  64. 2018 Wednesday: The district attorney of San Francisco, George Gascón says that the city by the bay is going to retroactively apply its new laws regarding the now legal use of marijuana to 5,000 old convictions which is the correct thing to do.  Far too many people in the 1960s like Dino Valenti and David Freiberg of Quicksilver Messenger Service[xiii] served time for unfair convictions.  Usually, we don’t agree with most of what comes out of Frisco but this time, yes, yes we do.
  65. 2019 Thursday: The European Parliament votes to recognize Juan Guaidó as the legitimate ruler in Caracas which leads the Maduro regime to begin arresting foreign journalists from Spain, France, and neighboring Columbia.  The Venezuelan secret police are going out and rounding up everyone they deem to be a threat.
  66. 2020 Friday: Today is the day- or so millions of Americans hope- that the impeachment farce of President Donald J. Trump will move to a vote for acquittal or if the Democrats are lucky to get what they seek- witnesses will occur.  Let us hope for the former and not the latter.  By mid-day, the Senate voted 51-49 against calling witnesses, deflating the sputtering Democratic Party balloon.  Two Republicans- Susan Collins of Maine and Mitt Romney of Utah voted with the Democrats.  Meanwhile, the first Democrat to enter the race for the 2020 Democratic Party’s presidential nomination- former Maryland Congressman John Delaney and seemingly decent guy became the 16th Democrat to bail from the race.  He entered the race- get this- on July 28, 2017.  Oh, well.  Elsewhere, the Kung Flu continues spreading across the globe.  Italy reports its first couple of cases and prohibits cruise ships from offloading thousands of passengers.  Democrats in the U.S. tell everyone to go to “Chinatown,” to ‘go hug Chinese people.’  That advice would devastate Italy and other WOKE Western nations.
  67. 2021 Sunday: DAY TWELVE OF THE BIDEN REGIME: the Biden White House says that IT’S going to investigate the GameStop matter.  Uh, excuse us, Joe, isn’t that the job of the Treasury or Justice Departments?   Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom now is coming under verbal assault from Democrats besides Republicans as the numbers demanding his recall continue increasing by the day.  This loser- Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi’s nephew- is going to lose his seat.   Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump and the GOP have raised $255.4 million in the two months since Election Day 2020.  Elsewhere, 39.6 million Americans underwent FBI background checks for gun purchases.  Heck,  some of the chef-bloggers here bought guns last year, there is NO way we wouldn’t, especially when you consider all the left-wing Marxist violence in the streets.
  68. 2021 Sunday A:  Officer Brian Sicknick- the Capitol Hill police officer slain by Antifa and Black Lives Matter thugs during the storming of Capitol Hill on January 6 will lie in state in the Rotunda in the building where he served later this week.  Elsewhere, we learn- no big surprise- that 98-percent of Twitter employees donated to Democrats.  Go figure.  Meanwhile, Claudia Tenney’s lead in her New York Congressional race is now becoming insurmountable and we expect a judge early this upcoming week to announce her the ‘winner.’  Next, President Donald J. Trump once again has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.   Finally, the Arizona state senate is hiring its own investigators to delve into the rampant election fraud that occurred in that state.
  69. 2021 Sunday B: Here are the COVID-19 statistics for the planet as a whole: 102,871,614 confirmed cases, +468,367, 2,225,773, confirmed deaths, +11,160, and 56,981,674 confirmed recoveries, +326,805.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 26,423,597 confirmed cases, up 140,106 from yesterday’s reporting, 446,010 confirmed deaths, UP 2,481, and 11,166,500 confirmed recoveries- same as reported earlier this week.  It would appear in the age of ‘Joe Biden,’ people are becoming sicker with the Chinese Virus and dying faster than they did under Donald Trump.  Time to impeach this pathetic old fool.  NOW.
  70. 2021 Sunday C: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,309,463 confirmed cases, 40,697 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 26,070 confirmed cases, 410 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 315,448 confirmed cases, 4,368 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other piece of U.S. territory- the Northern Marianas Islands: currently, they have 131 confirmed cases, 2 confirmed deaths, and 32 confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 643,435 confirmed cases, 4,796 confirmed deaths, and 572,511 confirmed recoveries.
  71. 2021 Sunday D: Warnings are being raised about Chi-Com megacorporation BGI Group, an entity that ostensibly seeks to process data from COVID-19 tests from around the world all for a generous price and plenty of donations where and when necessary to open the doors for them.  In exchange, they collect biodata of U.S. and global citizens which then is shipped back to the Chi-Coms who then store this data for future use.  Anytime the Chi-Coms say they want to ‘help’ a country is when everyone must awaken, take note, and begin working to push back against these totalitarian, fascist-communist thugs.  We must be aware of everything the Chi-Coms seek to do with U.S. biodata as you can be sure they are going to use it against the American people, NOT to help them as they proclaim.
  72. 2021 Sunday E: BIG NFL NEWS- L.A. Rams quarterback Jared Goff has been traded to the Detroit Lions in exchange for Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford.  The Lions will also receive two 1st round and one 3rd round draft pick.  NO PRO BOWL THIS YEAR THANKS TO THE CHI-COMS AND THEIR FLIPPING VIRUS.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

UFO put out a ‘best of compilation- live’ on October 17, 1983 which is phenomenal, “UFO Headstone- the Best of UFO Live.”  The band featured Phil Mogg (vocals), Andy Parker (drums), Paul Chapman (guitars), Neil Carter (keyboards/rhythm guitar/vocals), and Paul Gray (bass).   The album features 11 cuts, most of them from later in the career rather than earlier but what the heck- the band was always awesome performing live and having seen them on numerous occasions, we love them no matter who’s in the lineup and no matter what decade.  We hope that everyone is going to seek this album out and consider making it a part of your vast collection of AICPENDBLOG.COM-approved musical selections.  You will be glad you did.

ENDNOTES:

[i] Just like what the Democrats are attempting to do in 2020 as they try to remove President Donald J. Trump from office and to subordinate the office of the presidency- head of the Executive Branch- to the House speaker in the Legislative Branch.  How well did things work out for Europe in the 1930s-1940s?  Not so good.

[ii] We began offering the music of the Doors on Saturday, 18-February-2012 and concluded them on Monday, 02-April-2012.  We encourage everyone to seek them out and consider adding them to your collection.

[iii] We will present the music of Chicago sometime in 2030 so we hope you will remain with us until then.

[iv] We presented the music of Roxy Music at the secondary blog and hope to do it at the main blog sometime within the next 3 years. At the secondary blog, we began promoting the music of this famed British band as well as of Bryan Ferry, Andy Mackay, and Phil Manzanera beginning on Wednesday, September 07, 2016 through several successive months.  We hope you will seek them out.

[v] We promoted the music of the great California rock band, Spirit- and the music of its members- beginning on Monday, 18-June-2012 through Friday, 10-August-2012.  We hope you will seek this band out and add it to your growing collection of top-quality rock music. This included the music of Jo Jo Gunne.

[vi] We began promoting the music of the Grateful Dead- including Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, and Phil Lesh- beginning on Tuesday, 30-August-2011 through Wednesday, 11-January-2012.  Then, we did a second series featuring more albums by this fabled San Francisco band beginning on Friday, 09-August-2013 through Monday, 19-August-2013.  At some point, we will have to do a third series as the music from this band never ends.  Please, seek them out and consider adding them to your collection.

[vii] We look forward to doing the music of this famed funk-rock band.  The Ohio Players are amazing and what is even more exciting is the fact that the band is still alive today and performing to this day.

[viii] We expect to present the music of the Jackson Five and Michael Jackson sometime in 2025-2026 so please stay tuned for future developments.

[ix] We promoted the music of Buffalo Springfield beginning on Saturday, 17-November-2012 through Saturday, 24-November-2012.  We hope you will seek this music out and consider adding it to your collection.  You will be glad you did.

[x] The music of this famed British band, Family as well as the spin-off group, Streetwalkers, appeared on Tuesday, 08-October-2013 through Thursday, 31-October-2013.

[xi] We presented the music of this British prog-rock band, the amazing King Crimson, beginning on Monday, 20-October-2014 through Sunday, 21-December-2014.  We hope you will check them out and add them to your collection.

[xii] We should have promoted the music of Asia around the time we did King Crimson and/or Family but we failed to do so.  However, we hope to do so sometime within the next 10-15 years.

[xiii] We presented the music of Quicksilver Messenger Service on two unique occasions.  The first commenced on Friday, 25-March-2011 through Monday, 04-April-2011.  The second cycle with newer albums began on Tuesday, 20-August-2013 through Monday, 02-September-2013.  We hope you will check the albums out by visiting whatever site you do for nothing but the absolute best in rock music.

Millions of green jobs, Joe? We heard that back in 2008 when you and your former boss promised them then; instead, we got the opioid epidemic and the ACA

In fact, what actually did materialize was the opioid epidemic that claimed more American lives than the Gulf War, Vietnam, the Korean Conflict, and our actions in Afghanistan and Iraq did and no one really seemed to care- until #45 came along. He did something about the epidemic and restored the dignity of work to millions of Americans. The left hated him for that.

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 646

It seems that very few can remember what happened 2, 3, or 4 elections back; I sure the heck do

Delano, CA 93216, 01-31-2021 Sunday:  So- President Joe Biden is talking about investing in clean energy, uh, green energy jobs, how there will be millions and millions of them and how all of them are going to be high-paying jobs.  The world will be our oyster, trillions of dollars of wealth will be created in the United States, as long as we follow the Pied Piper of Green Energy, the Siren of Renewable Energy, and the like.  For some reason, this all sounds s-o-o- familiar, I remember when Senators Barack Obama and Joe Biden were battling Senator John McCain and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin back in 2008 and the message was twofold: clean coal is EVIL but green energy is SALVATION.  Even more transcendent, GREEN JOBS will provide millions of Americans with high-paying jobs and folks, all will be kumbaya- so says the amazing 46th president (or the voice in his earpiece, which many believe belongs to the 44th– as that bit about an ‘earpiece’ is exactly what he told Stephen Colbert).

