292. TODAY IN HISTORY—SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2020

U. 1942 Sunday: Adolf Hitler orders the execution of all Allied commandoes captured by Axis troops. On the Eastern Front, the German Sixth Army is extremely close to cutting the last Soviet defenders to pieces as they begin encircling the Red October and Barricades Tractor Factories. This is the final push as the first flurries of snow begin to drop. Sludge ice continues coming down the Volga River. The Sixth Army’s offense continues grinding on, eating up bodies on both sides.

  60. 2020 Sunday E: Following the U.S. arrest of Chi-Com ‘researchers’ in the United States over visa fraud and for failure to disclose their close ties to the communist Chinese military, Beijing threatens to arrest and detain American citizens in the totalitarian country.  Elsewhere, in western Afghanistan, a suspected ISIS or possible Taliban suicide car bombing in the city of Ghor claims the lives of 13 and wounds another 130.  In the same country, after the Taliban launched a major offensive in Helmand Province and U.S. airstrikes threw them back, the Taliban accuses the U.S. of violating the ceasefire.  Light ‘em up.  Meanwhile, Iran celebrates the ‘end of the embargo’ as today was it under the Obama-negotiated agreement but the Trump administration says the re-imposed sanctions aren’t going anywhere.
  61. 2020 Sunday F: The U.S. Supreme Court agrees to rule on the Trump administration’s attempt at banning illegal aliens from the 2020 Census.  They will hear arguments beginning on November 30 and are expected to rule sometime in late December or in early January.  Don’t count illegal aliens, NO country in the world would ever do such an insane thing.  Build the wall and deport them all.
  62. 2020 Sunday G: Stay tuned for further developments until we find out what the Chi-Coms and their milksop lackeys in the Democratic Party are up to toda.  YOU know they’ve been doing something…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

On October 28, 2008, the Move released their next greatest hits package across the globe: “Anthology 1966-1972.”  Much more popular in the UK than they ever were in the United States, the album contained 62 essential tracks from throughout the group’s rather short career on four music-packed discs.  We hope you will check this one out and consider adding it to your collection because despite whatever you might have heard, this band was among the major acts upon which, future bands would lay their foundation.  Please seek it out and enjoy- you will be glad you did.

Chris Hayes, the little fruit who works at MSNBC, talks about establishing a Truth and Reconciliation Tribunal following the election if HIS side wins on November 3. I will do him one better and will encourage the GOP to re-establish the House and Senate Un-American Activities Committees because friends, we must root the communists out of the fabric of our country or face annihilation ourselves.

FALL SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,640 AT THE AICP-END

16 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Looking at today’s BLM and Antifa babes, I am appalled that I was ever a member of the Peace and Freedom Party here in California…no wonder my health sucks

Santa Barbara, CA 93102, 10-18-2020 Sunday:  We have had a busy week this week, me, trying to steal away the title of “Constitutional Chef” from Chef James “JT” Tobiason through the introduction of not one, not two, not even three, but four new proposed Constitutional amendments that would forever cement the road ahead for our country.[i]  We must return to what made us great and to the mantra of the Trump presidency- “Make America Great Again” which is in no way a racist epithet to be hurled against minorities, against women, against gays, or against Muslims but a desire for everyone to participate in the shared American Dream and that every generation exists on a higher rung than the generations that have come before them.[ii]

As everyone should know, Chef JT has long been a promoter of the Constitution Party, a political party that, like originalists on the Supreme Court, is a party based upon the Constitution and on nothing else.  As a former third-partier myself, I see the attraction a party such as this offers- if only it were to become a major party– because the GOP at times leaves much to be desired while the Democratic Party, well, it would be better-suited to being the ONLY party in North Korea, communist China, Cuba, or Venezuela.

I have shared with you before my ‘political evolution’ as I once belonged to California’s left-wing fringe party- the Peace and Freedom Party- although as I have explained before, it was my overpowering desire to meet all manner of left-wing hot chicks because unlike conservative or right-of-center girls, they were more willing to kick out free poontang with zero strings attached.

All grown-up now and a few social diseases later (some of which, never seem to want to go away), I judge my past by looking at the modern-day left-wing groups such as Antifa, Black Lives Matter, or the Democratic Party and think to myself, “Gee, IF these are the kinds of women I thought were hotties back in the 1960s, no wonder I have permanent STDs” and that “I must have been crazy” (although I suspect females belonging to Antifa and BLM are probably a bunch of bull dykes, you know bull-daggers, truck-driver-like hulks who dominate their frail, little, low-testosterone men[iii]).

The younger generation or two of politics-driven left-wing babes are all a bunch of loons, a bunch of coots, a bunch of angry skanks who probably don’t shave their ‘pits or their legs, much less take baths with any frequency or routine or engage in any type of personal hygiene.  One cannot be as bat-rabid bizarre as these women all seem to be that I feel sorry for the younger generations of manbun-wearing young men, dudes who haven’t a clue that the chicks they are trying to woo are ANGRY HARPIES, in need of immediate dumping.

What we see in these violent mobs are young women, spittle flying all over the place, tears running down their faces, saying the most vile, despicable things imaginable, and thinking that it’s ‘okay’ to behave in such hateful manner.  Imagine, being a white ho, screeching the “N-WORD” at black cops as though that somehow is the correct thing to do.  I’m sorry, their parents should have put the leather belt across their bare asses decades ago because these Marxist women and the pansified sissies clinging to them are LOSERS with a capital, big uppercase “L.”[iv]  Yikes!

If these young women are to be the future mothers of our children yet to come, God help us- and them.  For one thing, the birth rate will fall even lower than it now is (NO wonder Democrats love illegal aliens so much) and the few children these ‘mothers’ don’t abort are going to grow up in a world with hostile ‘caregivers’ belittling the boys and teaching the girls to beat the snot out of their cringing, timid little brothers.

It is going to be ugly and I would say that if I could round up an entire generation or two, if I could not rehabilitate them, well, we would have to find a euphemistic term for what we should do to eradicate them (such as gifting them to the Chi-Coms or North Koreans for brothel duties).

Friends, it is up to us to save our country which means, we must root out the communists from bottom to top in government, from society, from sports, and from entertainment.  We must root them out and either remove them or find some way by which, we can rehabilitate or reform them (or in cases in which rehabilitation or reform is impossible, well you know what I am saying).

You know what to do: on November 3, vote out EVERY Democrat possible, give President Trump a second term, and let’s push for the consideration and passage of the four amendments to our beloved Constitution so we can save our country.[v]  God bless.

I will see you next year.

Back in the day, I was working at a hotel in Bakersfield, California, down on Union Avenue where I met Stinkbug.  It was still nice at the time, and the area was still the original “restaurant row” of the city.  Now, I am over 70 years old and work over in Santa Barbara, CA, as a food and beverage director for a fine-dining country club.  The pictures you see here of me are facsimiles created by up-and-coming Bakersfield, California, street artist, the famed Simone.  Excellent work, dude, excellent work.

We continue offering albums by one of Britain’s greatest bands, Fleetwood Mac, a band with a long history and a much-longer list of musicians going through its ranks.  Their eighteenth album, “Vintage Years,” came out in March 1975 and was a final look at the music as performed by the original band, as after this, the band would undergo a drastic change in lineup, which you saw yesterday.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] My friend and colleague- the OTHER Chef James- will always be the “Constitutional Chef” because that’s his schtick, that’s his things.  If I could be NUMBER TWO, however, I would be immensely proud of accepting that title.

[ii] Until Obama-Biden, this was always the American Dream, that the next generation would end up higher than the preceding one, that everyone would do better than their parents if they applied themselves, worked hard, and yes, they would do better.  With Obama and Biden, it’s like ‘we’re the ones who will manage the Great American Decline for you,’ that other countries- like the frigging Chi-Coms will do better than us.  That is not only flipping insane, but also traitorous, we can never allow anyone else supplant us as the lone superpower that we are, not the Chi-Coms, not the Russkies, not the Cubanos, the Iranians, or the NORCs.  No, we are the ones who determine what happens in the rest of the world, we are number one.  Get used to it, Chi-Coms.

