296. TODAY IN HISTORY—THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2020

U. 1942 Thursday: The first troop ships sail out of Scotland, bound for Vichy French territory in Algeria and at the port city of Oran. The Allies were underway with driving the Axis out of North Africa. On the Eastern Front, fighting in Stalingrad continues to rage as the Germans are in a position to seize the Red October and Barricades factories while the other tractor factory also is within their grasp. According to historian Geoffrey Jukes, the toll is horrendous with the Germans losing one full division every five days or less while Russian units- 37th Guards, 308th and 193rd Infantry Divisions of the 82nd Army could field little more than two hundred men.

  54. 2015 Thursday: In Iraq, the first U.S. soldier killed in the nation since 2010 occurs during a rescue mission that liberated 70 captives from an ISIS prison where they were facing execution by the Islamist thugs.  Elsewhere, Russian President Vladimir Putin suggests to President Barack Obama that ‘the U.S. and Russia could coordinate on airstrikes designed to wipe the ISIS thugs off the map.’  Seems like the Obama administration had no problem working with the Russkies…speaking of military matters, President Obama vetoes a $612 billion defense spending bill.  Go figure.
  55. 2016 Saturday: As Iraqi forces draw closer to the city of Mosul, held by the ISIS thugs, fighting increases along the roads leading to the city as the jihadist thugs set off IEDs, ambushes, and use human shields to cover their tracks during attacks.  Still, the Iraqi military is doing one hell of a job.   Elsewhere, Jessica Drake becomes the 11th woman to accuse of GOP presidential nominee Donald J. Trump of sexual improprieties.  Where is she NOW?  Once the election is over and Trump wins, all his accusers evaporate like the crap they are.  Finally, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani blasts the behavior of the two presidential candidates during their final debate.  “Did you see the way they acted?”  At least our elections are somewhat fair, you Iranian POS.

Trump mulls whether he should appoint Fed Chair Janet Yellen to another term.  He would eventually decide against it.  Elsewhere, the Chi-Coms in an act of virtue signaling claim they are going to close tens of thousands of factories to combat air pollution.  (They are just going to rely on their Uighur concentration camps instead).
  57. 2018 Monday: National Security Adviser John Bolton meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin after the president suggests the U.S. could withdraw from the arms limitations treaty in which the two nations are engaged.  President Trump is concerned the Russians are reneging on their promises and worse, the Chi-Coms are not a part of the treaty so they are going all out on building their military at a fever pitch.  Meanwhile, the Trump administration plans to expand religious exemptions to ‘birth control coverage’ which in leftist speak means ABORTION.  Why should any religious organization be forced by governmental edict to provide abortions or abortifacients to employees?  It’s insane.
  58. 2019 Tuesday: In Game 1 of the 2019 World Series, the Washington Nationals beat the Houston Astros 5-4 in Houston.  Meanwhile, the British Parliament approves the Brexit deal but refuses to fast-track the deal to sever ties by the October 31 deadline for the move.  Elsewhere, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish dictator Recep Tayyip Erdogan approve a deal by which BOTH nations will monitor former Kurdish territory along the border between Turkey and Syria.
  59. 2020 Thursday: Despite threats by Senate Democrats, Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to become the next U.S. Supreme Court associate justice is expected to advance early next week.  Elsewhere, we continue learning that- like usual- numerous foreign nation states and independent contractors are interfering in our upcoming elections.  We learn that Iran has managed to steal voter information and has been catfishing emails making them appear to come from the Proud Boys threatening them to vote for Trump or else.  Meanwhile, Congressman Jim Jordan, R-OH, says it’s ‘no brainer as to why the Iranians want “Pro-China Joe” Biden to win on November 3.
  60. 2020 Thursday A: Tonight is the final debate between candidates Donald J. Trump and “Pro-China Joe” Biden.  Ahead of the debate, the president releases excerpts from an interview he did with Leslie Stahl of “60 Minutes” fame, leading her network to go ballistic.  He points out that the difference between his interview with the decrepit, aging newswoman and the one his opponent did with another interviewer was like night and day.  Why these people have so much hate toward the current president is beyond many people’s comprehension.  Speaking of President Trump, Rasmussen says the commanding lead of 12 points or more that “Pro-China Joe” Biden held as little as two weeks ago is now down to three points.  Not looking good for the Democrats.
  61. 2020 Thursday B: Facebook’s little Mark Zuckerberg and his clone Jack Dorsey at Twitter (aka ‘Shitter’) receive subpoenas to appear before the Senate and to answer questions as to why they are such left-wing POS who believe they can control the flow of information.  They have allowed every hateful piece of disinformation on President Donald J. Trump to appear uncensored but anyone talking about “Pro-China Joe” Biden or his crackhead son, Hunter, you get ‘disappeared.’  This BS must stop.