That was the sell. I remember anti-CLEAN COAL adds- ones in which a guy wearing a hardhat invited you to follow him through a door and showed you what ‘clean coal’ truly looked like (at least according to liberals), that it really was NOT clean at all, just an evil sales pitch by climate change deniers.  I think many people already being brainwashed into believing their planet was going to go extinct bought into the Obama-Biden sales pitch and voted for the Dynamic Duo, not once but twice.

Americans bided their time.  In fact, much time passed many by.  Instead of working hard at changing the U.S. power grid into one of clean, renewable energy, they jumped into pushing the Affordable Care Act, day-in and day-out.

In fact, they spent so much time on pushing it that very little else occurred because- as special elections were won by Republicans in places where no one thought possible- like Ted Kennedy’s seat- they had to figure out some way by which, they could bypass devastating NO votes in the now GOP-controlled U.S. Senate and thus they attached the ACA to a spending bill that had already been passed in order to make it ‘legal’ and to give Obama-Biden their big legislative victory, one that would follow them throughout recorded history.

People were outraged but the GOP was unwilling[i] to take it to the courts and duke it out, after all, we couldn’t deny the nation’s first black president his biggest legislative win, now could we.  That would, of course, be racist.  Ah, well, it was what it was.  Let us return to what we are speaking of today, the pitch to once again get the American people millions of  them-there promised high-paying GREEN JOBS.[ii]

Obama-Biden shut down the coal industry.  Hundreds of thousands of highly-skilled workers suddenly without jobs.  Where were the GREEN JOBS?  No where to be seen- after all Solyndra was a money pit for taxpayer dollars, a slush fund, one that tanked and threw egg on the faces of Obama-Biden although it did not seem to damage them.  In truth, it just seemed to disappear like the last remaining brownie at a crack house.

Suddenly, anyone who asked what to do about the unemployed coalminers was told, ‘they can learn to code- learn to code.’  Plain, simple, just ‘learn to code.’  Yet, several years later when journalists were losing their jobs and people said on social media, ‘learn to code,’ man, that became a major insult and people were banished from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other online social media sites.  The truth hurts, I guess.

Sadly, as energy jobs disappeared, as offshore drilling rigs located south of the equator to Brazilian offshore oilfields, as oil workers and coalminers became unemployed, as the companies that supplied them or bought what they produced went out of business or relocated elsewhere, NONE of these magical, much-promised GREEN JOBS materialized.

The left hated him for that.[iii]

Ah, well, the GREEN JOBS won’t materialize this time no more than they did last time because there are very few of them and even worse, many of them are held by people in FOREIGN COUNTRIES like China, Russia, and elsewhere, much like California High Speed Rail.  We, in fact, have more communist Chinese nationals working on California HSR than American workers are which is why so many BIG CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATS are invested in Chi-Com technology and industries.  Yet, they tell us about the abundance and the availability of these much prophesized jobs.

Once again, the American people have been sold a bill of goods.  They might be selling us a bill of goods on infrastructure jobs, the ones the last president wanted to create but the Republicans and Democrats never seemed to be able to give him a victory there.  Yes, we must have a massive infrastructure plan but much like ‘green energy jobs,’ it’s all a pipe dream because social engineering and mind control and forcing one-party, socialist rule onto the American people takes precedence over bettering the lives of the American people.

Friend, no one knows what the future holds.  What I do know is this: we will do our best to get with the flow as it’s clear there is becoming less and less room for differing opinions when it comes to the national discourse.  Hell, journalists who create memes are being arrested by the FBI and threatened with 10 years in a federal slammer.  That ain’t American.   None of this is American.  In fact, it’s more like communist China.  Hell, they might have more freedom there than we will soon have here.

Hell, we might be seeking asylum there soon.

Tomorrow: your favorite Democrat and mine- Chef Cherry.  See you next time.

This is a cartoonish caricature of me, one created by up-and-coming Bakersfield street artist, Simone, one I am pleased to say looks ‘rather good.’  I have been in professional food service for a long, long time, moving into management back in 1973.  At the time, I was the Food and Beverage Director at one of the hotels in Bakersfield, CA, located on Union Avenue.  I was in my late thirties at the time.  I am still working at one of the local hotels in the nearby town of Delano, CA, a place that has been my home for the past 10 years.  Our city has experienced marvelous growth and is fast becoming a player in county politics.

We continue offering CDs today by the greatest San Francisco band of all time, the Jefferson Airplane.  The band’s fifteenth album, “2400 Fulton Street,” hit record store shelves in 1987 and was a two-LP set featuring a history of the band with some rare cuts, outtakes, even a television commercial for Levi’s jeans.  It also had a booklet and was the first comprehensive retrospective look at the band that was the San Francisco Acid Rock Sound, utterly amazing to say the least.  The title comes from the house the band lived in during its halcyon days in the Haight-Ashbury District of the city by the bay, which means this album has all the magic of the “Summer of Love” and more.  We urge you to visit the Amazon.com website, so you can pick it up and teleport yourself back to the good old days when everything was about love, ending the war in Vietnam and smoking weed.

[i] Or worse or lacked the balls like everyone believes.  Everyone laments the fact the GOP never seems to possess that big swinging pair of Neolithic balls with which to gird up their loins and stride forth to battle.  Of course, we always vote for them because we have hope but seldom do they ever truly fight unless it’s against us.

[ii] They act like there’s no one who remembers what happened a scant 12, going on 13 years ago.  Then again, maybe very few remember much of anything, it’s like we live in a little bubble that events from 2-3 elections back are as if they happened 100 or more years ago.

[iii] I will be labeled a conspiracy theorist for this but could give a f**k but it seems like they want a vast segment of the world’s population to become extinct as the left always places the blame atop the human race for doing what the Sun and the Earth’s tilt are actually responsible, the change in climate.  To say this- to say that weather and climate patterns are cyclical, hat they follow a somewhat speedier pattern than do geological changes is to risk being branded a heretic, a disseminator of disinformation, and a blasphemer.  I guess we will all end up in liberal re-education camps.

Zaid Esq. put out a tweet in which he said: #coup has started.  First of many steps.  #rebellion.  #impeachment will follow ultimately.  #lawyers.  Folks, this POFS should be arrested and charged with treason and sent to Leavenworth to break boulders into gravel for the rest of his life.  Elsewhere, in Canada law enforcement officers arrest a French-Canadian student for the shooting the previous day that killed six and wounded five others.  He is charged with the crime.