[iii] I hear that each successive generation of men becomes lower and lower in their testosterone, that their sperm counts are low.  Could be the antibiotics in our dairy products, our meats, hell, even our vegetables which is why younger women who aren’t criminally insane with rage tend to like older men, 10, 20, even 30 years older than them.  We have testosterone, baby, that’s why, not these manbun-wearing he-she’s who get pissed off if you call being gay a ‘preference’ and not an ‘orientation.’  Like my friend and colleague, Chef Lilah said on Twitter earlier in the week, ‘until scientists find the GAY GENE, it’s a preference and not an orientation.’  Good for you, Lilly, good for you.  You got balls, girl.

[iv] What is it with these hateful white chicks using the N word against black Americans?  Who gave these bitches the right to behave so hatefully?  It is insane.

[v] EVERYONE MUST VOTE GOP ON NOVEMBER 3, WHETHER YOU LIKE THE CANDIDATE OR YOU DON’T AS EVEN ONES THAT STINK, THAT IF THEY’RE GOPPERS, THEY WILL DO THE RIGHT THING- even Susan Collins.  Help her, show her we care about her moderate RINO self and maybe she will continue doing the right thing with court nominations.

Total Word Count: 920 plus 375 = 1,295 words.

291. TODAY IN HISTORY—SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2020

W. 1942 Saturday: German soldiers continue grinding forward against the ever-diminishing Soviet defenders, their numbers being slashed by continuous aerial bombardment, infantry, and armor assaults, seeking to capture the entire waterfront of the city as it stretches north and south along the Volga River. The Russian forces in the city are determined to cling to their positions so that the counterattack- when it comes- will devastate the Axis forces besieging the city. Russian commanding General Vasily Ivanovich Chuikov moves to safer headquarters and it is important to note that sludge ice was beginning to flow down the Volga River from the north which would soon clog the river before turning it to solid ice.

  56. 2019 Thursday: Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney confirmed that the United States blocked nearly $400 million in foreign aid to the Ukraine because of corruption.  Mulvaney said, “Quid pro quos happen all the time,” which they do.  This is how foreign diplomacy works, in order for foreign nations to obtain financial and other aid, they have to do something in order to obtain it, which drives the liberal Democrats bonkers.  They want to give money away without seeking something in return.  Look at how they have allowed NATO to get away without paying its bills until Donald J. Trump approves major disaster relief for California, after FEMA denied it, because, once again, much of the state is burning down.  Governor Gavin Newsom, Democrat, begged for the relief and in a phone call with the president, the president found a way to deliver him the much-needed aid.   When this current fire season ends, clear-cut the forests, and stop allowing fresh water to flow out to sea, you Democrat imbecile!
  58. 2020 Saturday A: Due to rising numbers of Chi-Vi stats across Europe, many European locales are reimposing draconian measures to thwart the Chi-Com gift to the world, the Kung Flu.  Elsewhere, the Azerbaijanis blast Armenia for having fired Soviet-era SCUD missiles into its second largest city, knocking down 20 residential buildings, killing 13, and wounding hundreds of others.  They call it a ‘war crime.’  Meanwhile, citizens of Thailand take to the streets of Bangkok, demanding former military general and current Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-Ocha resign.  The protesters are also unhappy with the king, someone whom if YOU are found guilty of criticizing can land you up to 15 years in prison.
  59. 2020 Saturday B: Following yesterday’s assassination of a Parisian schoolteacher for having said something negative towards the ‘prophet,’ ‘founding father of the so-called ‘religion of peace,’ Islam, police identify the slain suspect as an 18-year-old Chechen student.  The scumbag sawed the head off the schoolteacher with a knife which led Parisian law enforcement to round up as many members of the family of this POS living on French soil.  France: YOU have a massive problem with all these Muslims living on your soil, round them up, strip them of citizenship, and deport them.
  60. 2020 Saturday  C: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 39,502,909 confirmed cases, +376,697, 1,106,795, confirmed deaths, +5,698, and 27,147,928 confirmed recoveries, 191,015.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 8,194,266 confirmed cases, UP 84,455 from yesterday’s reporting, 222,404 confirmed deaths, UP 1,084, and 5,211,232 confirmed recoveries, UP 20,578.  Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 874,505 confirmed cases, 16,933 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 14,007 confirmed cases, 185 confirmed deaths, and 10,947 confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 101,540 confirmed cases, 2,338 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let’s look at one other state: South Dakota- currently, they have 32,611 confirmed cases, 315 confirmed deaths, and no mention of confirmed recoveries- thank you, Governor Kristi Noem for behaving like your typical Democratic politician- thank you.  Let’s look at Israel’s stats now that Mo is living there: 302,770 confirmed cases, 2,190 confirmed deaths, and 265,445 confirmed recoveries.

I propose a final Constitutional amendment today, the XXXI, one that would mandate the proper teaching of U.S. history, Western Civ, and civics beginning in kindergarten through two years of junior college

Each of these groups- Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Occupy Movement – and others like them- white supremacists- all showed up and joined in the mob violence or fought against one another, yet my colleagues and I believe each group is but a spoke on a left-leaning wheel.

FALL SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,639 AT THE AICP-END

17 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

The amendment I propose today is an absolute must…

Santa Barbara, CA 93102, 10-17-2020 Saturday:  Over the course of this week, I have shared three proposed amendments to the U.S. Constitution, the XXVIII, the XXIX, and the XXX, all three of which are required if our nation is going to continue prospering.  Our country is in the midst of a societal crisis, something none of us can overlook nor deny is occurring.  Thus, I will add a final amendment to my list, the XXXI Amendment, one that should have been emplaced into the legal system of our country long ago and that concerns the arena of education.

We have been watching out-of-control events across our country this summer, beginning with the slaying of small-time thug George Floyd  What happened to him was heinous, it is un-American, and those involved must face some form of legal repercussions.  Still, something else exists in the event, something no one as of yet knows but which many believe is true and that was the crime was one of a personal nature.  That is for a jury to discover and the American people to be told.

What immediately happened once the American people saw the ghastly demise of Mr. Floyd was well-coordinated, well-funded uprisings, not just in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but across the nation: New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Houston, Seattle, the ever-violent Portland, Oregon, and on and on it went.[i]

Black Lives Matter, Antifa, these mobs showed up around the country, pallets of bricks, truckloads of frozen water bottles, sharpened wooden stakes, riot shields, gas masks, welding equipment, power saws, all of these things just magically appeared as did the items necessary to manufacture Molotov cocktails.[ii]

Each of these groups- Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Occupy Movement[iii]– and others like them- white supremacists- all showed up and joined in the mob violence or fought against one another, yet my colleagues and I believe each group is but a spoke on a left-leaning wheel.

Thus, we all believe the aforementioned scumbags are all receiving funding from the same sources- George Soros, the Chi-Coms, Vladimir Putin, Iran, and North Korea[iv]– among others- to create as much havoc as possible to traumatize average ordinary Americans into believing that somehow this mess is all the fault of President Donald J. Trump.  Bulls**t!

Read their sites and you will see that these scumbags revere Marxism.  They love the religion of the Devil, of Karl Marx, of Saul Alinsky, and of every other left-wing creep and thug the world has ever produced.  Combined with radical Islamists and one discovers that a toxic brew of anti-Americanism exists and that we must begin fighting back against their collectivism if we are to survive as both a nation and a unified people.

The XXXI Amendment to the U.S. Constitution would demand that ALL schools- from kindergarten through junior college- 15 to 16 years- instruct students on the ENTIRE HISTORY of the United States, BOTH good and bad, and that equal time must be spent upon each subject and that educational standards will be uniform.[v]

If we fail to reclaim our classrooms and our educational systems, if we fail to teach proper U.S. and Western Civilization courses to our young people, if we fail to instill in them the necessary patriotism with which, to defend them, their country, and the American way of life, then we deserve what we get.

