85, UP 61.35 points (+1.49%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $65.51 per barrel, +0.14 (+0.21%).  The price of GOLD is $1,844.00 per troy oz., +5.90 (+0.32%) while the price of SILVER is $27.53 per troy ounce, +0.16 (+0.58%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,231.10 per troy oz, +8.30 (+0.68%) while the price of COPPER is $4.06 per pound, +0.01 (+0.19%).[v]  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,892.50 per troy oz, +29.61 (+1.03%).[vi] The price of RHODIUM is $28,400.00 per troy oz., +400.00 (+1.43%).[vii]    Currently, Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000020.  As for Chi-Com money, one-dollar U.S. = 6.44 Chinese yuan.  Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.82 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 19.85.     In Swedish Krona, one greenback equals 8.33 and in Swiss Franc, a buck equals 0.90 and in Syrian Pound, one dollar equals 2,510.00 of theirs.[viii]
  6. 2021 Friday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE FOUR STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $4.121 per gallon, $2.896 in Florida, $3.850 in Hawaii, and $3.530 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other location- Tennessee: $2.889.  We are going to do something else that could be fun- gasoline prices around the world going from cheapest to highest.  The next country on the list has the next lowest gasoline price in the world- Azerbaijan: $2.227 per U.S. Gallon.[x]  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,286,444,952,247 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xi]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Friday F: JOE BIDEN’S BORDER CATASTROPHE- Soon, the centurions guarding our southern border may step aside.  U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officers are chafing beneath the ultra-left-wing policies of the Biden regime.  Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-AL, says that CBP and ICE are being overwhelmed by the flood pouring across the border (which is why we encourage the laying in of minefields, anti-personnel, anti-vehicle, anti-boat obstacles, layers of concertina razor wire out into the middle of the Rio Grande as well as Foo Gas pits (liquified napalm) in high-traffic areas for illegal aliens.  We must do whatever we must do to save our country).
  8. 2021 Friday G: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS- thanks to the massive cash infusion dumped into the laps of the Palestinian thugs, rockets continue flying across the border between Gaza and Israel- as well as southbound from Lebanon and westbound from Syria- into Israel.  The Israelis are taking them down but the barrages are growing and the feeble Joe Biden regime won’t stand with Israel.  Where are the other signatories of the Abraham Accords?  Why are they NOT demanding the human fecal matter in Gaza stop the attacks?  In other horribly shocking news, the United States is sending ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL AID to the Palestinian maggots in Gaza.  We say the only aid they need is a few dozen neutron bombs.  Reclaim the land.
  9. 2021 Friday H: COVID-19 UPDATES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I-  President Donald J. Trump touts his vaccines and says that ‘Joe Biden had NOTHING to do with them.’  True, absolutely true.  Meanwhile, evangelical pastor Franklin Graham is warning Christians NOT to wait too long and miss out on getting the Chi-Vi vaccines.  Uh, Pastor Graham- we are not going to get this crap injected into our bodies.  It is unlike any other vaccine in the world.  It is RNA-based as no other vaccine in the history of medicine is.   Elsewhere, Wal-Mart says that vaccinated patrons will no longer have to wear face masks while New York and New Jersey- no matter what ‘the science’ says are going to require facial coverings for everyone.  Period.
  10. 2021 Friday I: COVID-19 UPDATES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION II- Next, drooling old Joe Biden says ‘it’s a great day that the masks can come off’…yet, somehow they aren’t.  Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi says that ‘NO matter what the Centers for Disease Control says, everyone in the House chamber will wear masks except when speaking on the floor.’  Oh, well.   Elsewhere, a new poll says that young people believe that in order for everyone to return to work and/or school, they are going to have to get the Bat Fu Yuk vaccine or no go.  The youngsters have drunk long and deep from the well of Kool-Aid.  Speaking of this insanity, Delta Airlines says (get this) ‘ALL new hires must get the China Virus vaccine but existing employees, well, they don’t have to…’  WTF?
  11. 2021 Friday J: VOTING INTEGRITY / FRAUDULENT AND STOLEN ELECTION NEWS-  As if we required additional proof that the 2020 Elections were corrupt in a variety of states, Dominion Voting Systems WON’T provide the passwords for their tabulators to the Arizona Senate’s investigation into election integrity last November.
  12. 2021 Friday K: POLITICAL NEWS I-  the House GOP elected Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, R-NY, to fill the shoes of the disloyal Congresswoman Liz Cheney, RINO-WY, today.  President Donald J. Trump gave her a thumb’s up seal of approval.   Speaking of the president, we hear that MAGA rallies will commence soon, most likely in the early summer.[xii]  Fantastic.  Next, Governor Doug Ducey, RINO-AZ, now refuses to accept any additional federal money for expanded unemployment benefits and will instead offer EVERY employee who returns to work a $2,000 incentive.  Excellent.   In other news, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez aka AOC aka Baby Evita aka the Fly aka Sandy Cortez is expressing TERROR of Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-GA 14th congressional district.  Congresswoman Greene is puzzled as to WHY the so-called “FLY” is fearful of debating her Green New Deal with Congresswoman Greene?  If she believes in the GND, then she needs to debate it in public.