  55. 2020 Thursday: The question and answer phase in the impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump continues as Adam Schiff continues lying and lying.  He claims he does not know the alleged ‘whistleblower,’ Eric C., who spent time on the National Security Council with another man- Shawn Misko- who happens to have gone to work for the House Intel Committee chairman AFTER the phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky occurred.  We are expected to believe this…what a load.   Elsewhere, as cases of the Chinese Virus continue skyrocketing, the Chi-Coms’ lackey Dr. Tedros at the World Health Organization declares a ‘global emergency,’ something that does not occur all that often.  It is what it is.  Thank you, communist China, thank you.
  56. 2021 Saturday: DAY ELEVEN OF THE BIDEN REGIME- after the first 10 days, President Joe Biden has signed 40 executive orders and memorandums.  Next, the Department of Justice rolls back on Trump administration policies regarding crime and sentencing.  Could it be President Biden is returning to his old ways and seeking to send minorities to prison for longer terms?  That would surprise NO one around here.  Meanwhile, Texas Congressman Chip Roy urges Rep. Sandy Cortez to apologize to Senator Ted Cruz whom she was whining ‘tried to kill her’ on January 6.  Dingbat.   Elsewhere, Ohio lawmakers seek to make June 14 to be “Donald John Trump Day.”  We like that.  Finally, Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene- under assault by multitudes of rabid liberals- says she will ‘NEVER stop fighting for America First Patriots.’  God bless you, congresswoman.  Speaking of Rep. Greene, Democratic-Socialist firebrand Congresswoman Ilhan “Allah Akbar” Omar says, ‘Greene MUST BE REMOVED from Congress so she will feel safer.’  How about this- how about you returning to Somalia and STFU?  That would work for millions of Americans.   Next, regarding Muslims, President Biden says he’s going to move to shield thousands of Syrian ‘refugees’ from being deported back to their home country.
  57. 2021 Saturday A: Elsewhere, as COVID-19 funds dry up, American Airlines warn thousands of workers that ‘furloughs are coming.’  Speaking of the Chi-Vi, investigators are onsite in Wuhan, China, trying to determine where exactly the coronavirus pandemic began and how it began.   Meanwhile, France says it’s not going to implement a third COVID-19 lockdown.  It is what it is.  Elsewhere, farmers in India are going on a hunger strike after clashing with law enforcement during protests.  In order to counter this grassroots anger, New Delhi has limited internet usage.  Elsewhere, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security orders ICE and Border Patrol officers NO longer to use the term ‘illegal aliens’ in either their speech or in official documents but to use the euphemism ‘undocumented migrant.’  Oooh, touchy-feelie, we like that.  Makes you feel warm and snug all over now doesn’t it…
  58. 2021 Saturday B: The South Carolina GOP censures Congressman Tom Rice over his vote to impeach President Donald J. Trump.  We smell a primary challenger coming next year.  Next, following the Annual March for Life, pro-life demonstrators are calling on lawmakers to pass more pro-life legislation.  We hope they do.  Next, the RNC plans on inviting President Donald J. Trump to its spring donor retreat.   Speaking of the GOP, it plans on meeting with Joe Biden to discuss his appalling lack of concern for the loss of hundreds of thousands of blue collar, union, energy sector jobs.  We mean, WTF, Joe?  Finally, lawmakers in Washington, D.C. are arguing over making fencing around the Capitol Building permanent.  This is crazy,  there is no threat yet Democrats seek to perpetuate the FALSE NOTION that threat exists for lawmakers and staffers.  We must vote this scum out of office ASAP.
  59. 2021 Saturday C: Senator Rand Paul slams the idea of COVID-19 testing for all domestic airlines flights.  We concur, it’s unnecessary and stupid as we know the chance of catching the virus on an airliner is less than catching it in a restaurant which is extremely LOW.  Yet, elected Democrats and Deep State apparatchiks continue feeding us this dope.  Simultaneously, the CDC orders that anyone aboard public transportation must- guess what- wear a flipping facemask.  Goofy.  Speaking of the Chi-Vi, a case of the South African variant has been discovered in Maryland.   Next, the warden at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, the place where big Democrat donor and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein most likely was murdered to keep him silent, is retiring.  Elsewhere, we learn today that the top ISIS leader in Iraq was killed in a U.S. airstrike.  Finally, Facebook is hiring a ‘compliance officer’ amid ‘security concerns.’
  60. 2021 Saturday D: COVID-19 Daily Update:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 102,403,247 confirmed cases, +421,801, 2,214,613, confirmed deaths, +10,917, and 56,654,869 confirmed recoveries, +292,859.  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 26,283,491 confirmed cases, up 127,099 from yesterday’s reporting, 443,929 confirmed deaths, UP 2,649, and 11,166,500 confirmed recoveries- NO more updates on this number thanks to Joe Biden.
  61. 2021 Saturday E: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,291,137 confirmed cases, 40,216 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 26,070 confirmed cases (again, Hawaii is no longer reporting their case numbers in more than a week), 407 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 314,033 confirmed cases, 4,368 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other piece of the country: U.S. Virgin Islands: currently, they have 2,398 confirmed cases, 24 confirmed deaths, but 2,283 confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 633,991 confirmed cases, 4,700 confirmed deaths, and 558,249 confirmed recoveries.
  62. 2021 Saturday F: An 11-alarm fire in Passaic, New Jersey, at a recycling center is raging away.  Firefighters from more than 20 firehouses are on site battling the blaze that erupted yesterday.  The center is one of the biggest employers in the city and it appears they may not be able to save it.  Meanwhile, tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets in Lansing, Michigan, demanding that high school sports be restored but Democrat crackpot Governor Gretchen Whitmer won’t permit it being the out-of-control authoritarian that she is.  Keep fighting people, fight to keep your rights.
  63. 2021 Saturday G: Stick around for tonight’s Super Lotto and Powerball drawings.  Let’s see some winners!  How soon before Democratic-Socialists demand that lottery winners hand over 90-percent of their winnings so the Dems can then redistribute them to their beloved illegal aliens?  Don’t laugh- these people are scumbags and they’ve never seen a dollar they didn’t want to redistribute to someone undeserving of it. Here are the numbers for the Super Lotto Draw #3530 with $16 million on the line: 01, 06, 13, 19, 45, and Mega 12.  Out of 113,780 winning tickets, FIVE people had FIVE numbers but NO Mega for a prize of $7,636 apiece.  The winning tickets were sold in (1) 7/11 in Roseville, CA 95661; (2) Circle K in Irvine, CA 92606; (3) Power Market in Pittsburgh, CA 94565; (4) 7/11 in Westminster, CA 92683; and (5) 7/11 in Pleasant Hill, CA 94523.  Next here are the numbers for the Powerball Draw #816 with a $30 million jackpot on the line: 01,02, 07, 52, 61, and Powerball 04.  Out of 55,699 winning tickets, the highest winners were 38 people who had FOUR numbers for a prize of $390 apiece.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

The Michael Schenker Group returned on September 15, 1983, with another heavy duty rock album, “Built to Destroy.”  Graham Bonnet was gone and Gary Barden was back on vocals.  Otherwise, the lineup was mostly the same with guitarist Schenker, Chris Glen (bass), Ted McKenna (drums/percussion), with newcomer Andy Nye on keyboards.  Like UFO, the times they were a-changing what with the 1980s becoming more techno-pop-oriented and some bands had challenging times trying to keep up with the groove.  Still, we love this album and are sure that you will, too, which is why we are promoting it to all the fans of the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day.  Please, check it out and enjoy- you will be glad you did.

Only one course ahead: IF Republicans truly seek to stop the Biden agenda, they must go to every ‘Trump judge’ and seek injunction after injunction after injunction

Even worse, there is nothing we can do unless- and this is the hope- the Republicans do what Democrats do to Republicans. Every executive order, Republican attorneys must rush to Trump-appointed friendly judges and get injunction after injunction and still more injunctions slapped onto every job-killing executive order the 46th president scribbles his name across. Fight fire with fire.

WINTER SESSION 2021

BLOG POST #3,744 AT THE AICP-END

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 647

We must fight fire with fire…

Delano, CA 93216, 01-30-2021 Saturday:  Yesterday, we were in the midst of discussing the NEW UNITED STATES, the one in which, cadres of indoctrinated young leftists are in the midst of transforming the country into what they consider will be a socialist paradise.  For anyone to point out such undesirable changes is to be tagged a racist, a bigot, a hater, and a neanderthal.  It’s either get with the plan or be damned, i.e., canceled, stripped of first-class citizenship, and relegated to the back of the bus.

To say something so provocative, so bold, so brazen is to immediately draw a bullseye on one’s back.  NO one wants to hear this, NO one wants to know you, it’s the fastest way to undergo cancelation that anyone knows.  The crazy thing is, in some ways, it’s been a long time coming while in other ways, it’s hit us incredibly fast.  Future shock.  Like what Alvin Toffler wrote about back in the 1970s.

What’s more, it’s what some of my colleagues have said- one president begets the next one and the level of vitriol, hatred, animosity, and anger thrown onto the last one has allowed the left to give us the one we now have, one no one truly wanted- not even those who supposedly voted for him.

To say that the last election was ‘stolen’ is also to draw a bullseye onto one’s back in the same way as being critical of the NEW SYSTEM.  The fact is, everyone knows that Donald Trump was going to win a massive landslide victory, everyone knows this.  There was no way that he could not.

You see, were it not for COVID-19, he would have but his enemies- both foreign and domestic- conspired to do something that has never before been seen in the history of the country and that was to create a perfect storm of so many negative events- short of nuclear war with communist China- to defeat a single human being: the 45th president.[i]

IF everything were reversed and it was President Obama whom Mitt Romney colluded with the Chi-Coms to topple, aid in the release of a deadly virus around the world to tank the economy, drive everyone indoors, keep them living in fear within their homes so as not to get sick, the Democrats would be out there screaming holy hell, bloody murder, there would be no way to shut them up.

House members, Senate members, the Obama administration, the Deep State, all of them would be out there on the warpath demanding that everything be made right.  Now. Immediately. Otherwise, no one would get any peace, no one would sleep at night, the outrage would go on around the clock.

Besides being made ‘right,’ in our little fiction that ‘Mitt Romney conspired with the Chinese to topple the Obama-Biden administration so as to supplant them with him, the Democrats would be going to all the courts, to federal law enforcement, they would move heaven and earth not only go after former Governor Romney (remember- we’re back in 2012) but his entire family, everyone around him he knows and loves, everyone.  They wouldn’t stop until he and they were all behind bars.  Plain, simple, and more so, they wouldn’t let anyone forget what the evil Republicans tried to do to their guy.

But it’s not the Democrats.  No, the Democrats conspired with a foreign, hostile power to topple a president they attacked around the clock from before he became president- from the moment he began running for office and they figured he actually had a chance, they set out to destroy him, devastate him, trash him, in the hope the American people would not bite- but they did bite.  What he was selling, they wanted, wanted for a long, long time, and they took a chance on him.  He delivered.

One president begets the next- what we are now seeing is the sad truth, the DEEP STATE- Democrats and RINO Republicans will never, ever permit this to happen again.  Ever.  They are going to so codify everything that elections will no longer matter, that the truth will no longer matter, and that everyone will conform or be banished into being second class citizens.  It’s what they are going to do and we are in the midst of seeing it happen all around us.

Fight fire with fire.[ii]

The question is, ‘will they?’  We shall see.

We continue offering CDs today by the greatest San Francisco bands of all time, the Jefferson Airplane. The band’s fourteenth album, “Flight Log 1966-1976,” hit record store shelves in 1974 and featured “B” sides from singles and songs removed from albums. On this CD, you find the rare gems from the first couple of albums that did not make on them as well as classic tunes like “Mexico” and “Have you seen the Saucers?” The Airplane recorded so many classic hits that we cannot find enough blog space in which, to present them all so please, check out this album by using our link to go to Amazon.com and nabbing it in the price, the format, and the condition that is right for you.  We love this CD and highly recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the era’s music.

ENDNOTES:

[i] My colleagues contend when the true history of this time is written, people around the world will be shocked at how deep the conspiracy goes and how many countries, people, political movements were involved in pulling it off.  It’s like the DHS now warning the American people that political violence (caused by white people) is coming which means the Dems will launch another FALSE FLAG operation on or around February 8, the day the impeachment trial begins (or purportedly will), they are warning of something they themselves are colluding or conspiring to put in motion as yet another way of cracking down on the American people, taking our rights away, and causing us additional fear.  We must be aware of what’s coming so we can avoid being around when it does.  They must suffer the full blame for the crimes they are going to commit.

[ii] This is the ONLY road forward- using Democrat tactics to destroy Democrat policies and candidates.  I suspect by the time this is over, the Democrats and RINOs will be wishing he had had his second term as he won it because when he returns, they are going to fare worse, especially the scum in the House of Representatives.  Secretly, China and Russia have to be laughing at the Democratic Party’s leadership.  Lunatics.