Moreover, we must teach civics, politics, we must teach history as written, from accredited middle of the road to right of center textbooks, and we must expose communism and socialism for the failed political systems they are lest we see our country overturned by another indoctrinated generation of young, angry leftists.

I believe we have no choice but to immediately embark upon reclaiming our educational system, installing uniformity, truth, both the good and the bad, so that students understand why things are the way they are.  We cannot judge historical figures by present-day standards unless like the Nazis, the Chi-Coms, and other left-wing political aberrations they are so deplorable that we have no choice.

It is akin to the issue of slavery: like it or not, slavery still exists in many parts of the world including here in the United States.  Oh, they may not be out in the hot sun picking cotton but they are children and young people, trapped in sex slavery, turning 20, 30, or more tricks per night until they become so overused that they are discarded or murdered.

We cannot, however, judge the Founders of our country on the issue of being white, of some being slavers, because morals and mores and what’s accepted and what’s not, tend to change.  We must learn to be objective and to understand the world as it is now and work to change the things in need of change instead of continuing to try to change the past.

Friends, this election is more important than ever and the fork in the road is extremely clear: to the right, we will continue making our country great again, we will continue embracing our ideals and will continue bringing in more and more people no matter their race, their ethnicity, their religion, or their sexual preference to join with us.  To the left, however, is a return to the Stone Age, to impoverishment, to slavery, and to thuggery.  The choice is clear, we must make it and we will on November 3.

Where will YOU be?

We’ll wrap things up tomorrow.  See you then.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] I seriously doubt that anyone who pays attention daily to the news believes that all of these so-called ‘spontaneous uprisings against racial injustice are just that.’  No, I would suggest that one either me pure loco or too ignorant to participate in our democracy because everything we have seen has been waiting in the shadows, biding its time, awaiting the right moment, the perfect spark to EXPLODE into being and the death of George Floyd- followed by several other similar events- was the match that lit the fuse that set off the bomb.  No, the communists-socialists have been hard at work preparing this for this election cycle and Officer Derek Chauvin and company provided that spark.  Not good.

[ii] How is any of these actions contemporaneous, simultaneous, grassroots events?  We saw in one instance- after numerous reports had hit the news- of U-Haul trucks arriving on site and dispensing all the riot tools required by the mobs.  We have seen people with buzz-saws and welding equipment trying to break into secure facilities or to tear down barriers, none of this makes any sense unless, of course, one opens one’s eyes and sees that we have a Fifth Column in our society that requires immediate extermination.  It may be up to us.

[iii] These are all Marxist groups and if not outlawed and pursued by the Justice Department already should be and dismantled and destroyed.

[iv] Each of these entities but especially the Chi-Coms and wanted criminal financier George Soros (we hope you get him, Putin) all would love to see the collapse of the United States so like the maggots they are- including Vladimir Putin- would love to assume the position of number one worldwide power.  Not in our lifetime…

[v] Sixteen years of honest education and instilled patriotism- including being able to pray in school (you know the Muslim kids have this right) and the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance is essential to creating good American citizens.  Enough with the f**king Democrats, the ACLU, and the hate group, Southern Poverty Law Center, the POS SPLC.  This last group MUST be destroyed.

290. TODAY IN HISTORY—FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2020

Z. 1942 Friday: As the fight continues to capture Stalingrad prior to the arrival of winter, the Germans draw tantalizingly close to the Red October Tractor Factory, parts of which, they would capture on the 19th. Along their flanks up and down the Volga River, Rumanian, Hungarian, and Italian troops continue solidifying their positions believing most fighting would stop with the onset of winter. Across the Volga, the Red Army continues building a massive counterattack that would take the Axis troops by complete surprise. Elsewhere, a tropical cyclone in the Bay of Bengal kills some 60,000 people south of Calcutta.

  60. 2019 Wednesday: After the sentencing of separatist leaders in Catalonia, trouble in the streets across the province continues.  Meanwhile, Democrats continue screeching and wailing that if changes are made to the Food Stamp Program, 500,000 kids could lose FREE school lunches.  Folks, most of those kids are ILLEGAL ALIENS and must be deported.
  61. 2020 Friday: “Pro-China Joe” Biden informs the American people that he will share his potential SCOTUS picks by November 3- Election Day.  Meanwhile, states shatter early voting records as Democrat early voters are driving the numbers.  Nothing unusual about this- they always do it in the vain hopes of depressing the opposition.   Elsewhere, the Trump administration continue arguing over the Chi-Vi stimulus bill with House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi, fighting over so-called ‘poison pills’ contained within the text of the proposed bill.  Newsmax reports that the speaker and the president have not spoken to one another in a year.
  62. 2020 Friday A: Russian President Vladimir Putin poses extending the arms treaty between his nation and the United States by one year.  In the U.S., oil majors pitch more campaign cash to the Democrats over the issue of fracking. Why they aren’t sending the money to the GOP is beyond us because if the Democrats win in November, fossil fuels and all the jobs connected to the energy industry are going to VANISH.   Elsewhere, the FCC plans to clarify 47 U.S. Code Section 230 C behind which, online ‘platforms’ such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others censor conservative views while allowing leftists to get away with whatever they like.  Jack Dorsey at Twitter announced today that Twitter will NO LONGER block hacked information from appearing as long as it’s NOT the hackers posting it.  Good for you.
  63. 2020 Friday B: Sheldon Adelson, CEO of the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, and his wife are donating $75 million to an anti-“Pro-China Joe” Biden group.    Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump is holding two rallies today, one in Ocala, Florida, and the other in Macon, Georgia.  Meanwhile, Mr. Biden has put a lid on his campaigning today while his running mate, “Kooky Kamala” Harris is in self-imposed quarantine since two staffers came down with the Chi-Vi.   Elsewhere, the House Republicans are querying the FBI as to ‘whether or not they had Hunter Biden’s alleged laptop during the Trump impeachment?’  We believe they did and when the president wins a second term, we hope he fires FBI Director Chris Wray, CIA Director Gina Haspel, and possibly Attorney-General Bill Barr over their blocking of the Durham Report from appearing prior to the Election.
  64. 2020 Friday C: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 39,126,112 confirmed cases, +369,823, 1,101,007, confirmed deaths, +5,791, and 26,956,913 confirmed recoveries, +203,913.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 8,109,811 confirmed cases, up 93,363 from yesterday’s reporting, 221,320 confirmed deaths, UP 1,156, and 5,190,654 confirmed recoveries, UP 106,730.  Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 871,028 confirmed cases, 16,844 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 13,922 confirmed cases, 184 confirmed deaths, and 10,915 confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 100,855 confirmed cases, 2,331 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 301,896 confirmed cases, 2,141 confirmed deaths, and 262,503 confirmed recoveries.   Let’s look at one other state: Wisconsin- currently, they have 171,481 confirmed cases, 1,574 confirmed deaths, but no mention of confirmed recoveries- thank you, Governor Tony Evers, for withholding the numbers of recoveries- you, sir, are a BIG CROOK.

I propose my third and final amendment to the U.S. Constitution- the XXX- which would allow the president to quickly federalize law enforcement and National Guard units to quell urban mob violence as well as to determine pandemic lockdowns

If we have learned anything from the violence that began with the murder of George Floyd and the Chi-Vi running amok across the country is that governors who are not happy with who’s in the White House will allow, if NOT encourage, violence to continue and lockdowns to remain in place. None of this improves the situations for anyone which is why the feds must have the overall say in what the answers are because destroying one’s state in order to harm a president’s electoral chances in the next election is mind-boggling crazy.

FALL SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,638 AT THE AICP-END

18 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Things should not be the way they’ve been, folks; when local and state governments fail to carry out their number one duties- protecting life and property- the president must be able to step in, quickly and efficiently…

Santa Barbara, CA 93102, 10-16-2020 Friday:  Friends, I have been busy dreaming up things we need to do in order to secure our country and I have a third proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the XXX Amendment.  This amendment will give the federal government control over two exceptionally important things: (1) the length of all future economic and societal lockdowns should the Chi-Coms dispatch another viral pandemic around the world[i] and (2) would allow the president to quickly federalize local law enforcement and national guard units if we have the types of out-of-control mob violence that goes on in places like Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, Washington, and every other BLUE city and/or state where civil protests morphs into violent confrontations and property destruction.

