  57. 2016 Wednesday: Blaming an El Nino-caused drought, the Venezuelan government orders 100 malls to close early so as to conserve electricity.  The reason the nation has no electricity is because of the sham of socialism.  Meanwhile, Boko Haram continues running amok in West Africa.  In Nigeria, two female suicide bombers attack a refugee camp killing at least 58 people while in Cameroon, bombers there kill at least six people and wound another 30.  All in the name of the ‘religion of peace’ as President George W. Bush once called it- Islam.  Elsewhere, after one of its citizens returns home from Venezuela, communist China reports its first case of the Zika virus.   Finally, in the U.S. presidential primary race on the GOP side, former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie suspends his campaign.
  58. 2017 Friday:  Following the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals suspension of another Trump travel ban on visitors from several predominantly Muslim countries, President Trump tells a gaggle of reporters that he won’t immediately appeal the decision at the U.S. Supreme Court.  Meanwhile, in another 52-47 confirmation vote in the U.S. Senate, Tom Price becomes the nation’s next secretary of Health and Human Services.
  59. 2018 Saturday: The Israeli military shoots down an unmanned aerial vehicle that crossed into the country’s airspace.  Upon further inspection, it’s clear the UAV was manufactured in Iran so the Israeli Air Force goes into action.  Crossing the border into Syria, Israeli warplanes attack Syrian and Iranian targets at the Tiyas Syrian air base in Homs Governate lighting them up with glee.  Of course, Damascus and Tehran express outrage and anger.  It is what it is.
  60. 2019 Sunday: The Catholic Church breathes a sigh of relief as an investigation into the U.S. Southern Baptist Church implicates 400 members with more than 700 victims.  Meanwhile, a study conducted around the world claims that insect populations worldwide are collapsing which could lead to a ‘catastrophic collapse of the world’s ecosystems,’ what with a 40% decline and a 30% on the endangered list.  Finally, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, Democrat, announces her presidential run.
  61. 2020 Monday: The great leader, Xi Jinping, slaps on a face mask and visits a hospital in Beijing visiting sick people.  He demands ‘more decisive measures’ to combat the virus he claims came out of the Wuhan wet market when in fact, it really came out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.  At the time of this writing, we are unclear as to whether the growing pandemic was created with purpose in the lab or is yet another freak of nature disease to emanate in communist China and then infects the rest of the world.   Meanwhile, Beijing’s sock puppet, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus- the head of the World Health Organization- says that ‘foreign cases of COVID-19 could be the tip of the iceberg.’  What did YOU know and WHEN did YOU know it?
  62. 2021 Wednesday:  First, Senator Ted Cruz, R-TX, blasts the World Health Organization for doing what everyone expected it would do, namely, cover up for their masters in the Chinese Communist Party.  Dr. Tedros is a bought-and-paid-for, Third World ‘medical’ hack.  Speaking of which, a recent poll says that ‘one-third of Americans are skeptical of the Wuhan Virus vaccine.’  We sure the hell are.  Meanwhile, the FDA grants Eli Lilly the go ahead to begin using its combo Chi-Vi vaccine/antibody treatment in the war against the Chi-Com Virus running amok in the world.  Speaking of Chi-Coms, Connecticut police are investigating the shooting death of graduate student 26-year-old Kevin Jiang whose lifeless bullet-ridden corpse was discovered over the weekend.
  63. 2021 Wednesday A: Elsewhere, Joe Biden’s plan to re-engage in the United Nations ‘Human Rights’ Commission is seen as little more than a hollow gesture by the fading-fast 46th president.  Meanwhile, Alabama has a bill pending that would prohibit hormone drug treatments for tranny kids.  We always say, send these kids to qualified psychiatrists so they can get their heads on straight instead of falling prey to liberal insanity.  Finally, the CDC endorses ‘double-masking’ (these people are obviously invested in companies manufacturing PPE); however, we recall when Dr. Tony Fauci said, ‘masks don’t work’ just as we recall him suggesting ‘everyone might have to wear goggles,’ just as we remember him telling an inquisitive reporter that it’s fine to meet people on Grindr and Tinder for casual sex hook-ups.  WTF, Dr. Fauci?