  49. 2012 Sunday A: As the U.S. presidential race proceeds, former Governor Mitt Romney lights up former House Speaker Newt Gingrich over his House ethics record.  Clearly a favorite of many, Gingrich is under constant assault by the wimpy former Massachusetts governor, a man who will eventually win the nomination and lose to President Obama in November.
  50. 2013 Tuesday: The U.S. Senate confirms Senator John F. 55. 2018 Monday:  The Deputy Director of the FBI- the corrupt and anti-Trumper Andrew McCabe resigns his post when in fact the 45th president fired his crooked ass.  Like his former boss, James Comey, he was in neck deep in the coup against President Trump and had to go.
  56. 2019 Tuesday: As things continue going south in Venezuela (no pun intended), the government of that authoritarian country seizes the bank accounts and properties of Juan Guaidó and prohibit him from leaving the country.  It’s tit for tat. Meanwhile, the U.S. hands over frozen Venezuelan assets to the true winner of election, Guaidó.  Meanwhile, in yet another dagger driven into President Trump by members of his administration, DNI Dan Coats contradicts his boss on North Korea, Iran, and ISIS.  ‘North Korea will never denuclearize,’ Iran is a fine country and ‘not working towards the bomb,’ and ISIS is ‘not on the run but still strong as ever.’  Wow.
  57. 2020 Wednesday: The first day of questions posed by Senate ‘jurors’ in the impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump occurs.  The questions go to the chief justice of the United States Supreme Court- the Honorable John Roberts- who then directs counsels on either side to answer them.  This is a horribly boring period of this sham trial.  Meanwhile, the deadly coronavirus emanating out of communist China continues infecting and killing people throughout Asia and spreads to the United States.  Thank you, China, is this YOUR way of getting back at the Trump trade deal you had to sign?
  58. 2021 Friday: DAY TEN OF THE BIDEN REGIME- stick around to find out what’s going on today.  First of all, the Biden regime is deriding the 45th president’s COVID-19 relief plan while cannibalizing as much of it as it possibly can.  Good old ‘Plagiarist Joe.’  Next, Congressman Steve Scalise, R-LA, slams House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi’s constant demonization of the Republican Party.  He warns her it must stop.  Good luck with that.  Senile old Nancy is not always cognizant of what she is doing.  Moving on, Representative Matt Gaetz urges House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-CA, to hold a hearing on Congresswoman Liz Cheney, R-WY, as a leader in the House.  The woman has plummeted like a turd to the bottom of the pond once she voted to impeach former President Donald Trump.  For some inexplicable reason, Newsmax reports that Congress’ approval rating has jumped 10 percent but from what?  Bottom-of-the-barrel numbers.
  59. 2021 Friday A: The United Kingdom causes rancor with the Chi-Coms when the Brits offer the citizens of Hong Kong a pathway to British citizenship.  Wah, wah, wah, Chi-Coms.  STFU.  Meanwhile, the FBI says the pipe bombs ‘discovered’ at the RNC and DNC on January 6, 2021, the day the Antifa-led mob stormed Capitol Hill and overran it and its law enforcement like pot heads rampaging through a Krispy-Kreme donut shop, were planted the previous night.  The timeline also shows that the Capitol Hill Riots with the Antifa and BLM False Flag operation was planned long in advance so President Trump bears NO responsibility for any of it.  Senator Dick Durbin- censure not looking so bad now is it?  POS.  Speaking of drugs, Joe Biden is ending the Trump era program to combat the opioid epidemic.  Guess old Joe wants the Chi-Coms to make money off their illicit drug trade once again.  Thanks, Joe.  And people wonder why we say, “HE’S NOT OUR PRESIDENT.”  Speaking of Joe, he’s now staffing a commission to review the U.S. Supreme Court which means he is looking into PACKING IT.
  60. 2021 Friday B: Here are the numbers for the COVID-19 global pandemic, the planet first: 101,981,446 confirmed cases, +610,190, 2,203,696, confirmed deaths, +16,037, and 56,302,010 confirmed recoveries (lower than reported last week), +377,525.  Next, here are the stats for the United States: 26,156,392 confirmed cases, up 177,254 from yesterday’s reporting, 440,880 confirmed deaths, UP 4,271, and 11,166,500 confirmed recoveries same as the past five days or so.
  61. 2021 Friday C: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,272,349 confirmed cases, 39,578 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 26,070 confirmed cases, 407 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for Washington: 312,042 confirmed cases, 4,328 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other piece of the United States: Puerto Rico- currently, they have 126,156 confirmed cases, 1,801 confirmed deaths, and no mention of confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 633,991 confirmed cases, 4,700 confirmed deaths, and 558,249 confirmed recoveries.   Speaking of the China Virus, the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 Xi Jinping Bat Flu vaccine is 66-percent effective.  They are seeking FDA approval for emergency use of their product.
  62. 2021 Friday D: For a laugh, let’s look at the Chi-Coms’ numbers- they say they have 89,378 cases, +52, 4,636 confirmed deaths, and 82,940 confirmed recoveries, +70.  This, of course, is ALL BULLS**T.  When we had contacts in Hong Kong, they said times the numbers by 100, 150, or 200 times and you would get a somewhat closer picture.  Insect-eating scum.
  63. 2021 Friday E:  Here are today’s Stock Market closes: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 29,982.62, DOWN 620.74 points (-2.03%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,070.69, DOWN 266.46 points (-2.00%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,417.24, DOWN 73.14 points (-1.93%). We are beginning to think Joe Biden is the Antichrist.  The price of GOLD is $1,845.90 per troy oz., -1.40 (-0.08%) while the price of SILVER is $27.06 per troy ounce, +0.146 (+0.54%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,079.80 per troy oz, +0.60 (+0.06%) while the price of COPPER is $3.54 per pound, -0.0155 (-0.44%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,208.40 per troy oz, -113.90 (-4.90%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $52.14 per barrel, -0.06 (-0.11%).  Currently, one-dollar U.S. = 0.82 euros while one-dollar U.S. = 6.42 Chi-Com yuan.  One-dollar U.S. = 0.000029 Bitcoin.  Next, one U.S. greenback = 75.75 Russian rubles.
  64. 2021 Friday F: Here are the numbers for tonight’s Mega Millions Draw #1629: 04, 44, 58, 59, 70, and Mega 03.  With a pot of $25 million, out of 64,781 winning tickets, the highest winner 37 people who had FOUR numbers for a prize of $500 apiece. Meanwhile, Hilton Valentine- original guitarist of the British invasion band the Animals died at his home in Connecticut on this date from unspecified causes at age 77.  See you on the other side, Hilton!

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

UFO returned on February 14, 1983 with what would become their final album for a while as sadly, all good things must come to an end after ar more than two decades together.  “Making Contact” is a fine album and it featured a slimmed down lineup without bassist Pete Way- Phil Mogg (vocals), Andy Parker (drums), Paul Chapman (guitars), and Neil Carter (keyboards/rhythm guitar/saxophones).  Having become a commercial entity rather than the ground-breaking space rock band they were originally,  They hit the road in Europe and were not well received nor did a short UK tour put them back on the top.  Thus, they went into hiatus for a period but would return as all good things do.

When the left talks of ‘equity,’ what they mean is a ‘points’ or ‘social scoring’ system much like China’s or an Indian-style ‘caste system’

In overturning the long history of accomplishments, the left was able to convince younger generations that we were back in the days of separate but equal, of Jim Crow, of ‘rampant cross burnings in the dead of night,’ and of lynching to the point that four decades after lynching ended, we suddenly required an anti-lynching bill.

WINTER SESSION 2021

BLOG POST #3,743 AT THE AICP-END

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 648

Punishing one group of people for the sins of the past is insane yet that is where we are today…

Delano, CA 93216, 01-29-2021 Friday:  You know, here’s the deal- no matter what our feelings are regarding the tumultuous events of the past, uh, say- five-and-a-half-years, we will do our best to get with the plan even though the plan is one with which, most of us simply do not agree.  What we disagree with has nothing to do with race, it has nothing to do with sexual preference- although there is something regarding this topic we must discuss most likely tomorrow- nor with ethnicity.  It has nothing to do with legal immigrants no matter who they are, no matter where they originate, and no matter their religious faith of lack of it.

What it has to do with is the fact that the people who now lead the country don’t seem to like it very much.  It seems to many they detest it, they despise it, and that they want to destroy it completely and then resurrect it from the ashes as something brand-new, more in step with ‘modern times’ and ‘modern ways of thinking.’  These new founts of enormous wisdom, of blinding genius, and of great passion believe they can force the country to follow a new path that will make everything and everyone equal, fair, and that magic word equitable.  Equity is what it’s all about.[i]

The equity of which, President Joe Biden mumbles is a points system or perhaps, a modern-day CASTE SYSTEM- or so many believe- similar to what the communist Chinese implement to determine one’s ‘place’ within the modern society as envisioned by modern Marxist homo sapiens- which will help overturn the racial inequities of the past.

What I envision is that the groups government contends have been left out of the picture for far too long will be given points, points for being this skin color or that, this ethnic background or that, this religion or that religion, and this sexual preference or that.  Some will have greater points and others will have fewer, those who cross one intersection after another will have a vast wealth of ‘points’ while those blasé individuals who are WASPS- an old term, ‘White Anglo-Saxon Protestants,’ will have very few.[ii]

This means, the current ‘in-groups’ will have vast quantities of points, people like NON-citizens who truly should have NO points seeing as how they are not citizens, gays- the kinkier the better, and young multiracial left-wing youths while white folks will have very few.  In truth, they will have few to none.

When one talks about ‘white people,’ and his white his-or-herself, that automatically informs everyone else that one is an irredeemable racist.  Every other race, every other ethnicity, every other whatever can defend their GROUP but white people, oh, what a horrible racist you are for defending your group.

What makes all of this strange is that following the epic battles to deliver civil rights to black Americans in the 1960s, government at all levels attempted to make everything fairer, more equitable, and kind.  We had Equal Opportunity Acts, we had a vast slew of government programs at all levels to make things right and you know what, it was slow, it was arduous but through the 1980s, the 1990s, and into the 2000s, things were getting better, fairer, and everyone was intermixing, intermingling, and were comfortable in doing it.