I am sure that millions of Americans are just like you and me, we watch with horror on our TV screens entire communities ablaze, people’s life’s work burning down around them, people being beaten in the streets, assaulted, even murdered.  Communities should not have to have do-gooders putting their lives at risk to defend them, people like Kyle Rittenhouse who defended himself when Antifa thugs sought to MURDER him in the streets of Kenosha, Wisconsin[ii]

The 17-year-old Rittenhouse shot and killed two people, two anarchistic scumbags who meant to do him harm just like the man from Patriot’s Prayer who was shot in the back of the head and killed by another now-dead Antifa POS in the mean streets of Portland, Oregon, where Antifa seemingly riots every night of the year.

I think we all recall the black woman, I think in Minneapolis, who was berating some Blacks Lives Matter human garbage who burned down a sandwich shop in which, she and an Arabic-looking gentleman were joint owners.[iii]

She worked there as an employee for her business partner and these punks were telling her they ‘did it for her and for other black folks like her’ and she said, ‘No, you burned down a business in which, I’m part owner, how is that right?  I work here, this is MY job and you punks took that away from me.’  It was heart-wrenching.

I think the president- who as a human being simply must be touched to the depths of his soul over all the destroyed businesses, the ruined neighborhoods, the billions of dollars of lost goods, services, and economic activities- being forced to watch this and without being able to dispatch immediate help because the locals won’t ask for it.  We have to fix this messed-up system.  The federal government must be able to step into the void, federalize everyone on site and then send additional law enforcement and National Guard units to stop the violence in its tracks.

Otherwise, Democrat-controlled areas can order law enforcement to stand down, withhold the National Guard, wave off the president and federal law enforcement and military aid and allow the violent rape, robbery, assault, of their citizens and the destruction of every home, every business, and every building sans any sort of repercussions.[iv]

Giving the president the power to override lack of demand from the locals when rioting, arson, and looting is occurring would be in keeping with the number one mandate of the law, the protection of LIFE and of PROPERTY.  This is the reason FOR government, this is WHY we pay taxes, to have our elected leaders and the apparatuses of government at all levels protect us from the abyss, from the darkness, from the socialist-fascist thugs who seek to dominate us.  The president must be able to step in and quell violent insurrection when the locals won’t.

Something else the XXX Amendment would include would be in cases where local and state government fails the people, QUALIFIED IMMUNITY[v] for all government officials, local and state, as well as law enforcement in these areas, would be stripped away.

Thus, if you burn down my car dealership and allow mobs to burn and destroy my inventory or cars in the shop for service and repairs, I can sue you and you have nothing behind which to hide.  This would stop mayors and governors standing aside and permitting out-of-control mobs from running amok,  if not giving them tacit approval to do so.

Likewise, if the Chi-Coms disseminate another Chi-Vi (this could occur every election cycle from this point forward unless “Pro-China Joe” Biden wins the White House) to devastate, not only our fellow nations in the world but our country, the president would have the final say- going on the advice of his medical advisers- in shutting down society, for how long, and who will and won’t be affected.  If a place is not in the grip of the grippe, then a governor could not shut everything down and drive its citizens back to an economic Stone Age of dependency upon government.

If we have learned anything from the violence that began with the murder of George Floyd[vi] and the Chi-Vi running amok across the country is that governors who are not happy with who’s in the White House will allow, if NOT encourage, violence to continue and lockdowns to remain in place.  None of this improves the situations for anyone which is why the feds must have the overall say in what the answers are because destroying one’s state in order to harm a president’s electoral chances in the next election is mind-boggling crazy.

I also believe that in circumstances in which cops kill an unarmed suspect that jurisdiction for trying said officers must move to the federal law enforcement and legal system and not be in the hands of the locals.  In this way would fairness prevail.

Join me tomorrow and we will continue our discussions.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] Many people now fear that when a Republican inhabits the White House and is doing things inimical to the interests of the Chi-Coms, the Chi-Coms will let another pandemic virus loose upon the world.  We must prepare for the possibility that in the United States whooping the People’s Republic of China’s ass, this will become commonplace.  Time to fight fire with fire- they accuse the U.S. military sending the Chi-Vi to Wuhan, then we should do it in reality and pay them back.  Scumbags.

[ii] The case of Kyle Rittenhouse is open and shut: SELF-DEFENSE.  The scumbags he shot were going to MURDER him and everyone involved knows it.  Add to that the fact that they have to hold him in isolation due to threats made by Antifa that they will KILL him if they gain proximity to him should tell you all you need to know.  He’s innocent and must walk free NOW.

[iii] I say IF Black Lives Matter claims it’s a Marxist organization, we treat them like one.  We once outlawed the communist party in this country and must do so again and all likeminded organizations no matter what they might proclaim to an uninformed public.  They ain’t fighting for BLACK Americans; no, they are fighting for communists and the sole remaining communist world power are the frigging Chi-Coms.  I say, “F**K them!”

[iv] We would never have permitted the sort of property damage and physical violence we have been forced to watch or to sustain.  We must restore law and order using whatever tactics must be used to reestablish it once again lest we lose our country.

[v] Too many left-wing politicians hide behind QUALIFIED IMMUNITY that protects them from the harm they permit to occur whether it’s that dummy Andrew Cuomo and his dimwitted buddy Bill Di Blasio sending Chi-Vi-infected individuals into rest homes where patients are vulnerable to a disease such as this.  These people and others like them MUST pay a legal price and go to prison for their crimes.

[vi] What happened to George Floyd was WRONG.  However, I for one will await the final outcome and if I deem it to be fair and impartial, I will support the decision and if it’s some sort of kangaroo court with that anti-Semite AG Keith Ellison in charge, I will think otherwise.  This is why trials such as these should be taken out of the hands of the locals if we want true justice.  Let me know what YOU think.

