’Bout time someone ordered U.S. companies to hire U.S. workers and not foreign-born scabs who will eventually REPLACE those American workers

President Trump is doing the right thing by the American people by slapping the Mandarins smack-dab in their obsequious faces by telling them that their spy ap, Tik-Tok needs to go just as he signed an executive order demanding American companies hire American workers, especially in this time of the Chi-Com-created pandemic.

SUMMER SESSION 2020

BLOG POST #3,566 AT THE AICP-END

94 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Congrats to President Trump for forcing American BIG TECH firms to hire American- about time!

Delano, CA 93216, 08-05-2020 Wednesday: For decades, American restaurants have relied on hiring foreign workers to augment their U.S. citizen employees.  It is what it is and to put it laconically so everyone understands it, we hired illegal aliens to pad our number of workers because we could pay them much more cheaper than we could American workers, they were oftentimes more reliable because if they didn’t show up or got injured on the job, we could replace them just as we could if they became problematic or didn’t get with the plan.[i]

Back in the 1960s and 1970s, we hired them to wash dishes, bus tables, do the menial cleaning jobs, and occasionally, we might transform one of the better workers into a full-time position in which, they became the pantry man, the guy who prepped the vegetables, made the salads, and backed up the line cooks.  We did this because as my other colleagues have said, the difference between being in the ‘black’ and being in the ‘red’ was as thin as a single sheet of typing paper.  In essence, reduced to the lowest reduction imaginable, the difference between being in business or out of it was slim.

Restaurants have other ways to rectify these deplorable circumstances such as having a booming banquet business as well as a popular bar, especially a dark pickup bar where men and women (or whatever) can mingle with one another, paying for higher-priced well drinks and tap beers[ii].

In having such an operation, it allows the restaurant side to charge far less for succulent Australian lobster tails and Ocean Garden®[iii] shrimp and prawns, thus increasing revenues via increased sales.  This lowers the costs of seafood (and other products) by allowing us to buy larger amounts at much-reduced prices and then when combined with master chefs and competent line cooks, we can do far better than if we were just a restaurant alone.

What I am saying is that being in professional foodservice business demands great skill and a superb job recruiter/hiring officer because when we need to bring in the undocumented- which we no longer can do morally- we need to find the best and extract maximum work hours out of them.

However, BIG TECH firms insult the American people by recruiting Punjabis[iv] from the hinterlands of India and Pakistan and then having their American workers train them before either being reassigned to lower-paying jobs or sent to the unemployment lines and the food banks.  This is not right nor is it moral and among the major reasons why we now have this ‘foreign thinking’ when it comes to FREE SPEECH.

I mean, look at the Google CEO Sundar Pichai, this man is a worthless POS and I would encourage the Trump administration to strip from him whatever sort of protections he might have as a naturalized U.S. citizen and to send him and his family packing.

We cannot permit people from outside the country[v] to control what we can or can’t say.  I mean, every BIG TECH firm is run by whack-job liberals, people who think they can transform the United States and its people into anything-goes, foaming at the mouth liberals.  They can force the most immoral of ideas down our throats such as homosexual marriage, abortion at any stage of fetal development or at any age girl, things that back in 2000 would have shocked a massive number of the American people.

President Trump is doing the right thing by the American people by slapping the Mandarins smack-dab in their obsequious faces by telling them that their spy ap, Tik-Tok[vi] needs to go just as he signed an executive order demanding American companies hire American workers, especially in this time of the Chi-Com-created pandemic.

The big companies must face the facts that they have no choice other than to engage American workers rather than importing low-wage, foreign-born scabs.  These very same businesses should also be forced to hire American CEOs and not import scumbags such as Mr. Pichai.  We have been through all the reasons before in past posts why this suck-up to China needs to go, among them for shutting down Google Plus,[vii] a popular social media site that many credit for the election of Donald Trump.

Friends, we must pushback against foreigners attempting to subvert our country in the same way we must support President Trump.  If Chi-Com-loving Joe Biden[viii] should become president, millions of us will be forced to escape the country in the same way Jews had to flee Nazi Germany in the 1930s.  They will become our masters.