  66. 2020 Thursday G: The final presidential debate is in the books and it was a good one.  We must say to Kristen Welker- the moderator- that she did a stellar job and that that POS Chris Wallace could learn much from her.  Both men held their own, loads of information was delivered, and it is up to everyone to determine whom they believe to be more truthful and whom they believe to be the winner.  We will find out on November 3.
  67. 2020 Thursday H: We always encourage everyone to stick around and find out with us whatever it is the Beijing bullies and their Democratic Party flunkies are up to today- you know they are doing something to steal the election…

Should the Democrats win on Nov. 3, subsequent moves to quickly seize and hold on to power will astound the casual observer just as will the retribution they will mete out to their real and/or suspected enemies

Unless you pay attention to this sort of thing until the day comes when YOU do, you may not be clear as to the bias that seems to exist among all moderators- even from Fox News Channel (hint-hint, Chris Wallace )- against anyone right of center. I mean, it’s curious as to WHY Republicans seeking a presidential nomination would agree to have moderators from CNN, MSNBC, ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, even C-SPAN and/or CNBC moderate primary debates? It makes no sense because all these left-wing hacks want to see them DESTROYED.

FALL SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,644 AT THE AICP-END

12 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Why do conservatives always submit to leftists?

Bakersfield, CA 93304, 10-22-2020 Thursday:  Tonight’s the night- if it comes off- of the third presidential debate[i] (well, actually the second one as the virtual charade did not occur following President Trump’s Chi-Vi affliction) hosted by Kirsten Welker, a BIG DEM, someone everyone is questioning as to HOW someone such as she- good friend of the Obamas- is given the reins of the debate?

I am telling you; all future presidential debates must be hashed out between lawyers for both candidates and this fraudulent Presidential Debate Commission must be disbanded for the POS entity that it is.  I mean, who picks these people to sit on what should be an IMPARTIAL body of scholars, educators, and political scientists.[ii]

Likewise, I agree with something Senator Ted Cruz said a week or two ago on Fox News Channel- Jesse Watters’ or Judge Jeanine’s program- that all future debates contain one liberal and one conservative moderator who will have equal time shooting questions and that all primary debates of either party have moderators who plan on voting for at least one of the contenders should he or she win the nomination.

Unless you pay attention to this sort of thing until the day comes when YOU do, you may not be clear as to the bias that seems to exist among all moderators- even from Fox News Channel (hint-hint, Chris Wallace[iii])- against anyone right of center.

No, disband the commission and allow representatives of the various candidates to hash out the number of debates, the times, the places, and the moderators.   I mean, the Democrats would never submit to having someone such as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, or Tucker Carlson moderate one of their events so why do Republicans permit the Democrats to moderate theirs?   Things MUST change which everyone hopes will, should Trump and the Republicans dominate next month’s elections.

Over the past day or two, I have been saying that I was going to share some views as to what is at stake on November 3 and that if people vote incorrectly- OR if the Democrats and their Chi-Com masters are successful in stealing the elections- what will soon follow in the election’s immediate aftermath.   Don’t think that the Democrats won’t be swift in moving to gain complete control of the American people.

First, the Biden-Harris (or Harris-Biden) administration will pack the U.S. Supreme Court IF they win complete control of the Senate.  IF they steal the elections, they most assuredly will win the Senate by winning Senate elections in Arizona, Colorado, South Carolina, maybe Kentucky, Michigan, while holding onto what they already have.

They will emplace another four-to-eight justices on the Supreme Court which will be reliable left-of-center votes on every issue no matter what it is.  Combined with the three hardcore leftist justices on the court now- PLUS the shaky Chief Justice John Roberts- they will be able to rubber stamp every left-wing issue coming before them.

They will also add additional leftist judges to the lower federal courts and in places where they might have lost control, they will expand the numbers of judges on those courts.  Add to that the making of Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia[iv]  into new states- as well as the possibility of also adding Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, they will have a further cadre of four to eight new Democratic U.S. senators.