  57. 2016 Saturday: With the final presidential debate between candidates Hillary Rodham Clinton and Donald J. Trump just hours away, Mr. Trump is showing no signs of backing down in the face of all the ginned-up #MeToo accusations and allegations.  According to him, ‘he’s in it to win it.’  You go, Mr. Trump, you go.
  58. 2017 Sunday: Actress and activist Alyssa Milano (someone we consider to be little more than a whore) tweeted that women who had been sexually harassed or assaulted should write “Me too” as a status; within hours, tens of thousands had taken up the #MeToo hashtag (using a phrase that had been introduced 10 years earlier by social activist Tarana Burke).
  59. 2018 Monday: Yet another caravan- this one containing at least 4,000 people- arrives in Guatemala, having begun gathering steam across Central America.  Someone is funding these people- whom we allege is George Soros- because their goal is to make it to Mexico, board buses and trains, and head for the U.S.-Mexican border.  There, they will try to storm across it and disappear into the interior of the country.  Meanwhile, Angola has its own problems with a tidal wave of illegal aliens and their military and police forces drive 180,000 ‘migrants’ back into the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
  60. 2019 Tuesday: Following the slayings of 13 Mexican police officers in the Mexican state of Michoacán the day before,  killed by narcotraffickers in an ambush, a running gunfight between Mexican security forces and armed civilians leaves at least 15 people dead in the state of Guerrero.   Meanwhile, in Westerville, Ohio, 12 Democratic hopefuls participate in the night’s Democratic Party debate.
  61. 2020 Thursday: Fallout from the New York Post story on Hunter Biden’s laptop and incriminating email evidence contained within the hard drive demonstrate that there was no reason to impeach President Donald J. Trump because what the Dems were accusing of him of doing was exactly what then- and- former Vice President Joe Biden, son Hunter, and brother and sister-in-law were engaged in doing: peddling influence for humongous quantities of dollars, tens of billions of dollars.  Besides Ukraine, we also learn that Hunter Biden was schmoozing with the Chi-Coms in order to raise still more hundreds of billions of dollars for his mumbling, stumbling daddy.  What makes it even more true is the amount of energy left-leaning social media moguls and their platforms, most notably Facebook and the corrupt Twitter, are devoting to covering up, censoring, and hiding away from the American people.  Folks, this election is now more than important than ever which is why we have but one choice for which to vote on November 3: Donald J. Trump and the GOP.  From the presidency to dogcatcher, vote STRAIGHT GOP.
  62. 2020 Thursday A: In yet another attempt to sway the election, Reuters/Ipsos poll says that ‘last minute voters tend to break for Biden over Trump’ while the Wall Street Journal reports that “Pro-China Joe” Biden has a national lead of 11 points over his opponent, President Donald J. Trump.’  We shall see.  An employee at the New York Times says, however, that ‘not everything is looking good for “Pro-China Joe” which we take to mean IF the Hunter Biden laptop story gets to the masses, he’s toast.   Regarding the covering up of the Hunter Biden laptop story, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey says- regarding the censorship of the story- that ‘we might have handled it better.’   Yeah, like allowing the free flow of speech, you left-wing, Chi-Com-loving POS.   Regarding “Beijing Biden,” he has a new campaign ad featuring George Floyd’s sister.  Big whoop.
  63. 2020 Thursday B: Before leaving for a MASSIVE RALLY in Greenville, North Carolina, President Donald J. Trump tells reporters that ‘Gov. Andrew Cuomo is little more than a thug and that he himself has ruined the Empire State.’  New York citizens, recall and remove this moron, please, you have a lovely state but if he and NYC Mayor Bill “I’m a Commie” Di Blasio maintain their plan NOT to reopen Broadway until July 2021, you can kiss the city goodbye forever…speaking of loony tunes Democrats, actress Julia Louise Dreyfus calls for a BOYCOTT against the network that made her famous, NBC, for hosting a townhall with President Donald J. Trump while at the same time on ABC- we believe- there is going to be a “Pro-China Joe” Biden debate (although his is half as long as his opponents.  Question: will anyone possess the balls to ask Biden about ‘court packing’ much less about his drug-addled son, Hunter’s activities of enriching the family while using his father’s name as collateral?  That would be something!)
  64. 2020 Thursday C: President Donald J. Trump is encouraging the U.S. Senate to take a BIGGER Chi-Vi relief bill but U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says he ‘doubts any movement will occur until after the election’ even though Democrat House members are begging- imploring senile House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi to make a deal, even the lower deal because their constituents- as well as their electoral chances- are in a bad way even though Madam Pelosi barked at Wolf Blitzer yesterday that ‘WE FEED THEM, YOU DON’T WOLF, WE FEED THEM.’  Wow, Marie Antoinette to be sure…
  65. 2020 Thursday D: Thursday Night Football’s game is between (1) Kansas City Chiefs, 32 (4-1) @ Buffalo Bills, 16 (4-1). POSTPONED UNTIL Monday, October 19, 2020.
  66. 2020 Thursday E: Folks, here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Yellow Fever, Chi-Com Virus, the Wuhan Horseshoe Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 38,756,289 confirmed cases, +404,750, 1,095,216, confirmed deaths, +6,030, and 26,753,000 confirmed recoveries, +212,994.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 8,016,448 confirmed cases, up 62,382 from yesterday’s reporting, 220,164 confirmed deaths, UP 910, and 5,083,924 confirmed recoveries, UP 20,802.  Here are the stats for Israel now that Mo is living there: 299,502 confirmed cases, 2,109 confirmed deaths, and 253,597 confirmed recoveries.
  67. 2020 Thursday F: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous, anti-communist American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 868,211 confirmed cases, 16,769 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 13,834 confirmed cases, 183 confirmed deaths, and 10,883 confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 100,169 confirmed cases, 2,319 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let’s look at one other state: North Dakota- currently, they have 29,658 confirmed cases, 375 confirmed deaths, and 24,336 confirmed recoveries- thank you, Governor Doug Burgum for providing all of us the numbers of recoveries- thank you.
  68. 2020 Thursday G: We had a DOWN DAY in the markets today.  Here are the stats for today’s Stock Market closes: first the DOW Jones Industrial Average, 28,494.20, DOWN 19.80 points (-0.069%).  Next, here are the stats for the NASDAQ:  11,713.87, DOWN 54.86 points (-0.47%).  Finally, here are the numbers for the S&P 500: 3,483.34, DOWN 5.33 points (-0.15%).  Price of GOLD: $1,912.40 per troy oz., +3.50 (+0.18%)  Here is the price of SILVER: $24.44 per troy oz., +0.211 (+0.87%).  Price of PLATINUM: $870.10 per troy oz., +8.80 (+1.02%).  Price of PALLADIUM: $2,351.60 per troy oz., +2.50 (+0.11%).  Here is the price of COPPER: $3.09 per #, +0.009 (+0.29%).   Price of Light Sweet Crude Oil per barrel: $40.97, +0.01 (+0.02%).  Today, one-dollar U.S. = 6.72 PRC yuan whereas one U.S. greenback = 0.85 euros.  Conversely, one-dollar U.S. = 28.77 Taiwanese dollars.
  69. 2020 Thursday H: C-SPAN’s Steve Scully, who was set to host the second presidential debate until COVID-19 hit the president and terrified “Pro-China Joe” Biden into taking greater precautions such as demanding a VIRTUAL TOWNHALL DEBATE in which, he could have all manner of hidden aids, went on indefinite suspension now that we found out he lied to the FBI about his Twitter account being hacked.  As you recall, he was asking now-Trump hater Anthony Scaramucci for help in how to ‘deal with President Trump.’  Originally, he said he had ‘no clue’ as to how this message popped up, told the FBI his account ‘was hacked’ and then broke down today and said he lied.  Bon voyage, Mr. Scully, another one bites the dust.  Meanwhile, Judge Amy Coney Barrett concludes her final day of her confirmation hearings with flying colors.
  70. 2020 Thursday I: Meanwhile Twitter and Facebook continue blocking any information connected to “Pro-China Joe” and son Hunter Biden’s tale of woe in which, Hunter was the bagman for his father’s growing empire of wealth.  Our accounts are all stifled because yesterday, Chef Lilah posted the link to Today in History which included a link to the story in the New York Post.  Jack Dorsey strikes again, boy would Joseph Goebbels love the guy!  Elsewhere, prior to President Donald J. Trump going to his townhall debate on NBC, he blasts them as ‘fake news.’
  71. 2020 Thursday J: Americans seeking first time jobless benefits rose to 898,000 from 840,000 the week before.  The nation has regained 11.3 million jobs, still a ways away from the 22 million we lost at the start of the Chi-Com Bat Flu pandemic.  The overall number of those receiving jobless benefits dropped 1.2 million to 10 million so things are on the mend which is why Nancy Pelosis is fighting to prevent passage of a Wuhan Flu relief bill.  Elsewhere, the California Supreme Court- after overturning Scott Peterson’s death sentence for the murder of his wife, Lacey, and their unborn son, and is considering overturning his conviction in the case and ordering a new trial.  Meanwhile on the other side of the world, jihadists attacked a convoy of Pakistani oil and gas workers in SW Baluchistan killing at least seven workers and eight members of Pakistan’s Frontier Corps.  The attack occurred near an Arabian Sea port the Chi-Coms are building to tie Central Asia closer to the thugs in Beijing via their Road and Belt Initiative.
  72. 2020 Thursday K: As everyone knows, the Chi-Coms and their flunkies- the Democratic Party- are up to no good, trying to steal the elections in November.  Stick around as we will keep you updated throughout the day…

Uniformity in the nation’s elections would follow the same lines as uniformity in taxes- taxes must be in by April 15 so why shouldn’t valid mail-in ballots be in no later than two days after an election?