  64. 2021 Wednesday B: Stephen King is putting up $6.5 million to help young authors get published.  Next, former Colorado Republican Senator Cory Gardner is going to head a new GOP Super PAC with which to help the party win back the House and Senate in 2022 and beyond.   Meanwhile, Congressman Ed Buck calls out the Democrats for resisting a proposal with which ALL members of Congress would recite the Pledge of Allegiance before every panel meeting.  Of course the Democrats won’t allow this being the Anti-American scumbags that they are.  Speaking of anti-Americanism, Joe Biden’s immigration policies (or lack of) are causing mayhem along the southern border as tens of thousands of illegal aliens try to storm into the country.  We encourage the disconnected president to begin laying in minefields to stop the invasion in its tracks.   Elsewhere, the U.S. Senate sets February 22-23 as the date for hearings for Joe Biden’s attorney general nominee, Merrick Garland.
  65. 2021 Wednesday C: NASA awards SpaceX a $332 million contract to build the infrastructure for a return to the lunar surface.  In other news, Fox News bozo Chris Wallace says, ‘the impeachment managers are really laying out a compelling case in the trial of former President Donald J. Trump.’  And you wonder why people NO longer watch Fox News.  Speaking of the ‘impeachment trial,’ the Dems are once again harnessing a major team of losers to prosecute the case against Donald Trump which is why we are supporting the National Republican Congressional Committee’s bid to beat 47 Democrats so as to reclaim the House in 2022.  Everyone knows Jaime Raskin is a moron as is Teddy Lieu, David Cicilline, and Joaquin Castro, among others.  Castro was babbling on about Trump’s claims of a ‘stolen election’ noting no Democrat would ever do that when we know defeated Anthony Brindisi in New York 22 was crying about Dominion Voting Systems fraud in his loss to Claudia Tenney.  Wah, wah, wah!
  66. 2021 Wednesday D: The CEO of Microsoft says that BIG TECH requires clearer laws as to what can and cannot be said online meaning ‘WHAT CAN WE CENSOR WITHOUT REPERCUSSIONS?’  Elsewhere, lowlife rocker Bruce Springsteen faces drunken driving charges in the Garden State.  Poor Bruce.  Elsewhere, right on time, a Georgia county launches a probe into President Donald J. Trump’s attempted election theft in the Peach State.  Wow.  Meanwhile, a judge denies Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorneys bid to keep an excerpt from a 2016 deposition sealed.   Next, officials in San Francisco and around the Bay Area are trying to figure out where a massive oil spill in the Bay originated.   Finally, people are shocked that Republican Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana voted with the Democrats and five other RINOs to move the impeachment trial against President Trump forward yesterday.  He’s a goner.  And Democrats should remember this: what goes around can come around and we expect to see Barack Hussein Obama impeached and his wife prevented from ever seeking office…
  67. 2021 Wednesday E: After Mark Cuban- owner of the NBA franchise the Dallas Mavericks- said that he would NO longer play the National Anthem prior to games in the country that made this scurrilous c**ksucker wealthy, the NBA said, “Yes you will.”  All teams will play the anthem before every game which is longstanding league policy.  Meanwhile, we learn that another leftwing POS- this one Kamala Harris- joked about killing both President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.  Newt Gingrich says the Democrats are making the case for Donald Trump in this exceedingly boring second impeachment which is good because people are growing angrier with these scumbag Democrats by the day.
  68. 2021 Wednesday F: Here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 107,166,785 confirmed cases, +523,266, 2,348,421, confirmed deaths, +17,582, and 59,908,386 confirmed recoveries, +358,991.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 27,485,502 confirmed cases, up 103,724 from yesterday’s reporting, 474,034 confirmed deaths, UP 3,374, and 11,166,500 confirmed recoveries, UP- UNKNOWN- same number as the last two week’s number- WTF.  NOTE: SINCE JOE BIDEN BECAME PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 20, 2021, THERE HAVE BEEN 144,639 CHI-VI DEATHS.  Joe, you said you had a plan- where the f**k is it?  In Beijing?  YOU are NOT our president, sir.
