Trump and the GOP.
  56. 2020 Tuesday A: NATO warns the organization that withdrawal from Afghanistan could pose heightened dangers for the West.  Leaving troops there another 10 years is not going to make things any better.  President Trump is trying to speed up the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the crap-hole country.  Meanwhile, late last night, the SpaceX Dragon crew capsule docked with the International Space Station- congratulations, SpaceX!  Elsewhere, the U.S. Senate grills Mutt and Jeff- Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter’s Jack Dorsey- over their ongoing attempts to censor things they don’t like including President Donald J. Trump’s words.  We learn of a program called Centra that allows the ‘social media twerps’ to follow their users across a variety of social media spectrums compiling dossiers on every user of their sites.  Not only is this dangerous, it is outright EVIL as none of these little closet fairies has any right to censor anyone, much less track anyone across the World Wide Web.  Senators, do your duty and break them up as well as Google and deport Sundar Pichai and his family back to Bangladesh or wherever the hell the scumbag emanates.
  57. 2020 Tuesday B: Tonight’s Mega-Millions Draw #1608 with a $135 million jackpot on the line- here are the numbers- 08, 13, 35, 46, 68, and Mega 16.  The highest winners were two people who had four numbers plus the Mega for a prize of $9,515 apiece.

  59. 2020 Tuesday D: Next, in the three states in which, the world-famous American Institute of Culinary Politics-The Elemental News of the Day employs chef-authors, California, Hawaii, and Washington, here are the stats, Golden State first: 1,051,642 confirmed cases, 18,317 confirmed deaths, but as is the norm, NO mention of confirmed recoveries.  Next, here are the stats for the Aloha State: 16,711 confirmed cases, 222 confirmed deaths, and today, NO mention of confirmed recoveries- that’s unusual.  Finally, in the Ever Red, uh, we mean, the Evergreen State, here are the stats: 139,275 confirmed cases, 2,664 confirmed deaths, but like California, the thuggish governor, Jay Inslee, won’t share the number of confirmed recoveries.  Shame on these flipping Democrats.  Let’s take a look at one more state, Louisiana: 207,685 confirmed number of cases, 6,156  confirmed number of deaths, but no mention of confirmed number of recoveries- that’s Governor John Bel Edwards for you.  Let us look at Israel’s numbers now that Mo and his wife are relocating there.  Here they are: 325,537 confirmed cases, 2,736 confirmed deaths, and 313,643 confirmed recoveries.
  60. 2020 Tuesday E: Here are today’s Stock Market closes: DOW Jones Industrial Average: 29,783.35, DOWN 167.09 points (-0.56%).  Next, the NASDAQ: 11,899.34, DOWN 24.79 points (-0.21%).  Finally, here are the stats for the S&P 500: 3,609.53, DOWN 17.38 points (-0.48%).  The price of GOLD is $1,880.40 per troy oz., -4.70 (-0.25%) while the price of SILVER is $24.56 per troy ounce, -0.091 (-0.37%).  The price of PLATINUM is $933.40 per troy oz, -3.70 (-0.39%) while the price of COPPER is $3.20 per pound, +0.007 (+0.22%).  The price of PALLADIUM is $2,326.50 per troy oz., -18.60 (-0.79%).  The price of Light Sweet Crude Oil is $41.22 per barrel, -0.21 (-0.51%).  Today, COCOA is $2,435.00 per metric ton, -0.82 (-3.26).  As for currency, one U.S. dollar = 6.56 communist Chinese yuan.  By contrast, one U.S. dollar = 0.84 euros.  Communist China manipulates its currency, a known fact which is why the world must disengage with them and bring our supply chain home- ASAP.

ALBUM OF THE DAY AT THE AICPENDBLOG.COM:

Seeing as how Foreigner was going through some ‘unprofitable changes,’ the band’s record company stepped in and released the group’s first live album, “Classic Hits Live/Best of Live” on November 16, 1993.  The album contained classic live tunes culled from performances between 1977 and 1985 so you have the following lineup of personnel: Mick Jones (guitars), Ian McDonald (guitars, vocals, keyboards, and horns), Al Greenwood (keyboards), Ed Gagliardi (bass, vocals), Dennis Elliot (drums), Lou Gramm (vocals), and Rick Wills (bass).  Every song is smoking hot so for fans of the band, this was a godsend whereas for others, they gave it passing note in the same way they did the Bad Company of the 1990s.  We like it so you understand what that means, seek it out, give it a listen, and determine if it’s right for you- you won’t find much better.