  13. 2021 Friday L: POLITICAL NEWS II- Recently, an Antifa protester was heard to say, “I CAN’T WAIT UNTIL BLACK PEOPLE ARE LYNCHING WHITE PEOPLE.”  So much for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  (Note- we predicted years back that it would be a few years before Antifa and BLM began carrying out their own beheading videos of people they claim to be enemies.  That’s why we have guns).  Next, Governor Ron DeSantis, R-FL, has labeled Hamas what it is: a terrorist group.  Good.  Next, the U.S. House of Representatives agrees on a ‘bipartisan panel’ to investigate the events the ‘Capitol Hill Riots’ of January 06, 2021, the largest FALSE FLAG OPERATION in the history of America and her politics.   We learn from Tucker Carlson this evening on Fox News Channel that the U.S. Department of Justice has loads of unreleased photographic evidence that could blow the entire sham out of the water.  This, we gotta see.  Moving on, a recent Rasmussen poll says that liberal news viewers are woefully uneducated on the massive rise in violent crime across the country.
  14. 2021 Friday M: POLITICAL NEWS III- A federal judge in Alabama upholds an anti-riot bill.  Next, a new anti-abortion bill in Texas is expected to receive Governor Greg Abbott’s signature.  Meanwhile, Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom is fighting to protect his job now and is offering $30 million tax breaks to initiate new film and TV projects, the very same ones he drove out of the state to seek less-expensive locations for their work.  Next, since Amazon had access to a mailbox used by its employees, the union vote they won in the Peach State could be overturned.  Whoa.  We are surprised the workers ‘didn’t vote’ to unionize.  That seemed mighty peculiar that all of a sudden, the became lovers of Jeff Bezos.  Wow.
  15. 2021 Friday N: JOE BIDEN REGIME NEWS I- In another detestable (and anti-American) Biden regime news, ‘Usurper Joe’ is going to cancel President Donald J. Trump’s ‘Garden of American Heroes’ project.  What a bum.   Speaking of the ‘drooler,’ Congressman Tim Burchett, R-TN 2nd congressional district, says the ‘Joe Biden White House is out of control.’  Meanwhile, regarding the aforementioned continuation of mask mandates, Joe Biden- always out of step with whatever is going on, says ‘it’s a great day for America that we no longer have to wear masks.’  What?  In other Biden regime news, Joe tossed out President Donald J. Trump’s ban on illegal aliens who would become burdensome to American taxpayers because of illness.  That’s great, Joe.  Yet another chink in the Cloward & Piven chain of crumbling the United States.
  16. 2021 Friday O: BUSINESS NEWS- Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, R-CO 3rd congressional district, says it’s ‘appalling’ that the $5 million ransom was paid to Darkside, the company that devastated the Colonial Pipeline.  Speaking of Darkside, they are now said to be targeting Japan’s Toshiba.   Joe Biden, however, won’t admit to the $4-5 million ransom being paid to the Russian government-approved hackers.  (Note- when Russia was said to be paying bounties for the deaths of Americans, they wanted President Trump to go to war with the Russkies.  Seems like Joe should be dropping nukes atop Moscow right now).  Elsewhere, even with the Colonial pipeline up and running, the gas crunch is affecting Washington, D.C.  Go figure.
  17. 2021 Friday P: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I- California’s Vandenberg Air Force Base will be renamed Space Force Base.  Elsewhere, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, GOP, has been booted from the Tulsa Race Riot Panel over him being insensitive to the plight of people of color by signing a bill banning Critical Race Theory.  Next, Columbus, Ohio, has settled on a payment of $10 million to the family of Andre Hill whom a law enforcement officer shot dead last year.  Like the settlement for the family of George Floyd prior to the trial of Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin so, too, does this settlement come ahead of the trial of now-fired Police Officer Adam Coy who also is facing a murder charge.  Officer Coy won’t receive a fair trial either.
  18. 2021 Friday Q: WOKEISM / WOKE / WOKIES- Poor Chrissy Teigen just got dumped by Target who canceled her line of cookware once information came to light that she is a cyberbully.  Wow.  Didn’t see that one coming.   In other WOKE news, Norman Public Schools in Oklahoma paid $22,750 to equity trainers to indoctrinate their students.  What a load of crap.  Let’s return to the DREAM of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.- he had us on the right track and now, WOKE is everything.  Sad.   Speaking of WOKE, New York Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo aka the Love Gov aka the Gropin’ Gov’ still cannot cop to his sexual harassment claims by putting the onus on the women he was feeling up.  What a guy.
  19. 2021 Friday R: CALIFORNIA LOTTERY RESULTS / MEGA-MILLIONS DRAW- Here are the numbers for the Mega-Millions Draw #1659 with a $480 million jackpot on the line: 03, 18, 41, 44, 68, and Mega 03.  Out of 172,936 winning tickets, the highest winner was one person who had FIVE numbers for a prize of $894,156.  The winning ticket was sold at King’s Beverage Company in South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.