Imagine if the GOP sought out activist conservative judges and justices, people who would legislate religion and morality from the bench instead of determining whether a law is valid or not by studying the Constitution. Then, the Democrats would have something to wail about but this is never the case. They fear conservative judges because they understand they will call balls and strikes based on what the Constitution says and no what the prevailing public mood of the day is, like letting men claiming to be women use women’s restrooms.

FALL SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,637 AT THE AICP-END

19 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Liberals fear originalist judges and justices on the nation’s courts…

Santa Barbara, CA 93102, 10-15-2020 Thursday:  Over the past three days, I have shared with you ideas for two new amendments to the Constitution, something I contend the GOP will be able to accomplish following the surprise victories coming their way next month.  I shared with you the XXVIII Amendment, a much-needed improvement that would grant the federal government oversight on the overall elections process across the nation by establishing and enforcing standards on uniformity.  This would prevent some of these out-of-control left-wing governors from going to their ‘meth lab of ludicrous ideas’ and engineer ways by which, they can either seed much division and discord across the nation in the hours and days following Election Day, as well as the apparatuses for the stealing of said elections.[i]

What I have said is that IF we are going to entertain mail-in voting, it must be uniform.  Like taxes, there must be a set date by which the ballots are postmarked that if they come in two days after Election Day they will be disqualified from being counted.  The Dems, after all, always shriek and scream that “ALL VOTES MUST BE COUNTED” by which, they mean all votes must be counted, whether they are legitimate, whether they are bogus or from illegal aliens, felons, and the dead, whereas we who value the country and want to defend the Constitution say ‘ALL LEGITIMATE BALLOTS MUST BE COUNTED’ as long as they arrive by the cut-off date, say TWO DAYS at most after an election.[ii]

Imagine if like taxes, ballots had to be postmarked by a certain date, after which there would be penalties enacted, only the penalties for one’s ballot arriving late would be that it goes into the shredder.  This is only fair just as is demanding everyone have a National Voter ID[iii] would prohibit repeat voters, illegal alien voters, and dead voters from ‘voting’ in our cherished elections.

It never fails to blow one’s mind that in a country where one MUST have a valid ID in order to participate in the country that the ONLY place where Democrats say ‘it’s racist to ask for one’s ID’ is in the voting booth.

Why is this ‘racist’ when to obtain public benefits or to buy liquor or ‘medicinal marijuana’ or to rent an apartment/buy a house or to board an airplane is it a-okay to ask for a valid ID but to ask to one prove whom they are at the polling place is not only bigoted but racist?  This is CRAZY and no sane country that values the legitimacy of its elections would ever permit an outrage such as NOT asking to see one’s ID as a prerequisite for voting, yet this is what Democrats continue telling us.

The suggested XXIX Amendment I fleshed out on Tuesday is one that would emplace term limits on all federal governmental posts, elective offices, and judicial appointments.  This would negate the insane battles that occur seemingly every time Republicans attempt to fill court vacancies. Confirmation hearings become such ugly battles that sicken everyone.[iv]

If anything, one might expect that the Democrats would feel far better with someone as solid as Amy Coney Barrett on the court because she is an originalist, a textualist, someone who determines the validity of a law based on the Constitution and not only the prevailing political winds.

The Democrats seem to love it when the federal judiciary can dictate a one-size-fits-all policy such as forcing gay marriage down the throats of the people followed by all these baffling transgender ‘rights,’ some of which are so frigging sick as to boggle the mind as to why anyone would even want to go there, yet that is precisely what the Democrats always do.[v]

It’s like the Obama administration forcing the Little Sisters of the Poor to provide the morning after pill to their employees.  They want to force Christians to submit to their vile ways just as they want them to have no option other than to hire men who like to dress up as women to be the face of a business or an organization in the same way their health care plans all must provide the same coverage whether it jives or it does not with the patient’s gender.

Actions such as these are what pushes Libertarians and social-moderates away from the insanity the left-wing seeks to force upon us.  It’s like the doofus Gov. Gavin Newsom of California, a man who rules a collapsing state suddenly last Friday declaring he ‘is going to establish a commission to investigate whether we, the state’s taxpayers, should provide ‘reparations for slavery to black Californians’ in a state that never had slavery and which fought on the side of the North during the War of Emancipation.[vi]

What the hell is up with that?

See you tomorrow.

Their fourteenth album, “Mystery to Me,” came out on October 15, 1973 and is doggone sure one of our favorite albums by the band.  Now without Dave Walker, the band delivered the goods on this stellar album, one you should unquestionably want to own.  Featured musicians are Bob Welch (guitars/vocals); Bob Weston (guitars); Christine McVie (keyboards/vocals), John McVie (bass extraordinaire); and Mick Fleetwood (drums/percussion).  This is a worthwhile album to purchase so we hope you will seek it out- it’s a glorious collection of songs performed by one of the world’s all-time greatest bands.

“Uniformity in the nation’s elections would follow the same lines as uniformity in taxes- taxes must be in by April 15 so why shouldn’t valid mail-in ballots be in no later than two days after an election?” by Chef James “Jimmy” Hall, CWC-ACF

Thursday, October 15, 2020:

FOOTNOTES:

[i] No one I know even think it’s remotely ‘okay’ for the various Democrat-controlled states to be altering the electoral process in the last weeks leading up to the November Elections.  I mean, how is it okay to just send out millions of ballots and then to have countless reports of how they are misaddressed, dumped in ditches, or turning up in places where they shouldn’t.  I agree with my friends and colleagues that the Dems NO LONGER CARE if the American people see them in the ACT OF TRYING TO STEAL THE ELECTION.  At one time, they tried to conceal actions such as what we have had the misfortune to be witnessing which should tell everyone they have gone bonkers, off the deep end, that they will commit any crime no matter how nefarious to WIN.

[ii] NO one ever wants LEGITIMATE BALLOTS not to be counted.  Everything in life follows rules and there is no reason as to WHY there should not be UNIFORM RULES for something so important as VOTING.  The fact that the Democrats continue fighting VOTER ID should tell you all you need to know: the Democrats are crooks.  IF I can see it, so should you be able to see it.

[iii] We at this blog have long demanded a NATIONAL VOTER ID as it would prevent one from voting in a variety of locales because a chipped, photo ID card would be difficult to counterfeit and there would be no question that one did not vote.  If one requests absentee voting then one must go down to the county clerk’s office and fill out a request and show the ID.  It will be swiped.  If someone steals one’s ballots, they must go down and file a complaint, sort of like you buy mail-order pharmaceuticals, leave them in the car while you run into the bakery, and some POS steals them.  The pharmacy- before refilling them- requires a police report.

[iv] This is the simplest FIX to courts with which one does not agree.  If federal judges and SCOTUS judges could sit on a court for no more than say, two decades, and then have to retire or move on to doing something else, we would not have these insane fights over court nominations or threats of packing the courts.  Courts must contain a uniform number of judges or justices and things would cool down quite a bit- at least in my view.   Let me know what YOU think.

[v] As a former leftist myself, I understand WHY the Dems always seek out ‘implied rights’ in the nation’s founding documents because it allows them to normalize things in life that are perverse, abnormal, or plain sick, rather like the California state Senate Bill SB 145 I believe that normalizes pedophilia.  In normal society, something such as this would create laughter and derision and the dimwit promoting such a bullshit bill like California state Senator Scott Weiner would be thrown out of office by the voters.   Here, however, it’s seen as normal when it should be seen as SICK by all.

[vi] Really, Gov. Newsom?  As if our state was not already in a financial morass what with out-of-control state employees retirement and benefits programs and the high-speed rail scheme that refuses to die, you want to create another well-paid, blue ribbon commission to look into paying reparations to California’s black citizens?  For what?  We were never a slave state so why the scam?  Will you tell the black voters of the state IF you get this through the legislature that you get your reparations check for whatever amount and then have to declare that check on your state income taxes as income?  WTF?  Yet, that is precisely what happens, the hand that giveth, after slapping you in the face, will taketh away.  F**K this crazy crap!