This is why when Barack Obama became president, he was elected by vast numbers of white people who joined fellow citizens of all races to push Obama across the finish line, not once, but twice.  We had hope.  We had anticipation.  We thought here is a seemingly wonderful man who will bring us together and heal the remaining divisions among us.  Only, it did not happen that way.   It did not happen like that at all.

No, every criticism of the 44th president somehow became ‘racist,’ as though planned.  Anyone who disagreed with the agenda became a ‘racist.’  Nonwhite critics of President Obama were also racists, only worst, race traitors, sell-outs, it was ugly, it was unfair, and it set in motion the swift erasure of all the hard-fought progress since the 1960s.

The new president- much like his former boss did- believes there is great power in unending racial division, not in racial healing.  We know that one side- the left- seeks to exacerbate this never-healing wound, yanking the scab off time and again and pouring salt into it.  There is no reason for this yet this is what is happening.

This is where we will leave off for today.  We will pick back up tomorrow.

Pray for our country’s salvation.

We continue offering CDs today by the greatest San Francisco bands of all time, the Jefferson Airplane. The band’s thirteenth album, “Early Flight,” hit record store shelves in 1973 and featured “B” sides from singles and songs removed from albums. On this CD, you find the rare gems from the first couple of albums that did not make on them as well as classic tunes like “High Flying Bird,” “Mexico” and “Have you seen the Saucers?” We love this CD and highly recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the era and the band’s music.  It serves as a fine coda for one of the greatest bands of the psychedelic epoch.  By using he link we provide you here, you can visit Amazon.com and pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you- it is a worthy addition to one’s growing CD collection.

[i] Talking about ‘equity’ is a way by which, we can erase all the progress of the past half-century and start over.  We can indoctrinate the upcoming generations that the reason their lives are seemingly unhappy and that they have no future is because WHITE people are proponents of Climate Change, that they have done nothing to fix the problem when in fact, under the 45th president, CO2 emissions went way, way down- and without the Paris Climate Accord- because we moved away from coal to natural gas, a cleaner and cheaper form of energy.  They do this to blame the number one target group so as to deflect away from the fact that politicians- like eight years of the Obama-Biden administration- did little to fix the problems they constantly pointed out to the nation and the world.  They also seek to deflect away from global corporatism which is why it’s much more difficult to find jobs that pay well.  No, corporations seem to be in charge of the world just like science fiction movies of old and they are the ones calling the shots hence why they seemingly get onboard with seemingly crazy ideas.

[ii] At one time, so-called WASPS had much power whereas now as society has integrated and people have intermixed across racial and ethnic and even religious lines they in many ways are nonexistent.  White Catholics were as discriminated against as much as Latino Catholics but I suspect being a white Catholic will not be a saving grace for people in this category.  No, as I said earlier in the week, every illegitimate regime requires its fall guys.  The Nazis had Jews and the modern Democratic-Socialists have white males, especially those above a certain age.  I suspect with all the constant ongoing attacks on Caucasians, a time is going to arise when people will believe it’s okay to eradicate an entire race even though whites have progressed as much as have everyone, have intermarried, and had children with nonwhites, thus bringing about what the human race has long sought, a single, intermixed race of people.  This would be the desirable outcome but I fear there are far too many who seek to punish people of the present for the sins of the past.

  64. 2019 Monday: As international screws tighten on Venezuela’s illegitimate government of Nicolas Maduro, the U.S. Department of Treasury announces new sanctions on the Venezuelan government-owned oil company, the PDVSA.  The hope is this will strangle the criminal government of its main source of income and foreign cash.  We shall see.  Elsewhere, now that the federal government has reopened, President Donald J. Trump accepts House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi’s invitation to give his State of the Union Address on February 5, 2019.

Trump at his impeachment trial occurs.  Beginning tomorrow, two days of questions from senate ‘jurors’ to counsels on both sides will begin.  Elsewhere, Chi-Com authorities report COVID-19 cases are skyrocketing with 1,291 in Hubei Province.   Comrade Xi Jinping informs his lackey in the World Health Organization Dr. Tedros that his country is confident it can beat this ‘devil virus’ (from the United States- you know they’re saying this crap).
  66. 2021 Thursday: DAY NINE OF THE BIDEN REGIME- after Rush Limbaugh says that Joe Biden is the ‘third term of Barack Obama,’ the 46th president- after signing his umpteenth executive order- admits as much.  He says he is reinstituting the Obama agenda and that it is what it is.  Next, CPAC- Conservative Political Action Committee- and the ACU- American Conservative Union slam Politico for trying to strip them of their financial backers.  Meanwhile, Bill O’Reilly tells Newsmax that the Democratic Party’s goal is to break capitalism for good.   Elsewhere, RNC Chairperson Ronna McDaniel says that the GOP is going to remain NEUTRAL in 2024 GOP primary battles.  Of course, Dems say this is going to anger Donald Trump.  Sure.  Uh huh.  They MUST remain neutral; McDaniel cannot behave as Donna Brazile did in 2016 when she favored Hillary Rodham Clinton over Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley.
  67. 2021 Thursday A:  In COVID-19 news, the widow of Larry King says her husband did not succumb to the Xi Jinping Bat Flu.  Next, states are lifting their coronavirus restrictions gradually due to the new variant from South Africa showing up in North Carolina with two cases.   Meanwhile, Virginia U.S. Mark Warner, Democrat, is observing COVID-19 quarantine protocols after being exposed to the disease.  Elsewhere, New York state Attorney General Leticia James is blasting Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo over covering up the number of deaths that occurred in the Empire State’s nursing homes, places where he sent COVID-19-infected patients to recuperate.  She says the governor had approximately 50-percent of the deaths while all the while blaming the federal government and doing chest-thumping by writing a book that made him out to be a hero.  Bon voyage, Governor “Killer” Cuomo.
  68. 2021 Thursday B: A recent poll says that a majority of Americans support first trimester abortion which begs the question as to WHY the Pro-Death movement demands abortions up to delivery and immediately after?  Answer: they profit off the sale of fetal body parts.  Evil.   Meanwhile, a McLaughlin poll says that Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney, Republican, has just 13-percent support for her to seek another term and a 62-percent disapproval rate.  Due to her voting to impeach Donald Trump a second time, GOP support for the out-of-touch congresswoman and GOP House leader has hit rock bottom.  Speaking of which, Florida GOP Congressman Matt Gaetz is going to host a massive Trump rally in the Equality State which is going to further strip her of any hope of re-election.   Elsewhere, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy- who is visiting with Donald Trump in Florida today- has begged his caucus to stop with the infighting.  Kevin, you need to wake up and slap your left-leaning RINO goobers back into line.  Do what Mitch does, moisten your finger, and hold it up high enough to feel which way the wind is blowing.
  69. 2021 Thursday C: President Joe Biden’s promised illegal alien family reunification task force has hit some hurdles and is temporarily delayed.  Next, we are told the Biden administration is following Trump’s lead in staying tough on communist China’s global expansionism plans.  You and Barack could have stopped the militarization of the South China Sea back in your second term and yet, you failed to do this.  Why?   Moving on, Joe Biden signs yet another executive order ending all new fracking permits on public lands which is going to kill thousands more jobs.  Speaking of the elimination of American jobs, Climate Adviser Gina McCarthy says ‘we’re not asking the American people for sacrifices with job losses, it’s just we must save the planet from its crisis.  Thus, millions of jobs- high-paying jobs, no less- are being stripped away in order to keep the American people dependent upon government for their sustenance.
  70. 2021 Thursday D: Speaking of lost jobs, although down from jobless claims of 914,000 the week before, first-time jobless claims are still high at 847,000.  Economists are celebrating that it’s less than last week but folks, as Joe Biden continues rampaging through his executive orders, millions more will be seeking unemployment in the subsequent weeks.  Meanwhile, 4th quarter GDP shows an annual rate of around 4-percent.  We shall see.  Elsewhere, following the ‘little guys’ showing up the BIG GUYS on the stock market what with billions going to virtual day traders who bet big on AMC, GameStop, and Blackberry, TD Ameritrade, Schwab, and Robin Hood have banned any additional trades from the ‘little guys.’  Is that the “American Way?”  WTF?
  71. 2021 Thursday E: Russia reports that Alexei Navalny will remain in a Russian jail until his upcoming trial occurs.   Meanwhile, a Pakistani court orders the killer of journalist Daniel Pearl freed from prison.  Elsewhere, Reuters reports that Proud Boys leader Henry “Enrique” Tarrio has been a high-level FBI informant.  There goes his life.   Next, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says ‘Joe Biden’s immigration policies are causing ‘real problems’ for the country.  Florida Republican Senator Rick Scott wants to know from President Biden exactly what those policies are, how they will be enforced, and any potential damage.
  72. 2021 Thursday F: It appears the FBI- now under the control of Joe Biden- is going after conservative citizen pundits and journalists.  Yesterday, Douglass Mackey of Florida was arrested by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for being little more than an alleged ‘Twitter troll.’  This is crazy.  What’s even crazier is that he was arrested for memes he made in 2016 so four years later- and with a change in the White House- the FBI has gone out and arrested him.  Why?  Meanwhile, in other craziness, the San Francisco school system is spending between $400,000-to-$1,000,000 to rename 44 public schools because of them being named for American presidents and historical figures all of whom have fallen into disfavor in the modern-day Cancel Culture.  Would the money not be better spent getting young people back to school rather than through stupid attempts at indoctrinating a vulnerable population?
  73. 2021 Thursday G: Here are today’s stats for the Wuhan Flu, planet first: 101,211,750 confirmed cases, +627,195, 2,183,269, confirmed deaths, +16,870, and 55,917,570 confirmed recoveries, +318,463.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 25,941,957 confirmed cases, up 172,233 from yesterday’s reporting, 435,432 confirmed deaths, UP 4,110, and 11,166,500 confirmed recoveries, UP- UNKNOWN- same number as yesterday’s.  NOTE- in the White House NINE DAYS, apparently the U.S. will NO longer report the number of recoveries.  Shame on you, Chi-Com Joe.
  74. 2021 Thursday H: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,252,716 confirmed cases, 38,961 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 25,903 confirmed cases, 404 confirmed deaths (not updated in a week), and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 309,604 confirmed cases, 4,294 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other piece of U.S. real estate- Guam: currently, they have 8,537 confirmed cases, 130 confirmed deaths, and 6,707 confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 621,590 confirmed cases, 4,605 confirmed deaths, and 545,342 confirmed recoveries.
  75. 2021 Thursday I:  Here are today’s Stock Market closes: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 30,603.36, UP 300.19 points (+0.99%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,337.16, UP 66.56 points (+0.50%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,787.38, UP 36.61 points (+0.98%).  The price of GOLD is $1,841.80 per troy oz., +3.90 (+0.21%) while the price of SILVER is $26.60 per troy ounce, +0.678 (+2.62%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,080.20 per troy oz, +7.80 (+0.73%) while the price of COPPER is $3.57 per pound, -0.0035 (-0.10%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,310.50 per troy oz, -14.50 (-0.62%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $52.09 per barrel, -0.25 (-0.48%).  Currently, one-dollar U.S. = 6.45 Chi-Com yuan.   Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.82 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 20.21.  Next, $1.00 U.S. = 0.000030 Bitcoin (BTC).
  76. 2021 Thursday J: The Department of Homeland Security continues warning of DOMESTIC TERRORISM which tells us they know something is coming around February 08 because they or their superiors in the Biden administration already have their agent provocateurs ready to go in new FALSE FLAG operations with which to crackdown on the American people even more.   The American people MUST BE VIGILANT for what the administration is going to loose on us.  Meanwhile, President Biden signs another executive order giving the Chi-Coms greater access to the U.S. electric grid.  NOT GOOD.  Next, as the COVID-19 Relief/Stimulus bill continues hitting roadblocks, President Biden is calling Republican senators to get them on his side.  WHY?  He’s adding $4 trillion in additional debt to what we already have.  Where’s the money originating?  Communist China?  You better believe it.  Elsewhere, the Pentagon is evaluating FEMA’s request for military aid in increasing the rollout of Chi-Vi vaccines.
  77. 2021 Thursday K: A few days after announcing her bid for the governorship of Arkansas, Sarah Huckabee Sanders has raised $1 million.   That’s what happens when Donald Trump endorses you.  Next, after meeting with Mr. Trump in Florida, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy says the former president is onboard with retaking the House in 2022.  Speaking of Mr. Trump, a recent McLaughlin poll says that ‘canceling Trump’ is backfiring on those trying to enact it.  Elsewhere, House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi and her chosen girl, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are fearful of their fellow House members.  Mumbles is seeking security funds so Democrats will feel ‘protected.’  What a bunch of losers.  False flag after false flag after false flag.   Meanwhile, in Wyoming at a huge pro-Trump rally, Florida Congresswoman Matt Gaetz rips into fellow Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney.
  78. 2021 Thursday L: UN Secretary General Guterres calls for a “U.S.-People’s Republic of China reset.”   Meanwhile, as President Joe Biden continues scribbling executive orders, one of the ones today overturns the Mexico City Policy forbidding U.S. taxpayer dollars funding FOREIGN BABY CHOP SHOPS.  And this man claims to be a Catholic!  There was a time when popes excommunicated kings, where the hell is Pope Francis?   Next, the White House and Dems nix the GOP idea to break down the COVID-19 Relief/Stimulus Bill.  Sad.   Elsewhere, Senator Martha Blackburn, R-TN, accuses Joe Biden’s EPA nominee Michael Regan of having committed crimes.   Finally, Rush Limbaugh says the ‘GameStop issue is proof of everything being rigged for the elites in America.’
  79. 2021 Thursday M: Senator Dick Durbin, D-IL, throws ‘cold water’ on fellow Democratic Senator Tim Kaine’s idea of seeking censure for former President Donald J. Trump rather than moving ahead with a bogus second impeachment.   Elsewhere, a federal judge refuses bail for a so-called ‘QAnon shaman,’ aka ‘the horned guy’ (Jake Angeli) who sat in Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi’s seat in the U.S. House of Representatives on January 6, 2021, during the Antifa-led Capitol Hill Riots.  Meanwhile, tomorrow is the March for Live- Virtual- in troop-infested Washington, D.C.  Speaking of the U.S. Military (whom we love), the Pentagon says the Taliban is not living up to their promises in the Afghan peace process which means the U.S. will be in that war torn country for at least another four years.  Incredibly sad.  Finally, BIG OIL is seeking an alliance with Biofuels bigwigs as a means of preventing the Biden administration crushing them for good.
  80. 2021 Thursday N: As chef-author Bea O’Malley wrote in three posts between 01-15-to-01-17-2021 a couple of weeks ago, with the feeble Joe Biden administration in office, the Chi-Coms are upping the number of incursions into Taiwanese airspace because Beijing knows ‘Chi-Com Joe’ won’t come to the aid of Taipei.  The Biden administration claims they will defend Japan’s outer islands but we suspect that is a load of hooey, too.  Everyone in Asia- you are on your own.  Yes, times have changed without Trump in office.  Likewise, we expect Russia and Iran to start causing trouble in their neck of the woods soon.

