  53. 2016 Thursday: Leftwing media reports that ‘national resistance’ is growing against ICE raids across the country.  Folks, we want the illegal aliens rounded up, loaded aboard whatever transports are available, and returned to sender.  Meanwhile in the Israeli occupied West Bank, an Israeli cop shoots and kills 4 Palestinians who were running amok.
  54. 2017 Saturday: In the AFC Wild Card Game, the Houston Texans defeat the Oakland Raiders by a score of 27-14 while in the NFC Wild Card Game the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Detroit Lions by a score of 26-6.
  55. 2018 Sunday: In the AFC Wild Card Game, the Jacksonville Jaguars defeat the Buffalo Bills by a score of 10-6 while in the NFC Wild Card Game the New Orleans Saints hold on and defeat the Carolina Panthers by a score of 31-26.  Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says that an explosion at the headquarters of a Chechen terrorist group in Idlib kills 23 people outright, wounds loads of others, with several others missing and unaccounted for.
  56. 2019 Monday: At Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, #2 Clemson beats #1 Alabama by a final score of 44-16 to win the College Football National Championship.   Meanwhile, as the shutdown of the federal government continues grinding on (Democrats screeching about all the lost wages government employees are losing- they always get paid), President Donald J. Trump says that he has ‘plans to address the nation.’  Elsewhere, as Democrats visit the border with Mexico for some photo ops, they lambaste President Trump for saying ‘he might declare a national emergency to bring the government shutdown to an end.’
  57. 2020 Tuesday: Among the fake news media and their sycophant Democrat politicians, the buzzword about President Donald J. Trump this week is that he is an ‘assassin’ because he droned Quds Force scumbag terrorist leader Qassim Soleimani at the Baghdad Airport the previous week.  Meanwhile at the funeral of Gen. Soleimani in Tehran, 50 people are trampled to death and countless others injured as the million or more mourners go berserk.  What is it about these Muslim states that they know how to put on a ‘proper funeral?’  Meanwhile communist candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders goes on the attack by going after fading former Vice President Joe Biden who amazingly manages to cling to the top of the polls.   Later in the day, the Iranians begin firing barrages of cruise missiles into Iraq, targeting American bases.  Light them up, President Trump, light the camel monkeys up using neutron bombs.  Finally, famed rock drummer/lyricist Neil Peart of Rush[iii] dies in Santa Monica, California, from a brain tumor.
  58. 2021 Thursday: Here are the results for the Third Annual Lavrentiy Beria Award: first place winners are Xi Jinping and the Chi-Coms who came in with 664 votes and earn the symbolic dragging down into the bowels of the Lubyanka Prison and getting ‘lead to the back of the head.’  The winner of the second place award- the Nadaraia and Sarkisian Award- is Governor Andrew Cuomo with 198 votes.  The third place award- the Red Banner Idols Award- is Mayor Bill Di Blasio with 156 votes while the fourth and final place award winner of the Beijing Bat Bug Award is Governor Gavin Newsom with 143 votes.  Fifth place and out of the running is Mayor Eric Garcetti of Los Angeles, California, with 87 votes.  Congratulations to the four winners!
  59. 2021 Thursday A: House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi commands Vice President Mike Pence to use the 25th Amendment to remove President Donald J. Trump NOW; otherwise, the Democrats will launch immediate impeachment hearings with the end goal being to remove him before Inauguration Day as well as to prevent him from ever seeking federal office again.  Following yesterday’s Antifa and Black Lives Matter on the U.S. Capitol yesterday, various Trump administration officials are jumping ship, the riot being the perfect excuse.  Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao is leaving as are Matthew Pottinger (deputy national security adviser), Stephanie Grisham (chief of staff to First Lady Melania Trump), Sarah Matthews (deputy press secretary), John Costello (deputy assistant secretary of commerce), Mick Mulvaney (former White House chief of staff and special envoy to Northern Ireland), Rickie Niceta (White House social secretary), and Ryan Tully (senior director for European and Russian affairs at the National Security Council).  Amazing how convenient the ‘storming of the Capitol’ was for both the Democrats and wavering Republicans to either attack Trump or to abandon ship.  Still, more are said to follow on their bootheels.  Imagine if our enemies nuked us now?
  60. 2021 Thursday B: Body count for yesterday’s ‘storming of the Capitol 2021’ are four dead including a 14-year USAF veteran.  In the aftermath of the violence, Facebook, and Instagram block Donald Trump indefinitely while Twitter deleted ALL Trump tweets and threatens the 45th President with a permanent suspension.  Meanwhile, disgraced former FBI Director James Comey says, “Donald Trump should NOT be prosecuted.”  How nice. Elsewhere, Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner- sister of Stacey Abrams- continues to say, “She won’t recuse herself from the Georgia election fraud cases.”  Wish Republicans possessed balls like she does.
  61. 2021 Thursday C: Early this morning, both chambers of Congress certified the Electoral College accounts following a joint session of Congress.  “Pro-China Joe” Biden and “Kooky Kamala” Harris are now president-elect and vice-president-elect.”  The Chi-Coms have won, the country is toppled, and we either must get with the socialist-communist program or find ourselves in the gulags building canals to nowhere.  Meanwhile, an ebullient Senator Chuck Schumer, D-NY, says, ‘getting $2,000 stimulus checks to the American people are high on his agenda.’  What he fails to say is that ‘all relief money is taxable.’  Elsewhere, FEMA approves a disaster declaration for the aftermath of the Nashville Christmas Day bombing.
  62. 2021 Thursday D: Last week 787 thousand Americans filed for first-time jobless benefits which is down from last week albeit still high.  Meanwhile, as people flee California, Sacramento reports tax revenues are down by 43-percent.  Woe to those who remain because they must make up the difference: this means, YOU, middle class Californians.