More Californians voted STRAIGHT REPUBLICAN TICKET on Election Day and yet, President Trump ‘lost’ our state? I simply don’t believe it

Here in California, the Trump administration smacked the Democrats down as in banning the Golden State’s ability to have its own emissions standards for automobiles sold within the state. Prior to President Trump, every new car had to meet draconian standards which could add anywhere from $3,000 to $10,000 per vehicle.

FALL SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,670 AT THE AICP-END

ELECTION DAY 2020 PLUS FOURTEEN

Donald Trump must win this election as otherwise, Gov. Gavin Newsom is going to punish citizens of the state big-time…

Century City, CA, 90067, 11-17-2020 Tuesday: I think this election has taken millions of voters by surprise because everyone who was going to vote for President Donald J. Trump felt that we were on the cusp of one of the all-time great election victories, greater than 1972, 1980, 1984, and even 1988.  We thought there was NO way the Democrats- with a ticket of former Vice President Joseph R. Biden and Senator Kamala Harris- could best the Trump-Pence ticket.  I mean, look at the 45th president’s accomplishments, more jobs, higher wages, energy independence, less rules and regulations, greater opportunities for upward advancement, higher home sales, auto sales, new businesses blooming all over the place.  Economic activity was at its apogee and no one on the other side had anything to offer other than a return to the Obama-Biden era malaise.

Likewise, the onerous smog emissions, if one’s catalytic converter gives out- the piece of equipment each car in the state is required to possess in order to pass a smog check with which to register a vehicle- one’s car could wind up on the scrap pile if one doesn’t have $5,000 to $10,000 to purchase a new one.  Who’s car is worth that kind of cash unless it’s a Maserati?

One of the most thieved items throughout the state are catalytic converters because criminals can get BIG PRICES for them.  The problem is, getting the car smogged once one has a purloined catalytic converter in their car is nigh impossible.  You see, if the serial numbers don’t match up to what the car originally had under its hood and with no explicit bill of sale showing from whence the replacement catalytic converter emanates, one can easily wind up doing time in one of the Golden State’s hellhole prisons.

Even with Trump in the White House, we still have to undergo the farce of getting our cars smogged so we can register them and again, if the catalytic converter goes out, one is s**t out of luck, but at least Sacramento could no longer mandate different emissions standards for new cars and that brought down the price of new vehicles, thanks again to President Trump.

However, Sacramento will always find a way to get around any roadblock so if one has an older vehicle, say 20-or-more years old, 2020 automobile and truck registrations went up by $100-150 so one is screwed anyway.

Our state is in such dire circumstances what with every nickel going to fund CalPERS, the state’s public employees’ retirement system while whatever’s left going into California High-Speed Rail, something that is no closer to competition today than when the political hacks first began pushing it 25-30 years ago.

Everyone in this state understands that California High-Speed Rail is the feeding trough at which, Democrats and RINOs alike feed their ravenous snouts.  It has proceeded at a snail’s pace, creeping along, disrupting the lives of countless Californians who are never sure of which route the doomed project is going to take and whose properties remain at risk of being claimed by eminent domain, confiscation, or not.  Property owners in the area in which, the route could come through cannot make improvements to their properties and thus they wither and die on the vine.

Such is life in California and if President Trump fails to pull a victory out of the jaws of defeat, many Californians fear our state government is going to punish us.  More people voted for not only President Trump but the GOP here in the state so Governor Gavin “The Smiler” Newsom will punish us in a variety of ways like slapping still more COVID-19 restrictions and lockdowns upon us.  The little POS is a wannabe dictator to be sure.

Thanks for joining me today- I will see you all tomorrow unless one of Governor Newsom’s hit squads of Antifa thugs shows up outside my house.