  52. 2016 Friday:  As candidate Donald J. Trump continues rebuffing his numerous female accusers, Democratic Party nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton quietly begins downgrading her campaign events schedule due to fatigue and poor health; besides, she thinks she has it in the bag.  This belief will be her undoing.  Meanwhile, President Barack Hussein Obama removes restrictions on Cuban cigars and rum.

  55. 2019 Monday: After dealing with initial Kurdish resistance, Turkish troops steamroll across the frontier into Syria thereby to establish a buffer zone between their country and the Syrian civil war.  Various U.S. military and elected officials blast President Trump for having pulled U.S. troops back, prophesying that ‘all hell is going to break loose and that the United States has abandoned its allies.’  None of this proves to be true.  Elsewhere, in the impeachment probe, a blubbering former ambassador to the Ukraine- Marie Yovanovitch- says Fiona Hill, another Obama holdover and Russian expert, said the president’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani who is investigating wrongdoing by Hunter Biden in the Ukraine- is a ‘hand grenade.’  Dems did their best to paint Giuliani as some sort of malignant entity messing up years of U.S. diplomacy in the region but like the rest of their BS, there is nothing to see here.  Wah, wah, wah!
  56. 2020 Wednesday: Much to the frustration of President Donald J. Trump, Attorney-General William “Bill” Barr says the unmasking probe found NO evidence of wrongdoing in the Obama White House.  Later, when asked by Newsmax’ Greg Kelly as to what the future of AG Barr would be in a second term, the president responds ‘NO comment’ but expresses his displeasure.   Moving on, Russia rules out any nuke deal until AFTER the 2020 U.S. elections.  Elsewhere, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo pushes Saudi Arabia to normalize relations with Israel.   Speaking of Secretary Pompeo, he says the U.S. is defending 12 Hong Kongese detained by the Chi-Coms.
  57. 2020 Wednesday A: A judge in Virginia orders more time for voter registration in that state. Regarding the election, a Pennsylvania county reports 29,000 mail-in ballots sent to the wrong people.  Instills loads of confidence in one, doesn’t it?  Elsewhere, we learn today that Hunter Biden introduced his father, then the sitting Vice President Joe Biden to Ukrainian energy officials.  This would set up a massive self-enrichment scheme for the Biden Family.   Meanwhile, Eli Lilly becomes the second pharmaceutical maker to temporarily halt COVID-19 vaccine studies after a test subject develops an unknown illness.   Speaking of the Chi-Vi, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer blasting House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s failure to negotiate a successful Wuhan Virus relief bill continues gathering steam as millions of Americans now see that she has NO desire to pass any sort of relief for millions of struggling Americans until AFTER the Election.  Impeach and remove this horrible woman.
  58. 2020 Wednesday B: Tomorrow, dueling town hall ‘debates’ will occur as President Donald J. Trump holds one at the exact same time that his challenger, “Pro-China Joe” Biden holds another.   Moving on, today is the third day of confirmation hearings for nominee Amy Coney Barrett and Sen. Ted Cruz, R-TX, exposes the Dems over their claims of ‘GOP court packing’ by pointing out that it’s NOT court packing, it’s the lawful filling of vacancies.  He points out that should the Democrats win, they will engage in court packing by adding another 4-7 additional justices, thus making the court forever a left-wing ally in whatever’s to come.   Meanwhile, Charlie Cook of the Cook Report says that ‘Pro-China Joe” Biden now has an insuperable lead over President Donald J. Trump of 17-percent and that his challenger now has a 91-percent chance of winning on November 3.  Wow!  It’s all over!  Still, just for the heck of it, we are all going to GO VOTE on Election Day…
  59. 2020 Wednesday C: THE STATE OF ILLINOIS IS NOT GOING TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST KYLE RITTENHOUSE, they young man who went to Kenosha, Wisconsin, to help his friends defend their homes and businesses.  Attacked by a mob of Antifa human filth, he defended himself and killed two of the bums in self-defense.  God bless you, Mr. Rittenhouse, God bless the state of Illinois for doing the right thing.
  60. 2020 Wednesday D: Back to the Chi-Coms and their Wuhan Virus pandemic, here are the latest stats: 38,351,539 confirmed cases, UP by 345,418 cases, 1,089,186 confirmed deaths, UP by 5,311 deaths, and 26,540,006 confirmed recoveries, UP by 185,795 recoveries.  Here are the numbers for the United States: 7,954,066 confirmed cases, UP by 10,036 new cases, 219,254 confirmed deaths, UP by 178 new deaths, and 5,063,122 confirmed recoveries, UP by 1,363 new recoveries.  (The number of recoveries would be even greater if Blue State governors would report them but alas, we know they won’t- corrupt POSs).  Now that Mo is living in Israel, here are the numbers for that nation: 298,500 confirmed cases, 2,098 confirmed deaths, and 251,711 confirmed recoveries.
  61. 2020 Wednesday E: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-The Elemental News of the Day employs chef-authors, California, Hawaii, and Washington, here are the stats, Golden State first: 865,211 confirmed cases, 16,717 confirmed deaths, but as is the norm, NO mention of confirmed recoveries.  Next, here are the stats for the Aloha State: 13,736 confirmed cases, 183 confirmed deaths, and 10,883 confirmed recoveries.  Finally, in the Ever-Red, uh, we mean, the Evergreen State, here are the stats: 99,486 confirmed cases, 2,311 confirmed deaths, but like California, the palooka-faced governor, Jay Inslee, won’t share the number of confirmed recoveries.  Shame on these flipping Democrats.  Let’s take a look at one more state, Ohio: 173,665 confirmed number of cases, 5,033 confirmed deaths, and NO mention of confirmed number of recoveries- thank you, Governor Mike DeWine for concealing the number of recoveries.
  62. 2020 Wednesday F: Here are today’s Stock Market closes, ALL DOWN because of the news that now ties “Pro-China Joe” Biden to the corrupt Ukrainian gas company Burisma through his crackhead son, Hunter: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 28,514.00, DOWN 165.81 points (-0.58%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 11,768.63, DOWN 95.17 points (-0.80%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,488.67, DOWN 23.26 points (-0.66%).  The price of GOLD is $1,902.10 per troy oz., -5.20 (-0.27%) while the price of SILVER is $24.27 per troy ounce, -0.125 (-0.51%).  The price of PLATINUM is $861.00 per troy oz, -2.40 (-0.28%) while the price of COPPER is $3.05 per pound, -0.0045 (-0.15%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,366.30 per troy oz, +22.00 (+0.94%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $41.20 per barrel, +0.16 (+0.39%).  Currently, one-dollar U.S. = 6.71 Chi-Com yuan.   Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.85 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 21.32.
  63. 2020 Wednesday G:  As everyone knows, the day is young, we don’t know yet what the Chi-Coms and their stooges in the Democratic Party have done.  Stick around and we will find out together…which is what the New York Post today reported front page, the connection between crackhead Hunter Biden, Burisma, and his daddy, “Pro-China Joe” Biden.  Hunter introduced his father to the number three Ukrainian at Burisma and there’s the story, folks, if this were anyone else, he or she would be driven from the race in shame and sent to prison… please see the story at https://nypost.com/2020/10/14/email-reveals-how-hunter-biden-introduced-ukrainian-biz-man-to-dad/
  64. 2020 Wednesday H: President Donald J. Trump has a MASSIVE RALLY in Des Moines, Iowa, tonight where he broaches the topics of the day, including the growing scandal about “Pro-China Joe” Biden and his dopehead son, Hunter.  Tune in to Newsmax for highlights…Meanwhile, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, pulls in a record $28 million for September in his battle to keep his seat.  Lindsey has it hands down.  Elsewhere, we are told that in early voting, “Democrats are outvoting their GOP competition.”  Does this surprise anyone?  Honestly?  Dems always flood the early voting facilities as like the bogus fake polls that continue showing “Pro-China Joe” Biden up anywhere from 17 to 35 points, meant to depress the opposition.  Folks, NOTHING is going to depress the GOPPERS, you are going to see turnout the likes of which, you have never seen on Election Day.  The victory is going to dwarf any seen by Ronald Reagan or Richard M. Nixon and we hear from sources around the country that IF the Democrats find 500 ballots in the trunk of a car with Mexico license plates, the GOP will find 750 to 1,000 in a box from a polling station.  Dems, we are going to fight fire with fire.  Watch and see!