  63. 2021 Thursday E: As problems continue in the nation’s capital, the D.C. bomb squad is evacuating the Capitol area following suspicious packages being found.  Meanwhile, Acting DHS Secretary Ken Cuccinelli has DHS officials erecting fencing around the Capitol Building to prevent another mob assault on the buildings of government.  Simultaneously, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser extends the emergency declaration keeping the city locked down and on curfew for an additional 15 days.  Meanwhile, the ‘ever-reputable’ New York Times says, ‘Donald Trump is considering a pardon for himself.’  Speaking of the NYT and the Washington Post, we learn that these notables of American Mainstream News Media have participated along with other news sites in Chinese Communist Party propaganda events.  My, my, my!
  64. 2021 Thursday F: U.S. corporations announce they are considering blocking monetary support to all Republicans who participated in the raising of objections over the fraudulent 2020 Presidential Election.  This is how it goes, anyone supportive of Trump or of the rule of law will now find him-or-herself banned from normal society.   Still, the 45th president continues doing his job by adding Alibaba and Tencent to the Chi-Com stock bans on Wall Street.  Also regarding the president, as protests sweep across the country designed to tarnish ALL Trump supporters, nine violent nuts undergo arrest in front of Trump Tower in Manhattan, N.Y.
  65. 2021 Thursday G: Amazon announces it’s going to invest $2 billion into building affordable housing in three locations across the United States. Meanwhile, Politico is reporting that Vice President Mike Pence will attend the inauguration of “Pro-China Joe” Biden on January 20, 2021. Elsewhere, the Girl Scouts of America are considering doing digital sales due to the Chi-Vi still running amok across the country.  Details on when sales will begin are coming soon.  They may still do door-to-door sales, too.
  66. 2021 Thursday H: Here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 87,792,629 confirmed cases, +1,040,315, 1,893,420, confirmed deaths, +18,100, and 49,009,936 confirmed recoveries, +372,200.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 21,670,559 confirmed cases, up 461,719 from yesterday’s reporting, 366,434 confirmed deaths, UP 6,589, and 9,696,913 confirmed recoveries, UP 101,980.
  67. 2021 Thursday I: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 2,548,494 confirmed cases, 28,040 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 22,527 confirmed cases, 299 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 265,790 confirmed cases, 3,681 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other state: Iowa: currently, they have 291,394 confirmed cases, 4,065 confirmed deaths, and 251,660 confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 463,448 confirmed cases, 3,529 confirmed deaths, and 398,638 confirmed recoveries.
  68. 2021 Thursday J:  Here are today’s Stock Market closes: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 31,041.13, UP 211.73 points (+0.69%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,067.48, UP 326.69 points (+2.56%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,803.79, UP 55.65 points (+1.48%).  The price of GOLD is $1,915.80 per troy oz., +2.20 (+0.11%) while the price of SILVER is $27.28 per troy ounce, +0.014 (+0.05%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,127.90 per troy oz, +3.30 (+0.29%) while the price of COPPER is $3.71 per pound, +0.0095 (+0.26%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,431.60 per troy oz, -16.50 (-0.67%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $50.96 per barrel, +0.13 (+0.26%).  Currently, one-dollar U.S. = 6.48 Chi-Com yuan.   Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.82 euros and in Russian rubles equals 74.34.
  69. 2021 Thursday K: After failing to stop the Antifa mob (in the guise of Trump supporters) that stormed the Capitol Building yesterday, Capitol Hill Police Chief Steven Sund is going to go into retirement.  He is suffering blame for not having anticipated the actions of Antifa trash that infiltrated the peaceful Trump supporters.  (It is important to note that a Capitol Hill police officer died today following injuries suffered in yesterday’s riot).  Federal prosecutors plan to file charges- including sedition charges- against at least 15 people involved in the storming of the Capitol yesterday.  Elsewhere, Boeing is going to pay a $2.5 billion fine over its attempt to cover up the issues of the 737 Boeing Max airliner that suffered two major crashes.   Meanwhile, Michelle Obama urges social media to ban Donald Trump permanently; she also lambastes his supporters using all manner of vile and hateful language.  Thank you, former Madam First Lady.
  70. 2021 Thursday L: Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council has issued an arrest warrant for President Donald J. Trump following a year-long investigation into the whacking of Quds Force General Qassim Soleimani at the Baghdad airport last year via drone strike.  The charges of murder could bring about the death penalty.  Iran has issued an Interpol ‘red notice’ for President Trump and 47 of his top officials.  Interpol waved off this request before but now with Trump on the outs, one just never knows.   Meanwhile, CNN (a bogus source) reports that President Trump encouraged Vice President Mike Pence to ‘engineer a coup on his behalf’ and then when the mob of Antifa and BLM thugs, he did ‘little to nothing to make sure the VP and his attendant family members were secure from the violent left-wing mob.’  Wow.  We expect history will be revised and that between the 44th and 46th presidents there will be a GAP- NO 45th president.  The victors typically write the history… Finally, after a ‘pro-Trump mob’ surrounded the Georgia State Capitol Building, law enforcement had to escort a terrified Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger out of the facility and into his car.  It just gets better.
  71. 2021 Thursday M: Acting U.S. Attorney for D.C. Michael Sherwin says, ‘it’s possible that charges may be brought against the 45th president once he leaves office,’ citing his ‘language’ and ‘coarse gesticulations’ that spurred on a crowd of his ‘supporters’ to rush to the Capitol Building and storm into it.  IF you watched the president’s speech to his supporters, you know he did no such thing and had not social median not immediately taken down his tweets in which, he begged for peace, you know he did none of what the liberals are accusing him of doing. Later in the day, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos offered her resignation over the events of the previous day.  Meanwhile, Senator Kelly Loeffler concedes to the Reverend Raphael Warnock putting both U.S. Senate seats in the Peach State into the hands of the Democrats, thus cementing Senator Chuck Schumer’s position as the BIG CHEESE in the U.S. Senate.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