Let me know what YOU think and do not permit online interference against us to force you to go elsewhere.

See you at 12:01 A.M. tomorrow morning.  Adios.

This is a cartoonish caricature of me, one created by up-and-coming Bakersfield street artist, Simone, one I am pleased to say looks ‘rather good.’  I have been in professional food service for a long, long time, moving into management back in 1973.  At the time, I was the Food and Beverage Director at one of the hotels in Bakersfield, CA, located on Union Avenue.  I was in my late thirties at the time.  I am still working at one of the local hotels in the nearby town of Delano, CA, a place that has been my home for the past 10 years.  Our city has experienced marvelous growth and is fast becoming a player in county politics.

FOOTNOTES:

[i] I will admit the only reason typically American employers hire illegal aliens for jobs besides being able to pay them cheap and to deny them any sort of benefits is because they are hard workers which is always good and if they caused problems, we could hand them over to ICE.  Now, in California, both our decrepit Governor Gavin Newsom and his heir apparent AG Xavier Becerra have tried to prevent us from handing people over to CBP but hand them over we do.  We just have to be a bit more discreet about how we do it.  Now, you understand WHY we write with pen names.

[ii] Dark bars that people frequent to meet like-minded fellow citizens generate loads of money (as long as you employ trustworthy bartenders) because guests are more likely to pay a little more for well and call drinks just as they will tap or pitcher beers.  It helps to have several ‘ladies nights’ as if the women come in for half-priced drinks, the guys will generally be the ones spending money for drinks and thus a popular bar can see ringing cash registers throughout the day and especially throughout the night.  The key thing here is to find bartenders one can trust, especially the bar manager because we don’t want anyone over-pouring for their friends or the hotties nor do we want them giving away free drinks unless there is a damned good reason to do so.  A popular appetizer menu can help, too, as there are big bucks in appetizers and hors d’ oeuvres.  NEVER overlook this facet of the business nor overlook hiring some hot cocktail servers in skimpy uniforms.

[iii] Many restaurants have been forced to bid Ocean Garden seafood products ‘farewell’ because they are costly but the quality is beyond imagination.  With poor sales, companies will buy crappy shrimp products from Vietnam, Thailand, even Taiwan that are dirty, have veins, and are many times full of fecal matter.  It’s one thing to use second-rate shrimp for banquets but in the dining room, NOPE, no way, one must buy the best and you can only purchase the best if you have revenues flowing in from other aspects of the operation.  Cocktail bars and room service if you have attached hotel rooms can provide this as can a heavy banquet set-up.  Sadly, every restaurant is struggling to survive thanks to the Chi-Coms sending us the plague.

[iv] I don’t know about you but every time some POS Punjabi f**k calls me, claiming to be from Microsoft and telling me my computer is at risk, I wish I could track the punk down and put one to the back of their head.  I mean, WTF, do they think we are that stupid?  We are not like them, we are intelligent and it would be nice that if these calls were legit, there was an American on the other end of the line.

[v] There was a time when the AFL-CIO stood up for the American worker.  Now, all they care about are raw numbers, numbers that pay dues.  Wouldn’t it be nice if Richard Trumka got off his fat ass and began fighting for U.S. workers again?  Twenty years ago, that was not such a crazy idea.

[vi] Boy, talk about a SPY AP.  My wife and I had to remove Tik-Tok from every device, especially ones used by our grandkids.  Look, Chi-Coms, you are going to pay a horrendous price one of these days for all your underhanded activities.

[vii] Most educated folks understand that Pichai did not shutter Google Plus because it was ‘hacked;’ no, we think the Google CEO shut it down because (1) it was popular and (2) there were far more Trump supporters there than there were liberal Democratic losers.  It’s all about controlling the flow of information and we can no longer permit any BIG TECH firm to pull a “George Orwell” on us.

[viii] A President Joe Biden would be a disaster for the country.  This man is so in the pockets of Beijing that were he our president, we would be saluting Chairman Xi Jinping.  F**k him!