Newsom, you POS?  Next, Hawaii: 638 confirmed number of cases, 17 confirmed deaths, and 564 confirmed recoveries.  Finally, Washington state: 17,663 confirmed number of cases, 983 confirmed deaths, but like California, 0 confirmed recoveries.  Far-left governors, stop with the flipping politics, give us the stats.  On the unemployment front, we had another 3 million or so Americans file for their benefits.  Thank you, communist China, thank you.  Scumbags.  Meanwhile, the judge in the Michael Flynn Case, Emmet Sullivan won’t let the case go even after the Justice Department said to ‘drop it.’  U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnel: impeach this POS judge.
  60. 2021 Friday: Folks, stick around and uncover the truth along with us…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

On September 24, 1990, Badfinger released a live album, “Day after Day Live,” an album that had long circulated as a bootleg but which was cleaned up by Joey Molland and released as an official release so the band would earn some much-needed royalties.  Recorded at the height of the group’s career, the band features the most popular lineup of the group doing what they do best- performing some of the greatest music ever recorded in the history of rock-and-roll.  The band features Pete Ham (lead and backing vocals, lead guitar, and keyboards), Tom Evans (lead and backing vocals, bass guitar), Joey Molland (rhythm and lead guitars, lead and backing vocals), and Mike Gibbins (drums and percussion, backing and lead vocals) and the tunes contained on this disc are all worth having.  Please, seek it out, give it a good listen, and add it to your collection- you will be glad you did.

In the conflict between Israel and the Gazans, one must side with CIVILIZATION OVER BARBARISM thus there is but one to support: Israel.

The Biden Regime is doing a lot of chest-thumping over the fact that last week ONLY 473,000 new jobless claims were filed. What they neglect to say is that there are 8,000,000 unfilled in jobs in the U.S., jobs that are NOT being filled because of the Biden’s regime edict that the unemployed receive MORE money sitting at home in their skivvies than they would if they were on the job. (Note- we believe the Biden regime is doing this so as to whine in a few weeks that ‘to fill these empty jobs, illegal aliens will have to do the work Americans are unwilling to do.’ We’ve heard this tune before.

133. TODAY IN HISTORY—THURSDAY, MAY 13, 2021 UPDATE A:

Ascension Day (Christian) and Eid al-Fitr (Muslim)

In the conflict between Israel and the Gazans, one must side with CIVILIZATION OVER BARBARISM thus there is but one to support: Israel.