I’m fleshing out my proposed XXVIII Amendment with which to install uniformity, security, and honesty to a system that the Democratic Party seems to want to corrupt, skirt, or topple- we have NO other choice

For the good of our country and its citizens, changes must be made, uniformity created, and criminals and fraudsters must be punished for their transgressions against the American people including all politicians caught trying to steal or damage elections. We have no other choice. Please, let me know what YOU think- the future of our country is at stake. We also must defend the Electoral College from being toppled.

FALL SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,636 AT THE AICP-END

20 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Without free and fair elections, we have no country…

Santa Barbara, CA 93102, 10-14-2020 Wednesday:  Yesterday, we began talking about amendments I would like to see enacted following the MASSIVE ELECTORAL VICTORY coming on November 3, amendments that would correct some major areas of concern in our federal system.  I would like to backtrack to the proposed XXVIII Amendment I mentioned in yesterday’s post because I left some issues untended.  As you should recall, yesterday’s amendment suggestion was about fixing the voter system across the country, a system in which, each state and territory makes it own election laws which is great but inadequate in this age of Democrats blatantly trying to steal elections.  Hence, I believe some uniform standards must be added to all of the various systems which would provide for the federal government to have overall say in what states can and cannot have in their systems, especially in this time of FOREIGN ENTITIES[i] trying to interfere in U.S. elections.

One of the things that blows the mind of your average, ordinary citizen is the fact that the Democrats could care flipping less that the public fully sees them in the act of trying to steal this election.[ii]

I mean, mailing out mail-in ballots to all adults living in a state, to all ‘registered voters,’ uh, proclaiming that ‘signatures on mail-in ballots do not have to match,’ that ‘ballots can come in SANS postmarks, or can continue coming in a week, two, or three after Election Day,’ moves such as this are absolutely insane.  Moreover, they also demonstrate- beyond the shadow of a doubt– that the Democrats- and their Beijing masters- will stoop to any low in STEALING elections.[iii]

Friends, due to the criminality the Democrats continue demonstrating in the run-up to Election Day tells me and millions of other Americans that the federal government is going to have to assume some control over the process and that the only way to prevent future Democrats from corrupting U.S. elections is via the amendment process to the U.S. Constitution.

Here are the overall necessary changes to each state’s voting system, same kind of FEDERAL changes the Obama administration mandated all healthcare insurance providers had to offer in the three tiers of plans.  I mean, if Obama could take over the nation’s health insurance and healthcare programs to force some sort of uniformity to the system, then so, too, can the feds do something about the elections system which is in dire need of protecting.[iv]

The XXVIII Amendment I propose should require the following points: first, ALL states must require authentic VOTER PHOTO ID and that if someone does not vote in four election cycles- sans special elections- they will have to renew their status.  Next, NO mail-in ballots.  However, if voters want to vote absentee, they must apply to do so and send in the request no later than 31 days out from the election.  There also can be no ‘same-day voter registration.’  That is bulls**t.

Third- signatures on absentee and in-person voting MUST MATCH.  This is common sense.  Sure, if there is a slight variation over election cycles, this is generally what happens, people’s signatures do vary over the decades.  However, if you get signatures that clearly are not the same, the ballots must be tossed because they’re invalid.

Furthermore, as a further security measure, every voter should affix their thumbprint to their ballot with indelible ink that won’t come off for 5-7 days and should they not have thumbs with which to do so due to injury or birth defect, they must have a notary public notarize their ballot at no expense to them.  Thus, notary publics should be available at all polling places.  Once they vote, they will receive a tracking receipt so they can make sure their ballots arrived when and where they should and that they were counted or tossed.

Fourth- there must be a set date- two days after Election Day- for ballots to be counted unless they are absentee from outside the country or U.S. military votes- they have one week from Election Day to arrive and undergo counting.  However, we can have none of the crap the Democrats are demanding, which is ballots can continue being counted for two, three, or four weeks past Election Day.  This is both ludicrous and insane.   Democrats will always find boxes of ballots wherever they need to while disappearing those they don’t want.

NONCITIZENS cannot vote, illegal aliens will be deported (along with their families, legal or illegal) IF they are caught voting or scamming the system, NO questions asked.  Enablers of illegal alien, felon, or otherwise ineligible voters must serve a 20-year stretch in a federal prison if busted committing election fraud.[v]

Voting systems in all 57 states and territories must be uniform.  NO state can use mail-in voting exclusively as if you look at all states that have gone down this path, it’s rather ‘coincidental’ to see that most of them moved from RED to BLUE.  Coincidence?  I rather doubt it…

Anyone caught tampering with elections systems, with ballot transports, with counting of ballots, ballot harvesting, or anything else must face a 20-year stretch in prison.  We also must do one other thing and that via the XXVIII Amendment is to raise the voting age to 21 with no lowering of the voting age.

The reason for this is that unless you are an emancipated minor or serving in the military, most young people do not mature until they are in their forties so WHY would we want 18-year-olds, much less 17-year-olds, 16-year-olds, or younger voting?  They are too immature and too ill-educated to participate in our democracy no matter what crackpots such as Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats continue claiming[vi].

See you tomorrow.

Their thirteenth album, “Penguin,” came out in March 1973 and saw a new line-up of sorts.  Bob Welch was now clearly running the band, along with Mick Fleetwood, and Christine and John McVie, all three long-term members, but he was the undisputed musical guiding light.  Dave Walker, late of Savoy Brown, had joined the band along with second guitarist, Bob Weston, both brought in to augment the band’s sound.  This is a worthwhile album to purchase so we hope you will investigate it at whatever site you do for the absolute best in rock music- you will be glad you did- undoubtedly.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] I thought Democrats did not want FOREIGN governments trying to interfere in U.S. elections, yet there they are, conspiring with the Chi-Coms and with one another and their shock troops on the ground to do everything they can to steal this election.  I mean, we may have to strap when we go vote because there is no telling what we are going to face on Election Day.  We might have to fight our way through throngs of Black Panthers, Black Lives Matter and Antifa thugs, and mobs of illegal aliens.  Yeah, I think all of us had better strap.

[ii] Everywhere one looks, one sees the Democrats actively doing everything they can to steal the upcoming elections and what’s worse, they don’t care.  This is WHY tens of millions of Americans are going to flood the polls, voting another term for Trump and for every Republican on the ballot in partisan races or not.  The only way we are going to save our country is by fighting for it and like my friend and colleague, Chef James “JT” Tobiason said last week, “America, love it or leave it!”  Amen.

[iii] It is not much of a stretch to see that the Chi-Coms and their numerous ‘tools’ in the United States are actively colluding with the Democratic Party.  For “Pro-China Joe” Biden to win on November 3 would be like a wet dream coming true for Xi Jinping and his CCP henchmen-and-women.  However, I don’t think they will be successful and that when they wake up, the sheets will be stuck to their bodies…

[iv] IF Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats could take over the U.S. healthcare system and force it to become subservient to Obamacare sans an amendment to the Constitution, why can’t we via the amendments process do something to solidify and to protect America’s elections system?  Back when the Framers of the Constitution created the document, they hadn’t a clue as to what the future might bring such as technological improvements and advancements, things unscrupulous scumbags can twist, distort, or corrupt, so it is up to us to amend the Constitution and to protect the country for future generations.

[v] Unless one is a permanent resident with a green card, NO illegal aliens, felons, or underage people- with the exception of emancipation or U.S. military service- should ever be able to vote and anyone enabling them to do so must go to prison for a substantial amount of years so that others won’t attempt the same crimes.

[vi] I hate to insult my grandchildren but folks, most of them are still children, even in their twenties and thirties so why in God’s name would we permit 16-year-olds to vote?  They will either vote as their teachers tell them in classrooms or their parents do at home.  Have you talked to a 16-year-old lately?
