The archivist of UFO found a gem in the vaults, a show recorded in Midland, Texas, on March 21, 1979.  “Live in Texas” came out on October 15, 2000 and the show from whence it comes is a rocker from start to finish.  We have the UFO Mk. III lineup of Phil Mogg (vocals), Paul Chapman (guitars), Pete Way (bass), Andy Parker (drums), and Paul Raymond (keyboards/guitars).  This album features seven classic tunes and while we’ll admit, they could have used another seven to twelve, it is what it is.  We hope you will seek this album out and consider making it a part of your daily listening pleasure as when compared to Maroon Five, Coldplay, and other nut-scratching losers, there is NO comparison.  When UFO was ‘on,’ UFO was ‘on.’  Pick it up and enjoy.

[iv] Vladimir Putin stole the Crimea from the Ukraine during the second term of President Barack Hussein Obama.  From 2017 on, Democrats and anti-Trumper garbage claim that President Donald J. Trump is in bed with Moscow, when in fact, it was Obama who was the bed buddy of Comrade Putin.  Shame.

Author: Chef Fritz Schlependrecht, ACF-CMC

I began my culinary career at age 10 working under my father, Chef Fritz, Sr., at his German restaurant in southern California. I moved to Bakersfield in 1982, went to work at one of the hotels, and remained there for the next 24 years prior to retiring. Now, I spend my time writing culinary articles for various magazines enjoying the good life. I’ve dedicated my entire lifetime to promoting the food service industry and in educating the young folks. Up-and-coming Bakersfield, California, street artist, Simone, created the following portrayals that you will see here and at the secondary blog over the course of the week. We have gone from ancient photos to facsimiles now due to the craziness infecting the greater society around us so you can say it is for security reasons. I have spent my entire life working in professional food service and am proud of that service. I currently work and live in the South Land.