  1. 2021 Thursday: COVID-19 STATISTICS FOR THE PLANET AS A WHOLE: 161,801,690 confirmed cases, +724,793, 3,357,598  confirmed deaths, +12,796 and 140,642,031 confirmed recoveries, +65,862.  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 33,623,686 confirmed cases, UP 37,414 from yesterday’s reporting, 598,518 confirmed deaths, UP 740,[i] and 26,665,848 confirmed recoveries, UP 47,365.  We genuinely appreciate COVID Live Update World Meter for being honest in covering ALL the numbers- God bless them.[ii]
  2. 2021 Thursday A: NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 282,522 CHI-VI DEATHS IN THE United States- feeble old Joe, by the end of the year, you will have tied the total number witnessed by the Trump administration in nearly a year of the rampaging coronavirus pandemic.    Under President Trump’s watch, there were 404,078 fatalities from the Chi-Com Bat Virus. Currently, Joe is shy 180,087 deaths.
  3. 2021 Thursday B: COVID-19 STATISTICS in the four states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,765,100 confirmed cases, 62,564 confirmed deaths, and 2,008,558 confirmed recoveries.  Moving on, here are the numbers for Florida: 2,282,612 confirmed cases, 35,946 confirmed deaths, and 1,870,952 confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 33,450 confirmed cases, 489 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s count).  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 421,460 confirmed cases, 5,674 confirmed deaths, and 204,165 confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s numbers).  Let us look at one other portion of the U.S., the U.S. Veterans Affairs: they have 258,087 confirmed cases, 11,941 confirmed deaths, and 243,172 confirmed recoveries.[iii]
  4. 2021 Thursday C: Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 839,059 confirmed cases, 6,379 confirmed deaths, and 831,888 confirmed recoveries (same as yesterday’s figures).   Let’s look at one non-country- Myanmar, a ‘bastion’ of human and civil rights: 143,004 cases of the virus, 3,212 confirmed deaths and 132,069 confirmed recoveries.[iv]
  5. 2021 Thursday D: STOCK MARKET CLOSES/PRECIOUS AND RARE METALS: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 34,021.45, UP 433.79 points (+1.29%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,124.99, UP 93.31 points (+0.72%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 4,112.50, UP 49.46 points (+1.22%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $63.86 per barrel, +0.04 (+0.06%).  The price of GOLD is $1,825.40 per troy oz., +1.50 (+0.08%) while the price of SILVER is $27.15 per troy ounce, +0.09 (+0.32%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,212.50 per troy oz, +6.00 (+0.50%) while the price of COPPER is $4.68 per pound, -0.01 (-0.31%).[v]  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,867.35 per troy oz, +0.22 (+0.01%).[vi] The price of RHODIUM is $28,400.00 per troy oz., +400.00 (+1.43%).[vii]    Currently, Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000020.  As for Chi-Com money, one-dollar U.S. = 6.45 Chinese yuan.  Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.83 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 19.95.     In Sudanese Pound, one greenback equals 400.10 and in Suriname Dollar, a buck equals 14.15 and in Swazi Lilangeni, one dollar equals 14.12 of theirs.[viii]
  6. 2021 Thursday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE FOUR STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $4.118 per gallon, $2.896 in Florida, $3.850 in Hawaii, and $3.527 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other location- South Dakota: $2.892.  We are going to do something else that could be fun- gasoline prices around the world going from cheapest to highest.  The next country on the list has the next lowest gasoline price in the world- Afghanistan: $2.215 per U.S. Gallon.[x]  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,282,286,307,412 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xi]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Thursday: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS- After Hamas has launched more than 1,500 rockets into civilian areas within Israel since Monday, it would appear that Israeli ground and air assets are crossing the border into the hellhole known as Gaza.  Moses Scharbug III, aka Mo- who now lives in Israel- says that it is a clash between civilization and darkness, a clash between light and barbarism and that the Israelis must crush these animalistic scum with every weapon possessed in their arsenal.  We all tend to agree.  Send these cockroaches howling into 1,000 years of darkness, naked and devastated.  The Israeli ambassador to the United States Ron Dermer says that ‘Hamas must be taught a lesson that it cannot murder Israelis with impunity.’  Amen.  We say, ‘use neutron bombs and eliminate these rats.’
  8. 2021 Thursday: POLITICAL NEWS I- While Israel fights for its very survival, Anti-Semitic scum such as Congresswoman Ilhan “Allah Akbar” Omar, DS-MN 5th congressional district, and Congresswoman Rashida “Foul Mouth” Tlaib, DS-MI 13th congressional district, are more or less calling for her destruction by not providing her support in her hour of need.  As Mo says, ‘NO matter what the Democratic-Socialists say, God gave the land encompassed by Israel to Moses more than 2,000 years ago.  It was the homeland of the Jews and the only reason it was not because first the Romans and then the Muslims drove them off the land.  If one wants to talk about the ‘right of return,’ Jews have the first and ONLY right of return.’  Could not say it better ourselves.   Regarding these two Islamist congresswomen, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-GA 14th congressional district, confronted the head of the ‘suicide squad,’ Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez aka AOC aka Baby Evita aka Sandy Cortez (birth name), DS-NY 14th congressional district, and called her out over her support for ‘terrorists.’
  9. 2021 Thursday: BUSINESS NEWS- The Biden Regime is doing a lot of chest-thumping over the fact that last week ONLY 473,000 new jobless claims were filed.
  10. 2021 Thursday: JOE BIDEN REGIME NEWS I- Joe Biden’s $86 billion pension bailout plan is set to boost corporate bonds.  In related news, a House panel is backing a bill that will spend $8 billion to shift the United States Postal Service from gas-fueled vehicles to electric vehicles.  (Note- fascinating how coincidental the shutdown of the Colonial Pipeline running through 17 states and now the Dems are pushing for more electric vehicles than ever.  You realize that once everyone has EVs, they will be restricted to a certain radius because of charging station availability, the length of the charge, as well as the fact that electric cars are far more expensive, batteries harder to dispose of due to their toxicity, and the eventual pushing of everyone out of electric vehicles to public transit in much the same way we have Ubers).[xii]
  11. 2021 Thursday: VOTING INTEGRITY / FRAUDULENT AND STOLEN ELECTION NEWS- As the Arizona state senate continues its investigation into the fraudulent 2020 Elections, investigators announce that the Maricopa County election officials WIPED the voting machines’ memories.  Here again is yet another reason as to why millions of Americans continue to believe that what happened in the days following November 03 were not legit.  And still, the Democrats continue crying and sniveling that anyone questioning 2020’s results is somehow a backwoods goober.  (Note- the evidence continues piling up by the day that November 03, 2020 was the worst example of elections fraud in the history of our great nation).
  12. 2021 Thursday: MISCELLANEOUS NEWS I- Democrats are seeking a ban on military weapons making their way into the hands of local police departments.   Next, Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo aka the Love Gov aka the Gropin’ Gov has hired criminal defense attorneys without saying if HE is paying for them or the Empire State will.  (Note- our bet is on the taxpayers of New York).  Speaking of worthless governors, Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom, DS-CA, says he will ‘END the mask mandate on June 15.’  (Note- too late, there ‘Smiler;’ no matter what you do, WE are recalling you).  Elsewhere, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, R-NY 21st congressional district, is trying to fight off potential challengers as she seeks to become the No. 3 in the GOP House leadership.  (Note- most of us would like to seen Devin Nunes, R-CA 22nd congressional district, or Jim Jordan, R-OH 4th congressional district, get the job).