  69. 2021 Wednesday G: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,441,427 confirmed cases, 44,995 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 26,531 confirmed cases, 418 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 327,397 confirmed cases, 4,635 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other state: Arizona: currently, they have 789,245 confirmed cases, 14,462 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 703,719 confirmed cases, 5,216 confirmed deaths, and 628,004 confirmed recoveries.  Let’s look at one other country, shall we?  Spain: 3,023,601 confirmed cases, 63,704 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.
  70. 2021 Wednesday H:  Here are today’s Stock Market closes: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 31,437.80, UP 61.97 points (+0.20%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,972.53, DOWN 35.16 points (-0.25%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,909.88, DOWN 1.35 points (-0.35%).  The price of GOLD is $1,842.80 per troy oz., +0.00 (+0.00%) while the price of SILVER is $27.07 per troy ounce, -0.01 (-0.07%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,247.80 per troy oz, +0.90 (+0.07%) while the price of COPPER is $3.77 per pound, -0.01 (-0.19%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,366.50 per troy oz, -4.00 (-0.17%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $58.32 per barrel, -0.36 (-0.61%).  Currently, one-dollar U.S. = 6.46 Chi-Com yuan.   Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.83 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 20.04.  Next, one American dollar equals 0.000022 Bitcoin.
  71. 2021 Wednesday I: Rush Limbaugh’s staffers encourage his hundreds of millions of fans across the world to pray for a remission of his cancer and for a swift recovery.  All of us are praying for your health, Rush.  God be with you.  Next, Donald Trump Jr. tells Newsmax TV that the ‘Dems are trying to scare ‘outsiders’ away from Washington, D.C., and politics.’  Moving on, Roger Stone told Newsmax that CNN’s latest report is ‘Russian Witch Hunt 2.0.’  Elsewhere, Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey, GOP, stands by his statement that the Capitol Hill Riots- in which Antifa and Black Lives Matter led the way with Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi’s blessings- allegedly- were a hoax to blame Trump supporters.  We know what he’s saying- it was pre-planned and pre-engineered so as to coincide with the President’s speech on January 6 from the White House.  Evidence continues pointing in this direction which is WHY the Dems screech louder that what Republicans say are ALL LIES!  When the truth comes out, we know exactly where it’s going to lead…
  72. 2021 Wednesday J: As the Democrats got the impeachment three-ring circus underway, most Republican senators were once again, indifferent and/or immune to all the blubbering, crying, sniveling, snot-dripping BS the Dems spent all day making tens of millions of Americans sick.  It is an embarrassing freak show what with Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline talking about an “armed insurrection.’  Look, former Mafia mouthpiece, there were no weapons in the hands of the left-wing rioters.   Congressman Matt Gaetz, R-FL, said the “Dems’ tears are not enough to sway anyone.’  Good for you, congressman.  Elsewhere, the CDC announces that those who are completely vaccinated against the Beijing Bat Bug do not need to quarantine.  Next, Joe Biden’s budget deficit through January is a whopping $735.7 billion.   Finally, former ICE bigwig Tom Homan says that ‘Joe Biden has made the entire nation into one big sanctuary nation.’  We’re telling you; people are going to push back against this tidal wave of illegals.
  73. 2021 Wednesday K: The Chi-Coms have got a Chi-Com lander in the atmosphere on Mars.  In a couple of months, the Chi-Coms will attempt to get it to the surface of the Red Planet where we hope it will blow up- watch it take COVID-19 to Mars!  Will they blame it on the Americans?  Meanwhile, the United Arab Emirates have a similar robotic craft arriving on scene while the U.S. has another arriving soon.   Elsewhere, Joe Biden visited the Pentagon today to confer with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin where they plotted strategy to save the planet from climate change, the Chi-Vi, and of course, RIGHT WING EXTREMISM.  Left-wing extremism, A-Okay.   Finally, the Biden administration has suspended indefinitely the ‘forced transfer’ of TikTok- the Chi-Com intelligence gathering social media app to Walmart and Oracle in yet another tip-of-the-hat to Beijing.