The next album by the J. Geils Band is an amazing one, a LIVE album: “House Party Live in Germany” (February 23, 2015).  This is a great show from April 21, 1979 at the Rockpalast, the famed concert hall in Germany where every band worth its salt goes and performs, delivering live albums galore.  What you get here is a CD of their best tunes live in smoking concert and then you get the DVD featuring the band performing those songs.  We hope you will rush out to wherever you shop for the finest in rock music because this one is awesome, absolutely awesome.  A little pricey at $50 or so, it is still worth the investment, especially when the other option is to go buy a Maroon Five album.  How those losers or Coldplay sell as many records as they do is a clear testament to how testosterone levels among younger men are in decline.

The Third Annual Lavrentiy Beria Award goes to Xi Jinping and Communist China- no surprises here, folks- as the country that infected the entire world to get one man wins the coveted award hands down

Alas, it’s merely a joke, a symbolic award, and we would never countenance violence of any kind to anyone. I mean, if the Iranians can announce day after day that ‘President Trump will be dead in a few days’ and no one says or does anything to them when everyone clearly knows they mean it, why would anyone do anything to us when we announce every year that it’s merely a gag?

Valencia, CA 91354, 01-07-2021 Thursday:  We take a break today from the political news of the day to celebrate the winner of the Third Annual Lavrentiy Beria Award as well as the second place Nadaraia and Sarkisian Award, the Red Banner Idols Award, and the new fourth place award, the Beijing Bat Bug Award.  We have worked long and hard this year to present a slate of qualified candidates deserving of the Lavrentiy Beria treatment, the one Comrade Beria devised for the enemies of the Soviet system.  As head of the NKVD and the KGB, he was the number two under “Uncle Joe” Stalin and was personally responsible for dispatching the far too numerous ‘enemies of the state’ down in the bowels of the infamous Lubyanka Prison in the heart of Moscow.

There, when someone was beaten to a pulp, then rehabilitated so he or she could then undergo a SHOW TRIAL at which the outcome was predetermined before the accused ever set foot in the witness box, if condemned to death as most were, they were taken down into the depths of this horrible prison and there given ‘lead to the back of the head,’ many times by Comrade Beria himself.