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Following the bust-up of Apple Records and Badfinger being thrown to the winds, their record company compiled 17 key tracks from the post Apple albums on “The Best of Badfinger Volume 2” (January 21, 1990).  You get a key selection of illuminating tracks that demonstrate the potential this star-crossed band possessed so it makes one wonder as to what might have happened had they NOT signed with Apple and found another company willing to market their potential instead of milking them for everything they had like a damp sponge.  We hope you will seek this album out, give it a good listen, and then make it a part of your listening day.  We think you will be glad you took the time to give it a thorough listening.  Enjoy.

  5. 2021 Wednesday D: STOCK MARKET CLOSES/PRECIOUS AND RARE METALS: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 33,587.66, DOWN 681.50 points (-1.99%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,031.68, DOWN 357.75 points (-2.67%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 4,063.04, DOWN 89.06 points (-2.14%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $65.65 per barrel, -0.43 (-0.65%).  The price of GOLD is $1,816.70 per troy oz., -6.10 (-0.33%) while the price of SILVER is $27.17 per troy ounce, -0.07 (-0.27%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,218.00 per troy oz, -7.90 (-0.64%) while the price of COPPER is $4.72 per pound, -0.01 (-0.26%).[v]  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,868.52 per troy oz, -68.71 (-2.34%).[vi] The price of RHODIUM is $27,700.00 per troy oz., -700.00 (-2.46%).[vii]    Currently, Bitcoin, one U.S. greenback = 0.000019.  As for Chi-Com money, one-dollar U.S. = 6.46 Chinese yuan.  Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.83 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 20.16.     In South Korean Won, one greenback equals 1,132.63 and in South Sudanese Pound, a buck equals 130.26 and in Sri Lankan Rupee, one dollar equals 195.50 of theirs.[viii]    Meanwhile, Tesla, Apple, and Microsoft are driving the stock markets down.  However, credit card debt has fallen by $49 billion over the past year.  Elsewhere, U.S. consumer prices have gone up by 0.08-percent in April which does not bode well for the American people what with the Consumer Price Index up from a year ago by 4.21-percent.  This is the largest increase since 2009.  Hmmm, what does 2021 have in common with 2009?  Let’s see- Obama-Biden were in the White House and now we have the regime of Biden-Harris in the White House.  See the parallels?  In other business news, thanks to the gas shortage slowing deliveries, Chick-Fill-A is rationing its famous secret sauce.
  6. 2021 Wednesday E: U.S. NATIONAL DEBT AND GASOLINE PRICES IN THE FOUR STATES IN WHICH WE HAVE CHEF-AUTHORS- Thanks to the Biden administration, gasoline prices continue rising by the day- in California, gasoline prices have risen to over $4.112 per gallon, $2.886 in Florida, $3.840 in Hawaii, and $3.522 in Washington state.[ix]    Let’s look at one other location- South Carolina: $2.820.  We are going to do something else that could be fun- gasoline prices around the world going from cheapest to highest.  The next country on the list has the next lowest gasoline price in the world- Egypt: $2.114 per U.S. Gallon.[x]  Meanwhile, here is a snapshot of the U.S. National Debt for today: $28,278,809,428,671 and the Democrats are adding TRILLIONS of dollars to it, not BILLIONS but flipping TRILLIONS.[xi]  Cloward and Piven causing problems like they always do.
  7. 2021 Wednesday F: JOE BIDEN’S BORDER CATASTROPHE- Today is Day 50 for ‘Border Czar “Kooky Kamala” Harris NOT to visit the border.  Meanwhile, the Biden regime continues the so-called ‘controversial’ Title 42 implemented by President Donald J. Trump back in March 2020 to close the southern border over Bat Fu Yuk concerns to all but the most essential travel.  People are asking where “Kooky Kamala” stands on the Biden regime continuing the Trump policy?  (Note- we all believe that the border remains wide open and that armies of illegal aliens continue pouring across it which is why we suggest seeding the Rio Grande with alligator pups, lining the border with minefields, laying in foo gas pits, building anti-personnel, anti-vehicle, and \anti-boat obstacles,  as well as to station fast-response units along the border.  We also believe that U.S. Special Forces MUST carry out targeted assassinations of human traffickers, smugglers, and other criminals operating along our southern border).  (Additional note- NO matter what these lying Biden regime officials say, people are still flooding across the southern border.  Period.  In April, more than 178,000 illegals were apprehended crossing the border while 6,000 illegal aliens per day are being released into the interior of the country.  Hunting licenses anyone?).[xii]