I think they will immediately add members to the FCC[v] so they can control or eliminate right-wing Talk Radio by re-imposing the ‘Fairness Doctrine’ as well as extending it to conservative news outlets on cable news or via subscription (Levin TV, the Blaze, and others like them), they will effectively eliminate opposing views and will force everyone to getting out their messages or be forced into becoming ‘pirate radio or TV stations’ by broadcasting from out beyond the government’s reach in international waters.

Something else I suspect they will do will be to enlist social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and others like them, as well as online marketplaces such as Amazon.com, eBay, or others like them to report on any searches, threads, messaging, or purchases they consider to be suspicious.[vi]  In essence, they would become willing henchmen-and-women of the FCC and of BIG BROTHER and would keep an eye on everyone just as in-house technology such Alexa[vii] and other similar devices would.

In essence, we would be living in the world George Orwell predicted in his book “1984.”  How soon would it be before our TV screens woke us up, forcing us to exercise and to participate in the five minutes of hate or whatever it was the omnipotent and omnipresent government forced the inhabitants of that world to do every day?  Where the heck’s my ‘victory gin?’

See you tomorrow.

Working Chef, ACF

This is a caricature of me back in the 1980’s when I was a middle-aged chef working at a Grand Hotel in Southern California as crafted by well-known Bakersfield, California, street artist, Simone.  I began my culinary career in the early 1960’s after having spent some time in the United States Army.  Presently, I am still working at a local country club somewhere in Kern County.  We here at the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day are all professional food service business owners and/or personnel.  We seek to educate the rest of the world as to the powerful political entities we are, which is why we invite everyone- including YOU- to join us here daily.

We continue offering albums by one of Britain’s greatest bands, Fleetwood Mac, a band with a long history and a much-longer list of musicians going through its ranks.  Their twenty-first album, “Mirage,” came out on June 18, 1982, and showed the band going through a period of growth while retaining the hit-making format. This album is one all fans of the band are going to want as it contained some of their most memorable tunes in several years.  We love and know that you will, too, so please seek it out wherever you shop for the absolute best in rock music.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] The third debate- moderated by ‘journalist’ Kirsten Welker will occur tonight at Nashville’s Belmont University.   The debate is hosted by NBC News which should tell everyone all they need to know about the ‘impartiality’ of the moderator (yeah, right!).  I would suggest that any moderator giving the questions to one of the debaters ahead of time should be one year in county jail.  That would foil scumbags such as Donna Brazile and I suspect Chris Wallace.   Just saying, folks, just saying.

[ii] Here is the membership of the Presidential Debate Commission: John C. Danforth, Charles Gibson, John Griffen, Yvonne Hao, Jane Harman, Antonia Hernandez, Reverend John I. Jenkins, Newton N. Minow, Richard D. Parsons, Olympia Snowe, and Janet H. Brown, the current executive director.

[iii] This guy truly hates Donald Trump.  Like many journalists, he cannot separate his personal feelings from his professional activities and I hope we never see him moderate another presidential debate.  Bret Baier or Brit Hume would be acceptable moderators but never Mr. Wallace.

[iv] The District of Columbia is NOT supposed to be a state.  It was formed by taking land from, I believe, three states so that the nation’s capital city would not be in any one state.  Can you imagine the derelict mayor of the city becoming a governor?  Foreigners coming to the United States would see strife, misery, and ongoing anguish in our nation’s number one city, its seat of power.  We would become a laughing stock.   What an embarrassment it would be.

[v] The Federal Communications Commission consists of one chairman and four commissioners.  Three of the members are Republicans and two are Democrats.  The chairman is Ajit Pai, Republican from Kansas while the other two Republicans are Michael O’Rielly of New York and Brendan Carr of Virginia.  The two Democrats are Jessica Rosenworcel of Connecticut and Jeffrey Starks of Kansas.

[vi] Like the Chi-Coms, I would suspect that once the Dems achieve total power, each of these entities would become surveillance organizations monitoring the American people, their every thought, their every word, and that a ‘social media score’ would become mandatory for all citizens just as would having to have accounts with each group like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or whatever.  In essence, privacy would vanish.

[vii] We already know that Alexa and other ‘helpful devices’ spy on the households or on the devices in which, they are emplaced/placed.  I suspect we would not be able to turn off any SMART device, be it an appliance, a phone, a TV, a computer, hell, even a car’s or a lawnmower when they start making them ‘smart.’  It’s all about surveilling the citizenry.