Now Beria also took his horror show on the road and wherever enemies of the state lurked, his NKVD thugs would root them out and many times they would face Soviet justice in the field.  Comrade Beria never shied away from carrying out the onerous duties of state security and that was dispatching those who had been tried, condemned, and sentenced to death, himself, with one shot to the back of the head.

I must say before we proceed that this is a humorous award, not to be taken seriously and that anyone who wins it and is thus singled out for the ‘lead to the back of the head’ treatment wins it as a joke, a lark, for a laugh.  In the world in which we live, it seems anything goes that the left can call for anyone to die and many times try to kill whomever they single out for special action, we want to be light-hearted about it.

Here are the contestants for the fourth and final round.  Take note that to move from the third round to the fourth round, one had to have 150 votes or more to qualify.  Here are last week’s nominees with the votes they accumulated:

Xi Jinping and the Chi-Coms: 326 votes.

Governor Andrew Cuomo: 297 votes.

Governor Gavin Newsom: 211 votes.

Mayor Bill Di Blasio: 164 votes.

Mayor Eric Garcetti: 158 votes.

Okay, the voter pool is 1,248 friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, restaurant employees, support employees, and anyone else invited in to participate in this grand award.  Chef Alvin- envelopes please.

The Third Annual Lavrentiy Beria Award goes to Xi Jinping and the Chi-Coms.  I think everyone instinctively knew that the scumbag leader and the scumbag country that infected the entire world with a deadly pandemic to get one man out of office is the BIG WINNER what with 664 votes.  A better winner than Comrade Xi and the Chi-Coms could not be found.  He hypothetically will be taken to the basement and given ‘lead to the back of the head.’  Congratulations!

The second-place winner- the Nadaraia and Sarkisian Award- goes to Governor Andrew Cuomo who came in with 198 votes.  A better homicidal maniac could not be found to win the two deviates award.

In third place- and the winner of the Red Banner Idols Award- is Mayor Bill Di Blasio, a man who destroyed the greatest city on the planet yet was still able to go to Times Square on New Year’s Eve with his besties by his side, earned 156 votes.  Congrats to him.

In fourth and final place- the Beijing Bat Bug Award, aka the “Goat,”- is Governor Gavin Newsom with 143 votes.  Everyone in California hates this man but outside the borders of the Golden State, very few know what a reprobate this POS is.

In fifth place and out of the running is the loser Mayor Eric Garcetti of Los Angeles who had 87 votes, mostly from friends and colleagues in that godforsaken city.

The Chi-Coms and Xi Jinping[i] should be quite pleased they have won the award because they most certainly deserve it.  Were it not for them infecting the entire world with a disease they cooked up in their Wuhan biowarfare lab, we might never have learned just how deep the sewage penetrated the ground.  Thanks to them doing what they did, we believe everyone across the globe now recognizes the danger posed by these insect-eating scumbags.

As for the runners-up, congratulations to them, too.  These are all prestigious awards and we celebrate them.  As for Mayor Garcetti, that putz might make it into next year’s running for the Fourth Annual Lavrentiy Beria Award hoping to join others who have gone before him.   After all, he has destroyed the second-largest restaurant city in America singlehandedly.

That will do it for today.  Congratulations, winners!

Thanks to local Oildale, California, street artist, Simone, what you see here is his representation of me.  No longer do we share photos- even old ones- as there are too many unbalanced people out there who will picket our restaurants, follow us home, and cause trouble.  Therefore- we write with aliases and share facsimiles now because when you own businesses as we do, it does not make a great deal of sense to share too much personal information lest people boycott our businesses or worse, attack our families and us.

We continue offering CDs today by one of the greatest San Francisco bands of all time, the Quicksilver Messenger Service! The band’s second album, “Happy Trails,” hit record store shelves on March 26, 1969 and featured the band live on stage doing what it did best and that was psychedelic rock and roll at its best!  The guitar work between John Cipollina and Gary Duncan is dynamic, and David Freiberg’s thundering bass and Greg Elmore’s drumming are amazing!  Please go to Amazon.com and buy it!  You will be glad you did!

ENDNOTES:

[i] There was NO way these bozos were not going to win, folks.  NO one has ever seen anything like what the Chi-Coms did- send a virus around the world to hamper U.S. elections in the hope they would be able to topple Donald J. Trump.  NO one has ever seen anything like it.  Many fear that IF “Pro-China Joe” Biden enters the White House, within a week of him misplacing his hand on the Bible so as not to actually touch it, Chi-Com landing craft will be hitting the beaches of Taiwan what with air strikes and offshore shelling from the Chi-Com navy.  This will be the price frigging “Pro-China Joe” will have to pay them for having helped him WIN the election.  Yikes.