  8. 2021 Wednesday: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS I- Fighting between the Israelis and the human fecal matter in Gaza continues, thanks to the Biden regime sending billions to the Iranians and millions to the Palestinian terrorists.  Missiles are crisscrossing the border with at least 55 dead, most of whom are Palestinians.[xiii]  The Israelis have launched targeted missile strikes on the Islamic National Bank and the Finance Ministry in Gaza leveling both buildings to the ground.  Speaking of the Iranians, so-called ‘Climate Czar’ John F. “Lurch” Kerry swore today that he NEVER informed the Iranians of Israeli covert ops in Syria.  The Iranians claim otherwise.  Still, the Biden regime is sending a flunky from the U.S. State Department to broker some sort of peace deal between the warring sides.  Good luck.  (Note- at least befuddled old Joe says that ‘Israel has a right to exist and to defend itself.  Very good, Joe, very good).
  9. 2021 Wednesday: FOREIGN NEWS / OVERSEAS NEWS II- Joe Biden’s erratic policies according to a new report are giving the Chi-Coms the ‘edge’ over the United States.  We concur.  In another surprise news, the U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is sanctioning a Chi-Com official, Yu Hui, who USED to hold office that allowed him to persecute the Falun Gong and other religious minorities.  Wow.  Next, Secretary Blinken stressed ‘U.S. resolve’ to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.  We bet Mr. Lavrov was trembling in his shoes.
  10. 2021 Wednesday: COVID-19 UPDATES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- A new report says that thanks to the Chi-Coms and their release of the ‘VID around the world and to the United States, drug overdose deaths in the U.S. went back up in 2020.  Thank you, Chi-Coms, thank you.  Meanwhile, U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas is raising questions about events that have become commonplace during the China Virus pandemic such as lockdowns and restrictions, especially on religious liberties.  Elsewhere, a panel agreed that the WHO- the World Health Organization- should have greater latitude in investigating the origins of pandemics.  Currently, the WHO is in the pocket of the Beijing Bullies.  Moving on, the Buckeye State is giving vaccinated citizens the opportunity to win a lottery of $1 million.  They hope everyone will rush out to get the vaccine.
  11. 2021 Wednesday: JOE BIDEN REGIME NEWS I- White House reporters are lambasting the Biden regime over its lack of transparency.  Dumb asses, listen up!  First, Joe Biden can only get it together once or twice a week.  The man is senile.  Second, what you see is a continuation of the Obama-Biden regime that shut out the news media, conducted its own in-house photography sessions, and even spied and jailed reporters.  YOU OWN THIS.  They are unhappy that the White House comm team edits all quotes before they go to press.  Wow.  Sounds like Joseph Goebbels is somewhere behind the scenes…Elsewhere, 120 former U.S. military and Department of Defense officials are warning about the peril our country faces as well as that from Joe Biden’s mental fitness (or lack of it).
  12. 2021 Wednesday: JOE BIDEN REGIME NEWS II- The Biden regime is going to provide federal COVID-19 relief aid to ILLEGAL ALIENS.  Next, Joe Biden is going full-blown Cloward and Piven by pushing his $4.1 trillion spending bill.  He said to the BIG FOUR House and Senate leaders- Kevin McCarthy and “Cocaine  Mitch” McConnell on the right side of the aisle and “Cryin’ Chuck” Schumer and Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi- that all he has to do is ‘to snap his (flaccid) fingers and so it shall be.’  Whoa, Joe, whoa. The GOP leaders told ‘Forgetful Joe’ moments later that ‘raising taxes on the American people is a nonstarter.’
  13. 2021 Wednesday: CRIME AND PUNISHMENT NEWS / LAW ENFORCEMENT NEWS-  According to Newsmax, prosecutors in the Derek Chauvin case asked for an ‘upward departure’ which means that they want Chauvin to get more time than he originally would have due to the fact that he abused his power.  The judge in the case agreed and made a ruling that will allow the sentence to become harsher both for him and the other three officers awaiting trial.   Meanwhile, the POS shooter who opened up in Times Square, New York City, a few days ago and shot three people including a young child was apprehended down in Florida.
