Eli said that he was thinking it ‘was over’ whereas now, it seems to be beginning anew.’ I looked at him and he looked at me and it appears as though our country is undergoing radical change from which, it might never recover. Frankly, it almost makes us wish that Trump was the dictatorial monster they claim him to be because he could then order the rounding up of all his enemies and begin disposing of them in a manner one would think the Democrats would love: the Stalinist method.

The Democrats have a timing problem of their own- impeach now and take a chance or wait until next year and risk failure?

San Luis Obispo, CA, 05-31-2019 Friday:  Well.  This past Wednesday, while drinking my coffee and eating my breakfast Danish in the chef’s office prior to hitting the floor and getting the day underway, I was watching the news and word came that Robert S. Mueller III- former special counsel and soon-to-be private citizen- was going to make some statements at the Justice Department in Washington, D.C.

President Trump was on his way home from Japan while the attorney-general of the United States- William “Bill” Barr- was up in Alaska, either on business or vacation, I am unclear as to what he was doing but no mind.  I thought it very strange that Mr. Mueller would be making a ‘statement’ on whatever with both the president and his immediate boss (and supposed friend) out of the way so immediately thought the worst.  I called my hubby Elizondo up from the bakery so he could watch the imminent ‘comments’ with me and gauge what his thoughts might be.