  74. 2021 Wednesday L: Here are the numbers for the Super Lotto Draw #3533 with a pot of $19 million on the line: 08, 10, 19, 22, 41, and Mega 15.  Out of 102,034 winning tickets, the highest winners were 11 people who had FOUR numbers plus the Mega for a prize of $1,668 apiece.  Here are the numbers for the Powerball Drawing #819 with a pot of $42 million on the line: 15, 39, 58, 63, 67, and Powerball 07.  Out of 56,277 winning tickets, ONE person had FOUR numbers plus the Powerball for a prize of $26,687.
  75. 2021 Wednesday M: Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds drops all COVID-19 restrictions leaving it up to her citizens to behave responsibly.  Next, in a clear sign that California Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom is on the ropes became evident when enfeebled old ‘Pro-China Joe’ Biden commented on the GREAT JOB this POS bum is doing.  Go, Joe, go!  Speaking of ‘Pro-China Joe’,  he says he is as determined as ever to get Julian Assange extradited to the United States so he can go on trial.  Also, since Joe Biden took the terrorist Houthi rebels off the terrorist watch list, the Houthis attack a Saudi airport using Iranian drones causing mayhem and destruction.  Next, New York state AG Leticia James is mad at the NRA for having declared bankruptcy so that it can relocate to Texas.  Oh, boohoo.  Finally, several state GOP attorneys general are joining together to go after Joe Biden and his war on domestic energy production; namely, his closure of the Keystone XL Pipeline.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Always evolving and seeking new ways and new musical collaborations, fiery German guitarist Michael Schenker formed a band with Robin McAuley (vocals) called “McAuley-Schenker Group.”  Their first album, “Perfect Timing,” came out on October 12, 1987 and joining the blazing dynamic duo were Mitch Perry (guitars/backing vocals), Rocky Newton (bass/backing vocals), and Bodo Schopf (drums).  Amazingly, the collaboration between the two main components earned Schenker his first song on the U.S. Top 100 list with “Gimmie Your Love.”  What the heck more can you ask for seeing as how Schenker has been playing the part of rock god for nearly two decades so lightning finally hit for him.  We love that so folks, please seek this one out and consider adding it to your collection as you most definitely are going to enjoy it…

[i] We presented the music of the Flying Burrito Brothers beginning Sunday, 23-February-2014 and concluded our presentation on Thursday, 06-March-2014.

[ii] We began promoting the music of not only Traffic but also the Spencer Davis Group, Steve Winwood, Chris Wood, Jim Capaldi, and Dave Mason.  The presentation commenced on Monday, 30-November-2015 through Sunday, 20-March-2016.  This offering also included Blind Faith.  We hope you will seek them out and add them to your collection.

[iii] We will be presenting Elton John’s music at some point within the next five years.  Please stay tuned for the day when we do.

[iv] Many believe Barack Obama should be disqualified as a president because most believe he was born outside the United States which would ban him from ever seeking the highest office in the land.  At the very least, an asterisk should be placed by his name in all U.S. history books.

[v] Could it be that Obama set this government agency up so it could engineer the ‘Russia collusion scam’ less than a year later.

I began my career working as a busboy in 1963, move to washing pots in 1965, became a chef's apprentice in 1969 and have been a career professional ever since. I am still involved in professional foodservice as a consultant for food and beverage professionals. Like everyone else who writes for the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day, Bakersfield, California, street artist and graffiti guru, Simone, has done cartoon caricatures of me, which is my personal photo now. We must keep our personal identities confidential as in this world of political animosity and the fact that we own restaurants, which are dependent upon public visitation, has forced us to journey down this road. We hope you understand. Thank you. Chef Elvin C. McCardle writes from Ventura, CA. Chef Elvin C. McCardle is now a Conservative Republican!