  14. 2021 Wednesday: POLITICAL NEWS I- Last night, she was running her mouth and today, she is still running her mouth.  Congresswoman Liz Cheney, RINO-WY, was voted out as House GOP conference chair.  She went to the mics after being humiliated and said she ‘will work to make sure that President Donald J. Trump NEVER gets close to the White House ever again.’  WTF is wrong with you, Liz?  Just cross over to the Democrat side of the aisle, you and your father were NEVER flipping Republicans, you frigging moron.[xiv]  Ret. Col. Denton Knapp says, ‘Cheney’s ouster was justified.’  Correct.  She is not a team player.  However, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, R-NY 21st congressional district, says that the ‘House GOP will advance with a unified conservative vision’ as the real battle is winning the House (and Senate) back in 2022.
  15. 2021 Wednesday: POLITICAL NEWS II- Yet another Democrat domino topples, this time new tax records show that a former staffer for Senator Dianne “The Disoriented” Feinstein- Daniel Jones who runs the ultra-left-wing, pro-Marxist TDIP, aka the Democracy Integrity Project, colluded with George Soros, the globalist former Nazi now a pro-communist scumbag to fund the so-called ‘Steele Dossier,’ the phony document with which the Democrats went after President Donald J. Trump.  It is amazing as to how as time passes, more information comes to light that continues to show just what an evil, bogus sham investigation the ‘Special Counsel’ Robert S. Mueller III was.  NOTHING BUT CRAP.  Meanwhile, Senator Maggie Hassan, DS-NH, considered to be most at risk in next year’s elections, blasts the Biden regime’s economic policies as being bad for the Granite State.  Wise up, Joe.  Even members of your party are preparing to swim against the current.
  16. 2021 Wednesday: POLITICAL NEWS III- Two far-left Democratic-Socialist senators, “Crazy Mazie” Hirono, Hawaii, and “Creepy Cory” Booker, New Jersey, are planning to set up a ‘new caucus’ in the haloed halls of Congress (yeah, right), the BIPOC- Black, Indigenous, and People of Color caucus.  Wow.  Big deal.  ONLY Democrats who are ‘black, indigenous, and people of color’ will qualify while Republicans who identify with those same groups will be kept at arm’s length as though they have B.O.  What a load of crap.  Still, look at the two losers setting it up and we mean LOSERS, with a capital “L.”  Elsewhere, H.R. 1 is stuck in a Senate committee.  We hope it remains there as though it’s in a tar pit.
  17. 2021 Wednesday: NATIONAL SECURITY NEWS- The federal government is easing restrictions in 12 states with which to combat the gasoline shortages thanks to the cyberattack on the Colonial pipeline that runs from Texas through 16 other states ending up in Maine.  Yet, the feds do not seem to want to address the hack, claiming it’s a private business matter.  Uh-huh.  Experts claim that the cyberattack exposes the lack of required defenses protecting pipelines such as the Colonial pipeline.
  18. 2021 Wednesday: BIG TECH NEWS- Congressman Ken Buck, R-CO 4th congressional district, is demanding answers from CEO Tim Cook and Apple regarding their use of SLAVE LABOR in Chi-Com concentration camps in Xinjiang Province and elsewhere within that communist country.  Crickets.
  19. 2021 Wednesday: POPULAR CULTURE NEWS- The Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame inductees for 2021 are Jay-Z[xv], the Go-Gos[xvi], and the Foo Fighters[xvii] who all got in on their first nomination as well as Carole King[xviii], Todd Rundgren[xix], and Tina Turner[xx].  Congratulations.  What about the Monkees?[xxi]  Meanwhile, Ellen DeGeneres is giving up her TV talk show after 19 years of being a major guiding light.
  20. 2021 Wednesday: RELIGION NEWS- Catholic bishops in the U.S. are pushing back against Marxist Pope Francis edict on NOT denying Joe Biden and other wayward Pro-Death politicians by urging everyone to sign onto a petition to make sure the Hyde Amendment continues being the law of the land.  The Hyde Amendment prohibits U.S. taxpayer dollars being used to fund abortions.  (Note- Pope Francis, YOU need to resign NOW).
  21. 2021 Wednesday: CALIFORNIA LOTTERY RESULTS / SUPER LOTTO AND POWERBALL DRAWS-  First, here are the results for the Super Lotto Draw #3559 with a $45 million jackpot on the line: 01, 19, 20, 38, 54, and Powerball 17.  Out of 127,842 winning tickets, the highest winners were THREE people who had FIVE numbers for a prize of $14,328 apiece.  The winning tickets were sold in (1) Oh Those Donuts in Costa Mesa, CA 92627; (2) Safeway in Walnut Creek, CA 94596; and (3) Easy Money in San Francisco, CA 94122.  Next, here are the numbers for the Powerball Draw #845, the one with $168 million on the line: 01, 19, 20, 38, 54, and Powerball 17.  Out of 68,297 winning tickets in California, the highest winners were THREE people who had FOUR numbers plus the Powerball for a prize of $12,438 apiece.