Like most bands, dissension in the ranks can be problematic.  Following Michael Schenker Group’s tour of the Orient, the band returned to Europe and conducted a short tour there.  The manager of the band as well as drummer Cozy Powell thought they needed to beef up the vocalist department which meant Gary Barden should go and that perhaps David Coverdale of Deep Purple and Whitesnake would be a perfect fit.  Schenker being the boss, said, ‘nope,’ he had another choice and that choice was Graham Bonnet.  A short while later, both drummer Powell and keyboardist/guitarist/vocalist Paul Raymond decided it was time to jump ship, both being perpetual wanderers.  A retooled MSG- Michael Schenker (guitars), Graham Bonnet (vocals), and Chris Glen (bass) were joined by Ted McKenna (drums/percussion), and a session keyboardist, Tommy Eyre.  The resulting effort was “Assault Attack” which came out on October 12, 1982.  The album received favorable reviews and the band was back in action.  We hope you will seek this stunning album out and consider making it a part of your growing collection- you will be glad you did.

Trump has something NO other politician could ever dream of: the TRUMP MOVEMENT which encompasses tens of millions of Americans across all political parties and groups

I hope he can find us a good gubernatorial candidate for California because Little Gavin Newsom- Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi’s nephew- is going to go down. We are going to remove this little POS within the next two months. We just need a GREAT GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE with which to replace him, not a John Cox, Neel Kashkari, or a closet liberal bum like “the Losernator.”

“Trump has something NO other politician could ever dream of: the TRUMP MOVEMENT which encompasses tens of millions of Americans across all political parties and groups” by Chef Charles Smithenstein, FMP

WINTER SESSION 2021

BLOG POST #3,742 AT THE AICP-END

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 649

All Trump need do is to continue building the TRUMP MOVEMENT-  his enemies will wish he’d been given his second term by the time he’s done with THEM…

Delano, CA 93216, 01-28-2021 Thursday:  I am glad to see that President Trump has opened an Office of the Former President- www.45office.com- so he can remain in the spotlight.  After what was done to him, he has every reason to crave engagement with the deplorable RINOs and the scumbag Democrats.  Even though some unseen hand is doing its best to censor us by preventing our blog from receiving the views it once enjoyed, we have no intention of abandoning ship, giving up the ghost, or throwing in the towel.  Our email subscribers have increased as have our followers and we are going to continue duking it out with the evil liberals and their criminal agenda until the Biden-Gestapo shows up at our door and takes us away in the middle of the night.

I am glad that President Trump set aside his desire to form a third party.  That is NOT to say that the country would not benefit from a strong third party with which to counter the other two when they go off the rails; however, running as a third party candidate would most likely put another Democrat into office and not a Republican or a third party candidate.

The closest anyone has come to creating a successful third party was Ross Perot, back in the 1990s.  He was popular, he received more votes than any third party candidate in the history of the country ever had with his Reform Party.  He sought office the first time around in 1992 more as a way of defeating then-President George H.W. Bush with whom he had some sort of ‘Texas vendetta’ than actually winning the White House.

However, had he not been so flighty and so mercurial, he might have created the much-needed third party which would be well-entrenched now but that was never what he sought- truly- and I think the thought of actually winning the White House may have terrified him the oil billionaire although he did try again in 1996.

President Trump, however, does not need a third party to win in 2024 nor to make the lives of RINOs and Democratic-Socialists miserable.  No, Donald Trump already has what he needs to succeed, not a ‘third party’ but a movement, the TRUMP MOVEMENT, a movement that draws in people from all existing political parties as well as people who cut across all racial and ethnic lines, religious lines, socioeconomic lines.

Trump pulls them in because they LOVE their country, want it to SUCCEED, and wish to leave a GREAT COUNTRY to their progeny as their inheritance, not one overrun by millions of rampaging illegals with a socialist agenda.

I am sure it is speech such as this that causes our blog to be f**ked with by unseen censors on the Web but folks, we live in a FREE country, a country in which, we have GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS that allow us the right to exercise free flowing speech.  We are not under the grip of a despotic, Chi-Com-loving POS yet but if we fail to cripple the Democratic scum in 2022 and again in 2024 we may very well be (although I doubt it will be ‘Pro-China Joe’ Biden calling the shots).[i]

We must support the TRUMP MOVEMENT by sharing the truth with everyone we can and then some.  Yes, we are facing growing censorship just like we are now facing the ‘rewriting of fake news articles from the past’ with the purpose of sanitizing Democratic-Socialist leaders of today and soon could be vilifying conservatives today by connecting them back to crimes they did not commit.

Moreover, it truly is George Orwell’s “1984,” what with the memory tubes overheating from overuse, the five minutes hate every morning as we get up and exercise to some leftwing transsexual behemoth on our massive flatscreen TV, to the point that if we do, say, or step out of line on anything deemed to be against BIG BROTHER, then we can disappear into the gulags.

I will say this to you: we have no intention of bucking up or bucking down to whatever these scumbags want us to do just as President Donald J. Trump must continue fighting the good battle by leading the TRUMP MOVEMENT forward to victory after compelling victory.

That will do it for today; we will return tomorrow.  Make sure you sign up to follow us on email or as a devoted follower.  We need YOU and we must defeat THEM.

Thank you…

  58. 2019 Sunday: In Orlando, Florida, the AFC wins their third straight Pro-Bowl by beating the NFC by a final score of 26-7.  Elsewhere, following the federal government’s plans on reopening following the standoff between President Trump and House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi means that long-dormant bills might see the light of day.  We shall see.
  59. 2020 Monday: The impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump resumes with the defense putting on its second day of arguments in support of the 45th president.  Some of the points made by the team are devastating for the partisan Democrats seeking to topple him.   Elsewhere, the Chi-Coms send high-ranking officials to Wuhan to investigate WTF is going on there with the COVID-19 epidemic.   Meanwhile, Germany confirms its first case of the rapidly spreading virus.
  60. 2021 Wednesday: Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo joins the conservative Washington, D.C., think tank, the Hudson Institute.  They are proud to have him and look forward to a glorious future.  Mr. Pompeo raises warnings about Beijing’s control over the current ‘president.’  Meanwhile, the GOP is attempting to respond in real time to all the moves the Biden administration is rapidly doing.  We hope so because ‘President’ Biden is going to ruin the country if not stopped.   Speaking of Biden-initiated damage, Senator Steve Daines says that ‘Biden is returning America to the 1970s’ when we were dependent upon foreign countries for our supply of energy.  We must fight all the bogus Climate Change executive orders the senile 46th president is forcing down the throats of the American people.  Elsewhere, sniveling left-wing groups are braying for Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene’s resignation over past remarks ‘advocating violence’ against Democratic leaders such as drooling octogenarian House Speaker Nancy “Mumbles” Pelosi.  Grow up and shut up.
  61. 2021 Wednesday A: ‘President’ Joe Biden calls Texas GOP Congressman Chip Roy ‘un-American’ after Congressman Roy said, more of less of the 46th president’s mask mandate that #46 could kiss his rear end. So what?  What Democrats said about Trump was far worse so ‘Beijing Biden’ should STFU.  Next, ‘President’ Biden says he’s going to reopen the Obamacare markets so people can rush out and get them some Obamacare once again.  Wow.  Speaking of ‘Beijing Biden,’ people are curious as to WHY he remains MUM on Chi-Com repression as well as its continued lies that ‘Wuhan virus no come from Wuhan but come from outside China.  No good Imperialist running dog Yankee send this crap to PRC and then blame us.’  Sure we did, sure.  Meanwhile, a new poll suggests Americans are growing eager to receive their vaccine for the Xi Jinping Bat Flu.  NOT us, we are content to wait at the very back of the line, after felons, illegal aliens, and foreign countries.
  62. 2021 Wednesday B: YouTube extends its ban on former President Donald J. Trump.  Next, Google plans to launch a new Website in Australia amid content payment battle between the massive search engine and the Australian government.   Meanwhile, BOTH Twitter and Facebook are attempting to make it appear that they are ‘neutral’ by shutting down some Antifa and other leftist groups accounts.  All in a day’s work.  Speaking of Antifa, journalist Andy Ngo is returning to the relative safety in England over death threats spewing from the pie holes of Antifa thugs.  Mr. Ngo says the authorities in the U.S. have done nothing about the threats, even when he provided them with personal information.  That’s left-leaning America for you.
  63. 2021 Wednesday C: Once again, the Cancel Culture strikes as famed conservative pitcher, World Series winner and advocate for autistic children, Steve Schilling denied a place in the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame.  Elsewhere, a Wisconsin pharmacist- Steve Brandenburg- who corrupted more than 500 doses of the vaccine for the Chi-Vi pleaded guilty in a federal court to multiple charges, each of which carries a 10-year-maximum penalty.  Apparently, he subscribed to ‘conspiracy theories’ and ‘alternative histories,’ which seems to be a common charge nowadays but we do not condone what he did.  Speaking of COVID-19, a recent CDC study shows ‘low spread of the virus in schools.’  Thus, the question- why are the schools still closed?
  64. 2021 Wednesday D: A coalition of left-wing activists launch a campaign in support of ‘President’ Joe Biden’s immigration reform bill meaning allow in millions of illegals, make them citizens, and give them all benefits while everyone pays for it.  Elsewhere, in New York City, a NYPD officer is recovering in the hospital after being shot in the low back by a perp the night before.  Of course, Mayor Bill Di Blasio shows ‘concern.’  Meanwhile, a hostage situation at a children’s hospital in Austin, Texas, leaves two people dead.   Next, New York Republican lawmakers introduce a bill to help restaurant owners and employees in their state even if Governor Andrew “Killer” Cuomo won’t.   Speaking of corrupt governors, a Southern California GOP group calls for incompetent Golden State Governor Gavin Newsom to resign.
  65. 2021 Wednesday E: ‘President’ Joe Biden signs three executive orders today- all dealing with racial equity and climate change- bringing the number of orders signed in the first eight days to 40- an unheard of number- which tells us he does not expect to continue without opposition for much longer.  Opposition from where?  No one knows.  Elsewhere, Goldman-Sachs CEO David Solomon receives a pay cut of $10 million over his firm’s ties to the 1MDB Malaysian bribery scandal.   Speaking of corruption, a UK lawmaker is accusing HSBC of aiding the Chi-Coms in their Hong Kong crackdown.
  66. 2021 Wednesday F: Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, Democrat, says ‘Democrats should set aside impeachment and seek censure of former President Donald J. Trump.  Meanwhile, former Trump White House Chief of State Mark Meadows says that President Biden is putting America last with all his executive orders.   Elsewhere, religious liberties advocates are fearful over the ‘tumultuous days ahead under the Biden administration.’   Next, the Netherlands are facing the worst civil unrest in four decades as people have grown increasingly angry over the harsh China Virus lockdowns and restrictions in that Western European nation.
  67. 2021 Wednesday G: A U.S. terrorism alert- political violence might be coming.  Of course, political violence is coming and they know it: another false flag operation around the time the U.S. Senate conducts the second Trump impeachment trial, Antifa violence with members dressed as Trump supporters once again, hence why 7,000 National Guard troops remain in Washington, D.C.  WHEN the Antifa violence erupts, the Democrats will use it as yet another pretext for taking more rights away from the American people.  ALL Trump supporters MUST avoid any public demonstrations.  Speaking of former President Trump, his popularity among Republicans is at 81-percent. Meanwhile, Rep. Andy Biggs, R-AZ, says Joe Biden’s immigration policies (or lack thereof) are drawing armies of illegals to the southern border.   Elsewhere,  in the first week of the Biden administration, we see loss of tens of thousands of jobs, tens of thousands more dead from the Chinese Virus, and SIX MILLION more returned to the Food Stamp rolls after a steep decline in Food Stamp use under the previous administration thanks to a booming economy.
  68. 2021 Wednesday H: Actress Cloris Leachman dies at age 94.  Elsewhere, U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken sees a ‘long road ahead to an Iran deal.’  We already had one- choke them out of existence.  No wonder Israel is on high alert regarding the Islamic Republic.  However, new Secretary of State Blinken seeks a close cooperation with the Chi-Coms which is understandable because both he and his boss, President Joe Biden have benefitted from Chi-Com largesse.  Spooky.  Elsewhere, Dick Morris tells Newsmax TV that the Biden administration is WRONG in banning the 1776 Commission.  We concur.
  69. 2021 Wednesday I: Here are the numbers for the Xi Jinping Bat Flu- Pelosi Pox:  Here are the statistics for the planet as a whole: 100,739,720 confirmed cases, +538,462, 2,170,237, confirmed deaths, +15,707, and 55,684,777 confirmed recoveries, +367,853.  Next, here are the stats for the United States, the intended target of the Chinese-engineered Wuhan Virus pandemic: 25,769,724 confirmed cases, up 165,678 from yesterday’s reporting, 431,377 confirmed deaths, UP 4,253, and 11,166,500 confirmed recoveries, UP- UNKNOWN- same number as yesterday’s.
  70. 2021 Wednesday J: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-the Elemental News of the Day employs chef-bloggers- California, Hawaii, and Washington- here are the stats, California first: 3,234,088 confirmed cases, 38,224 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Next here are the numbers for Hawaii: 25,903 confirmed cases, 404 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Finally, here are the stats for leftist-Marxist-socialist hellhole of Washington: 307,880 confirmed cases, 4,245 confirmed deaths, and NO MENTION of confirmed recoveries.  Let us look at one other state: Vermont: currently, they have 11,379 confirmed cases, 172 confirmed deaths, and 7,696 confirmed recoveries.  Now that Mo has relocated to Israel, let’s look at the statistics there: 621,590 confirmed cases, 4,605 confirmed deaths, and 542,345 confirmed recoveries.
  71. 2021 Wednesday K:  Here are today’s Stock Market closes: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 30,303.17, DOWN 633.87 points (-2.05%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 13,270.60, DOWN 335.47 points (-2.61%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,750.77, DOWN 98.85 points (-2.57%).  The price of GOLD is $1,837.70 per troy oz., -7.20 (-0.39%) while the price of SILVER is $25.24 per troy ounce, -0.144 (-0.57%).  The price of PLATINUM is $1,069.70 per troy oz, -9.30 (-0.86%) while the price of COPPER is $3.54 per pound, -0.02 (-0.56%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,310.50 per troy oz, -14.50 (-0.62%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $52.39 per barrel, -0.46 (-0.87%).  Currently, one-dollar U.S. = 6.48 Chi-Com yuan.   Meanwhile, one-dollar U.S. = 0.83 euros and in Mexican pesos equals 20.28.  Next, one American dollar equals 0.000033 Bitcoin.
  72. 2021 Wednesday L: Fed Chairman Jerome Powell said virus uncertainty remains high and called on Congress to pass more stimulus to boost the U.S. Economy.   Yet, the country is trillions of dollars in debt.  The best way to repair the damage caused by the Wuhan Virus is to REOPEN the economy, permit the American people to return to work, seal the borders to all illegal aliens, and offer low-cost recovery loans like what happened following the San Francisco Earthquake (the original one) and subsequent fire.  That is how Bank of America became as powerful and as big as they are.  In other news, the FBI arrested journalist Doug Mackey today for political memes he shared online back in 2016.  WTF?  Is this man a CRIMINAL?
  73. 2021 Wednesday M: Here are the numbers for the Super Lotto Draw #3529 with a $15 million jackpot on the line: 09, 10, 16, 30, 46, and Mega 13.  Out of 117,151 winning tickets, the highest winners were three people who had FIVE numbers but no Mega for a prize of $12,297 apiece.  One ticket was sold at Circle K at El Cajon, CA, 92019, the next at the Dollar Plus and Party Supplies, in Vallejo, CA 94589, and the third at the Wen’s Donut and Bakery, South El Monte, CA 91733.  Next, here are the results for the Powerball Draw #815 with a pot of $20 million up for grabs- 17, 33, 35, 42, 52, and Powerball 09.  Out of 54,394 winning tickets, the highest winners were two people who had FOUR numbers plus the Powerball for a prize of $14,217 apiece.
  74. 2021 Wednesday N: DAY EIGHT OF THE BIDEN REGIME- please stick around to discover what the hell is going on within our great country and around the world…