[xii] Late in the afternoon- and this is a good one- Newsmax ran a Chiron crawl that said, “The Biden administration, (i.e., the regime), is ordering construction on the border wall to begin again.”  Say what?  We cannot believe that mixed-up, befuddled, stumbling, bumbling, drooling old Joe Biden has reordered construction on the wall again.  Say what?

[xiii] Interestingly enough, while lunatic members among the House Democrats continue calling for an end of Israel, House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi came out and blasted Hamas, the POS terrorist organization that needs to be eliminated from the face of the planet.  Wow.  Didn’t know “Mumbles” had it in her; still, once the AOC Suicide Squad begins tuning “Mumbles” up, she may very well reverse her statement.

[xiv] President Donald J. Trump released a statement today in which he said he expects to see Liz Cheney become the next paid commentator on CNN or MSNBC.  She will be removed from office in the primary race next year in Wyoming.

[xv] Not sure when we will do the music of Jay-Z.

[xvi] We hope to do the music of the Go-Gos one day.  They were awesome.

[xvii] We hope to do the Foo Fighters when we do Soundgarden, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, and maybe even Korn.

[xviii] Not sure as to when we will do Carole King?  Perhaps in 20 years or so.

[xix] We definitely want to do the music of Todd Rundgren and Nazz as well as Aerosmith.

[xx] We look forward to doing the music of Ike and Tina Turner one day. Maybe she will be included as a solo act.

[xxi] For the hell of it, we may be doing the music of the Monkees sooner- these guys deserve it.