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

The powerhouse touring act the Michael Schenker Group went to Japan and did what every other rock and roll band worth its salt did and that was record their shows at the famed Budokan Auditorium.  Thus, on February 05, 1982, “One Night at Budokan” hit record store shelves and boy oh boy oh boy, what an album!  Joining the combustible German guitarist are bassist Chris Glen (from the Sensational Alex Harvey Band), Cozy Powell (drums/percussion), Gary Barden (vocals), and the famed Paul Raymond of Chicken Shack, Savoy Brown, and UFO fame on keyboards/guitars/and vocals.  The band roars through a blazing set featuring their music with a few choice tidbits plucked from the UFO catalog from whence Schenker and Raymond had come.  We definitely hope everyone will seek this one out at whatever fine venue you shop for the absolute best in amazing rock and roll, the kind that sounds good swirling out the window of your sports car in downtown Oildale, California, on a hot summer’s day.

We need uniform elections at all levels but House Resolution 1 will forever codify the criminal activity that threw the 2020 Elections to the Democrats

We also must use paper ballots with the election machines that served us so well in the past, NOT this Dominion Voting Systems crap out of Canada, punch the hole for your candidate, ballot measure, and whatever else, hand it over to the official, watch it dropped in the secure ballot box, receive your receipt, and then the chain of custody is observed throughout the entire process.

WINTER SESSION 2021

BLOG POST #3,741 AT THE AICP-END

DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2022: 650

With Dems controlling the U.S. Senate, the For the People Act[i] of 2019- H.R. 1, could very soon become the law of the land

Delano, CA 93216, 01-27-2021 Wednesday:  Dear readers, my colleagues and I are big proponents of a UNIFORM elections system, one that would have federal ‘guidance’ but not be under the federal government’s control other than a National Voter Data Base with a National Voter ID card, a card that cannot be hacked, corrupted, or counterfeited, chip-embedded, enhanced, and with the latest magnetic stripe technology.  In much the same way parents get their kids Social Security cards by the time they are preteens, so, too, would the National Voter ID Card become available a month before one turns the age of 18.  This card would be carried throughout one’s entire life, it would have a different number than one’s Social Security card so if a thief were able to get one or the other, he, she, or it would be unable to tap into one’s entire personal and/or professional life.

Like a driver’s license, the card would be updated every four years with an updated photo and a thumb print.  One’s address, political party, and voting history as far as the elections in which one voted would be available to the polling place officials.  One’s historical choice of candidates and one’s choice of ballot measures and propositions would not be on the card, only the fact that you are a member of X party, that you voted at this polling place in this state on this date and time so that you could not, say, drive up from Florida and into Georgia and vote a second, third, or fourth time.

If you have homes in two, three, four, or more places around the country, you can vote ONLY in ONE PLACE ON A NATIONAL ELECTION.[ii]  Any subsequent attempts would be considered felony voter fraud with a term of 15-20 years in a federal prison.  The penalties must be onerous enough to dissuade election fraudsters from recruiting illegal aliens, felons, dead people, and other miscreants or foreign nationals from interfering in what is the MOST IMPORTANT RIGHT citizens in a free society possess: the right to vote for one’s leaders.

Besides that, ALL VOTING must be in person with the card.  If one requires an absentee ballot, one must visit the county clerk’s office, make the request, swipe the National Voter ID Card, provide your thumb print, fill it out the paper ballot and hand it over.  Nice, neat, done.  Likewise, the military ballots, wherever one is stationed in the world, one follows the same course as the United States Marine Corps does with its pay rules.

The Marines designate a ‘pay officer’ every payday and pay must be handed over in cash.[iii]  Each recipient signs his or her name.  The pay is made via ranks, from top to bottom.  This was typical during the Vietnam War, even during the Battle of Khe Sanh when the NVA scum were launching rockets and mortar rounds.   When it was payday, it was payday and in between incoming artillery rounds, pay was paid.

Likewise, so, too, should one do the same when it comes to voting.  Go to the elections officer, vote, and then he or she transmits the results back to the states which in this case would be electronic.

Military personnel stationed abroad should be able to vote one month early so the voting results can be sent in with time to spare.  Thus, we would not have hardcore BLUE counties choosing to ‘overlook’ the military ballots until ‘after the election’ so as to discount them while pushing illegal aliens, transients, criminals, and the deceased ahead of them.

Even in times of global pandemic, people must otherwise show up to vote.  If voting sites observe proper hygiene and health standards, the 2020 Presidential Election and 2020 Elections would have been fine to conduct in person.  They did it during the Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918-19, for God’s Sake.  Like a 1.4-percent transmittal rate of the good old Xi Jinping Bat Flu at restaurants, eateries, and bars, so, too, would there be little to no danger of people contracting the Chi-Com virus when voting in person.  Wear a mask, gloves if you like, but vote in person.

Similarly, NO mail-in ballots, NO drop boxes, and NO ballot harvesting, no, no, and no.  No electioneering at voting sites, no blacking out the windows, running poll watchers out, no stopping the counting in midstride so when one candidate is in the midst of winning a historic landslide, the crooked and corrupt election officials cannot figure out the numbers with which they need to supplant the other person’s vote tallies and then truck in a massive number of ballots with which to overturn the landslide and throw it to the other guy.

Once again, for anyone attempting to bypass the chain of custody, the term in federal prison should be 15-20 years so as to discourage the hirelings and underlings recruited so as to shield those farther up the ladder from prosecution from committing election fraud.[iv]

The reason for the harsh punishment is the same reasoning behind say, like you’re driving through the American Midwest, Iowa, for example, and you see signs along the highway saying, “IF YOU HIT A ROAD CONSTRUCTION WORKER, YOU WILL DO TEN YEARS IN STATE PRISON.”  There are no ifs, ands, or buts unless maybe you had a heart attack and lost control of one’s car.  For everyone else it is what it is, you do the crime, you do the time.   Knowing what the penalties are ahead of time truly makes everyone drive just that much better.

Now, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, she wants House Resolution 1, a resolution that will permit the federal level to codify and solidify the same systems as stole the election last November.  The Democrats want to impose a criminal system upon all of us just as long as they have a 10-seat majority in the House, a 50/50 split in the Senate (where at least 4-5 RINOs[v]– including the opposition leader, Mitch McConnell- sit), and a cowardly U.S. Supreme Court chief justice.

If it becomes law, it’s game, set, match, U.S. over and done.  We must stop this.  ALL of us.

“We need uniform elections at all levels but House Resolution 1 will forever codify the criminal activity that threw the 2020 Elections to the Democrats” by Chef Charles Smithenstein, FMP

Wednesday, January 27, 2021:

ENDNOTES:

[i] This monstrosity passed the House on 03-09-2019 and has been awaiting a Democrat takeover of the U.S. Senate.  Well, they have it now.

[ii] And there is nothing wrong in each state issuing a similar card for statewide elections.  In doing this, if one has houses in multi states, one can vote in those statewide and local elections, maybe another card for local races.  You swipe all three cards and you are given the three separate ballots.  This would satisfy those who say what about NOT being able to vote in various local and state elections if one lives in 2-3 or more locales.  It would be something to hammer out.  The important thing is protecting ALL elections security.

[iii] Although the ‘cash’ can be in the form of some ‘in-theater’ military cash.

[iv] I find it extremely despicable that Democrats hire lower-income minorities to carry out their voter fraud schemes.  In some cases, investigators are fearful of going after minorities whereas others use them as fall guys and gals.  I find it sad that the states with GOP legislatures did not begin going after people on the bottom by dragging them into interrogation rooms and getting them to flip on their higher-ups.  This would have toppled the entire 2020 Election theft schemes.

[v] The RINOs- Susan Collins, Pat Toomey (he’s leaving), Ben Sasse, Lisa Murkowski, and Mitt Romney need to get run out of town on a rail- after being tarred and feathered.
